Going to consult Dr Jess has gotta be one of the best decisions I've made in 2018. I'm always a little nervous when I visit a doctor or dentist but she puts me completely at ease. Like another reviewer put it, she truly engages with you and never makes you feel like your question is stupid (you know that feeling). I especially like how she's very upfront with the costs before prescribing or proceeding with anything. I've recommended her to my family and all my friends! Edit: Just wanted to add a shoutout to Dr Jess's team. Each of the ladies I've met in the last couple of years have been so welcoming and warm which calms my nerves while waiting to see Dr Jess or waiting for medication to be dispensed. I don't know why but appointment making can be quite an intimidating process for me but they've always been so kind and are always responsive.

Dr. Jess is fantastic! She has been my doctor for the past year during my time in Singapore and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She really supported me when I was going through a difficult time with my pregnancy and was there for me night and day. She really gives you her time and is incredibly personable and trusting, and goes out of her way to ensure your care and needs are a priority :)

I have been here twice, but have never used their services. I was here today to collect an item for someone else. The people here are always so nice and friendly. I think they are one of the few places that set the bar for great customer service and experience. While I cannot comment on their medical services, I would feel so at ease and comfortable if they were my doctors. P.S. If you're in a van, park across the road at Katong Square!

Dr Jess is an amazing doctor with a beautiful heart. What I really love about her is that is super realistic. She does not promise rapid/fake results. She is very humble and I really like it that spent her time to talk and explain to me about my condition in detail. I have been to so many other doctors for the same. They will just talk briefly and try to push me to start the treament on the spot / nurses will start discussing on pricing.Wasted my time and money in the wrong clinic before. However, Dr Jess is just different.She is not greedy. Very helpful and high level of professionlism and empathy.And her staff Hani is super sweet too. Customer service top notch. Sometime I send message so late when i need something urgently. Hani will still reply to me patiently. I am so lucky I finally found the best doctor and her assitant for my lady needs :) . I only have one regret-I didnt find them earlier.

Saw review online and I went to the clinic last April and May because I'm not sure whether i was sick. Dr. Jess was very patient questioning and listening to me. After buying the tool and diagnosis, I went through 2 sessions of treatment/therapy and I recovered from it quickly. Thanks Dr. Jess.

Lady parts whitening was something that I wanted to do. I searched up the internet looking for lightening creams and I came upon Dr Jess who provides this service and I decided to give it a try. I had done five lightening treatments (one more to go in two weeks) with Dr Jess so far. At my first visit, I find Dr Jess professional, patient, and very approachable. As well as the receptionists were very friendly as well. Over time, It is as if I’m talking to someone who is very close to me, and will not judge me for the awkward questions that I have. And this bond of trust and closeness is very important between a doctor and a patient. I feel absolutely safe in the hands of Dr Jess. She was constantly making sure if I was comfortable during every treatment. So to ladies who wants to try lightening treatments, I highly recommend Dr Jess. One for it's always safer to go to a doctor who is expert in this field for our precious lady parts. Two for the results. There’s really a difference for me!

I'd spent a while trying to find a general practitioner in Singapore with some very, very mixed results (although I will admit to being a difficult patient sometimes). Dr. Jess was recommended to me when I suffered an acute condition and I can't believe how lucky I am to have found her when I did. She has that fantastic ability to be both amazingly friendly and approachable whilst still being incredibly knowledgeable, professional and focused on getting the best outcome possible for your health needs at the same time. As someone who has a background history in medical research and teaching medical students, I'm constantly impressed with the way Dr. Jess has always used both trusted, conservative methods whilst also being up to date with new techniques and the latest knowledge, and will research for answers and present it in a manageable, down-to-earth and tailored way - or recommend excellent specialists when required. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and she would be my doctor of choice no matter where I lived in Singapore. Also worth mentioning is that her staff are always very polite, friendly, competent and go out of their way to be helpful. I don't write reviews very often, but five incredibly well deserved stars.

Dr Jess is so friendly, informative and knowledgeable. She made me feel extremely comfortable and respected and has such a personable character. I feel so much better and will be going back to follow up on issues that were picked up on by her. Lab results came back on the day of consultation and she herself called me to explain those results. Dr. Jess is fantastic. Approachable, professional and dedicated to providing great healthcare. As our family GP she has been brilliant at looking after me and my daughter with primary care and provided excellent women's health care and advice to me. She even saved my sister and her family's visit to Singapore when my niece got one of her recurrent ear infections! Great to see her now owning the practice in our local neighbourhood.

Coming across Dr Jess and her clinic is one of the best discoveries you can make. She makes you feel extremely welcome and you can ask all the awkward questions you want. She is very open about sexual wellness and never hurries you during a consultation. I've been coming to her for the last three years (before she founded InSync) and I'm very grateful to have found a doctor who is very discreet and never makes you feel like you're asking a stupid question. It's rare enough to have a specialist women's clinic (although her practice covers other areas too) outside of a hospital, and Dr Jess is a gem!

Dr Jess is the best! She truly cares about her patients and will take time to explain any necessary medications/options/procedures so that you are fully aware what is going on. Highly recommended visiting her especially in regards to women's health.
