    An excellent experience at a top notch facility. Went down for a pre-employment medical and attended to without any prior appointment required. Front desk nurses were friendly and accommodating. The doctor on duty was pleasant and friendly. Had an X-Ray, Urine, blood test and consult done just about an hour. * Genuinely don’t know why this place gets such poor reviews. I’d gladly give them a solid 5 stars 👍🏼

    Went for health screening + ultrasound. My experience was overall very positive. Staff was nice and helpful, which is definitely not a standard for clinics in Singapore. 8:15 appointment, waiting time was very reasonable, 4 different stations, around 2h to complete everything. Only the doctor consultation wasn't the most pleasant. Nothing major but the doctor sounded quite impatient. A slightly more humane touch would be welcomed.

    Do not book your appointment at 12pm because they will take 30min to register you and all go for lunch. Takes 2 hour to get a check here when other places are all <1hour. The front desk was empty even though there were a few of us just blindly waiting at the seating area

    Severely disappointing process for health screening. What can be done max 2.5 hrs, took 4 hrs. Appt was 8.30, finally called to do blood test at 9.30. Another 1 before X-ray, and another hour before seeing the doc. Done at 11.30, but had to wait another hour for “discharge”. The staff move like sloth. Very unfortunate. We are fortunate that these nurses are not in the real frontline. Many would have died.

    Horribly disorganised. I showed up punctual for my serology test and the process was practically of a joke: 1. The lady at the reception told me to fill out an online formular. 2. Then lady at the reception had to fill out a second formular (with practically the same infos...). 3. She tells me to sit and wait. 4. She calls me back at the reception after 15 min to give me a number. 5. She calls me AGAIN at the reception after further 15min wait, this time to pay (could I not pay and get the number all together at the very beginning?!?). At this point, my husband and I are taking bets how many times I have to walk to the reception before I finally get to do the test. 6. Doctor calls me after another 15 min wait. He has apparently no clue why I'm there and upon learning it is for a serology, he sends me to another queue, where I wait for (you guessed it right), another 15 min before having my blood finally taken, with over one hour delay and after a ridiculous carousel of procedures. Two days later I went back to have a PCR test and again, was treated to a one hour wait despite showing up on time, in a room crowded with people. Results of the test also came in late and had to call their customer service to get them ready in time for my fight. Clearly they overbook to maximize profits and care nothing for the patient.

    Located on Scott Road, Shaw Centre, connected to the Orchard Isetan shopping mall. Overall, smooth health check processes. Front desk, nurses & Doctor Staffs were all friendly. One Yat Kun breakfast voucher given at end of health screening, nearest branch at Tangs shopping mall. Pros: Checklist used give clear indication of what's test is coming/left. Toliet located within the premises. Cons: early appointment 7.30am could only access main entrance behind the shopping mall. Cleaners still cleaning & vacuuming the floor/ areas. Breakfast/ snack options needs improvement, bad diluted instant coffee from vending machine & only biscuits available. Toliet, no seat sanitizer. Consider having personal pods/ located area during test awaiting time.

    Went there for a PCR test which I had booked on their App. Was asked to fill out a form and provide them with my passport and NRIC. Got the result on a timely basis and discovered that they had got my nationality WRONG on the certificate which I think I validates the whole bloody thing. No I have to go through the pain of going there again and get them to correct their mistake and re-issue. Wish me luck!

    i had a appointment at 11:30am to do the simple check(X-ray,pee test,height and weight),waited 1.5h then the staff told me I can go,call me must back after I gone ,said I didn’t finish the check,bad experience!

    Wasted 1.5 hours of waiting to be called up for an xray scan, just to be informed that the front desk staff did not process my file after doctor’s consultation and that xray staff has gone for lunch. Spend more than 3 hours at the clinic for a rather simple medical check up. Hope the process can be improved as the waiting time was ridiculously long and clinic was crowded despite having an appointment timeslot.

    I believe they are the most lousy medical service n wasting our time to wait there. Operations is messy and don't know what they are doing... You see they are in busying something but still able to chit chat... registering n finding profile take 1 hour n only attend to you when u chase them. No matter you have appointment or not whole process at least 2 to 3 hours. Raffles Medical Group management, please do seriously investigate on Scott road outlet your staff workload n efficiency score. There are many room to improve.

    Today, I underwent a health screening at this facility, and I was impressed by the well-organized setup. The doctor and the entire staff displayed exceptional professionalism and courtesy, making the experience truly enjoyable.

    Clinic service is one of the worst I experienced. They overbook for health screening. Setting appointments are futile since they overbook. Every trip here is a waiting game. I’ve seen many giving up and just taking back their ic because they haven’t been registered even after 30 mins. Please please just do better.

    Whose clinic ever. Had an appointment at 12. Had my wife wait for 3hrs! All the others who came after her has gone in and went off. Staffs are not professional. Especially the doctor. Please do not come to Raffles Medical @ Scott Rd. Ridiculous service! Come at your own rise.

    Had my annual health screening done here. Everyone was friendly and accomodating. It took total 4hrs to complete all the tests included in the package (Raffles Deluxe Plus) I bought. Continue the hard work you do!

    Came here this morning for my eczema flare up. Very friendly staff. Nice and relaxing ambiance this morning. Dr Rupert See was super nice and gave me good recommendation for a dermatologist at Raffles Hospital (my preference) when I am in Singapore.

    Overall a very slow and unpleasant experience at this clinic. Had to check in with them several times on my turn and waited around an hour for a simple scan. After the scan, my results were just left there behind the counter and only after checking with them did they pass me the results.

    I had great experience there although it was a busy day. I booked in large advance and selected the early morning slot. The health check lasted less than 3 hours. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Leonila took my blood samples and she was so gentle. I’m not a fan of this procedure but she made it so easy for me; I didn’t feel pain. Also Dr. Janelene was very kind and professional. Overall, what I appreciated the most was the human approach. I had several conversations with each dept staff during my health check and it turned out to be a pleasant, kind chat ( no robotic like in some clinics).

    I went for annual work check. The poor report provided didn't have any utility. Ophthalmology report do not have even a proper code to be described in the invoice and the report also is not useful for Company's doctor evaluation. Waste of time and money.

    Good experiences with the doctor and nurses. They are very friendly, polite and accommodating to the patients. With appointment, I completed my health screening in 2 hours, which is considered fast. Good job!

    Has called (Raffles Medical Shaw Centre) to reconfirm their operating hours and appointment before we head down for a body checkup. The staff who answered the call was told, please come before 6pm and no appointment required for body check up. So we reach around 5pm, but the staff told us can’t do body check up, because have to come before 5pm. What??? Has explained the counter staff that we have call before (early afternoon) to reconfirm. but the counter staff say cannot help because all doctors went back already , can come again tomorrow morning. (All went back? The operating hours not till 6pm) Staff really not professional, has clearly mentioned need do health check up but still provide wrong informations. Really wordless. First time encounter this kind of bad experience. They staff should be well trained. :( ! !

    The RMG ops is a total screw up. Did my medical check up here and it is the worst experience I had ever experience. Everything that can go wrong went wrong.. from appt date to collection of medical report… I really don’t know what on earth they are doing.

    The gentleman who was at the screening entrance at 8:30 am on the 31st of March is amazing, it felt like he treats patients better than luxury hotels! You can see how hospitable he was and the way he explains the process to everyone with the same level of professionalism!.

    Have been to quite some raffles clinics, mostly were very pleasant experience, but Scotts branch is definitely the worst amongst all. The environment and cleanness wise still pleasant, but you can never imagine the receptionist / staff can change the face at the click of a finger, one second ago she was happily chatting and servicing the patient in front of me (ignoring there was a queue of people waiting for quite a while, the receptionist / staff was taking her own sweet time to handle the situation, laughing and joking around) Finally it was my turn, not mentioning “sorry for keep you waiting” or something like that, she turned into a cold face, doesn’t even bother to reply in a full sentence, all answers are in few words and short phrases as if I was here to disturb her work. Was there for a flu jab, reached on time for the appointment, waited for quite long, they didn’t even give a number as other clinics do, when the system called a number several times, the receptionist / staff started to shout your name loud. And the doctor in charge of the vaccination said seasonal flu jab and COVID booster can take together. What?! The only explanation, I must lack of the basic medical knowledge. Anyway, bad experience, bad service, definitely not recommend this branch.

    Scheduled a health screening and arrived 10 mins earlier. Handed my application to the receptionist and was called to the dr room after 10 mins. Almost immediately after I exited the room and return from the toilet, was asked to do a glucose and eye test. 30 mins after my arrival at the clinic, I am left with xray. Waited 25 mins to be called and spent less than 1 min in the xray room. Perhaps the xray staff needs an assistant because she was more busy putting films in envelopes and delivering them to the reception.

    Unprofessional staff,super long waiting time. plus they don't reply to emails or receive phone calls. I have been trying to call them to reschedule an appointmrnt for the past 4 hours (at least 10 calls) and they never received.
