Like many people have mentioned, the receptionist really have attitude issue. The doctor is okay. The receptionists were like very unhappy to do their job. Not asking they to serve people like serving the emperor but just show some very basic polite attitude to others, still they can't do. I can imagine how an uncomfortable patient will feel more suffering, when he/she came so far from their home to here and then still need to face this kind of receptionists before seeing a doctor. I have responsibility with this issue too because i should had seen other people' reviews first before i went to this clinic. Never want to visit this clinic again.

Will not ever come back to this clinic! I brought my sis to Unihealth today as she was vomiting a few times non stop . counter staff( the girl with the bangs) have a really attitude problem. The Company should provide more training to counter staff on service delivery. The etiquette of the staff definitely needs to be reviewed and improved. I would not recommend this clinic at all. Consultation itself was $53 for not even less then 5 minutes !

So unprofessional like brushing patient off. She shown and makes faces in front of me thinking I’m another dumb uneducated person as if I do not know what was my nature of visit. Front desk is a first line of customer service. Shall make patient feel welcome to step in though we don’t like to be sick and revisit them frequently. But the attitude really unbecoming !

Went to the clinic on the midnight of 3rd Dec. As soon as i sat down , the young , impatient doctor immediately asked me questions in a rude and aggressive manner . I went to see the doctor cause of a sore throat and a 39 degree fever he shine a torch on my throat but did not tell me what’s wrong or how swollen is it . I told him that i might need antibiotics as i have tried many medicines but i didn’t even improve a slightest bit or might even became worst . He just said rudely ‘You don’t need antibiotics , please go out and collect your medicine’ I am very disappointed as it’s been 2 days and my fever is still high. Really hope nobody else has to go through this like me

Came here after I got cut badly and had to get stitches. Dr was very patient, friendly, and explained every step clearly. He was very reassuring and helped to calm me down, especially when he knew I was worried about getting stitches. Local anesthesia was also given, which made the stitching process painless. Highly recommended!

Before i scan for the Q.R, there were a staff standing outside to answer some question from her patient. I waited there too as i would like to know if the clinic is for baby too since my baby is not well and she double checked with the doctor. She got back to me and she adk for my baby health booklet to register his name. After few minutes later, they ask me to went in to see the doctor but disappointed part when the doctor said that he cant do anything for my baby as he was too little. In the first place, why are they wasting my time and charged me for not giving him any medicine. If they don't handles baby just say 'NO'. I was in the rush as my baby was not well, but all they want was money.. 👎👎

What an atrocious experience. Locum doctor was useless, inexperienced and disrespectful. Came in with a high fever and doctor barely did anything to examine me.

Utterly unprofessional. The clinic offers Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) certification. The charges is at the high side, compared to some other clinics. Submitted my document there almost 2 month ago and the counter staff claimed that they have done the submission to OPG for processing. When I called the clinic again to follow up as I still haven't received anything, to my horror, it was found that they didn't submit it to OPG at all! Totally unbelievable. How can such unprofessional clinic be qualified as LPA certificate issuer? No wonder the google review score for this clinic is so low. Agreed with the poor review from the rest, do stay away from this clinic if possible.

Great experience. Saw there were some patients and thought I was in for a long wait. Within 15 min, I was out already. Doc was nice and patient. The 3 staff were all young, pretty, efficient and positive! They exuded positive vibes at work even though they had to work through Christmas. Chatted with me even though I looked moody. If only all clinics are like that.

I know you don't run a charity... But can your ART test not be so expensive? It's good to go once, there will be no next time $48.........

Nurses and front desk are polite and friendly. I had good experience with AM doctors but my last visit with PM doc Gerald Fung was very disappointing. He was abrupt, quick to shut down my questions and was not interested to explain more on my condition, and he acted more keen to hush me out of the room, which made me feel that he was disinterested, with no passion in his work and just going about doing a routine job. Won't come back this clinic, if this doc is on duty.

Came here many times, mostly reviewed by a Dr. Daniel Soong and a few others. A helpful and knowledgeable doctor that listened to my issue and provided good care. When i was there, the clinic assistants were mostly proficient and polite. Especially Janice and Alicia as well as a few others. There were times were they may have been slightly less polite than usual; but i noticed those were very busy days so I don't blame them. Overall, a great clinic with great staff and Doctors!

Was very disappointed with one particular doctor Name Locum. I was having high fever and flu like symptoms. Told him I was coughing badly and breathless. Was shocked that he did not bother to take my temperature and blood pressure. I thought this was pretty standard? It was not my first time feeling negative with this doctor. They always have different doctors for shift work and I only visit this clinic as they have my medical records. To be fair, The rest of the doctors were pretty ok and detailed. Just my luck. Will not bother to travel to this clinic anymore.

Went over to the clinic to get my vaccination record uploaded onto my Trace Together after arriving in Singapore. Glad to say that the service was prompt and charges were reasonable. My vaccination status was updated after 1 days. There is also a queue barrier outside the clinic which makes the queue management. Wait to enter the clinic was within 15 minutes as was informed that there were 2 doctors on shift. Am glad to have found this clinic in Singapore.

I fell and cut my head yesterday so I visited the clinic to see if anything could be done. The Doc straight away told me there was nothing he could do so I said I will just go to the A&E instead but he refused to let me leave without a referral letter. He said that he would not charge for it as well so I left to go to the counter after getting the referral. At the counter the receptionist said that it was an $18 consult which I argued to pay against since he said no charges. I ended up paying and after tapping my card I realised that I got charged an extra $100 for the after 12am afterhours fee which was not made clear to me earlier as well. I would have gone straight to the A&E if they would have just told me it was better that way. I had blood running down my face and yet I waited around 30 minutes just for me to not get any treatment and leave after a $118 bill. Very disappointed.

Went to this clinic to get medication. I only remember the name of the medicine and not the details. When the receptionist pass the medicine to me, I immediately say, this is a different one. The box of the one im taking is different color. She told me that its the same but different company. Right there, she couldve ask me what is the color, how it looks like or maybe check at the back if they can compare. I came back to the clinic to show that it is a different type of medicine. She told me next time to tell them the name of the medicine. I TOLD THEM THAT IT IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IM TAKING. She should show empathy and concern with the patient. And not to make them feel more bad. Sigh.

Went to see the doctor at 5am due to pain which was preventing me from sleeping. After telling the doctor my issue, he said, "so you are not feeling any pain?" as if confused I would come to the doctors at 5am for no reason. Consultation took 30 seconds and the doctor showed zero care or empathy. Would not recommend.

Outdated body temperature measuring device with mistake and very poor skill at swab test.

My son had a high fever several days ago. Self medicated and his fever broke but the sudden outbreak of rashes thereafter had me so worried. Brought him to see Dr Daniel Soong and it was the best decision I’ve made over this long weekend. Dr Soong is not just good at what he does, he is very reassuring and his vast knowledge wows me. The Q may seem long but the time between registration and seeing the doctor is fast. Definitely encouraging all my friends and family to visit this clinic. Beats waiting at the A&E any time any day! Best 24 hour clinic in town.

Will not ever come back to this clinic. Called in at 5am just to double check the clinic is open and the receptionist's response was rude and so unprofessional, even hang up the phone as I wouldn't hear clearly (so I had to make a second call) We reached the clinic around 5.15am and the receptionist wasn't there, nobody was around, the recep then came out from a treatment room (there's no other patient at that timing) after several time of knocking at the counter table. The doctor had a less than 1 minute analysis/consultation on the patient and went on to prescribe the medicine, (we would expect measure of body temperature or checking on breathing but nothing was done) All these cost $145. Such an unpleasant experience.

Contrary to the negative reviews I read , I found the doctor (Dr Shawn) and the receptionists to be very friendly and kind. I visited on 27/11/22 at 10 pm. It was my first visit. The receptionist even told the patients to “take care” before they left. Been to many, many clinics and honestly I can’t recall when was the last time a receptionist told me to take care. this lady was so nice , I felt the need to share my positive experience as well.

Highly recommended if you ever need to go to a clinic past normal hours. The nurse at the reception was warm and friendly, and the doctor is humorous and easy to talk to, he understood my concerns, gave good advice and took care to give me enough days of sick leave seeing how unwell I was especially since I have been sick while overseas and bore with my slight fever and cold until I got back to see a doctor immediately. People who go to 24 hour clinic past normal clinic hours are usually feeling unwell enough not to be able to wait until the next morning, a good bedside manner, quick and efficient service from the doctor and nurse is something I can’t be more grateful for. I’ve been to the 24 hour clinic in hougang before and it can’t compare. In future if I need to see a doctor at night, I would rather go further to Toa Payoh just so I can get a good doctor.

I am confused with the charges and different treatment from the receptionist or nurse (I don think they are) my company ask us to do covid swab test as one of our colleague detected positive earlier on regarding the TTSH cluster. We never receive any MOH SMS whatsoever but just to be safe company requested us to do so and I came as my colleague did the test on 1st May and mentioned is no need to pay.(she also never receive any MOH SMS) but today they told me that if I never receive any MOH SMS then I need to self pay! Erm.. pardon me then how come my others colleague all no need to pay then I need to self pay? They also never receive any MOH SMS then how are you going to get this reimbursement from government? I really wonder. And I told the receptionist and the nurse and doctor saying my colleagues ( more than 3 to 4 person) came do the swab test and they never made any payment. Well they just choose to ignore me. I did the swab test and paid, yes, cos my company need to have the result, but guys, visit other clinic rather than this.

Thank you for willing to save my life at Saturday 9PM while other nearby clinics and pharmacies turn me down. Doctor is very friendly and patient, he checked my blood oxygen and aspiration then ask my detail history of asthma. In the end he also asked me if I need a medical certificate for insurance since I’m a foreigner here. Thank you.

Usually visit Unihealth for mine and my family health issues because it is 24hours open , friendly medical staff and doctors as well.

visited this clinic because i had prior medical records. however without even any medical examination, the doctor was prepared to send me off as with regular cold meds almost as soon as i stepped into his office. when i told him that i had difficulty breathing, he did a ONE second listen of my chest sounds(which i did not even had the time to breath in) and said that i sounded fine. had he even had a look at my past records he would have seen that i had a history of asthma and have been using inhalers for quite some time. i gave up and left the clinic. quite disappointed because the previous doctor before today had been able to resolve my breathing problems that other clinics couldn't. guess visiting this clinic is like a gamble, sometimes u win, sometimes u dont.

Went there to collect report on behalf of my grandmother and the Indian receptionist refuse to let me speak to the doctor about the lab result. Called the clinic on the following week Saturday to ask if possible to purchase medication for her, only then I was told that my grandmother needed to be review due to positive of gout and rheumatoid arthritis. Brought her in on Sunday for review and told Dr Daniel Soong that my grandmother’s treatment was delayed for a week because of his receptionist. He actually said that my grandmother have had gout for very long and it’s not life threatening case, and the medication he gave will not cure her immediately. So if anyone wants to visit this clinic it better be life threatening case.

Fantastic experience on the second round visit (19 Feb ‘23) including the first.. Albeit long queue with many patients in line, the receptionist was excellent: patient with questions, cheerful and friendly. The doctor was excellent as well: Dr Dawa on the 2nd visit, fast efficient, patient in explaining and detailed in answering questions on illness Medicine dispense waiting time was almost less than 2 mins with the # of pax I would’ve expected much longer. Overall a pleasant experience at this clinic

My wife was so unwell (stomach flu) that she has to visit the clinic at 3 am as she was too weak to travel far and the clinic is near where we stay. The locum was unkind and impatient. He did not offer sound advice and questioned my wife that why she didn’t go to A&E instead. He offered oral medication (which my wife obviously couldn’t keep it down due to many rounds of vomiting). She was eventually given injection. On top of all these, she was only given 1-day MC (for stomach flu?) which she has to call in later to request for extension as she remained physically weak. For such unpleasant experience, she is charged with premium consultation fee. Utterly disappointed at the professionalism of the GP.

The friendliest voice over the phone call enquiry ever. I went there because of my company’s insurance and it was a public holiday. The counter girls on night shift are bright and cheerful, making your painful day less painful. The doctor that day was also very cheerful. I would add the staffs and doctor make the whole ambience cheerful and a positive experience. Although consultation was covered by company’s MHC insurance, but have to pay for certain medication. Recommended.

Went for swab today due to HRA, the receptionist lady was unfriendly. No clear instruction given. After she called my name then she said "V1" which I guess she was referring to "Room 1". When I got up and about to enter room 1 then I heard she mumbled something. But when I looked at the counter she wasn't looking at me. So i thought she might not be talking to me. Then out of sudden she raised her volume and shouted. Because I'm supposed to take my own swab in biohazard bag with my sticky label and bring it to the room for swab. But come on. I'm also from healthcare sector. I would never show attitude and yell at my patient/ client that way. When I scrolled through the reviews and I'm not the only one commenting on your staff's attitude problem. My housemate who just went for swab this afternoon also being treated this way. Let's be professional, I hope you will look into this problem and take it seriously. Otherwise, doctor who swab me was friendly. :)

Consultation itself was $50.. counter staff seem to hv abit of an attitude problem.. doctor was okay. Bt $85.60 jst for a consultation and medication abit too expensive for smone with CHAS card? There was a lady infront of me that had to pay $66+ for consultation and medication and she seemed shock to not know that the consultation here was $50. Staff argued back to the lady saying that they clearly told her that the consultation fee is $50.

I have seen Dr Daniel for years and would like to thank him for always being patient and professional! He is always polite and provides me with detailed instruction to assure me. Very thankful he was the first doctor i met in a 24-hr clinic. will continue to stick to his care for future.

Do not trust the reviews too much. My experience with Dr Soong, Elizabeth and Alicia was a pleasant experience. Medication was effective for me and the whole process was seamless. Consultation rate was reasonable for a 24-hr clinic. Dr soong was also able to assist me with my procedure. Will recommend him and the clinic!

Dear all, I would like to feedback, yesterday on 8/9/21, there is this receptionist during night shift was being rude and showed attitude to me and this is not the first time. When I done my safe entry, once I stepped in to the clinic walk to counter the lady at the receptionist, is use the bad tone to asking me IC and got any insurance u can claim. I said I don’t have. She asked me want to see doctor? And I said I’m not here to see doctor but to get medicine instead. She said she need to seek doctor approval, of course I understand that must get doctor approval first. But I have been getting the medicine and now why can’t I get the medicine? The record is still within 6 months. This is not the first time. It is really disappointing, and I will never come back to this clinic again. I believed that I’m not a first time people complain about ur clinic during night shift about the receptionist lady. Hope u all can improve and do something about it to the night shift receptionist counter girl. Thank you!

Seeing a doctor is usually (almost always) not a pleasant experience but I had a very pleasant visit to Unihealth. The clinic is clean and comfortable, and Dr Soong has a very gentle and friendly demeanour. The consultation did not feel rushed, and he took the time to explain to me the answers to all the questions that I have. The counter staff was also friendly, and as someone who dislikes visiting the doctor, Unihealth gave me a very good impression. Additional plus that it's 24 hours as well :)

Doctor couldn’t treat my wife, gave some general advise. Wrote a useless letter and ask to go to any gynae. No need to come back. But charged full consultation of $53.50. Unprofessional

I brought my mother to Unihealth earlier today and she was vomiting, having chills and was nauseous. The nurses are inexperienced, rude and negligent to their duty. They were extremely unprofessional and the doctor was impatient and very brief in his consultation. None of the staffs, nurses and doctor showed any sympathy towards my mother who was vomiting the whole time she was at the clinic. 1. They did not check if health declarations have been promptly completed by patients, in turn having bad communication between the nurses and doctor 2. The nurse attending to us was inexperienced in temperature taking? she did not accurately capture my mother's temperature when she was clearly having a fever 3. One of a nurse was reprimanding another nurse over the receptionist very loudly in front of all the patients present in the clinic which caught everyones surprise Additionally, Dr Daniel did not double check my mothers temperature even though she mentioned she felt feverish during the consultation itself. He instead confirmed based on the inexperienced nurse's figure. He was visibly irritated at my mother's responses to him as she was slightly slower in replying (because she was nauseous and was about to pass out anytime?). Dr Daniel also mentioned that he would offer hydration salts to my mother in the clinic as she was clearly dehydrated, but we never received any. It was overall quite an appalling experience we had at the clinic and would never recommend it to anyone.

It's the only 24-hour clinic near my home. Very useful when you are sick late at night and I've had pretty good experience with the docs. My brother brings his toddler kids there, so I heard it is kid-friendly.

Despite several clinics around this neighbourhood, my family and I would always go to Unihealth 24 hr clinic for our first choice of medical care and treatment. We placed great trust in Dr Daniel Soong’s professionalism in providing the utmost medical care for my family. He is patient and attentive and the clinic staff are very helpful. Our symptoms were immediately relieved after taking the medications he prescribed and my kids love to see him. Thank you once again for your dedications to your patients!

Worst GP I ever visited so far. The doctor has no intention of properly diagnosing my pain and assume it to be something VERY general which totally not the case. He has no passion in his role as a doctor. I can see the queue moving very very fast , very short waiting consultation time BUT you get a VERY GENERAL and brief consultation or diagnosis. It operate like a mass production volume factory more like a clinic. There is a nurse instructing the patient customer with loud unfriendly tone and irritating manner to people waiting for registration. Personally, overall I received a very low quality medical service from this clinic.

What a truly horrible, terrible, repulsive clinic. The night shift receptionist was so rude! Beyond believe. I didn’t believe the reviews at first but now I think they were all being too kind. The doctor couldn’t give a hoot either, complete lack of interest and concern. Very unprofessional clinic. Worst I’ve ever witnessed for sure.

Have been here for a couple of times for consultation. The staff and doctors are very polite and meticulous. Rarely there are 24 hour clinics with good service and reasonable consultation fees.

Dr Daniel is very meticulous in his explanation of what to expect next even though he had to refer me to a ENT specialist. He is patient in taking my questions and providing his professional advise on what is the best course of action for me. The front desk staffs are friendly and efficient.

Very rude indian receptionist- does not know how to speak politely when telling patients to wait outside clinic to register. Speaks like she is talking to criminals. Seems irritated whenever there is new patient. Rolls eyes and was mocking (to colleague) at a patient who requested colleague to remove a cream from bill as the bill was expensive. Very unprofessional. Please have better training for staff on customer service. Such rude staff should not be managing the counter. It's such a pity because the doctors were great!

Sprained my hand due to a bad fall. Doc didnt even checked my hand and never asked me to lift up my hand. Gave me 1 day mc starting on the very day saturday 9pm till midnight. Told doc im not an employee im a self employed. Im not there to malinger for goodness sake. Prescribed me PANADOL!!! PLS IF THE DOC NOT INTERESTED TO TREAT A PATIENT PLS GET HIM REPLACED. THANK YOU

Went there for a consultation and injection for nausea today. I was quite upset by the attitude of the front desk nurse (not registration but the dispensary). I requested prescription for all the drugs instead of taking medication as my house have a lots of meds, wasn't been informed that's chargeable $15+GST. Asked the nurse whether can discard it but the way she answer was very attitude. I'm used to visit here before but I think this will be my last.

The guy inside the doctor's room gerald fung dont even know if he is a real doctor or not. Come in with legit symptoms, he just ask questions, feel like dun care one and think i just need mc. He dont even know what medication to give for my condition. Not much questions asked to diagnose properly. I came here solely because other clinic close already and needed medicine else I would have gone see better doctor. So lousy and charge me and other patients so much money. Maybe other doctor during other shift ok but this gerald fung guy cmi lah.

I have been here many times. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Very professional too. Doctor listens and explain clearly and treat very professionally too.

Pretty fuss free and straightforward visit. However, it would be good to display the locum name so patients get to know who they are seeing.

Doctors and staff are dedicated to their clinical practice despite this being a tough period with the COVID environment. Patients are stressed by COVID and a higher pressure and expectation is placed on medical staff. Kudos for hanging in there.

Dr Daniel and the doctors over at the clinic is very professional on his work, been there for years now always very caring on his patient! the nurses there is very professional on their jobs! well deserve a 5stars!!

Despite the snaking long queue of patients on a sunday afternoon, queue management was well managed, counter staff was courteous and polite. Consultation fees were reasonable, waiting time time was short as there were 2 doctors. Consultation was neither rushed nor substandard. Medications given by the doctor, Dr. Soong was effective and symptoms subsided within a couple of hours. A great experience at this clinic despite the number of patients consulting!

Despite reading many negative reviews, I actually had a different experience when I sent my dad for a jab yesterday afternoon. The reception staff were not rude nor unfriendly. I felt that they were efficient, friendly and well organized. I did not experience any unnecessary wait. Doc was detailed in his questions before giving my dad his jab. I found my overall experience pleasant and comfortable with the whole process.

I just came here to do nucleic acid, your front desk said to him this flight information, then I can not come out tomorrow night nucleic acid report, I need urgent. Then I paid 300 dollars. The results of my nucleic acid test report is now out, and then I called the doctor told me that if more people, it is indeed the need for very late, but not many people, so now give you a nucleic acid report out. That is equivalent to my 300 dollars did not play any role, you should not return the money?It was your doctor who told me it would be too late, so I chose the expedited service, but now you tell me there are not many people, so you can come out early. Why didn't you just say that? Or do you think my money is good?

With a bright and cheerful receptionist, it didnt matter if you felt like the world like the world was ending or if you are counting down. Went in semi drench only to watch the doctor race out to check on an elderly man who had fallen made me feel whatever was ailing me, I was in safe hands. A good doctor with an amazing team.

Unihealth 24-Hr Clinic • Registration • Registration was quick and straight forward. The nurses at the counter was very lively, having their fun banters whilst not slowing down in their duties as well, getting stuff done. Some might see the loud banters as unprofessional, but as someone who’s sick, the liveliness is a positive thing in my opinion. • Environment • The clinic itself is kept quiet clean, with enough sitting areas for a good number of people. There’s air conditioning as well, very welcome for the hot weather of May. • Doctor • The doctor was straight to the point and answers whatever questions you might have, while maintaining respect to your worries. There wasn’t any forcefulness when it comes to what medication is prescribed, I had a few medications that were prescribe to me by my last doctor that I could still take and the GP gladly advise me to do so. • Convenience • It’s near Toa Payoh Center, with roughly a 4/5 minute walk from the bus station/train station. There are parking nearby if you are driving as well. • Conclusion • Would definitely visit this clinic again over others that are maybe nearer. The waiting time wasn’t as long as I thought, though there was little patients around the time I visited, which was 6pm.

My visit was unpleasant to the guy male guy receptionist who scold me in a rude voice he also gave me a look and glare at me. I come regularly to this clinic because of good experience from previous staff. But i think i wont come back anymore worst receptionist i ever had in my life my date of visit 5/04/2023 @1800hrs.

As a low cost 24hr very small medical clinic the performance meets expectations. There is a single Dr, 2 nurses, 2 consult rooms, very small waiting area so most people must wait outside. The Dr did a good job swabbing for PCR test & prescribed meds for fever, cough & congestion

Despite the bad reviews given by so many patients, it seems Unihealth is not doing anything about it. Went to this clinic last night. Dr on duty showed no sympathy, was arrogant n cold to the patient. These r the last things a sick person wld want to receive from a Dr! It appeared the nurses were fearful of the Dr too. The two nurses saved the day as they were kind and polite. Avoid this clinic and hopefully the Dr unless U really have no choice.

Dr. was totally impatient and he never listened! He just did very minor treatment even there was infection going on! I believe my wound could get better if I had proper treatment but got seriously worse and have to see another doctor! What a waste time and money!

The doctor is really patient and answered all the questions that I had without any judgment. He also explained all the medical terms to me so I would understand better. Thanks for getting me well again!

Receptionist was a very friendly lady who dont seem to mind i came close to midnight and she seems busy and was alone at the time, but too bad the doctor who consulted me is not. Didnt know his name, just a very grumpy looking guy who seems to have no passion for his work as questions i asked were being brushed off abruptly and he kinda shoo me out after he was done. Disappointed much, as other doctors at the clinic all seems compassionate, hence the reason i always came back here, but this particular fat grumpy looking so called doctor turns me off. Just glance through my MC as I really want to know his name , just to find out he's actually a locum ! -_-
