This was most terrible experience. They gave us consulation cost max for a 11 years old child $150 and the scailing and polishing was not done properly at all. Total: $443.00 - first time visit (11 yrs old) $150 consulation Flouride $40.00 X ray :$80 Scailing and polishing $128.90 They quote us quotation at least $10k more for his intensive treatment and must done within a day for a 11 yrs old boy. This is too much!

Root canal and crown done by Dr. Loan and my tooth has been damaged permanently. I visited the clinic last year due to electric pain on my left jaw. She was confident that it was due to one of the cracked tooth and did root canal and crown, but the pain got way worse after her treatment. Only to find out later on by another dentists at Q&M and NDCS that the pain had nothing to do with that tooth but it was related to nerve/muscle. Furthermore, it has been less than a year since the root canal & crown, and my crown has come off twice already. Dr. Loan again assured me that it might be ‘me’ grinding teeth too much which caused the crown to come off, while I told her I did not (my husband can tell). Felt suspicious and I could not trust her anymore so I visited another dentist to have it examined. It turns out that Dr. Loan has cut my tooth way too small when she did root canal and the crown has no way to stay on such a short small tooth! What are you going to do with my damaged tooth now? I have shared this via email too. I need full compensation and need you to fix this problem.

I highly recommend Dr Sandy - she’s very friendly, professional and most importantly gentle. I dont end up getting traumatized after a dental visit. However before I found her, I had two other dentists also in this same branch who were not great experiences. The first one kept on adding on other treatments that obviously ended up with me getting charge other things. The second one did a thorough job but the cleaning procedure was so extremely painful that I ended up not wanting to go back to the dentist again. She was probably a perfectionist but it was traumatizing for me and ultimately would have driven me to never seek dental cleaning again if I didnt find Dr Sandy.

Dr Mona is such a nice and patient dentist. She constantly reassured me throughout the extraction process and made sure that it was painless and that I was feeling comfortable the whole time. No longer fearful of extractions because of her. :)

Great root canal treatment by Dr Andy Lim but treatment is overpriced and not transparent. $3200 for root canal of 2 tooth. The amount of $600 for Endo post & core was not made known to me throughout the 2 sessions of visit by Dr Lim, over the counter and message enquiry. The treatment fees were expensive to begin with and imagine being charged extra $600 to your final bill without being informed despite several enquiries made. I'm partly to blame as it was an emergency and I didn't had the time to ask around and Google for reviews. After my treatment, through word of mouth and Google reviews, qnm is actually quite well known for being overpriced and not transparent with their price breakdown. Great service but think thrice before visiting if cost and transparency are big considering factors for you. Edit: Already emailed and was given an unsatisfactory reply. Just dropping a review here to warn others.

Been here a couple of times. Once for my wisdom tooth removal. Another time accompanied my mum for her root canal surgery. The doctors are always very professional and reassuring. Both procedures went smoothly. Counter staff seem a bit short-handed and slow. But that’s okay. Would come back here again if necessary.

Dr Badrun made my whiny 2 yr old son so comfortae, he did not cry or wimp a bit throughout the half hr session and even sat on his own. My son's eyes were fixated on the screen with all the whirring sounds going on and zoned out. My son always hates opening mouth for his PDs and sometimes uncooperative for school checks. He actually left his mouth wide opened for Dr Badrun to run his precleaning checks (see pics) He was patient and did not rush into the routine. We hung out at the sofa area with toys to warm my son up. Knowing my son loves peppa pig, he knew the exact season and episode that talks abt dentist visit and relates himself to Dr Elephant in the cartoon haha. He was wearing a superhero shirt instead of the usual Doc's coat which makes it more friendly for kids (especially those with white coat phobia). I previously bought my son for his 1 y.o. check at a kid's dentist at Mt E. Maybe my son was too young to understand anything but the doctor didn't even try interacting with my son. He had a large screen on the ceiling also playing peppa pig yet my son still looked frightened. I felt warming up between doc and patient would have been helpful to very young toddlers. Though it was expensive but it was money well spent since Dr Badrun is a specialist in PD dentistry. Definitely coming back again!

I took my 5 yr old daughter to Q&M Dental Centre at City Square Mall on Friday as she had complaint about having sensitivity on one of her molar tooth. Dr. SHAFIQ was the one who took care of my daughter. Did an X-ray and he suggested that she need a root canal. I have to believe what the doc says so we agreed upon the root canal and to put a crown later. He had to keep her mouth open wide using something which caused damage to my daughter's mouth. The pictures I uploaded shows it all. No further explaining. Since Friday evening until today, i.e Sunday she cries while opening her mouth and is not eating anything as she says it hurts and burns when she eat something. Forget about Pay $1014 for the root canal treatment, the pain that she is going through now is really stressful for her and even for me as her mom. See her hungry but she refuses to eat as she is scared to eat. I know children's skin is more softer and can tear easily but if they had been a bit gentle and had been more cautious, this would have not happened. Along with the fat bill you hand out to the patient, you should give satisfactory and deserving services too. BTW, the wound in the pics looks better now as it's almost healing. I forgot to click a picture when it was really painful and was fresh.

Absolutely unprofessional and rude reception in Q&M GP, stop registration at 12:40 and nobody can explain why it 20 min before end of busnes hours (1pm). Every consultation takes 5 min maximum and patient with temperature and pain have to wait 2 more hors becouse clinic doesn’t follow business hours.

I brought my 15 mth old infant here and was seen by Dr Clement Eng. Dr Eng was great with his little patient, and made sure my infant didn’t get scared or upset. He gave me a honest and practical medical assessment, with explanations for every option. His recommendation made sense because of how thorough he was. When confronted with a severe toothache and gum infection in my hind tooth, Dr Victoria demonstrated exceptional thoroughness in her examination and diagnosis. Post-procedure, I was pleasantly surprised to find my pain alleviated within an hour, a testament to the efficacy of the intervention done by her. Look for her when you are there! I came to Q&M to treat my gum and teeth early this year. I was recommended to see Dr Mona by my originally assigned dentist who unfortunately couldn't see me. Dr Mona was very thorough with her checks and explanation which helped me to understand what was the issue and what she would be doing/recommending as treatment. As I was very scared of receiving injections, she helped me throughout the process. I went again for my follow-up and wisdom tooth extraction today - I was very grateful to her as she was as gentle as she could. Her assistants were also very prompt and ensured I was well taken care of, throughout my visits. As for the reception team, kudos to them for being very attentive and friendly. Got my wisdom teeth extracted here. Dr. Andrew Wong did an incredible job. The procedure was absolutely painless and the post treatment recovery was also very smooth.

The booking system is not good. They book 30 minutes/slot for a patient, and continously one after one. But doctor need more time. So the appointment can not be on time. I arrived earlier 30mins before the appointment time, and waited, then I had to cancel the appointment. It’s so unconvenient when you planned and they failed you. Make sure you have a lot of time before and after appointment so you might not cancel your appointment. I told them that I need the appointment to be on time because I need to go right after the appointment. They assured me that it would be on time but it couldn’t be.

I went to have my wisdom tooth removed earlier by Dr Mona Chin. Upon arrival, she introduced herself and explained the process for the whole procedure. She was very patient and was able to clear my doubts and queries without rushing me to decide. Her assistant was also thoughtful, as she provided me with an ice pack to reduce the swelling post-extraction. Seeing a dentist may be a nightmare for some but I am glad that Dr Mona reassured me throughout the whole procedure that it will be a smooth sailing journey.

Last time, I'm afraid of seeing dentist because I have very bad experiences with 3 male dentist in other dental clinics who did the extraction of my molar tooths, asking nurse to hold my head & struggling to pluck out my molar tooth thus causing excess bleeding & pain, can feel my flesh inside have been torn into many pieces. Until my met Dr Felicia at Q&M towner branch three years ago. She was the only dentist who willing to do corporate account, she is awesome & gentle. She is very clear in her explanations throughout the whole process. Thumb up for her good & skillful service for extracting my molar tooth on 24 Dec at CSM, surprisingly it is just a small hole wound & with a bit of blood stain, I only used 1 cotton cushion. she informed me that she no longer serving corporate account, at the same time, I updated her that I changed job & this co unable to claim dental charges. Knowing that I have to pay the dental charges myself, she was so kind & give me some discount, thank you so much, appreciated 🙏.Got a call from CSO this afternoon but I was having a shower in the bathroom therefore unable to answer her call, she follow up via watsapp to check whether I recovering well?👍 Good Service

Did filling at Seletar Mall outlet in Thursday as initially suspected that the toothache was due to the filling dropping out. Pain continued till Saturday. Went back to the dentist which suggested that I might need to see a specialist for root canal treatment at City Square mall. Was lucky to get an appt. at 1.30pm to get the specialist to assess my condition. Dr Benjamin Long was the specialist assigned to me. After the assessment, indeed a root canal treatment is required. The treatment is about 2 hrs and my appt. is only meant for a 30 mins consultation. Dr Long, seeing that I am in pain, was very nice to get his nurse to get the 2 pm appt. to push back to 4pm so that he could do the treatment for me. Knowing that I had not taken any food since morning, Dr Long got his nurse to make me a cup of milo before starting the treatment. During the whole treatment, he was patient. The treatment was in 3 stages and at every stage, he would check if you were okie before continuing with the next stage and would not pressure you to continue if you are not ready. I must say, I was lucky to have been assigned to Dr Long for this treatment. Patient and fatherly towards his patients and his trainees. Good Service by the clinic, nurse Shirley would sent a sms to check on your well-being the next day.

City Square outlet scheduled me a wisdom tooth removal at Redhill but later . Then insisted I put in a deposit before my procedure would be confirmed. I was quite taken aback as this was planned for weeks . I happened to be really busy that period to go down but the staff kept insisting I come down to put the deposit otherwise the specialist wouldn’t turn up . What? Mind you the procedure isn’t even costly that I don’t know what’s all the fuss about. They harassed me to put in the deposit closing on the date . Then they finally acceded to give me a Paynow number to do a transfer instead . Why can’t they do that from the very first instant? Anyway, I found time to go down to the clinic that very day to put the deposit but lo and behold, the Redhill clinic was closed! And it’s not even after hours . At this point I don’t even know how to proceed with the entire procedure because one is not done then the other is due . Then next, they kept harassing me to go for the gum cleaning procedure at the main City Square Mall outlet . But I’ve not even removed my wisdom tooth! Then when closing in on this date , they told me the dentist was not available for the date because of a scheduling mix up and proceeded to allocate me another date which I am not available . Again, this was scheduled for weeks already. I just feel that this was long dragged out and just felt like the procedures were more money-grabbing than essential hence the non-committal way my case was handled , which gave me a lot of inconvenience over nothing as though I was hard up over it . Greatly inconvenienced me . Very disappointing . I would not recommend QM dental to any one

My periodontal scaling and root planing was done by Dr Lu Zhiyin. The whole session was almost painless except some sensitive areas which is expected. She explains the whole process thoroughly beforehand. I will stick to Q&M for my dental health. She is a an experienced doctor who is very accurate in scaling and root planing.

As far as I can remember, I have avoided the word ‘root canal’ like a plague. Experiences from my friends were scary to say the least. Many of them recounted painful procedures. When I was left with no choice but to take this option, I couldn’t sleep for days prior to my treatment. Dr Azlan came highly recommended by Dr Serene. Well I did my fair share of research on him like a hawk. All the reviews I read about him were great! Could it be bot reviews? No! Dr Azlan is truly a gifted endodontist. He is patient with my questions, he is so gentle that the 3 jabs he gave me, I literally felt nothing. He is caring - asking me how I felt along the way. He even told me we could break up the treatment into 2 sessions with no extra cost if I cannot tolerate it in 1 session. His pain management is top notch because I truly felt NO PAIN (except for the jaw ache from opening my mouth too long). Thank you Dr Azlan for taking such good care of me!

2 days ago, I went to Q&M Medical &Aesthetics for a consultation regarding my persistent cough and sorethroat. It was my 1st consultation there. Dr Ali exhibited very exemplary service and he was very assuring and v understanding. When I told him that if he were to prescribed me too many meds, the price will be hefty for me, he assured me that he will only give me the necessary ones. Through my conversations with him, I could sense that he has much patience while addressing my concerns too. Thumbs up for him! It is a pity that he is only parttime Locum. Perhaps Q&M management could give him some recognition, a full-time contract and a wage increment as doctors like these are quite a rare gem.

Highly recommend Dr Benjamin. I had visited another Dentist prior to seeing Dr Ben, i was told to do 2 extraction or root canal, as I had bad toothache. When I visited Dr Ben, he said I may not need root canal and only need to extract my wisdom tooth. Dr Adrian Bai is very patient and professional. And especially for emergency painful cases, he'll slot in to attend to you despite his extremely full schedule. He is a very kind surgeon with empathy for others. And he never fails to keep you calm while dental works are done.

It was tough when my daughter of age 11 got some infection on her tooth . We were told that she needs to do a Root Canal to get the tooth treated. My wife and I went from dentist in neighborhood, school dentist, NDC, KK and thankfully we were recommended to Dr Andy Lim (QnM). He could empathize with my daughter's anxiety as she was traumatized by her 1st dental visit. Our experience: Dr Lim greeted us with a big smile when we saw him. While most dentist would immediately jump in to do all sorts of test on my daughter, I was surprised that Dr Lim took time to have small talk and telling jokes to my daughter which put her at ease. We are very thankful to Dr Andy Lim for being very patient and giving her the assurance that all will be ok. I especially like the way that he could connect well with the girl as they have common liking for Disney. He is professional and make sure that we understand what the treatment was for and took time to explain the process to us. He has really gone the extra mile for his patient to be as comfortable as possible. Successfully, we managed to help her get treated. My daughter is looking forward to have her regular dental checks. Dr Mona Chin is a very experience doctor. When she doing tooth filling for me, she is very gentle and gave me a lot of advice on how to take care of sensitive teeth.

Called the dental clinic this morning for an urgent consultation with Dr Andy, the endodontist whom I visited previously as I am experiencing pain in my root canal tooth. But the receptionist Jean, called me 3 times and still unable to fix an appointment for me. In the 3th call she still asked me which tooth was hurting, obviously it is my root canal tooth why else would I request to see the endodontist? Such lack professionalism really surprised me and a really subpar lacklustre standard for a listed company which is clearly only looking to satisfy its stakeholders profits. As a company you should do some audit on the service standards which your company provides.

Conveniently located at B1 of City Square Mall, this is one of the biggest Q & M branches with many comfortable lounge chairs while waiting your turn. Seems to be popular for young children and very busy during weekends so appointment is a must.

I had my root canal treatment with temp crowning today under Dr Benjamin Long. The whole process was not uncomfortable at all. In fact i fell asleep. He was assuring and well informed about what he was going to do to my tooth. I was assured the whole time. It is painless and he does it slow and steady! Thanks Dr Long!

Be prepared to pay higher price at Q&M. Went for a check up and was advised to do a root canel. Firstly the x-ray charges is higher then other dentist I had been previously. For root canel the doctor recommended a specialist claiming to do a better job. Of course he will do a better job because he is a specialist isn’t that obvious! I noticed while I was paying there is even a sterilisation & disposables for $12.00? What’s that for seriously? Overall experience 1/10, with my tooth issues it made it even worse 0/10. I made a wrong choice so pls do consider your options before taking the plunge at Q&M.

Dr Benjamin helped me with my first root canal and I am so thankful for such a patient and caring doctor. He explained every single step and helped me cope with the pain. I highly recommend Dr Benjamin and would come back for another visit!

Money minded, be careful with child specialist services are looting money. They smartly push for unnecessary services like X-ray,extraction, fluoride application etc. .... I fee this is day light robbery. I would NOT recommend.

They care about money much more than their patients

Some dentist are unprofessional and operate in rude manner and was charged higher than other branch after 10% discount comparing $72 and $128.4 both after 10% discount for Scaling & Polishing. Wondering what is the difference?

Like many, I avoided regular dental checks like a plague as I didn't have many positive experiences when young and the few I had when I was older. But a toothache which brought me to Q&M @ City Sq Mall changed my perception. Was lucky to have Dr Monique attend to me on my first visit and while my fear of the drilling and extractions is still there, her patient, gentle and empathetic nature put me at ease each time I was on the chair. Dr Monique is also skillful and did such a wonderful job on my surgery to remove a molar and wisdom teeth, there was no pain or swelling the next day. i guess i am not so fearful and resistant to visiting my dentist for regular check ups now :) Thank you Dr Monique and staff of Q&M @ CSM!

I am so unsatisfied and disappointed in getting a crown done(a front tooth). The color doesn’t match and placed in a different angle and ended up me having shooting pain and headache for a week. Tried to convince me the intention was a correction. I did not ask for a correction and made my smile look different and I feel so horrible. I still feel the pressure on nearby tooth. Visited multiple times asking for help, wasted so much money, time and effort. After paying so much money its such a horrible job and I just don’t know what to do.

Was provided one of the best dental advice with multiple viable options following a toothache over the past week. Dr Benjamin and Dr Monique are certainly one of the best around - factual and not pushy with the services proposed. Certainly one to recommend for any dental related help in future!

I have my teeth treated only at Q&M in Singapore. I find they have very good dentists and equipments. I had my root canal treatment, fillings, cleaning, nightguard done here and never came across to any post-issues. Just quite pricey.

Went to see Dr Benjamin Long for root canal treatment on 16 Sept 17. He is very experienced, patient with me, explained the entire procedure clearly and completed the treatment in less than 2 hours with a temporary crown. The second day I felt no discomfort. Dr Long is probably one of the best Endodontists I have known.

The best dental advice I've ever been given. Dr Faaz was recommended highly to me and i sought his advice. He is exceptionally knowledgable and understands evidence based dentistry properly. I have seen expert dentists in London but none have offered the practical insights and tips and genuine concern that he has. An inspiration to dentists and myself as a doctor to practice in a truly patient centred way

I opted for him as the dentist of choice due to my negative prior experiences. I greatly appreciate his reassurance and excellent skills in managing his patients and clients. It was my first time plucking my tooth for more than 10 years ago. Back in the days of serving the nation, I was told that my wisdom tooth was well in place and does not require any treatment. Fast forward 4 years later, the X-Ray images at Q&M Dental Centre (Citysquare Mall) reviewed that the wisdom tooth at my bottom left requires me to pay more attention to its position. He's a rare dentist and I'd 10/10 recommend him.

I would like to thank Dr Yong Loong Tee for accepting me as his patient under a short notice. A kind, knowledgeable, skill full specialist surgeon! He managed to removed 2 of my wisdom tooth (Upper and lower on the right side) quickly and most importantly painlessly!!! He waited for the Local anesthesia to work before proceeding with the surgery and made sure I was ok every step of the way. Initially I was quite anxious prior to my surgery, but Dr Yong Loong Tee was able to calm me down and was so reassuring by talking me through every single process. I can’t thank him enough for all his help. The nurses and receptionist were nice and friendly too! ?? Highly recommend! Reasonable and affordable prices. Will recommend my family members to this clinic. ? ???

Had a sore gum and due for my dental checkup. Saw Dr Wan Hui Wei at QnM City Mall. It was excellent service and great patient care by Dr Wan. The treatment, scaling and polishing job were fantastic. Hard to find a good, sincere and patient dentist these days. Btw, she comes to City Mall on Wed only, so call up and make apptm to avoid disappointment :)

I have visited Dr. Clement Eng for my dental needs for over a decade. He is very transparent with his procedures, the costs and impact. He is thorough in his explanation and ensures that his service level and craft is of utmost quality, and during his procedures, he ensure to give you advanced heads-up of what he is about to do, and soothes and encourages so that you feel as comfortable and at peace as possible. My wife is super afraid of pain, but came out feeling more calm than usual. You will have a peace of mind knowing that you have a dentist who leads with his heart and integrity.
