I found myself at Q&M as they were able to fit me the day I called to ask for an emergency appointment. Dr Tan Keng Wee quite literally got to the root of the problem and sorted out my wisdom tooth issues as he performed the surgery there and then. This was, of course, the option recommended given my circumstance, and was undertaken after Dr Tan’s diagnosis and clear explanation of my circumstance. The surgery was performed professionally with Dr Tan reassuring me throughout the understandably painful procedure. The follow-up appointment for stitch-removal was an equally pleasant experience. Had a great Scaling and polishing experience here with Dr Joel Alex Lee! 👍🏼 Thank you for seeing me at a short notice even though I did not have any appointment. Dr Joel was patient and explained to me my dental condition with the use of xray. The xray taken is able to identify any early signs of decay that I may have. The cleaning itself was painless and even enjoyable. At the end of treatment Dr Joel also placed fluoride for me to prevent decay. Thank you for a thorough and pain free visit! Q & M was very helpful to arrange for Dr Tan Keng Wee to come down even though it was just a couple hours before they close for the weekend as my father’s toothache was really bad and short of going into the A&E. Procedure to extract the tooth was done in about an hour with minimal discomfort. Dr Tan also highlighted a couple of proposed fillings for us to consider and to arrange another date for those fillings. Receptionist was helpful and clear in explanations on the meds. If you/your parents are Chinese speaking, it may be helpful too that the receptionist is fluent in Mandarin besides English. Overall a friendly & nice experience. Will recommend!

Removing a wisdom tooth can be mortifying but Dr Tan Keng Wee removed mine in the most painless manner. He made sure to explain what the whole procedure would entail and during the surgery, kept me updated on what he was doing and would do next. Super professional service from the time you step into the clinic. I had an 'unplanned' wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Tan explained in detail how it will take place. I was quite hesitant at first because I fear the pain but he was very calm and patient. Throughout the surgery he also made sure that I was feeling alright. There wasn't much pain as expected and it was done within 20 min. The nurses at the counter were also very friendly and helpful! Totally recommend them! Thank you once again Dr Tan and team!

I remember the last time i had my regular teeth clean in early 2022, there was a guy dentist who did the necessary polishing and scaling, but he was quite rough, gums bled quite a bit. It was good that he did manual flossing for me but i felt it was too rushed and it hurt my gums somewhat. Overall it was decent clean up session but i think it’s imperative that the dentists themselves know they have to compete with more dental clinics popping up now and then. Dental standards need to be raised a little for Q&M. Reason im saying all these is because ive been to iDental and Royce, the dentists seem a lot more gentle and equally as proficient, and i havent returned to Q&M since.

I stay in the Western part of Singapore and I am willing to take an hour train ride to see Dr Tan Keng Wee for my regular teeth polishing and scaling. The only dentist that does not make my gums bleed each time I visited him. The go-to dentist for me! Dr Tan's assistants Pom and Janiss were also warm and welcoming. Together they form a great team!

I chipped and cracked a few teeth in the morning, and went to see Q&M (Bishan) in the evening, where I was attended to by Dr. Edwin Ng. He was direct and to the point in straightaway asking me what I wanted. I replied with two main points of concern, both of which he addressed with a good level of framing and information after a quick but thorough examination. There was no upselling of dental services, and I was in and out within fifteen minutes. Dr. Ng's candour and forthrightness made for a very efficient, productive appointment - productive in that I felt I could very quickly make a well-informed decision. It was a far better experience than that of being pandered to or drip-fed incomplete information that I've had at some other dental/medical appointments. If my approach/personality sounds similiar to yours in seeking dental services, then this place would likely be a good fit.

It was my first time in their clinic for a tooth extraction but the service was really good. The clinic was clean and good ambiance! The dentist's assistant gave me a lead gown for protection before proceeding with x-ray and as a radiographer, that's a plus for me (really appreciate it!). The assistant was also very attentive to what the dentist needs. She was also giving me comfort during the procedure. Dr. Edwin Ng has also explained the x-ray to me very well and the options that I have to address the problem. He was talking to me every step of the way. At first, I was nervous for the tooth extraction but eventually I became more relaxed because I know i'm in good hands. Unequivocally excellent skilled and efficient service. Was able to easily get a same day appointment on a Sunday. I went for a wisdom tooth extraction for the first time so was very nervous, but Dr Cao Shuo was very patient and detailed in explaining the procedure and risks which helped in going through with it. Extraction alone was done within a minute! After each movement Dr Cao would ask if I’m fine and was attentive to any discomfort, and the assistants were also on the ball, which was appreciated. Had a last minute appointment here and despite the late hours, the staff here were very accommodating to my requests. Dr Edwin Ng made sure that I was very well taken care of and my wisdom tooth operation was so smooth and painless that i was shocked when he announced it was over. The only thing i felt was my saliva accumulating in my mouth, that is how pro he was. Procedures were explained for both pre-op and post-op and the receptionists/ dental nurses were super friendly and did a very thorough follow up with my even after the operation. I would give 6 stars but sadly 5 is the max.

It was a horrible experience with Dr Edwin Ng. The cleaning was done without any care. If his intention was to make sure I have a set of thoroughly cleaned teeth, I must admit that he was using all his might to ensure that I achieved that. It’s a shame that I have to escape half-way through the cleaning as it was really unbearable. Dr Edwin was talking to me while cleaning my teeth and I couldn’t hear a single word from him. Perhaps because I waited 20 minutes before he could attend to me and he was rushing to be on time with his next patient, I sensed his urgency to get the cleaning done. I am so disappointed with his service as I was highly recommended by my niece who visited Q&M Dental and is so afraid of pain. It’s a shame that I have to write this review as I saw all the positive reviews after I ran out of the treatment room.

Dr Edwin Ng was very skilled and professional with both the surgery and extraction of my wisdom tooth. He did the whole procedure in 25mins. The nurses at the branch also provides very good services, including post-surgery services like ensuring that i know how to look after my wound, and call to make sure im okay

Had a very positive experience at Q and M Bishan. I had a very bad toothache and was scrambing to find a good dental clinic and dentist. Not only did the lady who picked up the call slot me in, the dentist, Mr Edwin Ng was very professional, friendly and skilled. I really dislike going to the dentist- he removed wisdom and a molar in 40 minutes. I felt comfortable and experienced no pain. Through the procedure, he was very clear in explaining what he was going to do, and he was very reassuring. The dentist and lady at the counter are both very caring and were detailed in explaining aftercare as well. It really took away alot of agony on my end and I am really grateful!

Firstly, I thank Dr. Tan for the professional approach he did for my molar filling. But sadly, I am utterly disappointed with the counter staff who handled my appointment and registration. I was given a 515pm slot. She called me at 510pm asking my whereabouts with the most unpleasant tone. Upon me saying "I'm nearby", without another word, she SLAMMED the phone down!! While registering, she asked my smoking status 3 TIMES. I said no whenever that same question rudely came much to her disbelief. Is she having a stereotyping thought ? Dear Dr. Tan, clearly such staff is undeserving for your excellent medical professionalism. Her attitude would scar any good service approach you or your team of dentist had put up over the years.

I made an appointment with this clinic and later cancelled. Out of the blue, Dr Tan called to ask why. I've never been to this clinic before and he doesn't know me but he took the initiative to enquire about my condition and throughout the call, he was reassuring, friendly, and helpful. I felt comforted after as my condition was perhaps not as serious as I had thought. Frankly, which doctor does this??! Kudos to Dr Tan for a great service ?

Dr. Tan Keng was very patiently and sincerely gave me consultation. It is expensive to see dentists in Singapore, but was worthy to pay the consultation fee for his good attitude also for his good treatment of my tooth.

I went there to send my wife for wisdom tooth extraction. Both Dr.Edwin and Dr. Tan Keng (all doctors there) are all very good and skilled. My wife is easily scared and worried, but she made it! and she can even laugh and be jolly after the whole process. The bad tooth was removed cleanly and swiftly. A whole lot of thanks !

I have been to my fair share of dentel clinics over the years, and I must say that the service and professionalism over at Q&M Bishan was remarkable. Really satisfied with my first couple of visits. Doubt I would ever recommend anyone to Ng. He was not rude, but he was "awkward" to communicate with, it was a "I ask, he answer" situation. And I don't think he showed finesse on his procedure. His face was ''black" as charcoal. I think he is probably overwork or junior dentist as he is on duty almost everyday full day. ===== I went for two wisdom tooth extraction, during the procedure, he did not speak a single word or called out what was being done or the progress. I was always wondering what is being done at the moment. The longest period he spent talking was "reciting" the medical disclaimer. At the end of the extraction, I was told for next visit, I need filling for two teeth, one of them being the molar. On second visit, he did filling on two other teeth but not the molar. When I reminded him of the molar, he initially said he don't think so but later admitted it needed to be filled. He proceeded to drill without anaesthetic which was too painful. (Later I proceeded to another dentist and the dentist said it was surprising that Ng tried to do filling without anaestheic because the filling involved was below the gum) I was very annoyed and in pain they just hanged the U shaped suction on to my cheek directly resting on my previous extraction. When I tried to adjust it, he coldly said it can only suck on the side of my cheek and didn't attempt to position it in another position. Furthermore, on one of the filling done by Ng, it became impossible for the floss between the teeth, and I needed another dentist to polish it and now I can floss effortlessly. ===== On the second clinic, the dentist asked the nurse/assistant to hold the tube and apply it when needed to reduce the discomfort and pain. As he went through the procedure, he was calling outout procedure and how it was going, how much longer to go, it was very reassuring for me.

Dr Tan and his staff are professional and detail-oriented. The registration and payment process was speedy. There was barely any wait time and chance for us to warm up our seat as the clinic handles their appointments with precision. Dr Tan is friendly, patient and truly cares for his clients. He took time to explain the consequences of bad oral hygiene and even throws in a pop quiz at the end of the scaling and polishing to ensure my son comprehends the consequences. We would definitely return since knowledge is power as Dr Tan educates his clients.
