I don't understand why patients upfront don't get a copy of the MRI scans. So I was told to call in to request for a copy, even though I don't understand why I need to pay for a copy again which scans were already paid to begin with. But the most frustrating part is when I called, I am always directed to the relevant department by the main line but no one ever pick up the call, left a message 3 times for call back in the span of 2 months, never for once return my call.

Unprofessional Dr Ng Peng Soon, Went for a consultation and he was rude to me and doubted my conditions despite my MRI readings from reputable medical diagnostic imaging center. Even with explanations, he was rude and doubted my conditions. Afterwards, i had to do an EMG and NCS test at NNI as i was experiencing burning sensation and numbness which causes pain on my right thigh region down. This Dr Ng, only came in when it is the time where he is required to poke a needle into my muscles to test its health by hearing the firing of neurons. He went to poke so deep into my right femur that it hit my periosteum. I pushed the doctor's arm away when he continued pushing the needle so deep into my femoral bone. He did not even apologise. May i ask if the nerve conduction test EMG, is testing the muscle or bone nerve?? Also, i did not see whether they have sterlised the needle before inserting it into my muscles. Thought this place would be a professional hospital thus i seeked referral to this place. Nurses are helpful but please take note of the doctor.

Doctors are very unprofessional, can't even tell me why is my hand shaking after 2 diagnosis over a period of 6 months and taking blood samples. They told me to stop seeking treatment as it is not life threatening as if I didnt know that already... Waste of time and money.

I wish to commend on one senior consultant - neurologist - A/Prof Loh Ngai Kun. A/Prof Loh is a healer who exemplified in holistic care of his patients - treating the person first and then the medical condition. A true person of ethics, more young neurologists ought to learn from A/Prof Loh!

Efficient and fast service. Just scan your IC and walk to the designated clinic.

Extreme different opinion at each visit. Ordered wrong scan but still charged for it and even paid for consultation each time seeing all the young interns with all sorts of opinion to cutting here and there, or risk my life. The slightly senior consultant will at times just assist the young ones for 10mins without looking at the history and suggest different opinion. I felt It is ok not to be sure of some condition at times for the doctors cause the specialization might be different. But when unsure, it is so wrong to give an opinion that affects people life just because you needed to comment.

Appointment scheduled at 4.50pm.. Arrived early n waited till 6.00pm to see the doctor. Next appointment for MRI.. Came early n MRI was done within 10mins of my arrival.. 3rd appointment.. To get the results of my MRI.. Appointment scheduled at 4.50pm.. Called to say that I was already on my way and will be reaching the hospital at 5.15 or 5.20pm.. The doc had already left.. I dont know what my report is.. How irresponsible was that.. I know u guys have the 30 minutes grace.. But.. When u were late.. Did i make a fuss.. No i did not.. I waited.. Irresponsible doctor.. N no initiative nurses.. Could have at least called me to ask where i was.. Really disappointed.. I wouldnt have gone through the trouble of going for an MRI if I wasnt worried abt my health.. Hope this goes out to the administration of TTSH too.. Please.. Give it some consideration..

The clinic is modern, clean and well maintained. As a public health facility, it looks and feels superior to many other private aged medical centres in Singapore. Staff are polite and helpful. The only gripe is the unpredictable and long waiting time. Why not use SMS notification with number of patients-in-front so we can plan around the wait?

If there was a zero star, that shall be it. My appointment was at 10.20am. reached at 10am. And waited for a good one hour and 20 minutes. Nurse just kept apologizing but what's the point when they wasted 1 hour of my life. I'm paying at a private rate and got such a lousy treatment.

Excellent service from the staff. Signage and directions could be improved though.

What we looking for is quality healthcare, doesn't mean clean, modern-looking place means it's good. If patient care sucks and treatment is poor (with doctors give mis-diagnoses, leading to uncalled for surgery), it still is a place to avoid. Hope some government body is looking into this aspect, and not relaid on "places looking modern or such"

Place is clean, staff are friendly and quick to help, I am an international patient and there has been a time where my appointment was somehow not registered in the system and so to compensate for the error my consultation fee for that appointment was free, I have been going to this hospital to seek treatment and checkups for my epilepsy once every few months ever since I was 17 years old (I am now 23) and the experience, on average, has been satisfactory! The doctor knows what he's doing and the ct scan is very quick and painless Not much of a problem with the hospital or the staff itself, however I will say as a young patient it gets really awkward when everyone else stares at me because usually elderly people have to deal with neurological health issues, it can become quite awkward if you come here as a young patient, but I feel that would be the average experience visiting a neurologist when you're either in your teens or early twenties lol
