I
can
summarize
VES,
at
best,
very
informative,
but
only
for
people
who
has
a
lot
of
time
to
waste.
Do
not
visit
VES
if
you’re
a
very
busy
person.
The
waiting
time
is
way
too
long.
I
waited
a
considerable
amount
of
time
after
they
took
my
cat
into
the
ICU
ward
for
the
vet
to
come
out
and
speak
to
me.
Waited
another
1
hour,
after
telling
the
receptionist
3
times
I
have
to
rush
to
work,
to
say
goodbye
to
my
cat
for
2
min
when
I
decided
to
let
him
stay
overnight
for
observation.
In
total,
I
spent
3
hours,
most
likely
2.5
hours
waiting
and
waiting
and
waiting.
I
literally
watched
this
dog
owner
walk
her
dog
up
and
down
the
front
desk
area
for
1
hour
while
she
waited
for
her
dog’s
meds
and
while
I
waited
for
my
cat’s
vet
to
come
out
of
the
restricted
area.
I
visited
on
14
Sept
2021
afternoon
after
my
cat’s
annual
blood
test
results
basically
shows
he’s
dying
from
kidney
failure.
I
will
not
mention
the
vet’s
name
who
attended
to
him
this
day.
I
will
just
describe
her
as
robotic,
like
talking
to
an
information
booth.
I
asked
for
the
purpose
of
recommending
my
cat
to
stay
for
overnight
observation
and
she
repeated
twice,
exact
words,
“his
blood
results
are
horrendous”.
Yo,
I
want
to
know
what
the
point
is
for
keeping
him
under
observation
overnight,
and
why
I
am
paying
$1500
for
it.
What
is
it
can
you
do
to
change
anything??
Anyway,
she
did
explain
after
I
asked
for
the
3rd
time.
Their
plan
was
for
additional
tests
to
better
understand
the
cause
of
the
sudden
deterioration.
I’d
prefer
a
more
empathetic
doctor.
But
for
the
benefit
of
the
doc,
she
did
call
me
on
the
night
itself
to
explain
to
me
all
the
additional
test
results
and
what
it
means.
However,
I
noticed
differing
opinions
from
my
regular
vet
and
VES’
vet.
Next
day,
Dr
Chia
attended
to
my
sister
who
picked
my
cat
up.
She
was
very
professional,
kudos
to
that.
Their
plan
was
to
continue
FLUID
THERAPY
for
a
few
more
days
(and
a
few
more
$$)
because
the
kidney
is
no
longer
working.
We
decided
to
take
him
out
and
bring
him
to
another
vet
(not
my
regular
vet)
because
whatever
was
explained
to
me
last
night
shows
there’s
no
point
in
keeping
him
under
observation
anymore.
In
the
24
hours
my
cat
was
under
observation,
none
of
the
doctors
noticed
his
heartbeat
rate
was
abnormally
high.
In
fact,
robotic
doctor
told
me
his
heart
rate
was
normal,
but
I
remember
my
regular
vet
telling
me
his
heart
rate
was
a
bit
erratic.
The
3rd
vet
I
went
to
noticed
within
an
hour
that
his
panting
warrants
an
xray
and
immediately
did
one
for
him,
which
shows
fluid
in
his
lungs.
I’m
not
a
doctor,
but
pumping
more
fluids
(FLUID
THERAPY)
into
a
cat
with
fluid
in
his
lungs
will
just
kill
him,
right???
Turns
out,
not
only
did
my
cat
have
congenital
kidney
disease,
he
has
congestive
heart
disease
too.
I’d
also
like
to
mention
that
VES
did
a
urine
test
on
my
cat
on
14/15
Sept
2021
and
will
take
3
days
for
the
results
to
be
out.
I
received
an
email
on
17
Sept
2021
for
his
ultrasound
report
so
I
requested
for
the
urine
test
report
too.
Got
a
call
from
the
receptionist
that
I
will
receive
a
call
from
the
doc
and
have
the
report
latest
in
a
week’s
time.
I
haven’t
received
anything.
It’s
4
Oct
2021
now.
I
guess
my
cat
doesn’t
have
UTI………………
but
at
least
let
me
know?
I
paid
for
the
test
reports.
Is
it
because
I
discharged
my
cat,
so
y’all
don’t
care
about
him
anymore?
Payment
made,
case
closed.
Anyway
I
will
give
1
star
to
robotic
doctor
because
she
is,
at
the
very
least,
informative
and
systematic
and
this
gave
me
a
very
clear
cut
decision
on
what
to
do
with
my
cat
moving
forward.
Another
star
for
Dr
Chia
for
her
professionalism.
And
then
I’m
gonna
minus
1
star
for
waiting
time,
1
star
off
for
the
exorbitant
fees,
and
1
star
off
for
the
non-existent
urine
test
report
which
I
paid
for.
I
think
the
vets
are
very
busy
and
over-capacitated.
