Please train the staff not to disturb people when they are training. I understand they are doing their job to remind people but if they are not trained on how to use the equipments or what’s the equipments for then go for training. The whole point of a platform is so you can lift heavier and if the weights drop it won’t spoil the floor. There is this particular uncle in red who likes to go around telling people to “don’t make any sound” is really killing the vibe. Even when people drop the weights from failing, he insisted that we try to fail without making any sound. Hello safety is more important, you mean when I fail my back squat I need to think about being quiet? Is this a library?? What’s more ridiculous is when someone not Chinese make sound from dead lifting 140kg, suddenly he is ok with it, he took pictures and tell him 👍🏼 double standard. If the staff don’t know basic gym ethics then it just means they are not meant for this job. Stop harassing people, we are training to get stronger so don’t tell me to lift lesser so I won’t fail. If not for the bad experiences with the staff I would say this gym is a solid 5 stars.

Newly renovated with lots of new machines and ample space, 3 benches, functional area and a lot of treadmills. It's like those gyms u see on instagram. It's easily accessible, with friendly facilities like nice toilets, sitting area (they blocked the charger plugs during my recent visit though) and hot n cold water cooler. However it's sad that there are no basketball courts and dance studios open for booking given the amount of space the sports hall altogether takes up. Nobody uses the dance studios unless there are classes but sad we as public can't book.

Nice, big and new gym which is well-equipped. It’s a pity though some of the new machines are already faulty during my visit on 12 Jun 2023 eg. one out of 2 rowing machines and 2 treadmills.

Really impressed with the sport complex. * Clean * Quite comprehensive equipment range * New equipments (eg. Treadmill machine is much nicer/sturdier vs those in Enabling Village ActiveSG gym) * Few mins walk from Redhill MRT The only downside is that the gym can be quite popular, so I recommend checking the traffic @ ActiveSG app before heading to the gym.

Gym is now reopened, $3.50 for foreigners and $2.50 for Singaporean & PR. Need to download the ActiveSG app and pay via wallet. Would not allow me to look at the equipment even though off peak and not very busy. Apparently they had an open day already! 🙄 Looks good from what I could see.

Currently closed for reno! Medium size gym. Usually crowded (at peak hours 7pm – 9pm) with lots of people queuing for machines and weights. Poor ventilation - smell foul at sometimes. New equipment. No locker room. Very tiny toilet. $2.50 per entry - so maybe its okay la. :)

Update: Thought 9am on a Monday morning would be a good time to go to the gym. But when I arrived, it was super crowded! Guess everyone else had the same idea. All 10 normal treadmills were occupied, had to wait a while. There’s only one machine with tricep rope. Some of the crucial machines are out of service, like the leg extension and one rowing machine. First time here after the renovation. Definitely more upgrades. However, the complex is just as confusing especially since we entered from the sports hall side and had to walk to the swimming complex side where the gym is on.

After massive renovation and opened in April 2023, super nice place!! Dumbbells cap at 20kg, got three full racks. Very updated and new selection of machines. Several barbells and racks also available. Definitely will make the journey to come here, very good gym.

Awesome place to workout. Spacious, machine in order and plenty of choices. Unlike other outlet, only one machine of a kind and max around 10 so everyone is Q-ing mostly. Anyway, thia gym can add on some stretch down thick mat thought at the place near the check in counter...to complete the overall experience

Organized a family futsal game here a week ago. Nice place. Loads of parking onsite or MSCP nearby available. Futsal court is hard courts not artificial grass FYI. McDonald’s, swimming pools and other indoor activities can be done here. ‘Newly’ upgraded so not many people yet 😉

Please improve my your customer service...ask gym users nicely and not questioning. Refering to the older lady in ActiveSg red t-shirt. Please put up more and bigger signage informing people of the need of a towel and wiping wet sweaty equipment after use and not hog on equipment. There were gym users without towels but she failed to notice them. The gym design and environment are good.

Overall a good gym. Started out training here long ago. Equipment is quite old but it's sufficient. The atmosphere in the gym is good. No power rack but has 1 squat rack, 2 bench press station and 1 incline bench press. If I'm not wrong, chalk is allowed. Only downside is that it closes at 10pm and dumbbell only goes up to 20kg. Toilet is pretty small and only have one shower cubicle. Quite crowded after 6pm.

I lost around 5 kg in 6 months since I was here. It's an activesg gym that cost less than your return bus fare, don't expect too ridiculous expectations. Expect crowds anytime here, young ego lifters hogging and of course nice people who are willing to share equipment. Staff aren't so friendly but at least there's a eye candy there.

After the renovation the gym finally looked better. There were also better equipment for the gym go-getter. If only they had renovated the toilets too. But thats not really important. Also now there's a spray by the only toilet bowl in the mens room.

Gained almost ten pounds of lean muscle this summer using the equipment. The barbell doesn’t ask, the barbell understands. Crowded in the evenings but that’s every gym at this price (less than $30/month). I love the morning crew and never had a problem finding a spotter here.

I would not say that the gym has the latest or the best equipment out there in the market. What it does have would suffice and would satisfy the regular gym goer. updated as of 28th October 2019: Delta Sport Centre, Delta Sport Hall, Delta Hockey Pitch, Delta Swimming Complex and Delta ActiveSG Gym are closed from 1 September 2019 to 31 August 2020.

The good thing is that this is a new gym, so all the items are new. But it's very crowded on the weekday night I visited, so you may need to wait around the popular items. Most users here are secondary school and tertiary students. There are no paid lockers in the gym, but there are open shelves. It's not enough for the number of users inside though, as many of us had to place our items on the floor. There are only three benches (which aren’t attached to machines) in the free weights area though, which is too little—there could be a lot of waiting. The lowest barbell bar weight is 10 kg. This gym is air-conditioned, and I think the temperature is alright. There are new toilets inside the gym, and two water coolers with hot and cold water outside too. A McDonald's will open at the ground level of Delta Sport Centre soon.

A large swimming complex at a very convenient location. It is obviously made to serve a large population living in the area. However the amenities are aging and the toilets could use quite a bit of work. Time for an upgrade. Also houses badminton courts, dance studio, a floorball pitch and and martial arts studio.
