    Pulse lab has the best female trainer I’ve met! Trainer Shirgin is an experienced trainer who will get you the results you. If you are lean and looking to gain some muscles or trying to shed some pounds off and tone up, you’re results will be guaranteed. She customizes every session specific to you. She will give the best of things you enjoy doing and also those you beg a lil to stop but just to make you feel amazing after!! What makes her special aside to gaining results is her amazing personality and positivity. Magically, you will enjoy everything you once thought you never could and do more!

    the gym has a great vibe! great place for working out. My husband and I had engaged trainer, Shirgin as our personal trainer for our big day! I would like to Thanks Shirgin for all the push, diet plan and the most important things was the workout plan ! We had achieved our goal within few months! :D She is very encouraging and supportive!

    Just get Shirgin as your trainer! Trained with her previously and the results were amazing. Not only were her training structured, she’s always there to push me to my limits! On top of that, she helps me learn how to keep track of my diet and also answers all my truckload of crazy questions day in day out without any complaints 💕

    Shirgin is an experienced trainer who knows how to get the best out of me. She has a thorough understanding of different exercise routines and would tailor each workout to what we think is best to focus on that day. She’s easy going and very patient. She makes me look forward to each session and makes the overall experience a great one. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer at Pulse Lab!

    Being a new mum, getting back to fitness hasn't been easy but having a supportive and knowledgeable trainer makes my fitness journey smoother. My trainer, Shirgin, being a mum herself understands the struggles and the needs of a new mum. She starts off by assessing my baseline fitness, mobility and my core, ensuring that the exercises she prescribed is of the just right challenge for me. I like that she educates me on how to engage the correct muscles during the exercises. She is really easygoing and nice to talk to, makes those tough training sessions much more bearable!

    Getting started with fitness is intimidating. It requires a good mindset, overcoming of self-doubt and a good personal trainer to achieve your fitness goals. Ms. Shirgin is a great and knowledgeable physical trainer that I can really recommend. She provides sustainable diet and exercise plan. She gives her insights about macro counting and working out using proper techniques. She is patient with her trainees. But, gives the necessary push and encouragement to ensure that the required sets were achieved at every training session. Her pleasant attitude and drive to work has been a blessing and inspiration to her clients. 😊

    For the fact that I haven’t been exercising for close to 3 years now after giving birth to 2 kids, I knew I needed someone to push my limits. Shirgin did a great job in getting my momentum back and making my gym experience a lot smoother. She’s so supportive and easy going. More importantly, she also educates me on health facts I never knew & she makes intense sessions a lot more bearable.

    Starting out with absolutely no clue on weight training, my personal trainer Shirgin, has been very patient with me to help me to learn the techniques and slowly build the confidence to train on days I do not have sessions too. She is very knowledgeable and shares the wisdom openly. She is very down to earth in working towards ensuring the plan is sustainable and holistic. She tailors both the diet and exercise plan accordingly. She is open to feedback and tweaks the plans as needed to ensure I can keep going. That does not mean she goes easy on me! She gives me the needed push and encouragement to ensure I keep growing in this fitness journey. Her pleasant disposition, respect, tenacity and drive to work with her clients has been such a blessing and inspiration! With regards to the physical space, Pulse Lab is a cosy place with friendly people! There are rowing classes right beside to try too 😃

    Shirgin is the best trainer I met thus far. Very dedicated, passionate and tailored the fitness programmes to suit my body’s needs. I gained much more strength and stamina after every sessions with her. She’s someone very amiable and flexible whom one just can’t miss training with.

😠 Beware of a Filipino instructor called Shawn. Sleep during working hours and when he was asked to go back n rest. He challenged the gym users who reported him. Always switch off all aircons n fans at 830pm so that he can leave work on time
