I have just completed a 10-week handstand course by Coach Bryan. The course has helped me to achieve better precision and form in my handstand. Despite the diversity of the class, Coach Bryan was able to identify the specific areas for us to work on in achieving our handstand. That was extremely helpful. Thanks Coach Bryan! I strongly recommend anyone from trying to learn your first handstand to getting the perfect "straight line" handstand to attend his handstand course. Big thumbs up!

I’ve been regularly attending classes at Singapore Calisthenics Academy for about 1 year now. I would highly recommend them. The coaches are phenomenal, patient, and go out of their way to help me achieve my goals. I attend their muscle up and handstand classes. I unlocked my first muscle up from their classes. I am making steady progress only handstands with them too. Overall, I love SCA and I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking to build strength and unlock some cool calisthenics skills.

Had been training at SCA for about 2 years. Engaged coach Jasen initially because I couldn’t even kick up to a handstand, and could barely do 2 pulls. Jasen is knowledgeable, patient, and professional in guiding and training my friends and I. We had all made tremendous improvement in strength and agility. Overall, SCA is a well equipped Calisthenics gym with a team of friendly and dedicated coaches. No matter if you are looking to do your first pull up or wanting to perfect your press to handstand, SCA is your go-to gym!!!

One of the best decisions I made was to be part of SCA community a year ago to train my handstand with Bryan! I have definitely seen great improvements in my strength and endurance since I first started. Bryan, of course, is definitely one of the most patient, skilled coach who is able to cater to a calisthenics noob like me. Definitely a great place to train and de-stress!

I have been going to SCA regularly for about 3 years. Their coaches are not only very knowledgeable and experienced but also very friendly and supportive of our individual journeys. This place is really more like a community than just a gym, where coaches and all members are close friends, spending time in structured classes, fun calisthenics outings around Singapore and also building personal connections over dinners and other activities. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a truly transformational experience to your workouts, to your appreciation of your body and nutrition or if you are just looking to join an amazing community.

The instructors are very ON and professional especially Bryan. Every week, he will drill you with homework and remind you on your home practice. Small class size, you will get the attention needed. Highly recommended if you wanna get upside down.

Well-organised and high-quality classes. The instructor will write down on a whiteboard about we will be doing in class before class starts. During class, the instructor will check the students for form and safety. The instructor will also ensure there’s adequate rest period in between each move. The gym’s focus is on the quality of the workout, not quantity. The boss of the gym is also super responsive to feedback! When I asked if there was a basic class for beginners like me, he took action within the week and included a calisthenics basic class. I can see why this is such a popular gym :)

All the coaches are friendly and approachable. Did planche course with coach raffy from Jul-Sep. It was a very good experience. Not only it has helped improved my overall strength, it's also an excellent skill to learn. Straddle planche achieved! Currently on my 2nd planche course with raffy again. Hope to improve more.

Attended handstand course by Firdaus and also regular muscle up classes with Jasen and have improved leaps and bounds on my technique and strength! Got my first muscle up here after years of training. Community here is good also - everyone is very encouraging and makes you feel welcome regardless of your skill level. Great views from the balcony as well 🤩

My child who is 8 has been attending lessons at SCA for a good 8 months now. From rings conditioning to handstands and pancakes leg training, he enjoys every classes. Classes are flexible and we attend weekend classes in the morning. I would encourage parents and child to attend as Callisthenics is for everyone!

The coaching and instructions given is detailed and easy to follow. Makes me learn in the easiest step by step method. Totally into Calisthenic after attending SCA. The coaches are friendly and over qualified. It's fun and I feel so much stronger in my upper body strength and balancing. Value for money!

Every class is well thought out and the coach adjusts the drills and conditioning exercises to suit the individual level. Very conducive environment for learning. It's not as intimidating as I thought it would be. Coach Firdaus and Coach Bryan are knowledgeable, dedicated and committed to our success. Plus, you know this is the gym with the best view in Singapore?

Had joined SCA wanting to just do 1 pull up but this community has inspired me to want to explore more on what my body can achieve. Decided to try out handstand course with coach Firdaus. Went from having fear to just walk up the wall to being able to kick up to wall in just first couple of sessions.

Firdaus handstand coaching is on point. From 10% success at kick ups to almost 100% every session was a markedly improvement for me.

Awesome gym, all the coaches are very knowledgeable and understand to adapt exercises to your individual level to work the more advanced progressions/skills. Great community around it as well with supportive people with the same interest in calisthenics!

Friendly place for beginners to explore and start on calisthenics! Also good for those experienced to grow in their skills. The trainers (Bryan, Raffi) are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. They are able to cater to all levels.

Bought a package after trying out 1 class! The cues provided by the instructor were so useful. They focus a lot on alignment which is great for both beginners and experts. Highly recommended! Big shout out to Firdaus for being an amazing teacher!

First time trying calisthenics. I really enjoy the part where every move is very slow and controlled. You get to better feel, work and understand your body better and you hardly ever get breathless like typical gym and tabata session. They don't push you as much as typical gym coach but instead they help you recognise your limits safety while still growing and learning at your own pace and comfort level. The intro session earlier was a lot better then I had anticipated! Special mention and thanks to Jasen for going above and beyond the call of duty, being very patient in answering my questions and extremely gracious to acceding to my requests to help me better understand what calisthenics is all about. Thank you very much! I look forward to my next session soon! Already sign up!

I have attended SCA’s classes for almost a year now and would recommend it to anyone, regardless of fitness level and experience. There is a good variety of classes and the instructors are knowledgeable, experienced and approachable. The community is great too and I’ve made many friends at SCA. I’ve also seen lots of improvement in my strength and calisthenics skills.

The best decision I made after moving to Singapore from London in 2019 was to sign up at Singapore Calisthenics Academy. SCA has changed my life for the better. It has brought a new form of discipline to my fitness regime that I can’t stop raving about. The coaches here take their craft seriously, are humble, fantastic teachers and have seriously become like family to me. Every member is so welcoming and warm here too. Group classes are a joy to be part of. I have achieved fitness goals at the age of 40 that I never thought I had in me. SCA is truly my happy place! Sign up, take a class! Trust me you won’t regret it!

My wife and I have been members of SCA for over a year now, and the results really speak for themselves! Wasn’t even able to do 1 pull-up, but am able to 6 now with the help of the experienced coaches here at SCA. All of the coaches were extremely patient and welcoming of new members. A special shout-out to our first coach - Rafi! who’ve been with us on this self-improvement journey ever since Day 1. Thank you so much guys!

Don’t sign up for a package with this org. They are VERY inflexible. just get the walk in session. It may be more costly but u will end up loosing less in the end. The instructors are friendly and nice tho. It is the way it is managed. 👎 try PUSH PULL GIVE instead.

Calisthenics gym with a great attitude. I started coming here about six months ago and I love it. I started coming because I wanted calisthenics to complement my yoga practice and I'm finding I enjoy it in its own right; I'm stronger, and learning new skills and movements. The trainers are really good, super supportive and push you just hard enough (thank you Firdaus, Bryan and Jason), and the community here has a great spirit.

It is 7th months now, and I love it! I could not do anything better than joining SCA in my 2020! All the Instructors are so knowledgeable and able to follow on everyone according to his/her specific needs. I think they could have up to 90 ppl in a class and still be able to follow on everyone carefully and give the most specific and helpful tips aimed to the best self-improvement. By far the best Gym where I have ever been, even because the term "gym" it is really reductive for SCA! Thank you Guys, love calisthenics thanks to you!

Attended handstand course conducted by Firdaus. Started from not knowing how to kick up and having fear of falling. Made great improvement by the end of the course and gained much confidence. Firdaus’ explanation is very clear and I really enjoy the course!
