Been with them for 3 months, and the coaches are very knowledgeable. Workouts are crafted personally for me, and their timings are flexible. Excellent place to learn Olympic Lifting, or just general Strength and Conditioning. Pricey, but definitely worth it. Friendly coach and workout buddies, a place to get to know more exciting people.

I have been a member of The Forge Gym for the past two years, and it has been an incredible journey. First and foremost, The Forge Gym has a very strong community. From day one, I felt welcomed by the other gym members who share the same passion for weightlifting. There's an undeniable sense of encouragement that motivates you to be your best. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, you'll find an atmosphere that fosters improvement. Let’s talk about Gabriel, the head coach. I can't say enough positive things about him. Gabriel is an absolute legend, and his dedication to helping his students is truly inspiring. From the get-go, he took the time to understand how I functioned and what my goals were. He personalised my training program and consistently provided invaluable guidance to enhance my technique and performance. Gabriel's coaching style is not only effective but also incredibly motivating. His passion for weightlifting truly shines, and he shares that enthusiasm with all of his students. The progress I've made under Gabriel's guidance has been truly remarkable. I've achieved milestones I never thought possible, all thanks to his expertise and unwavering support. He genuinely cares about his students' success, and it shows in the results they achieve. The Forge Gym has a wide range of equipment suitable for weightlifters of all levels. The gym is well-maintained and clean, creating a comfortable environment for focused workouts. In summary, if you're serious about weightlifting and want to be part of an amazing community, The Forge Gym is the place to be. Gabriel is a phenomenal coach, and you'll find yourself surrounded by like-minded individuals who will encourage and push you to new heights. My two years here have been nothing short of transformational. I truly recommend The Forge Gym to anyone looking to take their weightlifting journey to the next level. Thank you, Gabriel, and The Forge Gym, for making these past two years truly exceptional!

The Forge has been amazing for my recovery. Despite undergoing ACL surgery more than six months ago, I was still very asymmetrical in strength and function. I trained here for just a few weeks and have seen great improvement in strength, confidence and also proprioception, thanks to the incredible support and guidance from Gabriel. The regular community is also very friendly. Loved working out here and will be back when I can!

If you want a challenge that will make you stronger physically and mentally, come train weightlifting here. Staff/ownership is knowledgeable and motivating and will help you to learn to lift from the ground up. Fixed previous form issues and helped to start seeing PRs, even starting this sport a little later in life than many. The challenge is more often a mental one and Coach Gabriel helps to get you through those road blocks just as much as through any form issues. The environment is supportive, friendly and community driven. It isn't a typical gym but that's the great part. Value is very good, essentially you are getting 6 hours of personal coaching a week for this price. Any self-proclaimed 'personal trainer's will charge you 6x the weekly price for an exercise program but not a dedicated training that will give you goals to crush!

Been training here regularly since 2020, except for pandemic and childbirth intermissions. Came for the weightlifting, stayed for the pep talks. Big fan of the resident cat, I mean, coach.

I’ve trained here for nearly 2 years. The coach is knowledgable and patience. I had seen improvement on my physique and my mental strength when dealing with hardship. Recommended if you want to learn about strength and conditioning as well as Olympic weight lifting which they are specialised in.
