I
have
been
a
member
of
large
fitness
chains
and
also
other
personal
training
gyms
for
10
years
in
total
before
finally
chancing
upon
RAW
Personal
Training.
What
really
stood
out
to
me
when
I
went
to
their
website
was
their
interesting
anti-gym
concept
and
the
unique
equipment
that
they
spent
time
and
effort
to
research
and
invest
in.
I
contacted
them
for
a
consultation
and
spoke
with
Glenn.
He
was
approachable
and
focused
on
chatting
with
me
on
Whatsapp
to
understand
my
concerns
and
needs.
I
was
speaking
to
a
few
gyms
to
explore
my
options
at
that
time,
but
what
really
made
me
choose
to
try
RAW
was
the
sincerity
I
felt
that
Glenn
had
even
over
Whatsapp.
I
felt
that
he
was
listening,
not
merely
hearing.
He
took
time
and
effort
to
listen
to
me.
I
went
down
for
a
consultation
with

and
it
exceeded
my
expectations.
Glenn
was
knowledgeable,
sincere
and
really
listened
and
noted
down
what
I
wanted.
Instead
of
making
me
follow
a
"standard"
plan
as
other
Personal
Training
gyms
do,
he
customised
a
training
which
targeted
my
weak
spots.
I
shared
that
my
hip
was
very
inflexible,
and
even
after
10
years
of
going
to
the
gym,
stretching,
yoga,
etc,
I
have
not
been
able
to
see
significant
progress.
In
a
short
span
of
less
than
a
month
training
with
Glenn,
I
noticed
significant
progress
in
my
hip
flexibility.
Moreover,
I
usually
dislike
exercising,
and
personal
training
in
the
past
felt
like
a
"chore".
Training
with
Glenn
on
the
other
hand
was
fun,
the
movements
were
varied,
the
exercises
engaged
me
and
time
flies
by
very
quickly.
Making
exercise
fun
&
effective.
In
the
past,
when
I
trained
with
other
personal
training
gyms,
their
"standard"
exercises
made
me
dread
going
to
the
gym
and
each
session
felt
like
a
drag.
I
think
the
key
differentiating
factor
for
me
after
training
with
them
was
that
I
realised
they
invested
in
things
that
truly
matter.
I
appreciated
that
they
invested
in
equipment
that
contribute
to
improving
my
fitness,
and
not
focusing
on
investing
in
other
facilities
that
improved
the
"outlook"
of
the
gym.
They
also
showed
geniune
interest
and
always
take
time
to
listen
to
me
every
session.
Most
of
the
time
at
other
gyms,
I
felt
like
they
only
"hear"
what
I
said,
thereafter,
we
all
just
follow
their
standard
program,
even
if
I
have
existing
injuries.
I
highly
recommend
anyone
who
wishes
to
have
a
fulfilling
personal
training
journey
to
join
RAW.
With
so
many
gyms
in
the
market
nowadays,
it
can
get
pretty
confusing,
but
I
am
glad
that
I
gave
RAW
a
chance,
and
its
a
decision
I
did
not
regret.
