I
have
heard
a
lot
about
Barry's
from
some
converts
so
thought
I
would
check
it
out.
It's
a
reasonably
good
work
out
but
is
essentially
just
repackaged
circuit
training,
so
not
quite
sure
what
the
premium
is
for.
Pros-
-
Running
in
particular
has
lots
of
useful
HIIT
stuff
where
(if
you're
pushing
yourself)
you'll
be
working
very
hard.
This
is
where
the
magic
happens,
so
good
to
focus
here.
There's
a
million
HIIT
workouts
available
for
free
online
so
this
is
easy
to
do
yourself
though...
-
Music
is
nicely
in
tempo
with
the
exercise
intensity.
Worked
very
well
for
pushes
on
the
runs
-
Lots
of
people
working
hard
around
you
-
good
for
motivation
Cons-
-
due
to
the
rapid
change
over
of
exercises
the
instructor
is
BUSY!
They
have
about
10
seconds
to
explain
and
demonstrate
each
exercise.
No
time
to
help
participants
with
technique
which
is
important
for
things
like
snatches
where
I
saw
some
truly
ugly
lifts
-
The
bench
/
floor
work
has
gone
for
variety
at
the
expense
of
good
functional
work.
Lots
of
pointless
/
vanity
exercises,
plus
you're
stuck
with
one
weight
that
is
selected
at
the
beginning.
This
might
be
a
challenge
for
some
lifts,
not
for
others
-
Forgot
the
main
"Con"
in
my
initial
review.
This
place
is
INSANELY
expensive.
For
reference,
I
train
at
a
premium
gym
around
the
corner.
It
offers
40
classes
a
day,
with
at
least
double
the
staff
to
student
ratio
and
about
5
times
the
floor
space.
It
also
has
a
pure
gym
section
with
weights
and
cardio
kit.
I
pay
2/3rd
what
I
would
pay
at
Barry's.
