AVOID
AT
ALL
COST
(unless
you
like
getting
shortchanged,
misled
and
tardy
responses).
The
"consultant"
Vic
was
useless
at
best.
1.
She
whatsapped
me
on
12th
June,
claiming
my
membership
ended
on
8th
June.
a)
shows
how
on
the
ball
she
is,
informing
customers
membership
4
days
AFTER
it
expired.
I
replied
saying
I
thought
it's
on
18th
July,
she
insisted
it's
8th
June.
On
14th
June,
I
checked
again
and
after
an
hour,
she
replied
blaming
the
computer
system,
and
that
membership
expires
on
30th
June.
So
if
i
have
not
been
thick
skinned
and
triple
check,
i
would
have
been
shortchanged/CHEATED
for
nothing.
2.
Asking
her
to
book
for
classes
is
a
long
drawn
drama
spanning
13hrs
with
nothing
done.
I
called
the
club
and
settled
the
booking
myself
that
night.
3.
60mins
massage
ended
in
50mins.
Massage
wasn't
good,
not
even
worth
the
trial
price.
Massage
price
doesn't
seem
fixed
as
counter
staff
did
not
know
how
to
charge
me,
asking
me
how
much
Vic
quoted
me.
Corner
cutting
and
DODGY
4.
I
have
200
points,
which
another
consultant
told
me
could
be
utilised
for
a
facial.
Vic
insisted
I
could
not.
I
went
to
the
reception
another
day
without
Vic
and
managed
to
book
a
facial
with
no
issues.
Obviously
Vic
does
not
care
about
her
customers
interest!
5.
Facial
supposedly
comes
with
ampoule.
I
did
not
hear
the
ampoule
being
open,
so
asked
to
see
the
vial.
Therapist
claimed
she
threw
it
away
already..
6.
Supposedly
"exclusive
high
end"
club
runs
out
of
small
towels
in
early
afternoon
7.
As
others
have
reviewed,
Yoga
studio
is
v
small
(fits
10
pax)
and
classes
usually
fully
packed
(12-13pax)
on
weekday
afternoon!
8.
Overheard
other
members
sharing
that
the
consultants
try
to
squeeze
you
as
much
as
possible.
So
decide
yourself
if
you
wanna
be
a
member
here!
Ps:
don't
bother
writing
to
the
email
provided,
they'll
reply
with
template
apology!
NO
phone
call,
NO
compensation,
no
acknowledgement
they
tried
to
shortchange
paying
customers!
AVOID
Phillip
Wain,
stay
far
far
away.
