Money grabbers. They’re all nice and friendly when you sign up, but as soon as you want to cancel, they do everything in their power to keep charging you. It’s impossible to cancel without any issues. Horrible business management, especially for a place as big as theirs. On top of that, many of their classes are way too crowded. Although the coaches are skilled and qualified, many of them give minimal effort in helping those in their class, especially newcomers. They kind of just walk around every once in a while, looking at everyone without actually stepping in and giving tips and pointers. For most of the class, they'll be talking and joking around with their coworkers instead of focusing on the people paying them. Would not recommend this place for anyone.

I want to give zero. The facilities are amazing. But the sales staff is terrible. You can sign up easily, but you can't get a refund. I wanted to leave in the middle, but the salesperson recommended freeze. At that time, there was no mention of the annual fee and monthly fee after six months. After six months, monthly fees were automatically debited, and yearly fees were automatically debited. I found out that these money had passed out, but he said he could not help it by policy. Also, I can't understand a system that only accepts direct debit. Never register here. Protect your money.

Guys please stay away from this gym if you can. It’s so easy to join and they are all nice and sweet talk you into signing up but once you try to opt out of the membership, that’s where the problem starts! How can I join a gym and not be able to opt out without paying so much in cancellation fees! I was never told at inception that I would be signed up for a year membership and to cancel would cost me 99$! They tell you to freeze your account but don’t let you know you’d be charged even after freezing!! Did I mention getting a refund is literally impossible? You’ll chase and chase the manager who will give you excuses. I just realized I was charged again today for an account that was frozen! This gym is just Ridiculous!!

Quite rundown. Need a renovation!

I recently visited here for a boot camp by Saman and the experience was amazing. The washrooms, shower area and changing room was extremely clean. No smell at all. There is a huge variety of equipments for workout. We worked out in the front area with tires, dumbbells and rope exercises. They are well equipped for core workouts as well. The overall experience was worth it. I definitely recommend this gym for fitness freaks!

Things were great until they weren’t.

They told us if we give a good review we can get a free gatorade and a bracelets thats how bad they are, almost all kids were doing that some of the review here have 5 stars because of that. Once i was in jusitsu at the kids classe because im only 12 and a kid chocked me i taped out 10 times told him to stop but he ignored he allways did not like me but that was too much, after I passed out nobody came to help me, only 2 mins after they came and they did not even Kick the kid out the gym. This gym is horrible. If you want to fight but for weight gym i think that its fine.

Convenient venue

Very cheap membership price for gym at 140$ per year. I mainly go to the club's gym. The equipment is decent with 3 barbell power racks and a few machines. Because it is only reserved for NUS staff, it is not overlycrowded. The downside is that the facility, like the washrooms, is a bit old.

Great gym to train at especially if you're new to fighting. All the staff is friendly mostly Christine at the front desk, she's very nice and welcoming. Cardio and group classes are awesome. Both Muay Thai coaches are amazing and have a lot of knowledge, they will definitely raise your skill level and get you in form

Good to gym to practice all fight ing arts😁

Best gym to go to. If your interested in mma I would strongly suggest ufc Especially their BJJ classes.

UFC gym Mississauga is what a perfect type of gym should look like. Every detail down to the spacing ,energy , and equipment plays a big part in this gyms success. Not to mention the team they got there, starting from Jag the manager to special trainers like Dev helping to provide a positive environment. UFC gym Mississauga hands down is my favorite gym and highly recommended for those willing to work hard.

I’ve been training here since September 9th of this year & I’ve had nothing but great experiences from the people to the coaches/staff & even the atmosphere is amazing here, if you like to try a little bit of everything it’s a great place to go, they are also kid friendly with lots of youth classes!

There's a restaurant, bar, and gym available here. Most of the facilities and events here are for NUS staff only. There are a few paid activities here such as mandarin lessons, oil painting lessons, gym classes, etc. Access to the gym requires membership.

I’ve been coming to UFC Gym Mississauga for a few years now. When I first joined, I didn’t know what to expect as it was a much larger gym than the one I was with previously. I thought I’d just be another client, but I ended up being a lot more. The coaching staff took the time to get to know me and learn about who I was as a person. Coach Ty has pushed me to do more and at the same time, he’ll take time to speak with you about anything as training the mind is part of a healthier life. These qualities I found in the other coaches such as Coach Val, who also made sure I didn’t dwell in my setbacks but focus on the steps to reach my goal. I truly recommend UFC Gym as it’s a welcoming environment for everyone in all social groups. Speak with Khali James or any of the staff members to learn more. I’m just speaking from my time and experiences at UFC Gym.

Good center but high prices

I have had my membership with them for around 4 months now and it is an excellent facility with wonderful staff and a nice low-traffic spot to lift and workout without having to wait to use machines. I had a very positive experience when Ontario decided to revert back to Stage 2, when most gyms were still charging their customers, the UFC gym decided to freeze my payments until they reopened which is a very nice gesture. Excellent facility at an excellent location.

I had the pleasure of visiting this gym during the summer and I was impressed as soon as I set foot in the facility. I was curious about the MMA/BJJ classes, how they are structured and, of course, the cost of the programs. Jag, the manager of the gym, was a fantastic resource when it came to explaining the types of programs offered and their pricing. He took the time to offer my wife and I a tour of the facility - which was impressive and informative, and really invested the time and effort to get to know me and my needs. Coming from a service-related background I definitely appreciated Jag's approach to dealing with prospective clients. He was a consummate professional and provided exemplary client service, definitely something you don't see at other facilities offering club memberships. If you want a truly positive experience I would highly recommend you go in and see him in order to gather the information you are looking for. Thanks Jag!

After working out, I headed to the wash rooms and was minding my business when a staff member came over, mistakened me for someone they hated, BODY SLAMMED me into the wall, and dunked my head in the toilet. To add on top of that, I got ringworm because of the unsanitary equipment. Never returning here again, would give it negative stars if I could.

This is probably the worst gym out there in Mississauga or even the GTA. Don't go to this gym, they barely have any equipment. They will try to scam you to make some extra money. Go to any other gym!

Air conditioner inside the club is really not good. I don't feel any cool air.

Guys let me tell yall about my experience. When it comes to the gym and facility you get it all, lots of space, a friendly front desk support and most important all necessary work out tools. But another biggest advantage this gym has, is coach Tyrone. Cant say how grateful I am to my friend who refered me this coach. You wanna learn boxing doesnt matter at what level, Tyrone is your go to. Shout out to you coach, thanks for being awesome,motivating and educating us and helping become better version of ourselves

The worst place you might visit. Please be careful of them and keep away. I joined them and I canceled my membership because of their behaviour and they still charging me after canceling my membership. They just wanna drag you in and that’s it

Called in to the gym today to discuss membership options. The person on the phone was adamant on having me come into the gym to visit despite me explaining that I've already seen the gym, gotten great referrals from people that went there and simply wanted to understand the membership options. I literally just wanted to know how they train people for muay thai and if that fits with what I'm looking for so I can sign up. I even offered to hop on a video call to have this discussion as everyone's needs are different so I was genuinely interested in learning and signing up but mid-pandemic this gym does not offer any online consultations and will force you to come visit in person. From the other reviews it seems like a great gym but its unfortunate i had to have this experience.

I’m wondering why there a lot of bad reviews about the gym

This Gym is quite good. I have been going there for a while regularly before covid. They have various kind of classes like Boxing, BJJ, Kickboxing, Muai Thai, MMA etc. Have experienced the Boxing and Kickboxing conditioning classes which are quite good. One good thing is that they don't constantly push you for personal training of you don't show any interest.

I had a valid coupon from this gym that the owner decided not to honor for no good reason. I'm sure the trainers are great, but whoever manages this gym was not very nice at all.
