Awesome grippy mats, medium class size of about 10-15, but a slight squeeze. Teacher feels young and inexperienced but has a lot of passion. Has changing rooms and lockers. Used classpass

Fantastic team of instructors who are very professional and dedicated in their field. They remembered our names and are very personalised, correct or push us in the most appropriate manner.

The room was really small and they packed so many mats in at such close distance that I had no space to do many of the moves and also had to encroach into the space beside me where there was another person. Instructor didn’t seem to care much about that and she was just rushing through all the moves... seems like instiinct studios is just trying to milk their profits because the classes were scheduled so back to back that our class started late and was immediately after people from the previous class were still wiping their mats... definitely not a class for beginners because you get little guidance and the pace is really fast. The only plus point is that you get a good enough workout.

Such a nice place where call the teachers and students are friendlier.

Attended a few classes here and felt that it was great! Clean, cosy studio and attentive instructors who really take the time and effort to correct your poses. Two thumbs up!
