First of all, please, please, please……if you’re looking for a relaxing spa experience, your stress level will likely go up, not down at this place. Booked a couples massage - facilities are very dated, and the “tour” was just super weird. Most of the staff are not what you’d expect from a high end spa - simply not trained in hospitality. Around 10mins into my massage, I told the masseuse to stop and leave the room - she was very obviously not a trained, experienced masseuse. I didn’t want to disturb my partner’s massage so I decided to try taking a nap while I waited. Later another staff member entered and asked to take over from the first masseuse. She was much better, so I said “wow, you are a masseuse, the previous lady was definitely not”. Her reply was “I’m from the front desk”. In any case, she did a much better job. When we paid, they charged the full amount (which is an insane amount for this place…again, please don’t do this to yourself). Luckily I was able to apply a Visa Infinite discount, but even then it’s totally absurd. And they didn’t offer any further discount for the terrible treatment by masseuse #1. No one even asked me why I told her to stop and sent her out of the room. That says a lot…..

My therapist was Kathy Marn, very unprofessional: talked on the phone with her son 3 times middle of massage and disrupted my enjoyment of peaceful times. She apologized with some story of her son taking over her apartment and forcing her to leave blah blah blah... son is billionaire and don't even need this job ... blah blah ... arrhgh.

Went for man's facial. $280 +10÷service & gst charge. So $344 all together. I've had a few facials before. This one was by far the most expensive. Summarised I had 4 (maybe 5) x cream, so that's like $85 per bit of cream, and a hot cloth and cold device rolled over my face. I think this price also includes the spa facilities, but they didn't inform me of that. I'm sure the creams were top quality , but take the above how you wish.

Used to go to the gym here. Very clean and maintained nicely. Although the decor is becoming a bit dated. The staff are extremely polite and nice! Great shower areas too.

Staff at the reception was very rude, aggressive at the reception and wanted to lodge a complain against me for trying to redeem the spa pass. Honestly I have already tried to explain the terms and conditions of the pass. She really spoiled my mood for Christmas and I would definitely not be back to do a spa with a place of poor customer service. Extremely disappointed with such a receptionist, please consider staff with better attitude towards their customers.

Pool was kinda small but functional. Really enjoyed the spa facilities though; very relaxing. Some toiletries (body soap, shampoo, conditioner) are provided, as well as a towel and a bottle of mineral water. Just bring your own swimwear & slippers for use within facilities. Hairdryer can be borrowed from the counter if required.

Today the pool was crazy. Super crowded. Kids were swimming in the adult's pool & cutting into swimmer's lane. An accident waiting to happen. Kids whacking the foam stick not aware of other swimmer's safety. There was a kid peeing by the side of the pool. So unhygienic. There were toilets around. Some kids also wore slippers into the pool.

Enjoyed much 90 minutes' massage treatment by Masseuse Mary and Nita on 02 separate occasions in between a month. Also appointed well arranged and coordinated by staff Ethel, Siti and Carol. The treatment was relaxing, refreshing and so comfortable that at times, one could fell asleep easily. Besides, it's good for body and blood circulation which makes one healthier. The masseuses also checked once a while whether the hand treatment pressures were just about right. They looked into details and very thoughtful. The room is quiet, conducive and the bed is very comfortable with warmer if one feels cold. One could also use and enjoy the spa facilities of jacuzzi hot and cold pool, sauna and steam room before and after treatment which hot tea was being served thereafter to hydrate the body. Indeed, an excellent experience to relieve soul and mind

Had a facial here and it was a great experience. There was a member of staff looking after me at every point. My facial with Stella was amazing. She knows what she’s doing and is super professional. Would definitely come back!

It's a centrally located place and is part of the fair on hotel in bras basah. They have tennis courts. Swimming pool. Health club and spa. Which can be booked. You don't need membership.

My favourite spa in Singapore. The massages are like laying on a cloud. The jacuzzi/sauna area are a nice bonus.

My friend recommended me about this spa. I read the reviews on Google maps and decided to visit. Decided to opt for a Day Spa Package. Opted for 'Dream Time' body treatment. The treatment lasted for 90 minutes. Received full body massage with warm stones followed by anti-aging facial. Felt very relaxed, stress free and refreshed. Thanks team for all your job! Fitness centre is an absolute joke . Seen people in there wearing no shoes to do certain exercises yet get spoken down today for wearing semi closed shoes to just quickly do a stretch from staff who barely do anything at all just walk around trying to look busy with overflowing towel bins and horrible tasting water at the front door.

Needed a massage very badly. And my dear friend bought me a massage and spa session at the Willow Stream Spa. It was one of the best experiences I had at this spa! I had the aromatic massage by Janet (moi moi). If I cld have given her 10 stars, I will here! She kneaded all my tiredness and stress of the day away. She was meticulous to which spots I needed more tlc and which spots I need more oomph. She has such a kind and caring personality. The spa was awesome. Everything is clean and hygienic for an OCD like me. Best experience I ever had! Thank you so much Willow Stream, my dear good friends, and Janet!!
