My favourite place to go for cycling. Cycling track alongside river is wonderful. I keep going to this place along with my family on regular basis. Green belt along the way is very relaxing. We keep meeting monitors quiet offen on this route. Recently a Python also came in our way. Overall a pleasant experience of nature.

A very nice & beautiful place. Good for relaxing strolls, jogging, cycling,practicing tai chi,family outings,photograpy and even dining as there are many recreational and F & B establishments on both the Punngol Riverside & the Serangoon Riverside (especialy the Serangoon Riverside). It use to be two seperate rivers.But now the two waters are linkup by the Punngol Waterway Canal.The two rivers used to be dictated by the tides. Sea water rises and falls with the tides, but now with the construction of the two dams at the two river mouths the water has been turned into freshwater and stored for our consumtions.It is a brilliant idea to turn rivers into freshwater reservoirs. Singapore needs to have many ways to store freshwater for our needs.

Great place for relaxing the eyes and flexing the muscles..would prefer to explore on a cycle rather than taking a walk..

This is a nice reservoir to go during weekend. It is suitable for jogging and cycling.
