Marina Bay Sands is one of two winning proposals for Singapore's first integrated resorts, the other being the Resorts World Sentosa, which incorporates a family-friendly Universal Studios Theme Park (Universal Studios Singapore). The two large-scale resorts were conceived to meet Singapore's economic and tourism objectives for the next decade and will have 30-year casino licenses, exclusive for the first ten years. Bidders were assessed based on four criteria: tourism appeal and contribution, architectural concept and design, development investment, and strength of the consortium and partners.

A very nice place to take a walk or go for a jog. I had been visiting the Shears bridge was first completed and this span of walkway opened to the public. This place held many memories and over the years kept changing along with the times. Today you can walk or jog the whole promenade surrounding the Marina Water Catchment and take in the beautiful skyline of Marina Bay Sands, the Central Business District, and the Padang, along with the Merlion and Fullerton waterfront. You can even extend your walk or jog to the Barrage and take in the Gardens by the Bay. National Day and Year end Celebrations are big and festive affairs at the Floating Platform, with extended fireworks and lovely lighting displays. Yearly Formula One event also surrounds these parts yearly. Spend a few hours here anytime of the day and don't forget your camera.

Such a great place to visit during the sunset hours. By the Esplanade are loads of stairs and benches where one can rest their weary and sweaty limbs. Once the sun has set, a quick or slow walk towards the Fullerton across the bridge towards the more busy end of things is rather nice. It is probably one of the more touristy spots in Singapore but rightly so - it is beautiful. And, if you start or end your walk at the esplanade, you’ll get to enjoy a little quiet in the mix. Highly recommended!

It is a fun place, a must visit for all age groups. You can actually roam in this place for a full day. There are free places to go and you have to pay for others. Even if you don’t want to visit and place where you have to pay it’s fine. Visit free places and take tons of beautiful pictures.

Nice place to walk around at night. The walk around the bay is not totally all the time beside the bay ; you have to walk out of the Fullerton Bay hotel to be able to continue walking around it. A nice and easy loop walk covering the Jubilee Bridge, Merlion, passing by Fullerton Bay Hotel, walking to the other side to pass by the Shoppes at MBS and finishing up via the Helix Bridge and finally coming back to Esplanade. An 1 hr walk.

A very nice place to have a relaxing walk if the weather is good. Kudos to the government for keeping this district clean and tidy. 👍 took me about an hour to circle the water front on the west side of the Bay. Approximately 3.5km.

The modern architecture known as Marina Bay Sands sits on the south shore line of the Marina Bay as the bay is encapsulated by the business district, Esplanade Theatre and upscale restaurants. During August it’s often hot and humid, as result, it’s not very pleasant being outdoors. Typically, December is a much better month to visit as long as it’s not raining. August 9th being the National Day, travelers get to enjoy the National Day Fireworks. It’s unclear if this will be repeated here again in 2023 as there were rumors that it’s going to be relocated. Nevertheless, with or without fireworks, it’s a beautiful area to visit.

Having lived here for 8 years this is one of my absolute favourite spots in Singapore to walk around (typically I walk around and head to Robertson Quay to finish). There’s amazing shopping choices at MBS, CE LA VI or Level 33 for the views and cocktails to the views as you walk around the city. Super clean, a great spot I love to walk, run, cycle in. Every time I visit now this is a go to spot.

While covering all these places, in between we have lot of fun, eateries to try and refresh with fresh air. The seen of water itself gives a relaxing mood.

Marina Bay is an upscale area of skyscrapers, posh hotels and luxury malls. It's known for the towering Singapore Flyer Ferris wheel and the flower conservatories and colourful Supertrees of Gardens by the Bay. Performances and cutting-edge art exhibitions are put on at the futuristic Esplanade Theatre. The neighborhood has a diverse range of eating options, from low-key food centres to upscale restaurants.

Going to this place using the earliest MRT from Changi Airport. When I arrived, it stil dark so you can observe the scenery around. Here, there is an iconic building which looks stunning during the dawn. There is also pedestrian for walk and you can use it for a walk or even jogging. Also, this place is near with other tourist spot such as Esplanade and Merlion statue.

Marina Bay in Singapore is super cool! The big Marina Bay Sands Hotel looks amazing with three tall towers and a pool on top. You can see the city from there – it's awesome! The Gardens by the Bay next door have these tall Supertrees that light up at night, and there are cool plant domes to explore. The Helix Bridge is like a twisty adventure connecting Marina Bay to the Marina Centre. Lots of shopping and tasty food around too. Marina Bay is a must-visit – it's modern and really fun!

This building cannot be mentioned with remembering Singapore. It is to many the embodiment of the Singaporean identity. It is a focal point to first time visitors.

It's the best place I have been to . This is the best place ever worth a visit once. The only thing for which I gave it 4 stars because of the price it's overpriced and for Indians it's way too expensive ! Also nothing is real in this country everything itself is artificial. Although whatever it looks beautiful at night from a distance. Recommend.

Beautiful waterfront at night. Walk around and lots of shopping and food.
