Dear
future
Tenant
and
Property
Investors,
Lakefront
residences
were
actually
a
great
place
to
be.
Very
convenient
and
close
to
the
Lakeside
MRT
and
to
Lakeside
Park.
At
the
beginning
as
we
came
here
it
was
a
good
and
a
relaxed
place
to
stay
especially
for
families.
Unfortunately
the
management
here
has
changed
now
and
this
guys
do
not
really
understand
that
they
are
primary
here
to
serve
residents.
They
came
up
with
more
and
more
rules
and
restrictions
which
starts
to
bother
most
of
the
residents,
for
sure
me
and
my
family.
Facilities
got
and
remain
closed
out
of
their
own
decision
(not
in
line
with
MOH).
The
newest
act
is
that
they
informed
that
the
guards
will
get
equipped
with
body-worn
cameras
to
gather
evidence
in
case
of
upcoming
disputes/arguments
with
residents.
They
are
far
away
from
doing
a
good
job
in
for
e.g.
pest
control
and
in
other
duties.
They
appear
unfriendly
and
not
cooperative,
etc.
I
wouldnβt
go
that
far
to
say
that
we
feel
violated
in
our
personal
rights
but
we
start
to
feel
here
more
and
more
to
be
inmates
instead
residents.
The
freedom
to
live
here
is
gone,
we
will
move
out
here
as
fast
as
possible.
May
you
consider
to
spend
or
invest
your
money
elsewhere
