(Translated by Google) The Singapore Botanic Garden is the most beautiful botanical garden in the world. It is not far from where you live. It is the family's favorite place to go for a walk. It not only has a pleasant environment, but also has an educational function. We have learned many plants here. There are various themed gardens in the park, and the ginger garden is one of them. Here we learned that banana and ginger belong to the same "order" in terms of plant classification. Immerse yourself in the smell of ginger! Very small section of the garden but worth visiting. You will not only learn some interesting facts about the ginger plant, but will be surrounded by the smell of ginger as you walk by. The area is small and easy to miss to watch out for it.

Very small section of the botanic gardens. If you walk to fast or don't pay attention, you might miss the signage pointing out the different rhyzomes and information about the ginger root plants from the ginger family. This is more of a conversation marker, to let people know which part of the garden you are (near the middle car parks, near the Halia restaurant). There is a small cave waterfall feature somewhere there hat is a very popular spot for tourist pictures. It is also cooling. Nice to see the banana plants here, and little ponds around the corner.

Small but worth a visit! Displays many types and hybrid of ginger. You can hear the water splashing from the waterfall. You can even go into the cave and take a picture. Bushes are skilfully trimmed. There is also a tranquil pond, with the fishes and turtles swimming happily. Breath in the fresh air. Simply a pleasure.

Didn't know banana belongs to the ginger family. Highly recommended. Do wear sunblock and be prepared for the heat... The heat took one star away from this 5-star venue. Recommend to spend an hour here.

Situated inside the Botanic Gardens, this garden houses different plants belonging to the ginger family. A neatly laid out, well-maintained garden, this garden is both nice to look at and informative too. There are signboards everywhere to guide us.
