Part of the Rower's Bay park was closed so we could not walk along the water. The bad weather and the thunder made us leave before the sunset. That's a pity, we wanted to take some nice pictures of the sunset. However, it could be a good place for a picnic near water on the grass with the water relaxing view. But it's a bit noisy as it's just near the road with big traffic

There are people walk, cycle with their family and pets along the reservoir. Also plenty of people go fishing. It's a nice part for family relax during weekend. If the weather is good, that's one of the best place to photograph the sunset! I advise to arrive before 5:45pm. Then you can take a nice place to see the sunset because there are quite a lot of people if you arrive too late.

Beautiful park for cyclists, joggers and photographers. When the right sunset happens, this park is simply stunning in its simplicity. Convenient amenities like a washroom and drink vending machines are lovely addition to this park. Also near the famous the Seletar last fishing village. Can enjoy this 2 location together.

A very small but relaxing place that offers panoramic views of the waters of Seletar Reservoir, right at the dam area around Yishun. Not too crowded and well maintained. Great place to hang out in the evening for family. See lots of cyclist here too, heard it will be part of the future Round Island Route.

First time to this park. Felt it was quite new as in lacking shades during noon time. A quite empty car park and lesser crowd when there. There is a spot inside this park near bicycle parking lots where u can use the tools to fix or pump your bicycle.

Take bus 117 or 117M from Khabit or Yishun MRT station and alight at Before Shell Aviation bus stop and walk backward. Actually the busstop (Before Yishun Ave 8) towards along the way(Before Shell Aviation busstop) is Yishun Dam. Used Google Map to guide the way. Rowerโ€™s Bay Park Singapore is located next to Yishun Dam along the Seletar West Link Road. The park is also right beside Seletar Country Club which is directly opposite to Orchid Country Club. The Boardwalk and Pavilion are right beside the entrance and toilet ๐Ÿšป and water cooler. Vending machine of drinks and snacks. Boardwalk bring us closer to the reservoir. There's a fishing zone. Eventhough is a small park but is scenery

We took SBS bus 117 Alight Opposite Seletar Airport (Bus stop ID: 68141) or at ST Aerospace (Bus stop ID: 68149). I consider the park is a small park, but it so windy .. lot of chair to sit and we can relax enjoy the sunset. Unfortunately there was covered over by thick cloud. Given 4 โญ๏ธ cos the drink machine all sold out. Lucky there have water dispensers outside toilet. The toilet was so dirty and run out of toilet paper in lady toilet.

Itโ€™s a small and tranquil park by the dam with unparalleled views and really windy weather. It seems like a pit stop for people out cycling as well as for fishing, exercise or walking along the water. A great place for sunset and reflection photography. There are toilet facilities and vending machine which are a life saver as itโ€™s far from most places.

Lower Seletar Reservoir is a tranquil spot in the north. One of the places is Rowers Bay Park. The park recently opened last March 2019. The place is quiet with the usual park amenities like toilets and vending machine. Place is also great for picnics with family or with friends. Great Place to catch the sunset.

Hope to see sunrise alas, a cloudy sky but we saw the light changed in the sky. Rower's bay has a rather short broad walk. Toilet and parking available. As the park is part of the coast to coast path, the place was crawled with cyclists, as a result I deemed this is an area not suitable for young children.

Not really a park in my opinion, just a long straight park connector. Very nice views here. Look at the colour of the waters and skies! You can see many rare bird creatures here. Bird watchers are sometimes here camping, or at Hampstead Park. There are some rocks with snail eggs in the middle in pink. Don't freak out because they are really tiny, and look like Japanese fish roe. And no, they are not edible. Pls do not be silly to scrape them off the water and cook them. Nice park to cycle, albeit a short one! Good if you wanna admire the scenery and take a break from mobile phones or computers. Not very accessible by the way. You can reach here via a bus that hardly comes here, then walk a few metres. The buses to come and go from here can be confusing as they make a U-turn nearby here. Take note!

Nice park although I admit I had higher expectations due to the name. I pictured everything from a secluded bay or even a beach where boats were out into the water, to an inlet with piers and dragon boats filled with guys paddling. It's none of those things. Basically it's the upper corner of the Lower Seletar reservoir where the land meets Yishun Dam. There is a park along the side, very nice new and clean toilets, and an overlook to get nice photos along the front of the Dam or at the golf course across the water. This is also right at the edge of the new PCN Round Island Route, a good spot to stop for runners and bikers.

Clean and quiet park beside Yishun dam overlooking Seletar Reservoir. It is not a very big park to be honest, could have been bigger in terms putting a larger variety of flora within the park.

It is a very small garden, the total distance is only 1.8km. Seating right opposite Orchid Country Club, next to Seletar reservoir. There is no connectivity to Coast-to-Coast park connector. When walk till the end of the garden, you have to U-turn back to your starting point, cross the junction, then you will be able to walk towards park connector. Have a clean toilet and a water vending machine, good resting point for toilet break.

A scenic, quiet and peaceful small park located on the bank of the Lower Seletar Reservoir. The park has some sitting areas for you to unwind and enjoy the spectacular views by the reservoir. I highly recommend visiting this area during sunset where you will get treated to a beautiful view of Yishun over the waters of the reservoir on good days. I even spotted a family of otters swimming during my visit! Though it is tucked away in the Seletar area, it is still accessible by bus or car. There is also direct Park Connector Network linkage to other parts of Seletar which makes it convenient for hikers or cyclists to make Rower's Bay Park a stop over as well. There is also a public toilet, water cooler and a quick fix station for bicycles available.

Beautiful place to capture the vivid sunsets over the waters of Lower Seletar Reservoir. The park is an oasis of calm and tranquility beside the busy evening traffic. Whether you can coming from the Seletar Aerospace direction or from Yishun, this location is easily accessible, and facilities like toilets, vending machines are all available near the entrance of the park.

A nice little park to hike, cycle, fish with the most breath taking sunset views. You might even catch some migratory birds. Only drawback is too many minute insects.

A small little pit stop/rest area. Has clean well ventilated toilets. Vending machines selling snacks and drinks, but when I was there the all the drinks were sold out. Water dispenser. Place to park your bicycle and a small bicycle repair station. There were plenty of SG bike and Anywheel bicycles available there. Beautiful scenery, some beautiful plants and flowers. Great place to freshen up and take break! Soak in the beautiful environment it has to offer.

It was my first time visiting Rower's Bay, I'm impressed by how tranquil the place is. A suitable place to just chill by the bench and just soak into the tranquility of the surrounding. It makes a good spot to chill with friends or family. The place for anyone looking for a place away from busy estate. If you have not been there, I would recommend that you give a shot. You'll understand the reason why I gave a 5 star.

Fun little park next in that Selatar area. Nice walking path with some pretty views. The park doesn't go too far, but you can fish here, and the views are pretty. And it connects to the last leg of the Coast to Coast.

The starting point of the "Round Island Route", next to YISHUN Dam. You can visit two places at one time. Not a very big park, and not very much shelter. So if you come to YISHUN Dam, just drop by. And if you're a hiking enthusiasm, u can try the Round Island Route, following green parks all the way long.

One of Singapore's secluded quiant parks on the edge of Yishun Dam, Rower's Bay Park offers undisturbed views of the Lower Seletar Reservoir, Orchid Country Club and Yishun town. Serene beauty with sounds of splashing waves hitting the banks, joggers running about and picnicking under the clear skies makes this park one of Singapore's very unique to visit. There is vending machines, a verandah, water coolers and walking paths that overlook the natural water setting of an enclosed reservoir.
