Located near East carpark of Gardens By The Bay, it is quite inaccessible for public transport. This place is still pending for the Brown MRT line to finish. More importantly, this is one of the water sports centre in Singapore by People's Association. You can even rent canoeing or kayaking equipment here. You would need to have a license to kayak though. The park here is fantastic. It's beside the sea, opposite of Marina Bay Sands and it has a cycling track too. People tend to gather here during the weekends for their sporting activities. They are cycling, roller blading, having a picnic and even dog training sessions on Sundays. On a good day, you can lie on the grass and feel the breeze in the air with the sun caressing your skin. Definitely a go to place once public transport is more accessible.

There is a stair case ( just next to the open air car park) that leads you to Benjamin bridge to have a nice view of the entire Garden by the Bay

Just completed my 1star Award last weekend and I have to say that I won't be able to accomplished it without my awesome instructor, Joy Joyce and my fabulous teammates. I signed this up just because I want to learn the correct Kayaking technique and I didn't expect we have to do so much MORE. To be honest, a few of us freaked out when we were told we have to kayak individually and we have to learn how to capsized. YES TO capsize on purpose! We do have a choice to back-out but because Joy Joyce was very patience and encouraging, I felt very safe to do it with her guidance. Then on the 2nd day, we were told we need to capsize (yes MORE) and learn how to rescue our teammates from the water and we went jaw-dropped. From choking so hard on my 1st capsized to knowing how to avoid getting choked on my dunno how many attempts, we all managed to complete it and I think I actually enjoyed capsizing and waiting to be rescued.. lol.. I am very glad to have signed up with Joy Joyce class and I thank her for her patience, her encouragement and her positivity which gave me great assurance. And am very blessed to have met all the awesome people during these 2 days! Teamwork Rocks!

quite convenient location! has buses that lead near the entrance. 20mins bus ride to suntec city went pedal boating with my friends and the staff/instructors there were really friendly and helpful. the guy helping us was really nice and assured us that it will be safe for us. the price for pedal boating + lockers were really affordable! there is also a café that we did not get to try as it was closed the overall experience was amazing! just wish that the slots could be longer!

In the month of September 2021, everyone can do their part for the environment by renting a kayak (rental waived from Wed to Fri) and picking up the marine debris. It is well equipped with pails and tongs provided.

Friendly trainers! Take the scenic route from Promenade Station (Exit A) to PassionWave if you want an alternative to driving/bus 11

Directions provided by Google map are not the best though. Google map suggested travelling via Promenade Station and "walking" over. Why, Bus No. 11 from Stadium Station would be a better choice.

Great place to see many of Singapore’s tourists spots from a different perspective! Staff here are very friendly and kayaking here is very safe, smooth. I was told this area for ‘beginner’s’ kayaking is the biggest area as compared to other Passion Wave locations. Nice place to relax and enjoy the serene environment away from the typical exercise circuits… on land! And kayaking via easy on the sit-on-top, and literally pretty hard to overturn.

Rentals for beginners available. Small area to kayak. 2hrs more than enough. Instructors can be less harsh and more encouraging. One of them told my friend who was a first timer that no one can save her if she capsizes. That isn't nice, right?

Terribly located, signed up for a workshop run by them for 25$. Two-hour workshop and I’ve already missed an hour locating the place. No clear directions in the email. Complete wild goose chase. There is no point of building a community center inaccessible by public transport & this had been said by many Google reviewers. One can advise people to take a car/ taxi or provide clear instructions in the e-mail regarding directions to PAssion Wave @ Marina Bay. Why is constructive feedback falling on deaf ears? Once you reach — it’s worth it!

The toilets are a disgrace. The ambulant cubicle does not even have toilet paper dispenser.
