This beach is so worthy to go. The beach is so beautiful and nice view. You can do family outing or friend outing. The only downside is that the sea water is greyish. Bring your own food for picnic there.

desaru is surrounded by great beach view. . i've been staying & working here since April 2016. Nice place.

Beach is pretty clean and pleasant. My kids loved it very much. I recommend to make a stop here if you're around JB/Desaru. Be careful during monsoon season as the waves can get quite big, so swimming is not advisable.

Beautiful beach, soft sand, open and windy - these are the best descriptions of this place. Always a good place for me time to be close to nature. If you are fortunate, at certain tides, you can even go further up from the beach line to enjoy the waves. But careful though when the waves get stronger and the water gets deeper. The downside is the parking place which I hope can be repaired as the pot holes existed seem to be quite dangerous for the vehicles to use the road.

The Hotel is very nice (room lighting, bathroom, toilet,wardrobe etc.) Food items are supper, a specially breakfast It has a nice view over the sea, you can do swimming in the sea if you want to. The Hotel also have its own swimming pool, available all the time. The place around the hotel is quite and peaceful. The famous Water Park is very near, just next to the Rock Hotel, it take 13 minutes by walking to reach there. The room service is acceptable.

The stretch of sand I laid my feet upon was opened to the public. It was pretty clean. Windy, waves were crashing at the beach. A life guard was warning against people swimming too far into the ocean. There were rows of red flags that were clearly planted into the ocean floor for that sort of reason, if you venture too far it's on you. Hard Rock resort was nearby and suitable for tourists to spend the night. I came with my mom to spend the afternoon before heading home at Johor Bahru.
