Booked
a
two
day
one
night
stay
with
Pan
Pacific
Service
Suits
on
an
off
peak
weekend.
What's
good:
1)
Room
was
pretty
clean.
2)
Kitchen
Utensils
are
all
provided
and
clean.
Though
it's
advisable
to
clean
them
before
using.
Washing
detergent,
cloths
(x2),
sponge
provided
to
clean.
Kitchen
paper
towels
are
not
provided.
3)
Bathroom
Shower
pressure
is
strong
and
hot
water
temperature
is
very
good.
4)
Front
door
man
at
the
lobby
is
good,
friendly
and
gives
good
instructions.
What's
not
so
good
but
acceptable:
1)
Kitchen
fridge
is
not
cold.
Drinks
take
ages
to
chill.
It's
faster
to
just
put
them
in
the
freezer
compartment
and
then
later
bring
it
up
to
the
chiller.
2)
One
of
the
cabinet
doors
the
hinge
is
already
lose
and
need
fixing.
(can
be
seen
in
one
of
the
photos,
the
door
under
the
sink,
note
one
side
of
the
door
is
lopsided).
3)
Check
In
timing
of
3pm
is
pretty
late
for
normal
hotel
check
in
timings.
i
will
give
the
hotel
benefit
of
the
doubt
as
it
takes
time
to
turn
the
rooms
around
for
the
next
guest
as
there
is
kitchen
and
living
room
involved
with
many
things
to
clean.
What's
not
good:
1)
Check
in
time
is
very
slow.
When
we
arrived,
the
service
staff
at
one
small
desks
beside
the
main
counters
asked
us
for
our
IC
and
photos
to
be
taken.
The
fella
then
says
he
need
to
take
photos
of
the
thumb
print
at
the
back
of
our
IC
which
i
challenged
why.
Another
lady
then
came
to
explain
thumb
print
not
needed.
This
just
shows
the
front
service
staff
is
not
adequately
trained.
2)
With
all
the
check
in
forms
already
printed
out,
we
expected
assigning
rooms
and
collecting
the
key
cards
will
be
fast,
but
we
still
need
to
wait
30mins
to
completely
check
in.
This
is
pretty
slow
and
we
are
lucky
to
check
in
and
book
our
pool
slots
without
much
fuss>
I
can't
imagine
the
chaos
if
this
type
of
slow
check
in
happened
during
peak
periods.
3)
Swimming
pool
area
the
deck
chairs
and
cushions
looked
aged
and
old.
Abysmal:
1)
For
a
five
star
hotel,
their
restaurant
is
NOT
OPENED
on
a
freaking
Sunday!
We
were
caught
off
guard
with
this
as
we
booked
through
a
travel
website
and
there
was
no
mention
of
this.
We
ended
up
buying
bread
from
a
bakery
at
Bugis
Junction
for
breakfast.
This
is
the
reason
for
the
two
stars
given
for
the
review.
Overall
this
hotel
is
more
suited
for
guests
who
are
staying
for
long
periods
of
time
like
weeks
or
months.
Short
term
stays
are
definitely
not
recommended.
