Only Good. Went for my honey moon. Check in at 3.30pm instead 3pm. Cannot late check out even tho they owe us 30min late check in. Didn't provide any water while waiting. Nobody assist us while waiting. Found underwear under the sofa when first time sitting on it. Did not provide extra toilet paper even after cleaning service. Did not top up any coffee (we staying for 2Night) . Carpet dusty and a lot of hair. Only view nice and food was good.

Good: Spacious room, decent facilities, good view. Dinner menu was good and food is not bad. Bad: Service (I cannot emphasize enough). 1) Waited for 1.5hours to check in - went to check with the front desk and the attitude from the staff was appalling. Spoke to them nicely and was given rude reply (as if how dare I questioned my check in times). Got my room in the end but the 1.5 hours is wasted regardless. 2) Left swimwear in room (my fault), called in to check if the item is still in the room & when I can return to collect. 1st staff told me to wait and she will check with the housekeeping team, will get back to me soon - never called back after 30+mins. I called back again, the staff told me to wait another hour and she’ll let me know if my item is there. I questioned if they are short handed, and immediately she went to check and got back with an answer within 5mins. I can understand if a place is short staffed/ room requests not available – let people know how long more is there to wait and what are the other available options. Also, if something can be done immediately with a phone call, why do you have to let people wait more than required?

Highly NOT recommended. Have stayed at other 5 star hotels and this is far by the worst. The only good thing is they have staffs that are kind and willing to go all the way to help us. Checked in late and I have twins waiting. Staff kindly arranged us a meeting room to nurse and change their diapers. When FINALLY checked in, the room had a short circuit so the technician was in my room for almost 2 hours from 8pm to almost 10pm. And said he has to return tomorrow again because it's still not fixed. Had to go all Karen because imagine you have 7 month old twins trying to sleep but there are people coming and leaving the room making noise. Staff again was kind to upgrade the room. Also place is not baby friendly as the carpark has a lot of stairs and had to carry stroller and luggage up without any help from Pan Pacific. Overall management has to step it up and should be grateful for their amazing staffs.

I’m conflicted. The first night I was given the WORSE room possible in terms on construction noise. I couldn’t sleep the entire night and you could even feel the vibrations in the room. However, after my “feedback”, they moved me to another room and it was one of the best room I ever had in Singapore. I’m torn because the first room should not even be an option ever provided to customers.

Did not managed to assign a room to me until 5pm, and after getting room 1313 for me, I opened the door and found out that it's an occupied room and a pair of undressed couple was about to start doing what they should be doing. Cosed the door as fast as I could! So I gotta wait again for them to find a room for me .

5 stars for the room but 1 star for service . We only got our keys close to 5pm. No service recovery , whatsoever. Requested for late check out but was told it was a full house. Was told there was a connecting room, but later told us that the guests will only checked out at 7pm?? And it may take longer. Prior to this I had emailed requesting for the same floor but to no available. We requested to use the pool that evening but were told by the reception that it was fully booked and pushed us to 830am next day. We happened to go up to the pool area at 930pm and it was empty. When we called service one,we were told that there were empty slots between 630pm-830pm! We asked if we could have access to the pool since it was empty and got rejected again. We were told that the next family will be using it at any time. Such a frustrating experience!

The room it self is good, the fully-equipped kitchen is amazing: you can find everything you need! The washer dryer also functioning well! Life saver. I will have to mention that the service is really below average though. -The capsules for coffee machine only free for 1st day, subsequent days need to buy capsules from them. ????It’s below $<1 per capsule and I’m paying $400 per night for the room. Don’t even give capsules for free?? -Daily housekeeping only happens if you request, otherwise they don’t come. ???? This is non-sense to me either, as a hotel at this price. Location also super far from MRT! I don’t recommend.

We stayed from June 15 to July 12. Facilities Washer/Dryer machine does not dried the clothes. Front desk receptionist reason such machine only dried 70% of the clothes that is not true. We had stayed here when this Serviced Suites was new, the machine does dried the clothes. They need to change the washer/dryer machines or upgrade their maintenance services on these machines. Shower area has orange mold. The facial has pungent drainage smell. The fridge is not cold but freezer works. Services Front desk receptionists need more customer services trainings. Do not greet customers. Spoke condescending to customers. Patronized customers. When called front desk receptionist for towels or other amenities, took a long time to render the service. Have to called second time for services to be rendered. Housekeeping No services on Sunday or public holidays. Do not provide enough towels. When requested for full set of towels, only brought bath towels. Take a long time to rendered such services. Conclusion Most of the workers in this Serviced Suites are new, therefore, more customer services trainings are needed to ensure good customer services are rendered to house guests. The facilities are not properly maintained, so it is necessary to upgrade their maintenance services. Washer/dryers need to upgrade or change. By providing clothes hangers does not resolve the problem. Refrigerators need be maintained to ensure coldness. Air conditioner blew water vapor feeling thus caused the bed sheets and pillows have the wetness feeling.

Worse experience, customer service was very good but rooms were smelly with stains on sofas and floor rug. Bed sheets were dirty as well. Not worth spending this much money on hotel !

At first I was worried if the service is bad because I read quite a number of bad reviews. So, I did not have high expection. It was only for a night, right? Just to celebrate hubby's birthday I am pleased with the service provided. The unit was clean with complete amenities for a night stay. I took the photos of the unit the moment we arrived. See them for yourself. You will love the pool! I got a request for a late check out but it was probably not a busy period because we stayed beginning of January 2022. I would love to come back again perhaps for 2 nights during my birthday. Thank you for making our stay a lovely and memorable one.

Actually the room/suite is nice and cozy, even though there is no bathtub for an executive suite. Aircon is too cold even we adjusted it and there was a night that we turned it off. So far the room good. No issues about it. The 1 star goes to the very bad service that we had. Waited for the housekeeping the whole day and didn’t show up. Called 4 times and they keep on saying that they dont have enough people. So I ended up talking to the reception personally and like beg them, and say pls u guys can just take the rubbish instead and change our towels. The receptionist said oh because we dont have housekeeping during sunday😂 but i saw the housekeeper cleaning around 11 am outside till 2pm but they didn’t go to our room. I even spoke to the lady and she said she will come later. So ended up, they literally just take the rubbish and change towels 🤦‍♀️ So there is no breakfast during sunday, that was informed so its fine, but dot get so excited to it. We had the breakfast on the next day (monday) and its few slice of chicken and a little noodle😅. So that was it, not a memorable stay. STAY at Ascott Raffles instead if you guys likes to stay in a suite type staycation. Bigger rooms and service was great.

I stayed for 2 nights. It was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Place was clean and very new although it's not exactly new. Staff are very friendly and professional. Location is great as it is near a lot of eateries and facing the popular Haji Lane, Beach Road shops and diagonally facing Duo. Despite the construction work near by, it is still didn't affect my stay at all. The room is big, spacious and comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place.

I like the hotel because of its location and the facility. The location is strategic because you are within walking distance of the shopping area and the restaurants. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Every month I stay here for my business trip.

Update: Conveyed my disappointment on the customer experience with a front desk staff, Ms Sahartini, her reply is simply “That’s fine, it is your opinion.” . I can’t wait for this nightmare to end. As with everyone else, waited more than 2 hours for my room, front desk staff is non-apologetic. And this is for a Monday check in on a normal working day for everyone else, can’t imagine the weekend or a public holiday period. I do empathise with the front desk staff who probably faces the same situation every day. The room is great as with the rest of the reviews, but I can’t imagine a worse first customer experience. Looking at the consistency of the reviews, there is a systemic problem with housekeeping and service levels. Very disappointing for a Pan Pacific brand. Pool booking is a pain. Most hotels would allow pre-booking slots for the entire stay, but this hotel has a “only book for the next day” policy. Fine, so we tried to book the pool at 930 on our 2nd day for a pool slot on our 3rd day and guess what - the front desk told me to come back 2 hours later at 1130 to check! Official reason being to provide an opportunity for guests checking in today (recall that check in time is 3 pm and we didn’t get our rooms until 5+!). I would have at least expected a “we note your request but can’t guarantee a slot” response, and not asking us to come back 2 hours later! To make things worse, I can’t even collect the pool key one hour early for today’s booking (yes you need to collect a common “pool key” from the front desk, your room key card won’t do it) - I’m told that I can only collect the pool key at the booking time, which means be prepared to go to the front desk in your swim suit in full view of all the guests to collect your pool key! This stay is getting to be a joke.

This place is just wonderful. The rooms are huge and have a fab kitchen and laundry area too. The staff though are genuinely magnificent - Tini in particular was super. We have had a super stay and would recommend this place to everyone. Ps - pool view is amazing. Quite cold but it’s stunning!

Stayed at the suite from 26th to 28th May and have mix review about the suite. Checking in and out was a smooth process.Upon checking in, waited about 20 minutes as the receptionist informed that the suite was being inspected. Requested for a baby cot in my booking but had to remind receptionist regarding the request again. Location of suite is great as it is near Arab street which has many eateries and near Orchard/town. Moving on to the downside; Room service was slow. Had to wait an hour to get cot & additional towels. Staff came an hour later & reek of strong cigarettes smell. The smoke free floor also smelled of cigarettes occasionally. Both of these were not acceptable as we had an infant & purposely chose a smoke free room. The towel we had had a hole, room was dusty at some areas which clearly indicated cleaning was not thorough. Our tv in the room also had problems connecting to channels. We were informed that the antenna was loose. All these were not expected as we did wait for our room to be inspected upon checking-in. I hope Pan Pacific would look in these areas for improvement. Additionally, please consider having up-to-date media & technology such as connection to Netflix and more variety of channels on the smart TV, just like any other hotels/suites do. We also would appreciate if they would look into professional service of their front desk as we did hear staff whining while waiting in the lobby. Though it wasn’t in English, it was in the same local dialect which we understand and it made waiting the in the lobby unpleasant.

I am now staying in the suite .. I found out that there was no air conditioning in the bedroom. Was told not to close the door of the bedroom to let the cold air from the living room to cool the room!!? Did that but the room is still warm and feel suffocated .. Really is this what a five star suite can offer? I still have one more week of stay .. hope the hotel can do something

The suite is very wide and spacious. Having a living room separated from the bedroom is such a luxury for a hotel. 😂 The place was fully furnished and everything you need at home is already there, you can cook and do laundry too! The view from our room is very nice, you can the Marina Bay area! What we didn't like was the service at the reception. They might be interns who doesn't have enough experience. They can be quite rude. Also, deposit should be in cash which they should note to people once they book a room. We came unprepared and need to withdraw from the nearest ATM machine which is not really very near. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the complimentary chocolates were nice!

I recently stayed at your property and I wanted to express my appreciation for the exceptional experience I had. From start to finish, everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. Firstly, I was impressed with the level of customer service I received. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The suite itself was immaculate and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the linens were of high quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, and the living area was spacious and comfortable. Another highlight of my stay was the beautiful rooftop pool and fitness center. The view from the pool was breathtaking, and the equipment in the gym was top-notch. Finally, I was impressed with the hotel's location. The proximity to local attractions and public transportation made it easy for me to explore the city and get around. Overall, I had an incredible stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road Singapore, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Singapore. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Our stay here as a family with two young kids below two years old from 15th Dec to 17th Dec was enjoyable. We checked in around 4.30pm without much hassle and need not wait long as shared by other reviews. I do agree that generally, you do not feel that the service from front counter staff was warmth. Although I must say there were a few staffs that were always with a smile and ready to help. I requested for a baby cot but it didn’t reach my room until I requested it for the 2nd time. Pool slots were rather hard to book. The room on the 12th floor itself was spacious and clean. No weird smell. Bed was clean too. We booked a deluxe room but the room given to us had no bathtub, although I know bathtub for deluxe is based on availability. So I guess it depends on first come first serve basis. However I do notice that many parts of the room was dusty and it wasn’t the most ideal as I had young kids with me. The baby cot was extremely dusty. Curtains were dusty. Lamp was dusty. Other than that, I would say the housekeeping was satisfactory. Our room was made up and clean on the next morning and the dirty dishes was washed. We didn’t use the washing machine, oven, rice cooker and bread toaster that was made available in the room. Fridge was huge and clean with no odour. One puzzling thing I notice was that out of the 3 lifts available, only 2 was functional. The last lift towards the end was always at 1st floor and not functional regardless of the crowd that was waiting at lobby. Our family love the location. Opposite was Haji Lane with much to explore. If you drive, Suntec, Marina Square, Singapore Flyer and Esplanade are all only a short drive of 5mins to 10mins away. If not, walking will probably take 10mins to 20mins. Driving to Kallang Wave Mall is also only 5mins away. Lastly, our room had a view of the Singapore Flyer and part sea view. There were ongoing construction around the area and it was a good and interesting view to introduce the kids to heavy vehicles and machinery.

For a franchise serviced suite, this place delivers below par. The room I stayed in had that lingering bad carpet smell. The couch was in a worn condition. Some blotchy spots in several parts of the room. The service was not that friendly and accommodating. The location was also tucked away in an inconvenient spot. In summary, not going back here.

Terrible experience. It is 330pm and we're waiting to check in with a whole lot of other people. This is a COVID cluster waiting to happen. Staff had the cheek to tell me that check in is "from 3pm" when I queried her on the wait seeing that it is already check-in time of 3pm. Might I remind you that "3pm onwards" is for me to check-in and not for you to check me in. Waiting with my 9 month old baby and when asked if they could expedite, they gave me a standard "we will try, alot of people are waiting." I should have known - this is the only hotel Ive stayed with that is not offering staggered check-in timings during this covid period. Edit: Upon check-in, realised that thr baby cot and high chair that I requested for via email were not placed in the room. Neither were the welcome hamper and meal kits that are included as part of the package that I paid for. Had to call the reception twice before they brought the items up. Room appears tired and in need of a refresh. Cleanliness isn't the best either - could not bring myself to use their utensils and kitchen appliances. My baby actually suffered bedbug bites sleeping in the cot provided by the hotel. Extremely poor experience - terrible service, mediocre room. Please avoid at all costs. This place does not take feedback seriously, its clear from the standard insincere template reply that they issue to reviews here. They don't deserve a chance because they are not even trying. At all .

The rooms were great but way too many unlabeled light switches. We were constantly flipping switches trying to figure out how to turn something on or off. The oven/microwave unit had no manual and even after downloading one it was nigh on to impossible to get it to work as expected. The constant beeping was annoying. The washer/dryer all in one unit is not a good idea. The dryer phase was set for over 4 hours to dry. There was no way to program shorter or stop it to pull something out. I had to turn the power off at the wall to get the machine to stop and let me have access to my clothes. They were severely wrinkled due to spinning at high speed while drying. The staff were awesome and very friendly. Always happy to help. Didn't like that breakfast cost so much, nor that you had to purchase extra coffee pods for the room. We each wanted 1 coffee a day and after 2 days we couldn't do that without purchasing more pods. For as much as you pay for a nights' stay, you should atleast get a cup of coffee for in the room.

The price of the hotel is very high. Quite old. Has the smell of an old hotel. When you arrive, you can see that the employees there are tense. The cleaners are running around, worried about something and asking the administration. the room had a strong smell of chemicals. I even gave up the hotel and went to a New Hotel of the same chain, which I got for the same price. So if they have a good discount and you can't find a place to stay elsewhere, you can choose this option as well.

The kitchen is well equipped, there is even a rice cooker. The rooms are clean and spacious. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The reason I only give 4 stars is one night it was raining and I asked if we could borrowed an umbrella. I was told there wasn't any. I was a bit disappointed because the previous apartment had an big umbrella ready in the room for us on arrival. May be the management could look into this

Amazing apartment/hotel! Loved the fully equipped kitchen, came with really everything you need for a nice away from home cook off, even had a rice cooker!! Spacious rooms, indulgent sheets and aesthetic looking toiletries. Very attentive front office staff as well who provided a nice birthday cake even though we didnt request for it. Don't really have any complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

Had 3 nights stay at one of the One Bedroom Premium Suites. Nice clean room although it’s very squeezy for 3 adults when the sofa became sofa bed. Sufficiently equipped kitchen. Having washing machine was very useful as we were between travels. Some improvements needed for the toilet as the shower room was leaking very badly whenever we showered. Our check in was delayed eventhough it was after 4pm but we were compensated with very late checkout, which was appreciated as we had late flight. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was minimal.

Great customer service from front desk check out today at 6am. The staff tried to help with the coffee machine at level 1 although it was spoilt, and level 2 no coffee beans but I was in a rush to go off. Good customer service during check in as well. Room is great and spacious with washer dryer and crockery, bathroom has tub and shower. Big tv in living room and a medium one in room. No bidet and microwave but have an oven. Everything is great but we have some stares from various staff during swimming and after. Recommended place for everyone if you dont need to use the pool. Will come again.

Very disappointed with the level of service here. Was previously staying at Shangrila Rasa Sentosa, and Marina Bay Sands, and we have always asked for extra pillows, blankets and towels as we have 3 young children under the age of 5, which were provided for free and with pleasure. However, at this hotel, we were told that we will be charged $80 for one extra set of pillows and towel. I was obviously surprised, and when I conveyed that I have always asked for extra pillows, blankets and towels for free at the other hotels, I was told by the team leader that ALL the hotels in Singapore charge for extra sets of pillows and towel, which is obviously untrue. We literally just came from Shangrila and MBS with no such issues or arguments from the staff. Appalling service, very disappointed for such a big name hotel. Service reflects such rigidity and a lack of customer focus or empathy which is a basic requirement of the hotel industry. We still have to stay here for another two nights unfortunately looks like it will be an uncomfortable and disappointing stay for us and our kids.

I recently spent a delightful two-day stay at the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The suite itself was nothing short of impressive, offering a spacious and well-appointed living space that provided all the comforts of home. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings was evident, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. However, one minor disappointment was the view from the suite. Unfortunately, it overlooked an ongoing construction site, which did dampen the overall experience a bit. While the interior of the suite was exceptional, the external scenery left something to be desired. Despite this setback, the rest of the hotel's amenities more than made up for it. The dining options were also impressive, with a range of delicious offerings to suit various palates. The staff at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites truly shone during my stay. Their warm hospitality and eagerness to assist with any request or inquiry was evident from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and attentiveness added a personal touch to the experience. One of the standout features of this establishment is its prime location. Situated in a bustling area, it provided easy access to a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The convenience of being in the heart of the city was a definite plus. In summary, my two-day stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites was a memorable one. The suite itself was comfortable and well-equipped, though the view was a minor letdown. The exceptional amenities and the attentive staff, along with the convenient location, made for an overall enjoyable experience. I would gladly consider returning, with hopes for an improved view in the future.

Clean and luxurious room with everything one could need. The built in Washer/dryer was very convenience with long travel. Great quality tea, equipped kitchen to feel at home. Robes were a nice added touch. The room was large, high ceilings, with a nice sitting area and bedroom was comfortable. Walkable to Hije Street where many bars, cafes and shops are located. Close to main attractions and partnered with next door hotel restaurants. Would 1000% stay here again.

Very big room with huge windows. The room has all the facilities you could imagine and need. There is construction going on just below but could not hear any of it. The pool has great view of the wheel and the gardens. Only downside is that the accessibility by foot is limited.

Disappointing stay. It is not a 5 star hotel/serviced apartment. On our arrival the concierge saw us and walked in, leaving myself and my wife to drag our luggage into the lobby even though it was completely empty. At check in nobody offered to take our luggage up. Rooms are very very tired, stains and scratches on the table and chair, same with the sofa which had food stains and seemed like a sofa that was for public use rather than a 5 star hotel. Kitchen was small but did the job. Bathroom again very small with a small window, quite claustrophobic to be honest. Bedroom was okay nice floor to ceiling windows but view is nothing amazing. Overall for the price I would not recommend staying here, they are far better 5 star hotels in singapore for a similar price which are cleaner with more friendly, helpful staff.

Great experience and service! September 2023 This is our first time to check in at Pan Pacific beach road with my family. All I can say is that the people here are very kind, friendly and attentive, most especially the staff at the Reception, (Ms. Angela), who made sure that we were comfortable during our stay at the hotel until check-in and check-out, at the Buffet breakfast, (Ms. Liza Lim) who even made a special waffle for our daughter who was super jolly, friendly and thoughtful, she make sure that everything was ok and lastly (Uncle Eddie) the porter who even gave our daughter a sweet treat when we checked out. Also, i can only say that apart from the fact that the hotel is beautiful, especially if the staycation is more longer. The highlight here is the very large room with good and clean facilities. Its also accessible by bus/train and just opposite of haji lane. Again, big thanks pan pacific beach road I really enjoyed my birthday celebration here! Looking forward to stay in your hotel for our next family gathering.

Excellent apart-hotel located at the city centre, with exceptional service levels. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed. The staff are friendly, attentive and the entire team is always willing to go above and beyond to fulfill guest needs. The food selection was very good, and Chef Liza was a great personality with a genuine passion to serve guests. A very deserving 5 stars. Cleanliness: Very good Room amenities: Excellent Noise insulation: Excellent Toiletries provided: All toiletries provided free of charge Food: Breakfast buffet with Asian and Western choices, made fresh and menu refreshed daily Wifi speed: Excellent Laundry services: In-room washer and dryer Staff service levels: Exceptional

Check in was good and they brought what we asked for to the room. But the room and amenities like the plates weren’t very clean so we had to rewash all of them and sanitize. The part we didn’t like was during check out we tried calling front desk to request for taxi as well as to check out and no answer for 15 minutes that we had to go down and waited for the taxi. Then there was no one helping with the luggages to load to the taxi. Not a good experience for a Pan Pacific.

A few thing which I’m not happy about this hotel, 1.I book this hotel for my marriage proposal. When I check in the hotel, I already inform the counter that my room will be decorated for proposal. However when I check out and leave the hotel, the hotel just call me that they will charge us additional 100 dollar for cleaning fee of all the ballon and other decoration. I felt shock and disappointed on this service because actually we can clear all the thing by ourselves, the counter service should inform me earlier when I check in, so that we will know the additional and we will clean all the decoration properly. Now is like they keep quiet until when I just reach home then suddenly got additional 100 dollar charge. This is not a good way tho.. do you thing We customer have a lot of time to read your terms and condition. 2.I noticed some of the corner like in curtain, toilet Window upper part , inside the drawer have quite a few dust, the sauce pan also not very clean. 3. My room got one living room and bedroom, the bedroom aircon is not working well and very hot at night, but living room very cold and not comfortable. 4. I noticed the fringe upper part got cheese and other thing , it seems like it is from previous customer, and the cleaning aunty miss out to clear this thing, this is what I don’t like, cleaning service so bad still want to charge us additional cost. By the way, Location is convenient to Bugis mrt and shopping but the hotel view not so nice because it doesn’t near to garden by the bay or river, so if you really like to have very very nice view, maybe you can look for better and higher price of hotel. For the overall service, I will not book this hotel again.

First of all, i would like to say this hotel is by far one of the utmost best when it comes to cleanliness, & it gives off a very calm, appealing atmosphere when u arrived. Quiet, & central part of the city. i would like to also commend one of the staffs of Pan Pacific Hotel Suites, Miss Hidayu who was extremely pleasant, sincere & efficient. She called & returned me a valuable item that i misplaced in the hotel. I was so touched she went the extra mile of calling and waiting for me, shows the integrity and sincerity of the staffs from this establishment. Miss Hidayu is truly an integral asset of the Pan Pacific family. Hospitality of the highest order. Well done!

The staffs at front desk were nice. Great room, unfortunately I couldn't get the marina view. Photos were from the swimming pool. Very sad and disappointed that the pool is fully booked for today and tomorrow we are checking out tomorrow. Wanted to be there to capture the night view. Should have book early yesterday, but not sure if this is allowed. One thing about the heater, very difficult to control the temperature. Still nice hotel to stay. Will definitely come back.

Very long wait at the lobby for check-in and the wifi connection is rather weak :( But security is tight to ensure no breach of rules. Also got birthday treat despite being a serviced apartment - not hotel! Thanks!

Check in was after 3pm even though we arrive early. One of our rooms we were even given a room that was not made up after the previous guest checked out. Overall not worth the price payed. Not flexible either. Asked if can get anything in exchange for the red wine in the package, insisted no.

Well equiped rooms, however you have to request 3 to 5 times to get things received or done. I tried ordering very basic things towels, shampoo or even sugar then ends to call 3 & 4 times for 3 to 5 hours. It happened two times into two days. Im sure the hotel management are not aware of this shortcome in what should be considered 5-stars hotel!!!!

Had an amazing stay from 25-27 Dec. The room was spacious, and it comes with everything you'd ever need! I also really liked the aesthetics of the room, it is so beautiful and cosy we decided to spend most of our time in. Special shoutout to Hanan who attended to us during our check in. Super fast & professional, checked in within minutes! Really appreciate the efficiency. Thanks alot 😊 will definitely be back!

Room was clean, facilities were pretty old but well maintained. Most staff were friendly and helpful however male staff doing guest check-ins and reception was a tad uncouth.

Stayed for one night and thank god I only booked for one night. Service : Front desk staff were very helpful and accomodating. Managed to check in earlier and avoided the crowd. Meal kit and bouquet was only delivered at 6+pm. The cake requested wasn't delivered at all until check out. lol Room : The room was spacious but amenities were old and not that well maintained. The floors were dirty. Sofa had dust and hair all over. The wardrobe had strands of hair almost everywhere. One bathrobe was only provided for two people and there was some dried gooey substance stuck on the sleeves. The only plus point was the comfy king sized bed. Amenities : Managed to book the pool at night. The view was great. Only 8 people allowed in the pool so it wasn't crowded but also cause we booked the hour before closing. Overall, so so only. Payed about $260 per night after using the SG rediscover voucher. Suggest if you're gonna spend that much for a staycation might as well go MBS or Ritz Calrton. Lesson learned.

Booked a two day one night stay with Pan Pacific Service Suits on an off peak weekend. What's good: 1) Room was pretty clean. 2) Kitchen Utensils are all provided and clean. Though it's advisable to clean them before using. Washing detergent, cloths (x2), sponge provided to clean. Kitchen paper towels are not provided. 3) Bathroom Shower pressure is strong and hot water temperature is very good. 4) Front door man at the lobby is good, friendly and gives good instructions. What's not so good but acceptable: 1) Kitchen fridge is not cold. Drinks take ages to chill. It's faster to just put them in the freezer compartment and then later bring it up to the chiller. 2) One of the cabinet doors the hinge is already lose and need fixing. (can be seen in one of the photos, the door under the sink, note one side of the door is lopsided). 3) Check In timing of 3pm is pretty late for normal hotel check in timings. i will give the hotel benefit of the doubt as it takes time to turn the rooms around for the next guest as there is kitchen and living room involved with many things to clean. What's not good: 1) Check in time is very slow. When we arrived, the service staff at one small desks beside the main counters asked us for our IC and photos to be taken. The fella then says he need to take photos of the thumb print at the back of our IC which i challenged why. Another lady then came to explain thumb print not needed. This just shows the front service staff is not adequately trained. 2) With all the check in forms already printed out, we expected assigning rooms and collecting the key cards will be fast, but we still need to wait 30mins to completely check in. This is pretty slow and we are lucky to check in and book our pool slots without much fuss> I can't imagine the chaos if this type of slow check in happened during peak periods. 3) Swimming pool area the deck chairs and cushions looked aged and old. Abysmal: 1) For a five star hotel, their restaurant is NOT OPENED on a freaking Sunday! We were caught off guard with this as we booked through a travel website and there was no mention of this. We ended up buying bread from a bakery at Bugis Junction for breakfast. This is the reason for the two stars given for the review. Overall this hotel is more suited for guests who are staying for long periods of time like weeks or months. Short term stays are definitely not recommended.

Had a 3 days 2 night stay from 10-12 January. Overall I had enjoyed the stay, place was clean and housekeeping/room service staff was friendly. Breakfast was a little disappointing as they’re bento breakfast that we have to collect from the first floor. Room is spacious, I appreciate being given the corner room as I enjoyed the full windows. Would have given 5 stars if not for the service from some of the counter staff which was pretty disappointing as I expected better from a 4-5 star hotel/services suite. Female staff Tyas was very helpful and attentive during my check in and enquiries. Explained to me how GHA Discovery membership don’t really apply to serviced suites, but she was gracious enough to give me a late check out. Staff Hassan/Hasan did not seem keen to attend to my enquiries. Did not believe me when I told him that I did not receive any amenity kit in my room, told be to go back to the room and check again and get back to him. I will return again in the future as the hotel is very near places I frequently visit.

This is not a hotel it's small apartments. Our apartment needed a really good clean especially the walls and light shades, very greasy. Beaware replacement coffee pods are charged at $1.50 each bring your own. Breakfast is basic with a 40 min sit time allowed. For the price I think a luxury hotel would have been better.

Flawless and fantastic stay. Great service, exceptionally clean with a large serviced apartment (and all the amenities you need) and a great location. Shout out to the team working the front desk who were very helpful with everything! Would highly recommend this place to anyone

I’ve stayed here for 35 days during my relocation, breakfast is served monday - saturday with nice variety of menu on carbs, meat, etc , while the bread and croissants selections that never change (always same) hopefully they will served donut /bomboloni too , kids love it. For cleanliness: we need to notes which room area to be cleaned for deep cleaning (brush shower area etc) to CS Washing machine: offers for washing & drying, but the drying is not completely dry so we need to hang the laundry inside room (no balcony), so it can be troublesome No kids club & parks, but nice gym & rooftop pool with MBS view

Address - SG, Beach Rd, 7500B, 199592#staycation #infinitypool Ambiance/Facilities - Infinity pool, Gym Avg. Price per room -$280/night Ratings- The deluxe one bedroom apartment was clean, spacious with a living room complete w basic kitchen amenities, microwave oven and a huge fridge. bedroom with posh looking bathroom and changing area was great for the stay. This staycation highlights will be to go chill and take some nice photos at their quiet infinity pool overlooking the distant Ferrīs Wheel, melting all fatigue far away. Cafes, local eateries and malls all within 5-10mins walking distance away so you will not be lack of food options and stay entertained should u get bored. Recommended for staycation in sg and splurge alittle on occasions.

Bad experience! I was told that I can check in at 3pm, at 4:10 the counter staff told me room might still not be ready. Only when I told them firmly that they have far exceeded the stated check in time did they give me a room. Ordered in room dining - nasi lemak, the rice that I was given was all hard, dry and stuck together! It was indeed a disappointing experience!

Check in was slower on weekend due to the high demand, but the hotel staff were kind and tried to quicken the process as much as possible. Celebrated my wedding anniversary and was kindly given a complimentary chocolate tart! Room was clean and modern looking. Was impressed with the appliances offered with the kitchen- included toaster and rice cooker as well. Location is superb with much variety of food around the area.

Room size is good. Has everything for a serviced apartment. Room view is not great. Short staff here. You have to load your own luggage onto the hotel luggage cart and push it up to your own room. Expect minimum service. Location though close to Bugis is not easy to access. Walk way is unsheltered and expect some walking distance away from MRT.

We arrived at approximately 2.50pm and were able to check in. The process was pleasant and we were given a room with bathtub upon our request (I understand that for the room type we booked, this is subject to availability). We didn’t wait long for our room. The room was clean and bed was comfortable (firm but not hard). View was nice, overlooking parts of Arab Street. The kitchenette was well-equipped with cutlery and pans, rice cooker, oven, and kettle. There is also a Nespresso machine with four complimentary capsules (any additional ones will be chargeable). We ordered room service from Parkroyal at Beach Road (it’s called Food Delivery service if I’m not wrong). The Hokkien Mee with Jumbo Prawn was excellent and so was the Hainanese-style Chicken Chop. No regrets here. I felt the menu was reasonably priced for the quality of food. There is also a good selection of eateries across the road at Arab Street if you prefer to dine out. Overall, we had a really nice stay here and the staff have been wonderful.

May be the management could look into this.

We visited Singapore during their Lunar New Year holidays. The staffs are very courteous & especially the housekeeper, Linda. She's great & went out of her way to clean our room. We were never short of any household stuffs i.e. toilet papers, tissue etc.. Room was always clean & tidy. This location is fantastic too. Near MRT, shopping, food courts... all kinds of sightseeing.. Will stay here again if we return to Singapore

Many thanks to the front desk staff Angela and Chloe for accommodating our request to view the rooms. Chloe was especially patient in answering our questions and showing us around the property. We felt so welcome even though we turned up unannouced.
