Clean walkways and great restaurants. There is a path to get to the MRT and a path to get to the underground mall. This is a great hub as to how to get around the rest of the city.

Great workplace cos of its integration with a hotel and a residence. Carpark below which charges expensively and workers can have access to Suntec City for lunch through a sheltered walkway. Rental price confirm high. Premium workplace though. Luxurious.

Located conveniently right outside Esplanade MRT exit. Many F&B establishments - Lady M, Harry’s Bar, Beach Road Kitchen, Akira Black and Alchemist Lab just to name a few. Very vibrant and calming environment. Love to visit here for happy hours and afternoon tea/coffee rather than suntec or millenia nearby (as both can get really crowded).

A beautiful space combining office, retail and F&B in the heart of the city. The sky high iconic structure distinguishes with proximity to Suntec Convention and Exhibition Center and the CBD; by foot and Esplanade MRT station.

Great location, great view to oversees the lovely city of Singapore, very nice and well maintained commercial building.

JW Marriott shares the same carpark as the South Beach Tower. B1 has limited parking lots and seemingly not meant for visitors. Advised to park at B2 and take the lift at Lobby C. From Lobby C, can venture to Suntec City via a link bridge too.

This place is a convenient location,previously NCO Club of the army located,nearby currently Esplanade mrt station,surrounding with shopping centre and hotels nearby walking distance

Nice upscale outdoor dining and mall on two levels. Large architectural roof covering feels very open but protects will from the weather to enjoy outdoor seating and people watching.

A relatively nice restored area which feels quite swanky and modern now, only problem is that it can do with more signage as some of places can be hard to get to

Visited the HSBC Life office at level 2. I was here to plan for our upcoming clients' events. The event space is really chic looking and big. Love the office decor, ambience and facilities.

There are 2 towers one is office building and another one is JW marriot. There are many companies like FB, Boeing and Sanofi in this building. There are many restaurants and my favourite is Harrys and Vatos

Breezy building design with a weird twist. The roof is always leaking when rain. It's hard to understand the architect minds since perhaps it is meant to be leaking.

The place feels very high class.

Very relaxing place to hang out without the school holiday crowd. Outdoor seats at F&B such as Starbucks is safe as the whole place is beautifully sheltered.

Beautiful building with amazing vertical gardens

There is a bazaar related to pets and sustainability today when I come.

Quieter than in the past with some restaurants now closed. Loads of parking on b2 so head on down.

Only one road leads to it and out from it. Constantly jammed at peak hours. Nice building but not a good place to drive to.

We’ve been at the office tower since end 2019, but didnt get to use the facilities much because of wfh scheme. Nevertheless, the management, staff, office building and facilities, dining partners and hotel, are at top notch. Love the soothing and calm vibes upon entrance of lobby, in contrast to the buziness of Raffles Place and MBFC. Management team is efficient and effective, provides constant communications throughout for both work and social happenings. Hope they can get more cafes in since Dimbulah had moved. And one thing to be enhanced, is the carpark fees payment mode, current manual way of GIRO/bank transfer, then informing the team, can be introduced to online platform where it will ease tenants’ inconvenience and overlook of timely payments. Flexibility of cases handling can also be improved as we went head on once re a trivial unpaid fee.

Accessible by train and sheltered from the rain. This place has good food and drinks.
