Great service from the team. Facilitator Sol was calm and good natured. My colleagues enjoyed themselves and I’m glad that we chose Mega for team bonding activity. High Rope course is scary for those with a fear of heights, but just the right amount of challenge. Zip line was spectacular and actually not to scary as you are seated in the harness. Would recommend! Watch out for queues during peak periods.

My boys had lots of fun! Really appreciate the very attentive staff who are friendly, cheerful and most importantly, they held safety the most important. Checked and double checked on our harness. In addition, when I gave up during the Mega Climb and the male staff came and rescued me! Thank you for being patient and guiding me down. Also the female staff that took care of me and gave me a drink. They even gave me another chance to come back as I did not finish the climb! So sorry that I did not get your names but yes, really appreciate your kind assistance that day!

A great place to have fun and excitement. Love the Zip line. The staffs were so helpful, friendly and attentive. While having the excitement, you have to listen to the instruction careful so that everything will go smoothly. Happy that I decided to try it. Will definitely come again..Excellent!!

Visited Mega Adventure for the "Climb and Zip" activities. We did the obstacles climb first. There are three level of difficulty, easy, hard and high". We booked the 2pm slot and waited for about an hour before we were processed and ferried by a golf buggy to the climb site to be suited up with the safety harness. The crew were very helpful, professional and the instructions issued were very clear. We opined for the difficult level, and the climb took longer (30 to 45 mins) than expected as one of the participants gave up in the middle of the course and held up the line for at least 30 mins before being safely removed from the obstacles by the friendly and professional staffs. We did the zip line two days later due to bad weather. We took the 11am slot (opening time), and the processing time was about 20 mins to get to the start line. Overall, it was a great experience for the family. It's a little pricey but it is worth a try. We will come back again.

This review mainly based on my buddy's experience on the zip line. He thought the ride good, but the whole process was slow at times, particularly waiting for the pictures at the end. It all looked OK from where I was viewing and taking photos.

1st time here. We arrived early so as not to miss out but wasn't really that busy on that day. The staff were quite knowledgeable and professional but also friendly and helpful. Couple things to watch out for. My wife wasn't doing any of the activities but if she wanted to watch us and take photos, she either had to find her own way up the hill where the climb and jump was or pay $5 each way for the buggy ride which was disappointing. Next is, and after been to a few adventure climbing obstacle courses where you get to do all and any of the levels, you are only able to 1 of the 3 levels which you have to choose once you get up there. I thought at least you could choose to do them all but that's not the case. It is also over quite quickly with them not being overly challenging and it's not very long. Kids enjoyed the jump as well. The zip line at the end was fantastic and would totally do it again. I would probably skip the rest of the activities as, after doing the Mega Climb/Jump/Zip package, I didn't think it was good value. It was a great experience and myself plus my 2 boys had heaps of fun.

Absolutely horrible experience. Had to wait for 3 hours minimum and they didn't give an estimate for the waiting time. They also didn't explain that there's an express pass until you are waiting for over 1-2 hours. The waiting time means you need to expect half your day gone from this. Safety first but give people a realistic timeline or heads-up and should arrange your volume to not affect customer experience.

This is a review for Mega Zip only. Got a ticket for my child for Mega Zip. The staff were mildly friendly for an adventure company which doesn’t really give someone a sense of fun. The staff helping with the harness for my child was fast And my child enjoyed the buggy ride. My child finished the zip line without much of a wait. But however, the rather unpleasant encounter was when my child completed his zip. We barely stepped onto the bridge to greet my child while he was crossing the bridge, and screams and shouts came from the end of the zip line from the staff, screaming and shouting at us not to step onto the bridge platform. We indicated that that was our child coming back and the staff still continued shouting and screaming for us to step back. Every parent will have the proud parent moment for their child’s zip line adventure, but it was marred by the shouting at us. Maybe the staff at the check in could have ‘informed’ us that due to certain safety reasons, we have to keep away from the bridge. Further adding to the unhappy incident of shouting, another buggy drove up to near the bridge as my child was exiting the bridge. The staff driving the buggy didn’t even bother to say an excuse me or horn or warn us at all. We had to jump out of our way to avoid the buggy. Would mega Adventure be able to inculcate some safety values in their staff driving their buggy? The beach is full of children n families and I hope that the beach is safe for everyone.

We went on a weekday. It was really quiet. Took a while for a staff to (seemingly) appear out of the bushes to attend to us. $60 for one zip for one person. The photos taken were not included. I paid for the soft copy of the photos and I would expect better quality off a DSLR camera. The photos were less than 1 kilobyte each and I think there’s something wrong if they sent it by airdrop. The ride was really short and honestly not that scary. I would rather pay a little more for USS tickets to enjoy more thrilling & unlimited rides. And to all guys riding this, please brace your testes.

Amazing experience. Very professional & friendly staff. Done the 3 activity package starting with the climb followed by the Jump then the Zipline. Zipline is the highlight of the activities. Definitely worth the money for thrill seekers. Check my IG @solly600 for more

Overall very poor experience. In the past when my child got stuck on the obstacle course no help was provided by any staff. Some staff denied helping my child and told him to continue by himself despite me asking him to help my child. Ropes are also loose and not beginner-friendly. Overall, staff were unprofessional and experience was unpleasant.

For first-timers, you get butterflies in your stomach when left hanging from the platform. After that, they push you forward and you zip over lush forestry, white sands and a tiny stretch of water before landing at the other end. The whole experience is over in about 3 minutes. The rest of the time is spent waiting your turn. Better to get an Express pass to avoid waiting, though its $30 p.p.

First time trying this out and definitely no regrets! The team was very patient, friendly and really ensure the safety of every person. No doubt that the zipline was by far the best way to end the whole adventure.

The waiting time was abt 30mins for MegaZip, we chose to play MegaBounce during waiting time, just next door. A buggy picked us up and drove us to the launch tower, put on the safety harness then ready to zip. The view was great with the speed just nice, excited yet acceptable . Great experience to zip with my boy and he wants zip again. No photo taking during zip unless to purchase the phone pouch from them, but you can buy official photos. All belongs have to deposit in locker with $5 but I saw some participant just bring along their sling bags.

Amazing experience. We came with the kids and the cousins. Went up to 15m and did the route. It was such a challenge. Can't believe I made it all. I kept telling to myself that 'there is no spoon' from the Matrix when I jumped through challenged. At the end, there's a 15m drop. Shue was graceful enough to let us go again after some of our kids didnt/couldn't take it (age and height restrictions). It was so much fun! #FaceyYourFear

easy check-in and waiver. No lose items allowed, lockets are available, or you can buy a bag and phone pouch. Really nice buggy ride all the way up, where friendly staff met us to help us with harnesses. Website claims it's a 1 hour experience, however whole thing was about 30min and the ride was about a minute long.

I visited the park with my family today, and we all had an amazing time. Today was a school holiday and with that it was quite busy causing waiting times to be quite long. All the staff were very friendly and had great customer service standards, double checking harnesses before sending us and updating us regarding waiting times. After our zip we got to the bottom station and there was just one boy managing the whole station, he was great help even with so much he had to do he kept his calm and handled us along with other customers with respect and was great assisting the kids. I feel like staffing may have been limited due to COVID but I am hugely impressed with the amazing attitude that all the workers had and how hard they tried to make sure the experience was a great one. Will definitely be coming back :)

The redemption was a breeze, however there was already a Q forming before it opened. As belongings are not allowed up to the course, you either pay to buy their bag ($15), buy a phone pouch ($10) or rent a locker for $5. The buggy brought up 4 pax at a time and equipped us up with harness before ascending the course. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Explained everything clearly and were conducting safety checks on us. The mega climb consisted of 3 levels, as most people opted for level 2 there was a wait due to the limit of pax on the resting platforms. Hence we did level 3 which was the highest, it was scary to say the least, but my partner and I enjoyed ourselves very much despite the challenge. The mega jump was 15m freefall. It was very intimidating bc the ground looked close yet far at the same time. But the jump lasted less than 10 seconds and was very fun, would definitely recommend as a precursor to bungee cos this was hooked up to the harness instead of the limbs. The highlight was the mega zip as you get a nice view of the beach and the surrounding as you zip down. The mega bounce was slightly disappointing but kinda cool if you can do flips in the air. It did get tiring towards the end. Would be a great activity to tire out kids for sure. Overall we had a good time, would recommend for adventure seekers and people who enjoy outdoors activity.

I recommended 1000% we had so much fun! The whole experience in the buggy on the way up is so scenic, you get jungle, beach, views and excitement all in one. We did the Mega Jump and the Mega Zip, both were fabulous, the staff are all SO friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend anymore.

Did the mega climb/jump & zip line Staff were super friendly and helpful, and made for a really fun experience! Special shout out to Syaiful & Elena, who were super lovely and really made the experience. I went when it was a bit quieter and had lovely chats with both of them about the park and the ropes courses (as well as a great dinner/night activity recommendation!) The buggy up to the course was quite fast and a bit bumpy, some guests night not like that but I thought it was really fun! There's different difficulty levels of the courses, but the view really makes it. Would love to return next time again next time I'm in Singapore!

I had booked tickets in advance for the Mega Zip only for a friday afternoon. We were 4 and had also booked 1 tandem zip with my 6 yr old kid. We had arrived at around 11:30 AM or so and we were literally the first ones for the day. We were briefed on the procedures etc and quickly taken aboard their buggy to the top of the hill where the Zip lines and other attractions are located. We didn't do any other rides as we felt they were a bit expensive. The Zip alone costing us 59$ individually and 89$ for the tandem. The view from the top of the ramp was just mindblowing. We could spot the entire Sentosa and the harbor front. The weather had just turned into nice and warm after a brief shower. The zip line in itself is 450m long, it gets over all too quickly, but the view and the feeling of wind while you zip is unbeatable. Even my kid enjoyed while being in tandem with me. They have 3 zip lines and we 4 did it at the same time. Overall, thought it did feel a bit expensive, it was worth it. They click pics which costs 10$ for an individual piece. This I felt was very expensive for a digital copy.

We visited today (12th Sep) and had an awesome time! We only did the zip wire, purchase online for a cheaper ticket, we purchased online whilst at the counter! You are taken to the zip platform in a buggy which was cool! It was really quiet so we were harnessed and taken straight to the platform where you zip from. All the staff were really friendly, they hold your belongings in a large bag for $5 behind the counter as the lockers don't work. Have to give it 5 stars though as it was an awesome experience!!

Went for the mega climb, jump and zipline. Good activity for friends/couple/family. Staffs were very professional as they will do the safety check a couple of times before we play. There are different level of difficulties for the mega climb, so it’s suitable for all. Highly recommend.

This was so fun the zip & climb package was so fun, you get to choose from 3 levels of difficulty for the climb and it was so worth it! The free fall is included with the climb (not bungee jumping). The free fall feels like a rollercoaster, the zip line does not! Jason was so friendly when we got back from the zip line! The staff is amazing, you can purchase a phone holder at the top for $12, the rest of your items get sent to the bottom of the zip line by the staff!

This zip line is great fun and the team always look after you and make you feel safe and secure. This is the second time we have been there and the kids absolutely love it. It looks super scary but is actually a great ride and gives the kids a chance to really feel like they have pushed themselves. They were buzzing after. Look out for the offers to ride this twice as generally it doesn’t cost much for the second ride.

Bit of scared since its first time, plenty of staff who knew what they were doing and it became the best adrenalin pumping experience. 450-metre zip-line & it starts from the peak of hill almost 75-metre height. I went up the tower and when I looked down & forward, I almost regretted  & then I strapped up and ready to go. At the start ride was bit faster since I am heavy, he he then the ride down was smooth and not as scary as I imagined it would be. The view was beautiful with greenery. After the ride professional photos were offered, bit of expensive but they take good shots. I’ve got 4 photos for $50 or $60 I guess

An Amazing place to if you are feeling adventurous, They have a zip line course, which is the main attraction of the place, but they also have a mini - bungee jump and a climbing course. Do all three of those if you happen to visit here. It's all worth it. P.S this is located at the end of Siloso beach, it's at a walkable distance so don't bother taking a cable car or a bus. Simply take a train to the beach station from Sentosa then walk through the beaches. Will hardly take 10 minutes.

  • 4/5 RYAN W. 4 years ago on Google
Waste of money and time... Fast pass was not really fast. Paying 40 dollars for a 40 minutes wait is not worth it, when the regular queue is only 1 hr long. There isn't an express buggy ride all the way to the attraction, making us wait for an additional 15-20 minutes... Overall was quite fun and interesting experience, with the zipline being an exciting adventure even though not as fast as expected... It was definitely not 60kph...

I took the zip climb jump package. The staff was really friendly for zip and jump and they took utmost care in our safety and making us feel comfortable. But the experience for climb was so bad. I've been to such activities before and there was always a staff on the ground when someone is doing a level to make sure they support or help them or may be give them tips on completing a hurdle. There was nothing of such sort here. I was stuck in the middle and almost gave up as there was no one to guide. I waited for so long and no staff would come for help. I traveled alone and what if I had just gotten stuck there and couldn't move. Would I have to wait for hours before any staff even noticed? I was lucky that another tourist guided me and helped me complete the level. And after I completed there was still no staff to detach my carabiner. I had a good time with the zip and jump.

You need to put all your belongings in a bag (it seems impossible to hold an action camera), but you can rent a bag at the counter (deposit method that can be returned and refunded at the sandy beach counter where you got off) You can also accept from the summit, but apparently it is usually accepted on the sandy beach side and going by cart? It seems. If you walk, you will walk a little from the nearest ropeway station. Amazing place! Just take some water with you because it's always hot there. We did the Mega climb and Mega zip. The Mega climb was a little bit too easy for us. I did a Zipline for 50dollars, it was worth it but for 65you can do it twice and I wasn't aware of that, would have done twice. Very nice cart picks you up and taking you to the tower. Views is great, so green with a beach, just a dream come true. Unfortunately we are not allow to take our own picture. Have to take picture by using their camera, which you will have to pay. I do not like that idea. Kinda fast as always but you have time to enjoy it! Gonna do swing next time I there. It was a great adventure. We wish it can be longer. As for the Mega climb, it was really fun!! Must do!

(Zipline, bungee jumping, climbing) If you sell at the site, only Zipline costs about 50,000 won. I take a bus and go down to the zip line. Awesome experience. We purchased all inclusive ticket and we loved all activities. Mega zip is our favourite and must try. We want to try it again. Mega climb have 3 different levels. Based on your preference you can try one level. We did level 3 and it's awesome. Friendly and supportive staff. Explained everything before the activity. If you're planning take photos and videos make sure to take a trip that can tie firmly or you can purchase a phone pouch from the counter for $10. It's good enough as it can be tied to the harness. Because of Covid all must wear masks even during the activities. But it's less crowded as there are no tourists. Still got some waiting time. If you're planning to do all activities better to have 3-4 hours as it's closing at 7pm.

Great experience despite the rainy weather. Had tons of fun, the staff were cool too! The climb(level=hard) was pretty challenging! Fyi, I carried a draw string bag and didnt need to put it in the locker. For drivers you can park at beach station and take the free tram over.

We would like to express our disappointment on the management and staff for the experience today. We reached at 6:35pm and was serve by the staff - Haryati. She mentioned that the only available services is Zip-line and we told her we are coming for the Zip-Line. She replied it was ok but after checking with the counter girl - Farah , Haryati told me that they are closed for the day. I was very upset with her reply as the company website states that Zip-line last entry is 6:45pm and I even called in to the customer service hotline to double confirm and the automated voice reply from the hotline was that the zip line will be close at 6.45. Thereafter, I make my trip down. My voice of concern is, if the closure is earlier then 6:45pm the company should neither state at the website nor the hotline and to bring such dissatisfaction to the client for a wasted trip.

We bought the whole package and thoroughly enjoyed all the activities by both kids and adults. 3 star review due to the unhappy vibes. Reception- no smiles and impatient. Climb- young guy making robotic small chat while helping to put on the harness. When one of our kids was stuck and dangling, it took almost 10 minutes before we finally get a staff's notice to help. Jump- young lady looked and acted like she got off from the wrong side of bed. Bounce- one guy manning the station by himself and a short queue of 6 people actually caused more than an hour's wait. Before we came down to this place, we called to confirm the opening hours as this place only opened at 2pm when we came during early Dec. The guy over the phone was sarcastic to insinuate that we do not know how to read the info on his website. So this is.. a happy place with unhappy people.

  • 1/5 Shady S. 3 years ago on Google
Waited 4 hours for the zip line and on the other hand one of the female staff keeps shouting at the people queueing up as though she runs the place, in other words it wasn't systematic, everything was mess. It wasn't cheap and wasn't worth it. Please treat your customers with respect.

Went for MegaZip on a Monday in December, which I guess might still be peak period. The ride itself was exhilarating and the staff at the top of the tower and the bottom "arrival" tower were all friendly and entertaining. However, the wait was veryyyyy long! We queued for 2.5 hours in total just to go for 1 zip ride - we decided not to go for the 2nd ride in our ticket because it was simply too long a wait. This was despite us reserving a slot online. The other reviews are right in that the queue management for MegaZip was often messy. No separate queue for those who reserved or bought online. Little communication about the duration and reason for the wait. After queueing to pay for the wrist strap, we queued to put bags in locker, then we queued again for the buggy ride up, then queued to get harnessed, then queued to go up the tower. :( It was a fun but short ride. Not sure it was worth the wait and confusion though. If we didn't have the free SingapoRediscovers vouchers to redeem for MegaZip (with Sentosa Fun Pass), I doubt we would have spent $88 for the double rides. Rather disappointing experience but most of the staff really worked hard. Organisation of the ride could be improved.

The staff were friendly especially during the buggy ride up to the top of the hill, the staff was through when putting on the harness and ensuring our safety during the ride, we manage to ride it despite the rain and it was a unique experince!! One minus point would be the price, wouldn't have considered going here if its not for the $100 SingapoRediscovers vouchers.

  • 4/5 Petrina S. 3 years ago on Google
Raining heavily at Mega zip. Queue at the bottom took 2 hours before we took the buggy to the actual Zip line above. While the zipline itself was really good, the long wait(15mins or more) to purchase the photos took away some of the otherwise great experience. Will still recommend if you're not waiting to purchase your photos.

  • 1/5 Sean O. 3 years ago on Google
2+ hours of waiting just to start (on a weekday), even with a booking/reservation. Why take bookings if you don't separate them from the walk-ins. Terrible human traffic management and planning.

It's was such a refreshing activity for us to do together on our 11th Anniversary. The crew was awesome. Suha was very informative and calm with all our enquires. She offer good deal that was available.Linda was very supportive when I almost chicken out the Mega Fall. She was very patience with me. Fadli surprised me with a birthday gift knowing it was my birthday too. He gave us tips during the Megaclimb. That assured me that I'm able to complete the high element. And enjoy it. Without the fear of falling. We will definitely come back...but with our boys to try the MegaBounce.

My family decided to (finally) try out the mega zip line to celebrate my wife’s birthday. As a family we bought tickets in advance. Upon arrival the check in was fast and staff were friendly. This is one activity that’s definitely worth trying in Sentosa. One thing thing that stuck out to me was the focus on safety. There were multiple checks to make sure the harness was worn properly and safely. I want to commend the hardworking staff. Oh and one last thing. I am afraid of heights!

Fun but staffs not able to communicate well. Was informed zip and climb able to go for all levels for climb but when my kids there they only able to choose 1 to climb. And told me buggy is $5 per buggy but it's actually $5 PER PAX. Pics taken also disappointing none took were nice it's like the kids were not told there will be pictures taken. At least there will be a memorable pic of the activity they took.

Wish I could say better things about this place. The zip line itself is great but it took ages to buy a ticket and get up to the line. There was one group ahead of us (me and a friend) to buy a ticket and it took literally 20 minutes. Then they took us up to the top and it took another 30 minutes for them to deal with the 1 group in front of us. While we were waiting they randomly let another group skip us, so another 10 min wait. Can't imagine what it's like when there's more than 15 people there...
