It's always tough to put faith in your money, especially when it's on something you don't know much about. However, with much certainty, I can inform you that you WILL NOT REGRET spending your money on this activity. Firstly, the simulator is identical to the real-life airplane, with some parts coming from actual aircraft. That's something that is to cherish just in itself. Secondly, the instructors who allow you to squeeze the fun out of the plane are just unbelievable. Our instructor, Bobby, was exceptional because he shared personal flying experiences, simplified information about the aircraft, and general funny jokes. What is excellent to recognize, though, is that Bobby is adaptable to all sorts of experiences. If you are a novice in aviation, Bobby can share "dumbed down" information about the aircraft to make it that much more flyable. On the other hand, if you are an "expert" with planes, he can also give you an extremely professional flying experience (while still teaching you). Lastly, this simulator enables you to bring your family along inside the cockpit experience, which is a great addition. All in all, this is something that I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND for anyone, especially those into aviation.

Planned this for a surprise birthday gift for my bestfriend and she was so much overwhelmed by it even before we started. Shout out to co-pilot Maximillian for providing us with a whole new experience, skills and knowledge. And also to the big boss who humbly assisted us with snacks and tea at the lounge waiting room. Simultaneously, we were approached by another co-pilot for a good chat while waiting for our flight to be ready. Thank you for this lifetime experience. I shall look forward to visit you again!

Used our Singapore Rediscover vouchers to book a 45 min session in the 737 simulator for my 11 year old plane enthusiast. He absolutely loved it. Flight instructor Shannon was a great teacher...super patient and engaging. The experience was pretty realistic, and us parents were able to view it all as 'passengers' in the jumpseats. 45 min gets you around 3 take offs and landings and you get to choose your preferred airports. A great experience for anyone with an interest in flying.

Great flight experience! Much harder then I was expecting it to be (but your co pilot will adjust the level of help so you always get a challenge). It was fun, a bunch of take off and landings. I took the 1h flight, and the time just went by soo fast. I suggest one hour or more, not less. It takes some time before you get a hang on it.

Look out for discounts for this place and it is a very worth it experience. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable. There is also a nicely stocked Boeing store with a lot of merchandise. The flight instructor is also very nice and assists you in anything you want to do. You can also take as many pictures and videos as you want!

Excellent experience. Simulator is very good with good visuals. Gives you a very realistic feel. Many different routes are available to fly and enjoy. Very professional Trainer Pilots, to help you through your simulator flying journey. While it does not come cheap but it is a very interesting and almost a must-do experience. If you drive then park your car in Singapore Flyer car park and walk over, as the simulator is just below the Flyer. This is a Boeing 737 simulator and the cockpit is the same as the real plane.

My parents aged 70+ thoroughly enjoyed themselves. In their own words, the session was “fantastic”! Hamdan was a great instructor and made the experience an unforgettable one.

The kids had a great time at the cockpit experiencing different runways from Malaysia, Chiangmai and Dubai. Pilot Ardel was patient and intuitive, and knows how to adjust the guided experience accordingly to the relevant age groups. Kudos to Ryan who was especially high energy and passionate about all things related to aerospace and we had a wonderful time listening to his insights and the ins and out of flying. My son had a great time there. He flew as captain and liked that the flight instructor, Carolyn guided him a lot it was one of the best days of his life.

My brother and I had good memories from this place. We both dream of becoming pilots and this place gives us a glimpse on what it is really like to be a pilot. The instructors are so engaging that the did not get mad on us when we had several questions and giggles like a child. The co-pilot was really friendly and gave me the chance to fly the B737 simulator to challenging airports such as Paro and Kai Tak. I received an appropriate amount of guidance while being given enough independence, which made the experience really fulfilling.

Flight Experience Singapore is one of the best highlights of our holiday. If you are an aviation enthusiast - this is it! Our instructor Alwin was outstanding - we throughly enjoyed our 60 mins experience, flying at DXB international, SFO to Oakland, Geneva and London City to LHR. The simulator is an absolute replicated Boeing 737NG cockpit. You get as close to a real experience. Alwin patiently help explain all the features of the aircraft to my son and me, we enjoyed the depth of knowledge - came out having throughly enjoyed and learned a lot more on flying a Boeing 737!! This is an absolute must do! Please do book in advance to avoid waiting.

Interesting experience, and knowledgeable staff (certified commercial pilot) who's very friendly and willing to share information (thanks Shannon!). The shop itself is quite small and the simulator is an area within it. Said to be used to train pilots but 90 mins definitely wouldn't equip you with enough information to be even the least bit useful in a real plane that's for sure. Fun for a special celebration at least!

Really good fun. Run by a commercial pilots (Shannon - thanks a lot for making it very interesting) so they know their stuff. Very informative and very interesting to experience how much multitasking is involved. They help you to understand the basics but also answer any questions you might have. You can practice take off and landing, the flight and all in various weather conditions if you want to make it more difficult. 60 minutes went super fast but we have managed to do 2 short flights. Will happily do it again and thoroughly recommend to anyone.

On my sisters account to review as mine won’t switch hence wrong name (Nicola). I’m from Manchester and visited on Thurs 24th in Singapore. I have been kinda fascinated with planes since I tasted flight 3 years ago. I hadn’t flown since covid and when I saw this simulator experience, I thought, I just have to do it! I booked the 60 min session with the framed photo (amounted to about £180) which I thought was long but it went by so quickly, so I’d suggest having at least a 60 min session. We did about 3 landings/take offs. My pilot was Bobby, who was amazing. He will explain everything to you in detail, and properly so even if you are clueless about flying, you can still enjoy taking part on the simulator. The cockpit is a real Boeing 737-800 and so it genuinely feels like you are in a real plane. The simulator doesn’t move physically but your body will think otherwise as you look out of the window and you’re at the controls. You can choose from a variety of locations to take off/land, fly-by different landmarks eg we did the Golden Gate Bridge and then landed. Bobby was amazing, and if you are interested in becoming a pilot, he’s great for advice and also motivation. I want to thank him for encouraging me to move forwards with flying. The lovely Australian lady on the front desk (apologies I didn’t catch her name), was so friendly, smiley and welcoming. She offered us drinks whilst we waited for our session, took photos for us and gave us something to watch whilst waiting which was really helpful. There are lots of model planes to look at with special livery, different airlines etc. and other flying merchandise available. Overall, the experience was fantastic and probably the highlight of my 10 day visit here. The staff are a credit to the Company. Thank you so much for making the visit so personal and welcoming! I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Singapore.

An absolutely amazing experience! I learned so much more than I would have envisioned in a 30min session! Bobby was my copilot and had 15+ years of actual flight experience. Incredibly knowledgeable, absolutely hilarious, and extremely professional - he always made an emphasis on having fun and learning. 11/10 would recommend to everyone who is even slightly interested in flying or learning about what pilots are actually doing behind the scenes. I took an observer (my friend) in with me and he loved it so much he considered doing it too.

I booked the flight simulator experience as a surprise for my boyfriend who is a a big fan of the aviation industry. He was all over the moon! We love how Bobby, our pilot instructor, is so passionate in sharing everything about flying. We got ourselves photos and videos at the end of the session. Definitely recommended!

We had a super experience here with pilot Deepak and customer relations personnel Paris! They made the experience very memorable for us with specialised touches as it was a birthday gift! Very pleased with the level of instruction, wealth of information shared and how they made the session so fruitful. Interesting first flight experience for my 8-year old girl. The flight simulator simply took the cake. Captain Bobby was well-articulated and clear and engaging in his instructions. He made what seems like a complex process easy to understand for the kids. His wealth of experience and vast training in the aviation field counts. I could make it! Experience of flight from singapore to Hong Kong for 30 min. There were so many things to control bowing 737 that was quit busy but I enjoyed. I recommend this to all generations and both male and female if you are interested in. Price is expensive. However, every single machine come from a real airplane.

Loved this simulator of a Boeing 737. Instructor was great and went thorough everything step by step and I learnt lots. I hadn't booked but they managed to fit me in for a spare hour between bookings.

Great place for anyone who has a passion for aviation. I am a pilot myself and i visited to buy some aircraft models and the place didn't disapoint , they sell authentic licenced products and of great quality. Met a fellow aviator 'Alvin' who works there and he was an absolute delight to talk to. We conversed for about an hour about aviation and he helped me sort through various aviation merchandise to find the ine that suited my taste. What a great guy, he is bound to become a superb pilot one day. Summarizing , a must visit for aviation enthusiasts, the price is okay considering the quality service they provide. This experience was great it actually felt like I was in a pilots cockpit. First of all it’s near the Formula 1 track and it’s near the Singapore Flyer(Big Ferris wheel) when I entered the staff was very polite and welcoming, quick advice: if you wanna do this make sure to book online as it’s always full if you don’t book online, make sure to book online so you can reserve your place. Thanks! They also have some great souvenirs for you to take home if you want to buy them these souvenirs include clothing and models of planes. The price of the simulator and merch for me was a bit to pricey but it was worth it as it was probably one of the best flight simulators in Asia currently right now. Had a super amazing time at Flight Experience! Biggest thank you to our Simulator Instructor, Shannon. He is SUPER patience and good with kids. He explained the controls in detailed but at the same time, in a way that a 9 years old can easily understand. The session was really engaging, with Shannon showing how the plane turns using a plane model, while the child steer the control stick. He also taught the kid how to keep the plane at a right level using the horizon. Shannon uses command like 'cut the power', 'gear to 15' etc which made the session so realistic! Our experience totally exceeded my expectations! The child learnt so much in a short 30 mins (half session), the husband gets a completely different flying experience, and for someone who has no interest in flying, I had totally enjoyed this one hour! With such focus on customer's satisfaction, Flight Experience is worth every dollar paid and we will definitely be back again to support!

Used the $100 tourism vouchers to offset so only had to fork out about $60 for the experience. Will probably not visit if I had to pay the full price. Cockpit design is realistic enough but certain elements are missing which affects the overall experience. For example, the stick shaker which causes the control column to vibrate violently during a stall is missing. Also, the trim wheels do not rotate as they would be in an actual aircraft - Reason given was small kids tend to touch them when they are moving so the wheels were switched off to mitigate that. Not sure if it’s the case in actual training simulators but visuals outside the cockpit window were far from realistic & were largely pixelated. Felt like a video game screen instead. Instructor was cordial enough but there is room for improvement.

Super fun experience! My first time "flying" a plane plus F-18 and it's so thrilling. The pilot is very good in giving instructions which makes the flying experience relatively easy to manage for a beginner like me. Would recommend for anyone to try!

CFI here from the PH. If you're definitely an AvGeek or a pilot, this is something you'd want to try when you're in Singapore. I booked for and hour and an hour is definitely the sweet spot because you get to try out different sorts of instrument approaches and some intense visual approaches as well while getting familiar with the cockpit. I had Captain Alwin and Captain Hamdan assist me through my experience here, really great guys with a lot of information. I was talking with both of them before and after the sim session, I wish them all the best and hoping to see them both again. When I go back to Singapore, I'm definitely going to try it out again! -JC

I booked a 45 minute experience for my husband and he sure did have an enriching and enjoyable time! The consoles were exactly as to how the cockpit is in an airplane and the visuals were pretty realistic too. I would like to thank Bobby for being such an amazing trainer. The staff and in fact, the whole team were very kind and friendly. My husband and I were stuck going round in circles en route to the Flyer due to road closures on Saturday. Due to that, we had to request to reschedule our experience at a late notice to which they acceded graciously. So glad we were able to enjoy the full 45 mins experience.

As part of the IT staff of Lufthansa, one of the biggest airlines in the world I really liked and enjoyed this amazing activity. With the preflight training and inflight instructions from Hamdan (the Pilot acting as co-Pilot) I managed to perform 3 landings and 2 takeoffs in various airports with ease. Hamdan was very helpful in giving instructions, answering questions and explaining various things about flying and airplanes.
