I brought 11 kids who stood patiently in every line for entry everywhere but a birthday party group would get let in before them everywhere. When I asked a simple question on where on my booking of 3 X 4 passes says that birthday parties get right of entry everywhere, they said everything from “are you the parent of these kids waiting” to “these are our rules, you can complain if you like” to finally the real reason “they paid more for one of our people to run them through the course”. It’s fine if that’s the case but then state on your tickets that those groups will get right of priority entry. Seperately the rule of only if you are wearing Bounce socks are you allowed is played with pretty fast and lose as the photos below show. Maybe there is a priority payment route I missed there too.

This seems to be good for team building activities. Kids and kids alike enjoying bouncing here and there. Location also good at the heart of shopping district, accessible by Somerset or orchard MRT. Good place also to rest after shopping or windows shopping. Their waiting area is spacious and friendly staff. Each session is about 50min for $25.90, time wise I think enough for kids to burn out their energy 😅

A multi-activity area consisting of trampoline based activity in the heart of Orchard Road. A good place for kids to play and burn off their energy. The place also had many staff during play sessions to monitor and ensure the safety of participants. Do book the tickets in advance as slots are available in 1 hour timeslot and limited capacity are available. Do also note that they only allow socks issued by them to be worn, regardless if you had brought your own grip socks.

It is a perfect place for kids and young adults. Well preparex for birthday parties with 3 dedicated partyrooms providing dedicated coach food and drinks.

Used to like bringing the kids here but like all places they pack it too full of kids now. To make things even worse they close off large areas of the trampolines for the party groups. Spoke to a supervisor and he said they do prioritise and give privileges to the party groups. I said this should be made clear to people when they book that large groups of 15+ kids will be allowed to push in front of your kids. Also, they will actually remove your kids from an activity that they had waited for to make way for all the party kids. Some activities like the Dodge ball my kids could not do the whole hour they were there. My advice. Don't come here anymore. Definitely not at weekends. It's all about the $$ not about trampolining. I remember bringing my kids here and the staff would actually advise them on how to bounce sensibly and how to use the apparatus. None of that happens anymore. There wasn't enough space to do any proper trampolining and tricks etc. It's just for parties now and the supervisor made it clear they don't care about disadvantaging other customers. Supervisor couldn't have cared less that my kids didn't get to do some of the activities.

This is a money grubbing establishment. We were not allowed to used our own grip socks. They insist that you purchase their ill-fitting, poor quality grip socks. We came with proper grip socks but were not allowed to use them despite the fact that they had good grip and fit well. Reason being: "they cannot ensure the safety of the user without their socks". They did not have the appropriate size for my son but still insisted that we use theirs. So much for wanting to make sure it is "safe". My son had to go in with the "safer" adult sized bounce socks that were way too big and posed a safety hazard all in the name of increased profit. Additionally, party groups are also given priority over general admission entries and we were asked to vacate the trampoline area for the party group despite having only just been there for a couple of minutes. We were only allowed to return to the area after the party group had left. Overall a most frustrating and disappointing experience.

Went for first time, nice exciting experience. Arena is big, around 10 to 15 different activities can be done. They have pretty good waiting area and some lockers too. Socks are compulsorily brought from there counter unless u have same socks which u brought recently. They seriously monitor people and allow only one person on one trampoline to jump. At first it looked simple but jumping on those rubber mats takes ur breath away. U wont know when ur 1 hr time is up so if u liked one type of jumps u wont b able to cover or try other types. There are couple of types for kids. Overall good experience and exercise ☺️ too. Enjoyed!

Super fun time along with kids. If you are near orchid road, you must try this for sure. Loved it but carry your socks with a grip if you have one or else you will have to buy it from them. Its compulsory to wear socks with a grip.

Booked through Klook - slight discount for the 1h pass :) Head to the link in the steps on Klook to book a slot at Bounce itself then provide the QR code to the counter on site. Had a blast with my friends! Went during a PH and it was quite crowded around 11am, might wanna go for the earlier 9am or 10am slot on a PH. Nonetheless still lots of fun!! 10/10 recommend! Try the X-Park too!!!! Mini Ninja Warrior course with almost identical obstacles! It's also something the other tramp parks don't have so be sure to try it out while you're at Bounce!

Great place for kids and parents alike. Our party host (on September 15), Marul, is an absolute Rockstar and super with handling kids (young and old). The only minus for me is a limited food menu. For eg, I cannot order a pizza slice and can only order a slice at a time. Overall, great location, good facilities, excellent and helpful staff. We booked a party room for a birthday party that included a party host, which was Marul. Everything was a breeze.

Clean and many activities and games to play. However, its quite accident prone… Watch out for the ‘boxes’ at the free play are, they are NOT soft. I went there with friends and I hurt my knees thinking that the box was soft and failed to jump over it. Other than that, the rest of the park did not cause any accidents.

I felt the trainers could have given more detailed instructions on what to do, it seems like half the time they couldn’t be bothered with the exception of 2 staff. Remember to do stretching before starting on the activity as the body ached everywhere the next day. Still fun overall, will be back.

Extremely unpleasant experience where staff used inaccurate makeshift height measurement tool on uneven ground (which even then did touch the child's head that they ignored), refused to acknowledge medical evidence of meeting height limit, and even challenged us to use their wall chart which confirmed that they were wrong, but no apology or acknowledgement of the mistake was issued. Would recommend not to visit unless they update their policies and operational procedures, and engage in some serious staff training for fair and empathetic treatment of guests, particularly children.

Awful. We went with our 3 year old kid at 12 noon (weekday). With no other kids for her to play with, my wife and I helped create a floor is lava style game in the soft play area for her. We were not playing, just moving blocks for our child to jump to and from. We were asked to leave the area or pay as this was company policy. I asked the staff member what was a 3 year old kid supposed to do solo and unsupervised (no staff present). He just said he was within his rights to ask payment. Would not recommend to anyone bringing a young child, especially if you are not part of a group. Boring.

A really fun time, unexpectedly! Admittedly I am not a very fit person, only cycling every now and then, but I had a whale of a time! The X Park was quite challenging, but I managed to clear many of the courses. Good for kids of course, but adults can have a great time too.

Quite fun! But the small kids are running all over... No safe distancing... Need to have better measures in place. Leap of faith and the hanging bounce thing was closed. Still pretty fun!

We’ve visited several times and my kids always leave happy. They ask me when we’re coming back before we can get out the door. Appreciate the attention to detail from the staff who seem to genuinely care about their customers safety.

Pretty huge place filled with loads of trampoline. You must purchase their non slip sock for $3 a pair. They also enforce mask wearing at all times unless it gets too hard to breathe then you’re allowed to remove it for a while. They clean and sanitize the place once every hour. The entire park is filled with tones of kids. Hardly anyone in their 20s or older so it’s a little awkward for us to be jumping around with kids everywhere. Book online to avoid disappointment.

  • 5/5 Ashley O. 3 years ago on Google
For the price, I would say it is worth it for the experience. The trampoline park consisted of several different areas such as the free bouncing area (with several platforms to jump to/from and a few trampoline walls that you could climb on with the special sticky socks), the trampoline basketball hoops, the trampoline wall climbing and the trampoline track with an air cushion landing that you could jump onto. All of the areas are well maintained and staff will provide surveillance to ensure the safety of everyone. There was also an obstacle course (not suitable for younger children) with a small zip line and rock climbing wall in it. There was plenty of room for everyone in the bouncing area, locker room and everywhere in general.

It’s a nice place to hang out with friends. Firstly, I like how there are activities available for all ages. Secondly, I like how there are staff that helped supervise and helped maintain social distancing due to the coronavirus issue. Thirdly, the best thing about Bounce is that the staff is nice and friendly with just elevates the excitement and happiness in the atmosphere. The only problem, which is acceptable, is that we have to wear masks while we are doing the activities as a COVID-19 precaution.

Went during the weekends, there's tons of kids there during all the jumping session. Its recommended to buy your tickets online before heading over. You'll also need to do a form declaration over injury on the day itself before jumping. There'll be a 5min briefing at the start of each session and you can only jump for a total of 50 min (inclusive of briefing time)

Nice place to bring your kids. Very large place, lots of activities, and they have a party area. Lots of sitting area. During our visit there were lots of people but the staff was able to manage. Entry was controlled by colored bands. You can pick 1 hour or a two hours package. I suggest to get the two hours package. I was not able to take a pictures. The staff were friendly and helpful. Assisted me in the waiver registration. My kids had fun.

Went on a Friday morning and the staff (counter and bouncing area) were cheerful and friendly. Shout out to Joann from the counter and the staff in the bouncing area. Drinks were served with a smile even during tagging of the tags. The staff in the main area played with our kids (even when they didn't need to) and our kids had so much fun with them.

Very fun place. Moderate on the financial side but otherwise affordable. Trampolines are well maintained. Its a bit crowded but still had fun. The staff there can teach you different tricks all you have to do is ask.

  • 5/5 Grumpy G. 4 years ago on Google
It's trampolines galore. Great place to get some good laughs with friends and colleagues seeing each other facing their fears of doing flips and exposing their inner child. Lots of laughter, rest assured. With a built up of a small obstacle course right in the corner to set you for your next ninja warrior tryout. You'll be spent and quite occupied completing the course. For an average gymnast wannabe like myself, the areas for "bounce" are quite satisfying. OK bye.

Decent sized party rooms for 10 to 20 kids. The party program is well-organised. Our party host Iman was amazing! Great with the kids (he managed 9 rowdy boys!) and he didn't just focus on going around the Bounce stations, he also made sure the kids had enough food and drinks and served up the cake himself! Hygiene practices (hand washing/sanitising) were well implemented. Only downside was the pizza served could have been better - kids wouldn't mind it but definitely not something adults would appreciate ?

Need a day or two to recover from physical exertion but WORTH IT~~

From small sized ones to olympic standard trampolines to match any skill level. They also had very helpful staff around who look out for you and guide you through different skill moves too! Managed to do my first flip into the pit as well through their guidance. Bring your family here for a great workout and day with them!

Pls take note of this place, if u book for 1hr, you are actually allowed to use the premises for about 45mins, bcos they use the paid 1hr from customer to do the clean up. 😡😡Its an illogical policy. Not worth it. Also Staff like to make unnecessary convos to customer, & and waste customers' time. They must improve on their service if they want to sustain.

Indeed a fun experience for my 7 year old godson. The counter were so friendly and made the transaction almost effortlessly although it was crowded. Instructions were clear and the environment was definity safe for them kids. The Bounce Instructors also created good rapport with the kids participants. Now my godson wants to sign up for the academy!

Went on a school holiday weekday afternoon and the free-jump area was super packed with kids. The other zones were less crowded and we were able to try. Overall very fun and place is well-maintained. A star off as staff were generally not very friendly except one lovely lady at the counter. Also, strict enforcement of masks - we couldn't even remove them briefly to catch our breaths!

The trampoline park itself isn’t that fun. The activities there are limited compared to other trampoline parks. But it’s great they have the X Park obstacle course for those 125cm and above. Younger kids won’t have as much fun as the older ones. Kids liked it because it was air-conditioned. Parents can comfortably rest nearby and the lockers that can be reopened are only $2 for 1.5 hours. The only gripe I have is the lousy compulsory socks. They cost $3 a pair and you either buy them or have to trade-in old trampoline socks. I had Amped socks but didn’t wanna trade them in because the Amped socks had much better grip. Bounce’s socks are far too colourful and with poor grip.

Amazing place for kids to have some fun! Jumping, slam dunk, bouncing, rolling, lol... My son and his friend love it much! Please book the 2-hour superpass early via online platform, double your fun and pay lesser 👍🏻

First time for everything! Didn't expect the high adrenaline activities from the ninja warrior like course and of course the different trampolines. Wearing mask really made it uncomfortable, but oh well. Will definitely come here again with a larger crowd!

Food is ok at reasonable prices. I would say 30% cheaper than HAIDILAO but then, service is of lower standards compared to HDL. BUT they allow booking which us much convenient.

The kids had fun. We booked the 2hours during school holiday. The cheapest rate among all the offered rates. My son love the dodge ball games :) We love Bounce!

We had a corporate event for a group of us and we all had a great time! Went with the fun hosted session by Daniel, and we're glad we did or we would just be jumping aimlessly. Thanks for taking care of us Daniel!

Its spacious and fun for kids. But there are too many children on weekends so adults will not jump. Pricing is comparable to katapult. Ventilation is better here.

I held bday for my son and his friends in Bounce today. They did an excellent job: 1) the lady who bring the kids to play is energetic, friendly and patient, it is not easy to hold 17 boys and 2 gals; 2) the gentleman and lady helped to put up bday banner and decoration; served food and cake with patience; the gentleman even draw a cute Kirby when he knows my son is fan of Kirby! The overall experience is wonderful, the process to book party date and food etc is also seamless . Strongly recommend to hold ur party in bounce!

Surprise, they have an area with all challenging obstacles course. My kids of 14 yr old enjoy herself too. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Will come for 2 hrs slot again.

It is a great place, especially for children and teens. Not crowded during weekdays and it is easy if you buy tickets online in advance. Remember to take your grip socks and a bottle of water. I felt 1hour inside was just nice.

Very cosy and large trampoline park. My kids loved playing dodgeball there. The waiting area for the parents is also comfortable and they sell snacks there. Tickets are not the cheapest but not exorbitant either. I went on a weekday and I didn't have to book in advance to get in the very next slot, they have slots every hour.

This place can only be described as fun! The staff are so understanding and can help you a lot. The x park has a rock climbing wall and for the little kids ( 2-5 ) can play in a little place for them. The leap of faith looks a little bit dodgy 😂. But they closed it a while ago. Thank you for reading. By miss T

Had an enjoyable time trampolining with the wife. A bit on the expensive side but facilities are good and well maintained. Recommend to come a bit later after 6pm for a lighter crowd. Shout out to their staff Daniel for demonstrating the wall run and teaching us some basics.

We had a wonderful experience with 14 very excitable boys. Minn kept them on track and made sure everyone had a turn and lots of fun. Definitely recommend it.

It's extremely fun for the kids. Price is probably okay. Mostly kids. If you have socks with those friction bumps at the soles, bring them along and you can exchange for theirs foc. Else need to pay $3 per pair. Many staff stationed at various play areas to enforce safety. It could really get a little rough if the kids don't obey instructions and start jumping together on the same trampoline. Real risk of very serious injuries. Adults, if you are the active sort, can bounce all you want too! My ankles and neck area were sore for a few days. 😀 If you want your kid to be able to perform stunts other than just bouncing up and down, there are some courses that they can sign up for. Don't underestimate those stunts you see on YouTube. It's really much harder in real life.

The staffs working today at Bounce was friendly and answered to our queries well. Although quite pricey, it was great fun. My kids loved the experience. Should have more varieties of activities though.

We were informed that we are not allowed to use the socks from another "bounce" place and are required to purchase new ones on-site. It seems like this establishment is focused on making money and limiting options for our children. Additionally, they have strict height restrictions that do not consider other factors that determine a child's ability to participate in the activities. This entire experience has been frustrating, and on top of that, I had to buy a new pair of socks just to accompany my 5-year-old daughter on a busy day, as I was concerned about the lack of safety measures in place. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience.

Was a great learning experience with our group of 16 students. Big thanks to Luth, who was such an enthusiastic host. He not only encouraged every student to participate actively, but was willing to share his experiences as a host and as a student. Thank you for being passionate about what you do and helping our students feel comfortable in a new environment!

We are extremely, tremendously upset with the hygiene and sanity of the place. I don't usually write bad reviews and this will be the first one ever. There are a lot of cockroaches in the toilet(the picture is from my friend who also went to bounce with us, there are more videos). And cockroaches is only a very small section of it. My daughter woke up at midnight feeling all itchy just after playing bounce. It barely happened before. Even after using up to three different types of soaps and body washing products, the difference in the itching is mild. This is extremely bothering, which makes me further doubt the hygiene situation! There are so many parties held that it was overcrowded! Overcrowded. If so many kids are using the bounce, clean ups should be better carried out, but no. Not at all. It had been extremely disappointing. So many parties went to certain areas that when kids with 1 or 2 hour tickets are playing, they are being told to go for another area. This is a waste of money and time, as each area requires waiting time! This is so OVERCROWDED and UNHYGIENIC. And note that it was traumatizing to see so many cockroaches literally oozing out of the drain along with the dirty drain water, the pictures are friendly enough, in fact, there're about 20+ twenty plus cockroaches all scattering and crawling. It is awfully traumatizing.
