Gave 5 stars for the Seafood Buffet dinner that is available on Friday and Saturday. There is free flow of wine (Shiraz and Pinot Gris from Tempus Two serve currently), beer and fruit juices. Lobster Bisque is really rich and better than the chilled Boston lobster. The chilli crabs are spicy, less sweet but nice. Selected cold cuts, salami etc goes well with wine. Delighted that they have suckling pig on the menu too. Should be able to find some food even for the pickiest child. Macarons comes with pralines are there for sweets with other cake choices as well. Very satisfied with the spread here. Added some pictures for breakfast but it was pretty ordinary though.

Good place to cool down after a visit to Fort Siloso but they need to improve their service and food. I had the Beef brisket noodles, the beef was tender but the noodles were way overcooked. My sister's seafood Hor Fun was tasteless. The dumplings were good. Service was not to standard as some staff can hardly speak English and one wanted to clear a dish with food remaining. Also my brother in-law's dish came very late.

Perfect afternoon stop to hide from hot sun! Ordered a few items as late lunchโ€ฆ all were good! Particularly love their crab meat fried riceโ€ฆ loaded with shrimps & crab meat! Super delicious! Hot dog set was good too, my son gulped the set down in no time. Classic sandwich very good too, perfect for sharing. Price is hotel pricing, high but worthy it just for the cold air!๐Ÿ˜„

Enjoyed the dining experience at the Silver Shell Cafe. Set lunch going at S$ 38++ was really good value for money. Diners could also top up S$ 25++ for free flow alcoholic beverages. I had the Tempus Two Pinot Grigio which was really nice. The set lunch consisted of an appetizer (soup or salad), a main course (4 choices to choose from), and a dessert (ice-cream or fruit platter). I really love the Baby Pork Ribs which were really well marinated. Also, the Caesar Salad as an appetizer was served in a really generous portion. The buffet dinner and breakfast also offers quality food and beverage options.

This is exceptional good. Large kids buffet, vegetarian food, Sushi, meat, ice cream, large curry selection, pancake and waffles in the morning, one of the best buffets we had. And the kids eat for free. But take care, when you leave your seat only for seconds, all kinds of animals will have their feast. We had breakfast and dinner there and enjoyed every meal.

Food is good, but not really fantastic good to be worth the higher than normal restaurant price. But then you get free parking so it is might worth it if you are enjoying the facilities nearby. The Nasi Goreng here is the best, in my opinion. The satay in it is above average! Minced meat noodle is quite nice too. Whole spring chicken is good, photo worthy too. The pasta was creamy yummy.

The wagyu beef burger is outstanding. The pork ribs are soft n tender. Unfortunately d service staff weren't quite attentive even though d place wasn't crowded. They even gave the wrong bill till it was pointed out to them. Atmosphere was nice n relaxing.

Outstanding service crew who are prompt, polite and professional. We had the Seafood Sensation buffet on a Saturday evening. The selection is very good with oysters, black pepper crabs, lobsters as the ๐ŸŒŸ dishes. The kids are elated with the pop corns, candy floss and 'create your own mocktail' drinks. The disappointments are the oysters that are thin and not the freshest and the overcooked gratinated lobsters which make the lobster meat a tad too dry and hard.

Dropped by for a quick lunch before heading for a cable car ride & iFly. Had a really yummy stir fry seafood kuey teow and son enjoyed the fish and chips as well! I asked for birthday writings on our dessert but the restaurant gave us a slice of cake instead.

This is the main restaurant for the Rasa Sentosa Hotel. We had a dietary preference for Halal. We had to discuss with the chef to get the details of halal, most of the service staff were not well versed. Just to set the context, there is no halal certified restaurant in sentosa we found - outside of chain shops/ foodcourt. The chef was really friendly and explained in detail. What we gather: The Indian kitchen is segregated, so if you eat anything from the Indian restaurant, you are good in terms of halal. The vegetarian options from the Indian menu are likely the only halal vegetarian option, other parts of the kitchen prepare pork. The egg counter at breakfast is halal, claimed by the counter folks. However, pork is served right next to that counter. Now the food, the Indian food is good, just a tad spicy - if you are not used to it. The Daal Makhani is the least spicy. The kids menu has Cheese Naan, with extra cheese. Butter Naan was good as well.

We had the lovely festive buffet dinner at this restaurant. The ambience was cosy and casual, suitable our family of 4. Servers are prompt and friendly, they took time to bring us our customized orders when we were unable to find it on the app provided. Our favorites are from the festive menu that included Black Forest ham and beef briskets, and also from the Indian cuisine section, butter chicken and garlic naans.

Try their buffet. Good Indian, western and Chinese options. South East Asian delights like laksa also available. The place also offers a variety of options for kids. The range of desserts on offer is good and their pastries are delicious. Fruits and coffee are also available with their buffet. Take a walk along the beach point after a wholesome dinner!

Absolutely love this restaurant. The buffet spread is amazing. We ate here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food specially for kids is great too. The staff are exceptionally attentive. A special shout out to Teeva who is very attentive and made sure our kids were well fed and had her cake on her birthday. He helped us in making sure we had a reserved table and delivered top notch service.

Iโ€™m really regret to book the Christmas buffet dinner in this restaurant! They didnโ€™t deliver what they promoted in their advertisement! NO Santa Claus show up last night! I checked and got confirmed reply from restaurant that they will have Santa Claus show up before confirming my booking. Obviously, they lied!!! Also, we were assigned to sit in the corner of the noodle section in the restaurant. No Christmas decorations. And we found thereโ€™s empty table in the main dining area. We donโ€™t understand why they need to put us in the corner when tables available in the main area!! Food quality is on average but the hot seafood dishes is not nice. Crab meat isnโ€™t fresh. At last, they didnโ€™t give me the golden circle points even I submitted my membership number upon reservation and payment! They said they cannot do it manually. The network there is poor. I canโ€™t open the app. I had no time to get it done via the app since I need to catch my car to go. I wonโ€™t recommend you to consider this hotel and this restaurant. Actually, I booked 2 nights to stay in November and had a very bad check in experience. I had nice buffet breakfast experience while staying there. I canโ€™t believe that I had such a bad experience on Christmas day!!

Had dinner and breakfast at this restaurant. Service and food options have been excellent each time. Lots of options for children. Wide variety of dessert options. The prices are a little high but worth it for the variety on offer.

Visit Date: 19 Nov 23 This was a busy evening at the Silver Shell Cafe. When we made the booking about 6 hours earlier, the restaurant reservation concierge was not sure if we could be seated inside. A month earlier we had a quiet dinner at the same pace but it was so warm and sultry, I did not enjoy either the ambience or the food. Today we had opted for their buffet sitting inside and it was wonderful! We were served by the same Thai lady who had served us a month earlier. She was very attentive and accommodating. The Sunday theme was "Singapore good Ol' Days" and Boy! Was that Good!. The spread was exhaustive! There was a salad bar, cheese, bread and charcuterie, a small spread of sushi, seafood station with clams, scallops, prawns and mussels. At the Indian counter there was a delicious tandoori fish along with a reasonable spread of veg and non veg options. In the live satay station, beef and lamb satay were the best. There was a spicy sambal prawn to die for. The roasted lamb was ok. They also served a coconut chicken ( don't remember the name) which was the tastiest with rainbow coloured rice. On another end of the hall was roasted duck, char siew, olive rice, chilli crabs and many others.I cannot even name all. The dessert bar was quite exhaustive too. The bread pudding was very good and so was the creme brulee. The gula melaka sago was a little bland in comparison to others. There were assorted tarts cakes and fruits. The pandan kaya and lapis cake were very good We had shiraz to go with it all. Wine by the glass was quite comparable price-wise to any other city restaurant. Delicious food in a great ambience. it was priceless family time.

Had 3 dinner buffets in silver shell - the food quality is suboptimal for a well established hotel. The savory food is of poor quality. The lobsters do not taste fresh. There are also flies in the resturant over the 3 dinners. The desserts are of good variety but the quality is not ideal. Service is prompt and restaurant is well staffed. Ambience is poor - noisy and warm.

Disappointing seating arrangement for dinner buffet. Was assigned to seat at the hard chair section. The lobster were very hard and tangy. Oyster we very small. Breakfast was on the other hand was fabulous. Service team was fast enough to clear the table.

This Roast Prime Rib (part of the seafood buffet dinner on Saturday night) was worth the S$88++ price tag, the wailing kids and noise. Hands down one of the best I have ever had!

Tranquil Alfresco Dining With Sumptuous Food And Impeccable Service. First of all, i want to commend each and every service staff as they made the experience extra special from the moment I entered Silver Shell Cafe until I left. Every single one of them was courteous, helpful, friendly and attentive which is.. kinda unheard of in Singapore lol! Aside from the amazing service, the ambiance is serene tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel surrounded by lush greeneries. Furnished with resort vibe tables, chairs and parasols that perfectly exudes a relaxing dining experience. The food is fantastic as well and is worth the value. I felt like I donโ€™t want to leave and chill here the whole afternoon hahahah! I canโ€™t believe Iโ€™ve never tried going in to Shangrila Rasa Sentosa before as I thought its overrated, but im definitely wrong. This hotel albeit old, has the charm of a bintan or bali resort that no other hotel in Singapore offers.

Love the food choices. The Indian cuisine is exceptionally good. The Asian cuisine is ok while the satay is too sweet to my liking. The dessert is good and gelato is a must. The waiters and waitresses are very attentive. They even send a birthday cake to us despite making the booking last minute. Would also love to give a shout-out to Mdm Kim. Good job!

Decent selection but not that great in terms of taste. We had access to breakfast and dinner buffet via our stay. Dinner buffet is definitely not as good as Line. Breakfast was still decent. Take a seat outside if you have kids who want to catch a glimpse of the roaming peacock.
