The beach club is a lovely resort with cosy and small bungalows that are well maintained. It's the best place for people that want a relaxing holiday with resting as an only occupation. The restaurant is great but see my comments on food cost. The service is slow but since we had plenty of time it did not really bother us. Breakfast is truly stunning and better than some 5 star hotels on the same island. Some people reviewing put 2 stars only because they saw insects: so yes you will see some because the resort is merged with a mangrove but don't you expect them when living on an island with a beautiful nature? Finally, the staff is very kind and smiley as always in Indonesia.

Excellent place for quiet holiday. Room: Clean Staff: Extremely friendly and well accommodate Food : Delicious Privacy : Good. Remember to bring everything you need. Eg sunscreen, as they are no shops nearby and local Shop only take cash.

The location of this Resort is beautiful! The food, breakfast/lunch/dinner was delicious. The Service of the restaurant was a little bit lost, so you have to reorder sometimes if you are a group of more than 2 person, but the staff is super friendly and finally you will get what you want. In our room we spotted some cockroaches, but this some kind of normal at some spot like this.

Overall: This place is a gorgeous getaway from Singapore, especially for families. I have been there several times and so far had great experiences. However, if you get room 24 (not the nice little house in my pics, but the room next to the drying towels and TV parabols), then it is definitely overpriced (not cheap in general...but that room is a joke). So check before booking in which room they put you as this room is a shame. Pros: - isolated place, very relaxing - great for families - amazing poil and beach - lovely staff Cons: - over priced - limited activities (which is not necessarily a con as to be honest, when going there, I enjoy doing nothing :)) - limited food options - room 24: this room is a joke...really. Very expensive and very basic. You are in a corner of the resort, stuck behind the parabolic antennas, and next to where they dry the laundry...it really is a shame!

Secluded place in Bintan, love the serenity, clean and beautiful beach. The villa is exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will be back again. Location a little far from BBT terminal, approximately an hour ride from BBT but it was okay if you prefer a quiet and less crowded place to stay. Kudos to Trikora Beach Club and resort!

The resort is very nice with ample room for kids to play. The smaller pool is perfect for the kids. The food is exceptional however expect Singapore prices. The rooms are cozy and clean. Overall a very pleasant stay for a couple of days. Beachfront.

Everything was great. Staff is super welcoming and kind. The beach and the views are amazing. Good food selection, including western options (great for our kids).

Perfect getaway for people who want solitude or a quieter vacation. No hustle from touristy attractions nearby and no bustle from heavy traffic. Layout of the resort is unique, with smart construction designs. Space is maximised which gives a very unrestricted feel for guests to enjoy walks, playing frisbee or doing yoga around the compound. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is authentic, water sports are readily available. Really enjoyed lying down by the poolside or beach front, especially after an arranged massage by the local masseuse. Do try to spend a minimum of 4 days here to experience real tranquility and make use of both the land and water environments. Overall a fantastic place for a simple, rustic holiday (with air-conditioning in rooms) - definitely recommended!

Amazing resort. Super quiet and peaceful, no plastic, really good food and service, restaurant open all day. A bit rustic but with good quality and taste. Kids loved it. Swimming pools and beautiful beach right there. Paradise.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the super attentive staff and amazingly quiet location. Rooms are good too. Expect to be far from everything touristy.

Big cockroaches & live wasp in the room. Many little ants ended up biting my guests. Very rusty bidet which poses health risks if there are cuts on the skin One housekeeper did not clean my suite at all, but simply ticked it off her list. My requests to Dadan for quotations of private water sports activities & mani pedicure were deliberately ignored, by his assumption that guests would not pay high rates. By doing so, he wasted my trip. Owner’s response to my feedback was simply a no-response.

Very exclusive yet affordable resort, friendly and attentive staff service. Only disappointment is the food choice is limited and pricy.

The place is beautiful. And the staff is also cooperative. We were celebrating a special occassion so they agreed to do a little romantic setup (at a cost ofcourse). They did it well. Food is quite good also. A bit away from the Bintan resorts area (1 hour drive from ferry terminal) - but it's worth it.

Nice place to relax and unwind but unfortunately there is alot of noise coming from the road at night. There are motorbikes with very loud exhaust pipes that think they are on a race track. Adding to that the occasional fishing boats with tractor engines passing by or going out makes it a difficult night. Food is passable and I find it a pity that there are not more Indonesian items on the menu. Rooms are great, big and clean. There is a superb pool and good massage service. All in all ok for a weekend, but not much much more.

Great getaway. Unpretentious, delightful and relaxing. Nice little pool and good food. The rooms are simple but nicely furnished. I've seen some reviewers complain about the standard. They must have had their eyes shut on the hour long drive from the ferry. I'd not hesitate to come back.

At Trikora you connect to nature. The rooms are in bungalows spread in a property right at the beach. Rooms are big, bathroom with good shower. All facilities are well maintained, and you see staff cleaning and fixing stuff whenever necessary. Every member of the staff that we interacted with was very nice and effective. It was easy to communicate in english. The beach is beautiful, but more suitable for sports than swimming. A nice pool is available just by the beach. Considering its remote location, i would expect a bit more variety from the kitchen. If you stay longer, you may have to repeat some dishes. The dishes are simple, and well prepared. We highly recommend this resort to people looking for a tranquil place to spend excellent time.

Serene and tranquil with a clean private beach. Rooms are big enough for a family of four. 2 pools for kids and adults. Huge grounds to walk around with spa in the middle Able to spot small marine life when tide is low in the reefs. Lovely sea breeze. Kids enjoyed the stay tremendously.

We enjoyed our stay at Trikora. This is the second time we have stayed here, and we will definitely be back! The property is peaceful, with lots of open green space, simplicity at its best, and located directly on the ocean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast this time was better than the first time we stayed. Last time, they had a breakfast buffet which lacked options, but this time, breakfast was al a carte and was very delicious. The massages at the spa are incredible! I highly recommend booking a Balinese massage when you are there. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable with aircon, good beds, nice showers, mini fridge and TVs. It's a place to bring a book or a deck of cards/games and have a very relaxing time with the family, unwinding from city life in Singapore! Depending on the time of year, the sea can be very rough. Also, rocks and corals are very close to shore, so I advise you not to swim unless you have proper reef shoes.
