Got rejected the first time we went because we didn’t book a time-slot and had to come back another day. Its weird how when you purchase the ticket, it requires you to select a date. But whats the point of that if i can just book a time-slot with other date? it is because the fact that we had to select a date at the time of purchase hence we didn’t thought we had to do anything else after. It is a great place for families and kids to hang out together but it gets really cold after awhile. We purchased the hardcopy of our photos taken and it was $50 for 3.

Recommend you to book and confirm your tickets and slots before heading down, witnessed some family got rejected to enter the premises today. After verifications, you’ll collect your boots and jackets, make sure you know your sizes well to speed things up (though 1.5hr is sufficient for all). Deposit your items in their OLD lockers, ensure you have Physical $1 coins prepared ($2 for 2 hrs), no digital payment whatsoever. The highlights for us would be the mini slide (suitable for 3 - 10 yo children), followed by the steep slide which you’d need to walk several steps. Extremely disappointed with the wait at the snow bumper cars area!! Would strongly recommend the team to indicate waiting time at designated points. Queued for approximately 45 mins for 600 seconds of faulty and outdated machines. The staff today at the bumper cars area were unprofessional and nonchalant about anything, they simply started the ride and left through the backdoor (to chill/smoke ?), no one came to our assistance when 1 of the car wasn’t working. We left afterwards due to coldness, fatigue and didn’t wish to complain. Only go to the bumper car if you must try, I’d rate it 1 out of 5. Things to bring to save money: wear long pants, your own gloves, hats. Jackets and boots are provided. (Or rentable)

It's an awesome snow experience for first timers! My kids enjoyed it tremendously. But it got too cold for them after 45 minutes or so. Read many past reviews that photo taking is strictly prohibited, but glad it wasn't that strict eventually. Even managed to do a video of my kid going down the humongous ice slide. Total damage for 2+2 was about S$70, inclusive of ice bumper car ride for 4, glove and waterproof pants rental for 2 kids. Only gripe is the small space. But with the pandemic measures, the crowd is well controlled and everyone has a chance on the humongous ice slide.

Nice place to try something different. Even though the place is small, but the experience of being in a snow/cold (below 0) weather is something that we should try. The staffs were friendly and helpful. It's located at Jurong East just beside Science Centre.

Super awesome snow experience for both my kids. Where else in Sg can u find a Snowy place to have fun. On an extremely hot day, this is a perfect 'Getaway' for us. Super cold and fun environment, my kiddo played the small snow slide at least 10x. Good trial experience for them as well. Its probably a 1.5-2 hours max, good enough for us.

The place hasn’t changed since I visited as a kid 20 years ago. And that’s exactly the problem. Even though my kids were enjoying themselves, mostly because of the novelty of being in a simulated climate, there were some things happened that further cemented the fact that I won’t be back anytime soon. The first thing that hits you is how outdated the facility is. I would say it probably hasn’t undergone any face lift at all since I was last here. Dodgy steps occasionally, paintings and carousels that came from the 90s only preserved probably cos they’ve been refrigerated. Second thing and probably the most annoying thing is that you are not allowed to take your own photos. Granted this was a popular concept eons ago when places like this earned through the prints but seriously even now? In an age where people rely on social media for organic marketing? Whipping out my phone for quick snaps of my kid earns me chiding by staff saying “Excuse me sir, I believe my staff already mentioned no photography is allowed” 3 photographers in the whole facility and a whole set up with monitors and printers at the exit probably are the reason why it costs $50 for 3 photos. The cost to the company is not just the salaries and infrastructure, but the loss of recurring customers through a bad taste like this, and new ones through a lack of social media marketing. 2 stars and not 1 cos the kids still had fun.

The bumper car I got in didn’t work at all, and they couldn’t fix the problem so the whole time I couldn’t do anything. This costed 7 dollars, didn’t get a free ride after that. They don’t give us any beanie or anything to protect our head, not even a hoodie on the jacket. Photos cost way too much too. Don’t come here it’s not worth it just go to some random snow country for a a week to enjoy real snow, this is not worth it at all.

Snow city Singapore is a great place to visit with kids. 1 hour is more than enough to enjoy the limited attraction. Make sure to carry a bag to pack your shoes and other things that you are carrying because your are not permitted to take them inside. Locker facility is provided for a cost $2 and extra $2 for gloves but jackets and shoes are part of the package. Their is shoots range but that will cost extra. It would be good idea to buy both the tickets together.

It was okay. When at 10am when it just open. The ice sculpture were semi melting. There's only 1 slide for adult. Suggest to wear gloves to prevent hands from hurting when touching the snow. The bumper car area was quite small. Went for the shooting. The pellets will sometimes get jammed due to ice formation. Better to not wear spectacles as required to wear safety goggles.

The place is a little old, and definitely cold, so visitors are encouraged to bring along additional clothings on to of the jacket provided. If you intend to play the slides, your pants will get wet, unless you want to rent the waterproof trousers from the venue. 1 hour is good enough to enjoy the venue as it is actually not that big.

Very small place not worth travelling all the way as there's nothing much to do. You can take photo with statues (limited), slide down the slope, play bumper car (additional charges from entrance fee). You'll also get scolded for taking photos :)

If you have experienced real snow, this might feel a little artificial. It works for children though with the slide just having snow around. Kids where throwing snow at each other. Might be a good domestic “getaway” since it is not possible to travel for winter this year. Bring your own socks and gloves if you want to play with the snow. Ladies, please wear pants. It will be a lot easier to play.

We cannot bring our phone inside to take picture! So sad as we have no picture now. I remember few years back they did allow taking pic inside. I'm not sure who change it to this bad policy. The place for smaller kids area is small. The gloves are totally worn off. Somehow not waterproof and the insulation polyester filling at the tip of the gloves are already gone. My kids hands are freezing. Better bring your own gloves. Staff at rental area are not very friendly. Staff at the bumper car area is very nice and friendly. He even try to join us in his bumper car as we are the only one playing bumper car to add more excitement to the kids (bumper car alone will not be so fun). The stars in this review only goes to him

Extrem unfriendly Ph’s ; acted with no formality and respect...the place is dramatically overrated and in very poor condition. Snow ? Well not even close...go there once to feel cold is ok, but don’t expect much warm hearted service. I had to go down w rating as this place needs a change for improvement soonest.

Love to add a pic of how outdated the place is but because you can’t take photos of your kids here unfortunately I can’t. Worse place in Singapore surely… probably why they don’t want you taking photos. However the staff follow you around taking pics of your kids even when you ask them not too… and then they tell your kids to pose, stay where they are so multiple pictures can be taken… it’s just so bad. The kids enjoyed the slide which is the only thing to do, I ended up leaving after 10mins & leaving them to it… it’s ice not snow so more like freezing temperature. So thankful I didn’t pay for the 2hrs cause there’s no way someone could stay that long. So if you fancy throwing some money down the drain then knock yourself out. Anyone that gives this place 5 stars really needs to get out more.

We went during Christmas period. Got Christmas deco. But very small place, only have a big and small slide. Level 2 has a bumper car and shooting game which need additional tickets. The ticket include winter jacket and boots. Must wear long pants to go in.

Place is a bit run down to be honest. Its is definitely cold though, apparel that they give you is adequate bur good idea to wear long socks and pants. Plus a hat! Be sure to get booths that are a good fit. If they are too loose snow will enter. Having said this, it's Probably best to bring some spare socks to change into when you are finished. The are lockers there to place your belongings (you cannot bring bags into the snow area) , it accepts two $1 coins. No coins? You can change money at the boots area. Don't waste your time an money on the bumper cars! IT'S NOT WORTH IT! Snow City definitely needs an update but it does give the kids a unique experience.

If you have never been to snow city before, you should try at least once. Despite it being small with limited attractions, this place brings about nostalgia, and actually makes you feel like you are overseas for awhile. This is definitely a place more suitable for children as compared to adults. This is family-friendly and you get to experience a colder climate!

Great place to experience the cold during this Covid period. Area was a little underwhelming and the slope (which used to release everyone down in batches) only allows people to go down party by party (so long queue for this) Bumper car had a really long queue Shooting range was empty so highly recommend! Pictures taken for you are charged at $50/3 pictures for hard and soft copy.

highly recommend bringing some headwear/mask that can cover your ears and nose as it’s very cold inside. also wear thicker pants as when sliding, high chance you will be sitting on ice while sliding down since the hole of float is very big only thick jackets and boots are complimentary when tickets are bought. bring waterproof gloves if you do not want to rent them lockers has to be rented to place belongings before entering strictly no photography etc allowed inside overall not too bad of an experience but it was extremely cold and not much activities inside. there was only one slide available where maximum of 2people can ride at once. a few places for photography which you’ll have to pay $5 for softcopy of ONE picture if you want it aftwards there was one tiny slide for little kids there was a bumper car area and target shooting which requires extra payment reccomend as a novel experience !

It had been more than 10 years since I last visited the snow city. The place always leaves me with a deep impression knowing that I'll come back one day to enjoy the artistic cravings and icy cold hideout. I did it today and the experiences are fantastic. High adrenaline sliding and bumping car rides bring me back some fond memories for a 1-hour visit.

Fun for the kids and adults alike. One hour play is enough as the place is not big. Highly recommend to wear gloves/ jacket/socks/pants to truly enjoy the sub-zero experience, also available for purchase onsite. Snow jacket & boots are provided. No crowd before noon.

Much smaller than I expected. Strongly suggest to borrow waterproof pants/ jacket/ glove and boots from center or you will get wet after falling on the floor. My girl is 5-year-old who likes this place so much but my boy is 10-year-old who feels boring.

We are not allowed to bring camera in to take photographs. Was told this is their policy. So they can take photos for you and sell you at $25 for each photo. Daylight robbery. Is a very small exhibit. Very poorly organised. Not recommended. Snow is very fake, is actually ice in the size of sand. Just is very cold, thats all.

Disorganized place, book d a time slot well in advance, but waited in a que for more than half an hour. Rented garments have been inadequate and dirty. Photographing is forbidden, and company's photographers have been quite aggressive to sell you their shots Expected a Christmas experience, but only got a country town fair. Will not come back.

Avoid until they work out the queue system. If you have a booking at a time, you will likely have to wait an hour to get in.

Kids had a lot of fun despite my horrible experience with the staff. When I first entered I was told no photography with my phone. I assumed it was just a restriction for the first room where there was a couple posing with the snowman and Igloo. I told the photographer that it was ok, we didn't need photos. My kids weren't there to take pictures anyway. They were happier playing. But since I couldn't take candid shots as they weren't the sort that likes to pose for pictures we left. We didn't have a choice but to pose for the shots after the slide which my kids enjoyed. At a play area, I took out my phone to video my kids on the carousel and a staff approached me condescendingly "my colleague already told you right, no photos." Wow I was shocked that they kept the no photography policy throughout the entire place despite it being very small. Giving up a chance for visitors to market for them in this social media age where we take photos and post on our personal pages! Instead they restrict us to the photographs from their photographers which weren't that great anyway. I am not the sort to bother with keeping a hardcopy and then having soft copy. There isn't really a point in keeping such nicely captured posed shots that I did not take or compose myself. Pity that this ancient no photos rule is still in place.

Visited Snow City Singapore on a weekend with the family. It was crowded and packed with families, making the experience a little more lively. The staff at the counter was really helpful and patient as we were having issues with providing our e-tickets (bad internet connection on my phone), she even provided us with her personal hotspot to connect to so that we can continue with the verification process. Amazing job. The activities inside Snow City however, was a little disappointing for me, the lights were dim (maybe to have a certain mood?), kid's ice slide were not really done well (gradient was flat, kids get stuck in the middle) and the turn around time for the ice bumper cars took awhile (might be due to safe distancing measures). Other than that, I thought the main slide was thrilling and the temperature was amazing! Thank you to the crew who was working that day under such condition! Will return again but maybe not so soon!

Overall, my 7-year old had fun despite the place being quite small (adult's standard). He enjoyed the cold and playing with the ice/snow (he has never experienced snow or winter overseas yet). Snow play allows you to access 3 zones: Zone 1 has some ice sculpture and deco for phototaking with the designated photographer Zone 2 has a small slide and snow/ice for playing Zone 3 has a long snow slope for snow tubing (moat fun in my opinion) The bumper car ride was normal, but waiting time was too long (hence not recommended), since they had only 1staff pushing the cars one by one for loading/unloading at the entrance.

For the price, can't complain much but its quite boring to be honest much to see or do. The slide was fun but be ready to climb a flight of stairs for it. The bumper car was a long long wait. The place looked quite run down. They should renovate the place for sure, make it spacious and included a side bar for hot chocolate or finger food.

Snow City has been here for a long time, probably close to 25 years. It's located at the building on the far end of Science Centre. The facade and the interior are still the same. Kids seem to love this place. Probably because it has real snow :-). Shoes and fluff jackets are included in the entry charge, but you will need to rent the gloves if you do not bring your own. Long pants are necessary. Overall, it's a fun experience for kids and families.

Not a bad place to visit with kids. There are two options 1 hr or 2 hr duration. I think there is nothing to do more than 1 hour unless your kid is excited and not feeling cold after one hour. This is organised well and clean. Good scope for pictures but your camera or photography is not allowed which is the other business channel for them. The slide on ice with tube is awesome and also safe for kids. Kids will enjoy with the ice statues, igloo etc. Please have the kids wear gloves and also boots otherwise it will be difficult for them. One worst thing is the photographer near the slide. He did take 4 pictures of us and it was so bad that only two faces were covered out of three in each picture. So eventually we did not take a print out of that. Since they are not allowing our camera there should be someone more sensible to take the pictures of the visitors near the slide.

This is my 2nd visit. 1st time was a corporate team building event, and this time bringing the kids here. A relatively small place with a snow tubing available (it's more ICE than snow). Facilities a little run down though. Good for a 2 hour visit with the kids

  • 3/5 Akash K. 4 years ago on Google
The snow park is good and enjoyable but has some issues. The tire tube ride is awesome. Bumpy car is also fun. But apart from that the space where you can play ice is not much. Because there are many props there where people want to click pictures so it can get crowded easily. You are not allowed to click any pictures inside. Because they want to sell their overpriced photo package. Other attractions in Singapore also have overpriced photo packages but they allow you to click your own photos. But not here. They provide jackets with the ticket, but gloves are optional and on rent. Actually that should also be included as you can't play ice with bare hands. We tried that. Be sure to wear full pants and covered shoes to avoid rental fees for these. But be warned, it may get a little wet. This is enjoyable, but considering ticket+rental items+photos (which these days everyone wants to have) this is less value for money.

I enjoyed my time at snow city, especially in these times of sweltering heat!!! Affordable prices for admission though the photos are a real pinch. Would appreciate if we could enjoy a cuppa in the snow chamber. Doesn't need to be fancy, a vending machine would do~ I think everyone would root for an updated snow city with more activities, let's hope it happens soon!

3 words. WASTE OF MONEY. Its a very small area and we spent a total of 15 min there. My kids were too young to play the snow slide, so I tried to improvise using the slope adjacent to the slide, but was told by the staff that its not allowed as the area was reserved for skiing. Only thing was, there was only one other family in the entire area, and NOBODY was skiing. Very inflexible even on a quiet day. Very very disappointing. Save your $12. Oh, and pushy photographers will tail u everywhere trying to make u buy overpriced photos at the end of your 15 min.

The place was small to place snow with. The main place mostly used for sky and slide and was told on usual day, we can't even play there. It wasn't that cold inside even it was below 0 degree since it is cold place only and not windy. No camera was allowed inside. There were a quite a number of photographers inside. To take photo of us. Each photo cost you $25 with buy 2 get 1 free. The bumper car which is located at level 2 was on maintenance. They limit the number of people inside. There was a queue in front when we finished. Preferably to buy the tickets online. 1pm-2pm is maintenance timing. Locker is available at $2 per one time use.

If you want to escape the heat and humidity in Singapore, at the same time want a taste of the North, then this is the place for you. Children and adults will surely have fun. Things to note, wear long pants and socks. Bring winter gloves also if you have a pair. It is very cold inside. Also, you can't take photographs inside. They have their own photographers inside and you can have a copy of a photo for 25 dollars each. Yes, 25. Singapore. Dollars. Each.

Staff are mainly polite. Place is small, decorations are old. Fees not worth for whole family to come. Rental boots & gloves are quite old. Didn't manage to get a fitting boots with working velcro for 6yo. End up, the snow (ice) went into the kid's loose boots, making it wet and cold for kid. Gloves' velcro don't work well too.. Can't use personal phone to take photos. Staff shouted from far at me to ask me keep my phone, & 'no photos' when i took it out just to see notifications.. Bumper car ride was quite fun, hence overall 2/5stars. Personally, won't recommend others to visit.

Not so big, setting temperature is below 0. But the minus thing that you cannot take photo with your own camera. Thry have their own photographer to take our picture And the worst thing, the price for photo is very expensive.

DO NOT visit because of the cheap ticket prices !! There will be many additional costs. Snow City Singapore is a place of attraction that IS OLD & it's time for rejuvenation. The place is far in Jurong East, after getting off the MRT it still has to take a bus, the surrounding area is quiet, looks like an old building without visitors. Get inside, redeem tickets easily, include free jackets & shoes. But if you want to wear gloves rent $ 2.9 adult $ 2.2 child. Rent a locker for $ 2. MANY ATTRACTIONS ARE BROKEN AND ARE IN REPAIR. NOTHING THAT CAN BE ENJOYED inside. DON'T expect see snow fall, DON'T hope you can make snowballs. This is nothing more than a lump of ice with a hint of dirty snow. If you don't dare to play high iceslides with tires, then there is no other activity that you can do, just watching around. NO PHOTOS CAN BE with a cellphone / camera, as long as inside we will be followed by photographers. There are about 10 photographers, but only 1 person wants to interact with children and invites them to try skating with tires. If not it must be very boring inside. POOR PHOTO QUALITY, such as ISO settings are not right, many are blurred & many photos are covered with snow effect so that the face is not clear, photo color is not good. To redeem photos they provide a VERY EXPENSIVE PRICE. As per sheet 6R photo for $ 25 without softcopy. There is also 6 * 6R package for $ 90 without softcopy and 8 * 6R for $ 100 + softcopy all photos. The point is you MUST pay $ 100 if you want to get softcopy. For the softcopy file, they put it in the Picture Air application which you can download for free at Apple / Play store, BUT you have to PAY AGAIN $ 2 for access to your photo folder. Immediately download all photos because the photos are only stored 60 days in that folder.

Spent 1.5 hours queueing for the bumper car ride. They allowed only 8 to 10 people per session. It would have been good of there was some indication of the wait time. Standing in line waiting instead of doing the slide, the cold soon seeps into your toes and back.

  • 3/5 Lennie L. 4 years ago on Google
Been there long ago, no change except new bumper car rides. But 60m wide slope always not fully open. Single lane with 20 pax queuing takes a while to get 2 snow tubes down for an hr of snow playtime. Disappointing snow looks like sand and slippery for those worn out places with ice. No photos allowed inside and need to pay $25 per photo print.

The whole experience for me was not good at all, however for first timer 5-7 yrs old kids to see ice, it might be fun for them. Starting from picking up of the winter apparel, it was really chaotic. All of the apparels (jacket gloves shoes) were all very worn. The zips are all broken, gloves and shoes felt torn from inside and thin at some area due to tear, it gets damp after a little while. The queue to the bumper car was the worst. The car was old and it was barely moving - not to mention bumping another car. I asked to change to another one, and they did, but that one could only spin on the spot, and finally they change to one that can move more, Glad they willing to change for me. But I think I only manage to bump twice -_-. The queue took me over an hour for the bumper car. Then we move to the slide riding on the air tire, it was fun, we slide twice. Then we went to a kids corner with more ice, and played for abt 10 mins and we left the place.

This city is a bit run down, bumper car has long queue cause of the limited capacity. If you are looking for more speed on the slope, you can slide down together with your friends. Overall, a pretty nice place to hang out nowadays. *Remember to book a time slot on the website before making a trip down*

  • 5/5 Ash A. 3 years ago on Google
Great place to have fun with kids. Under 3 year olds aren't allowed to be on the large slide. Good to go there on weekdays as it wont be crowded

  • 3/5 Bouziane i. 3 years ago on Google
We booked for the standard ticket. In my opinion it was a good experience but not to go again. I didn t like it that much. The big slide is quite dangerous as you may bump your head with the edge of the ice.

Enjoyed the close quarters paintball experience. Staff was friendly and was able to guide us on how to enjoy the paintball match safely. Snow city experience was the same since it opened, with tube slides and snow. Was crowded and had to queue in the afternoon, do remember to book in advance before coming due to SD measures.

Place looks a bit runned down as it probably has been years since its opening. Not much things to do if u bring kids. Wit adults u can also enjoy some shooting game for a price as well. However, totally against their no picture or video policy unless u haf to buy from their professional photographer. Tat too is priced very expensive. They need to amend or change this concept.

  • 1/5 Juliana K. 3 years ago on Google
Service staff nice and friendly but place is quite run down. Only one slide to go down. Long wait. Could have opened more lanes. Should have snow foam falling down. After 20 min. Nothing interesting to do. Snow doesn't look clean. Quite a few pieces of litter on snow not removed. Booked for the bumper car but not functioning. Was offered free coupon to return another day but would rather a refund. Photography strictly not allowed except by official photographers.

  • 2/5 Merrarie R. 3 years ago on Google
The only thing you can do is slide on the snow. Visitors are not allowed to bring camera phone inside. They will take photo for you BUT the cost for 1 copy is $25 and 3 copies is $50. Too expensive. Will diffinitely not going to recommend snow city.

  • 1/5 Eif L. 3 years ago on Google
I went to Snow City because of the SGRediscover vouchers. If not for the vouchers, I wouldn't have made the trip there. 1. Snow City was so small a place with limited activities. Photography didn't interest me, so I was down to a slide (which I couldn't go up onto as it was only for young kids) and an icy slope which I could go onto. So effectively, I only participated in one activity. As my child is young, I also couldn't get the tickets for the shooting arena. At first, when I bought the one hour ticket, I thought it might be too short a duration, considering that the one hour includes the queuing for the rental items and fitting of boots, winter wear and gloves. Well, in the end, I was glad I only purchased one hour entry, which I thought was certainly more than enough duration! 2. The queue for the slide down the icy slope was very long. I think most of my one hour duration was spent waiting and waiting to go down the icy slope which of course lasted only a few seconds. 3. Speaking of the wait, the queue at the boot rental and winter wear rental was very long too. They could only serve up to 2 groups of visitors each time and each group seemed to take so long to fit into the gloves, the boots and the winter wear. 4. The toilets were wet. Wet, wet, wet, in every single cubicle. Toilet paper was everywhere on the floor. 5. If you are 'niao' like me, you might want to note that the gloves, boots and winter wear are all to be shared without washing within the day, so better bring along the above mentioned if you are concerned. Each photo printout costs $25, so well, work out your budget. Fun as it might sound, Snow City is certainly not a place for me to revisit again as one hour has certainly been more than enough. The management really should consider upping its game should it wish to attract more visitors to it.

Above average experience. Easy to park. Not many people even on the weekend, but we were there early at 10am. Bring socks. Everything else is provided. Unless you have waterproof jacket, its best to just take what they have there. I thought the jackets were alright. They do throw it in the dryer.. so i think hygiene is alright. Its a small place.. but its cold, so most people wont last more than 45 mins there anyway. Photos not cheap as many have mentioned. Its $25 for a single printed copy or $50 for 3 digital/hardcopy. Its a decent experience given that bulk of the cost is subsidize by the SG vouchers.

  • 3/5 Joanna O. 2 years ago on Google
It's fun that this place exists, and if you aren't able to get exposure to snow and cold elsewhere, it may be worth a stop. The tube ride is fun. But tickets are pricey - and then they don't allow cameras inside so you have to buy their ridiculously expensive pictures ($25 for one image) if you want memories. And it's pretty small, the coats they give you are barely adequate to the temperature and the snow is dirty and not well-maintained. It's a novelty but there are just so many things that are sub-par about it - avoid if you can.

If your kid is dying to experience snow in the tropics this is one option. But, it is pretty rundown, small, dark and you can’t even take your own pictures. Also, to be honest, cooling a place down to -5C just for the fun of it seems outdated. We won’t go again.

  • 3/5 Andrew L. 2 years ago on Google
A bit of novelty for the kids given we can't travel and are stuck in Singapore. I heard that the place has been around for over 20 years and it does look and feel that way. The snow felt like crushed ice and there really wasn't many things we could do with a 2 year old. A couple of helpful pointers for parents is that you have to bring you own ear muffs or hoodies because the attire the venue provides is not sufficient to keep the kids warm. One hour is certainly enough as well for the kids as again, there really isn't much to do or see. Finally, personal photo taking is not allowed by the venue because they force you to buy photos taken by their photographers for S$25 per piece and no soft copies provided. Given we have paid for entry, I personally don't see why we shouldn't take our phones out and to take a few sneaky shots with our kids. Overall not very impress with the venue and don't think we would come back again.

Dear management team, I would like to compliment one of your crew by the name of Suhaila. My family and I visited Snow City on Tuesday, 24 Aug 2021, 10am. I had previously spoken to Suhaila on the phone 2 weeks prior to my visit and was very impressed by her courteous and helpful attitude. She is knowledgeable, patient and provided me with guidance on the booking process. She was the primary reason that made booking process a breeze. During my visit, I got to meet Suhaila in person and was greeted by her warm and friendly smile. She is humble, sincere and approachable. I believe these are traits that are crucial to provide such exemplary service. I hope this compliment reaches her and your management team as we believe heartfelt and sincere service attitudes deserved to be recognized. Should you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Thank you. Best regards Sherman

Took one hour play with bumper car ride and this duration is sufficient as the place is smaller than expected. No photographs is allowed and they have their own in house photographer instead. The photographs are costly around $60 for a digital copy. Had issues with our bumper car like suddenly stopped after one hard bump....hahaha and our ride just stopped and no replacement ride etc. Music was loud and artificial snow was dirty so please come in in dark colored pants. Only the slide was fun and that was it. My daughter had so much fun though as she haven't experience real winter and this is the best place for her. For me....just one time is enough. There are better places to spend the money though.

  • 2/5 Gk 2 years ago on Google
Staffs are friendly that I cant deny, but the winter clothing are dirty and no large size available. The play area is small and not allowed to take own picture. Must take picture use their photographer. 1 hr is more then enough. Todler winter boot is in poor condition where the flakes and go in. Electrical cables are exposed and very confined space. Seriously 1 time only. No returning back.

Terribly run down place. Rental boots were in terrible condition, rental gloves were definitely not good enough for the -10 deg environment, the electronic lockers didn't work, the whole place was very dim and the music was just ridiculously loud. Basically the only fun thing was the slide. Also tried the bumper car. Wear high socks so that the snow bits don't get into your shoes so much.

The first thing that hits you when you reach is, it looks aged. Like those amusement park you saw in the movie Final Destination. I would +1 star if I brought my kid along but as a couple or single with friends, this place is just boring. The only excitement is the slides that is already in the base package. The bumper car is a real bumper cos it gets stuck at times and the control is haywire causing you to spin much more often. The ice floor is poorly maintained. If you still insist to come here, do bring along a change of pants. Oh there is a photo service but it's using aged DSLR camera and charged at insane rates, any mobile phone at this age can do better. On a side note, once you are done, do consider have a meal at the restaurant there. It's a hidden gem.

Feels like a relic from the 1970s that was recently dusted-off and reopened. VERY small facility with a slide and an upstairs area with bumper cars/shooting games. Expect long lines. "Ice museum" was a 30 second walkthrough of some sculptures. Bumper cars cost an additional $5pp and broke down constantly - ours didn't move for the entire ride, we were offered a second ride for free and they didn't work again. Didn't bother trying to get a refund. Staff at the 'paintball'/archery was really nice and the experience was fun. But overall I'd give this a miss unless entry was heavily discounted or free. The other facilities nearby are probably more fun. Wish I had gone to the bar which other reviewers mentioned seems to be the only saving grace.

It's a small place for good family outings. The new attractions such as the hotel setting is a disappointment as you are not allowed to touch or to take photos. No photograph is allowed. Their in-house photographer is hardly there. But the slides and bumper cars are fun. Max 60 minutes and you will have enough of the place.

Overall fun for kids or if u had not experienced Winter "feel" in sunny SG yet. Else, it is only average attraction for everyone else. The collection of winter wear can be improved, quite messy. Rental gloves for toddlers are of bad quality. Lockers are avail for rental (from $2 onwards) Highlight is the 50m or so slide, however woth the crowd, the most u can only try once :( Bumper car and paintballs space is small, give it a miss. The number of paxs allowed in each time alot shld be reduced to improve guest experience.
