Returned here for another ride, bicycles are offered here now due to law changes in Singapore. Great way to tour around the CBD and surrounds while getting some exercise to make up for the yummy Singaporean food. We booked a tour with Jimmy, who was very knowledgeable about history and trivia, all delivered in an entertaining way. We can't wait to be back for another tour. And did I mention their prices were great? Bikes were very well-maintained too!

Personally I'd prefer a Sunday/PH compared to a weekday for this friends/family activity of exploring the recommended longest route. (1) You save on parking charges if you drive since its charged per entry at High Street Ctr building on Sun. (2) Its more lively and vibrant compared to weekdays as you will see people from all walks of life along the route City Scoot bikes are well maintained. Climbing up slopes along the route take minimal effort as their bicycles have 7/21 gears to play with to suit your needs. We were tended by a friendly guy who is helpful and give good advise routes to take. Do dress appropriately and bring sunblock lotion to avoid sunburn in our scorching hot weather. I'd like to suggest you take a pit stop at Sports Hub for a lunch break and shelter from the noon sun before continuing your journey(don't worry locks are provided for the bikes). 3rd time back at City Scoot and the staff is still so nice and helpful! They have a "Pay as you wish" drink fridge which is really nice! The bikes was also it very good condition. I can see myself and my friends coming back again! Thank you for the great experiences!

Cityscoot offers an array of bikes with affordable options. Went with the overnight option for city bike at $25. Nice to ride with cruising speed of around 20km/h and as high as 38km/h if you paddle fast. Location is ideal and around 26km away from Changi Jewel, 2hrs if you ride without interruption.

Excellent service, friendly staff, with good selection of bike and rental options, highly recommended! I was trying to pick up cycling and the City Scoot rental options were perfect for helping me to build up my biking skills gradually from a foldie, to a city bike and eventually a hybrid bike. The long term lease is also super helpful as I was able to get on the bike more regularly, and the flexible return/collection timings also make it much easier, very much appreciated since I could do these outside of their opening hours. Throughout my various rentals, the City Scoot team was very helpful and responsive to queries, making the whole experience very pleasant and enjoyable. Thanks for the great work, keep it up!

The only place I would recommend for a bike rental service! Their bikes are always of good quality and their customer service is GREAT! Really hope that their company grows bigger so they can open even more outlets!

This bicycle place is great!! I used it to rent a hybrid bike with helmet, bike seat padding, front and back lights, and phone holder for 24 hours, all for $45SGD! This is the cheapest I could find for such high quality bikes and that 24 hour time frame. The customer service was excellent and very very helpful in understanding what bike and items I may need. I requested a bike to do the 161km perimeter of Singapore, and the customer service made sure I was prepared for such a long ride. You can request to pick up the bike any time of day for the 24 hour ride (I got mine at 7AM) and I could return it any time before start of business the next day, which was perfect. Great experience!

The moment I stepped in I was greeted warmly and felt at ease in their High Street store with their two staff. I was attended personally to by a male staff Mr Safiq. He explained to me very clearly on the various bikes available and the rental options and answered to my queries professionally in a friendly manner, and even offered me to try on a couple before I decided on one. Bike felt well-maintained and pricing are competitive. I’m happy with the bicycle and the service rendered. Will return back to the store again 👍🏻

Bikes are in good shape, you also get a reasonable selection of them, helmets seem clean. The fees are high in the grand scheme of things, but the experience is quite good. The cat outside the store is very cute too.

My new go-to vendor for city rides. Highly recommended! I enquired on their WhatsApp number about overnight cycling (9pm to 3am). They responded promptly with clear instructions. Bikes are well maintained and clean. Tyres were fully pumped before locking outside their store for self-collection. Thankful for the availability and ease of self-collection. Price is affordable and best in value. There are optional add-ons i.e. phone holder, saddle cushion, helmet which we did not get but will try on our next rental. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

One of the highlights of my trip. I had a bad back but used a seated scooter with no problem. No chance I would have been able to walk around the 15km or so scenic route around the marina bay otherwise so I was very happy. The person running the rental was very helpful too.

Excellent bike rental shop, the bikes were well-maintained and staff were friendly, helpful and very responsive to our queries. We came near closing time and the staff present (didn't get his name!) was very patient and ensured that we get to test out the bikes, included the lights for our safety and attached baskets to put our barang-barang. The location of the shop is also very convenient, many routes nearby and a short distance away from Clarke Quay and Funan mall. Returning the bikes after hours was fuss-free, just needed to use the locks provided. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!! I visited this place on 22 March 2023 (Wed) and the experience was great! The staff on duty was both friendly and extremely helpful (unfortunately I did not get his name but hopefully his manager/colleague reading this could identify him with my date of visit). Initially, I wanted to rent their hybrid bike but after learning that I will be travelling on some dirt path, the staff recommended for me to switch to a mountain bike instead (same price). Furthermore, he went on to patiently explain about how I should adjust the bike gears under different track conditions to ensure I have a pleasant cycling experience.

Very friendly team and bikes in good shape. Easy booking and easy return! We did a nice 4h ride.

This is my third time renting from them and every time I come, I really like the unassuming, fuss free environment. Staff is always very helpful to help prepare my bicycle and riding their bicycle around the city is always a breeze. If you want to explore Singapore, I recommend one of the best experience is to ride their bicycles and go on an adventure around the city. Fees are reasonable too considering their bicycles are in tip top condition.

Shop is conveniently located for casual cycling along the rivers or towards ECP. Friendly staff were very helpful during collection. Rates were reasonable and items were in good condition. Overnight cycling even comes with hassle-free after-hours collection and return. The only shame was that the bike lights died before we finished our route; but thankfully this happened when we were already heading back. In any case, highly recommend!

City Scoot specialises in bicycle rentals for tours around the city centre of Singapore. I have been going back to City Scoot so many times that I have forgotten how many it has been. The experience in booking, getting and returning the bicycles was outstanding. The team there was friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming. They made sure that their bicycles were well maintained and in top shape for the journey. If you want to tour around Singapore's city centre, do it via bicycle. You will get to experience the sights as you cycle through the path that the team has provided. IT's a must to witness the transformation of this city state when you come here.

Staff are super friendly, easy to liase for bookings. And they gave us alternative to their other branch in esplanade when they were running out of bike lamp. Overall the best.

Good bikes for a very cheap price ($25 for entire day till 19:00) compared to competitors. Comes with a free lock and helmet. Can't recommend enough!

Definitely the go to place for your city rides. The staffers are friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable too and are able to advise you on the bicycle types that suits you/your needs. Inexpensive to rent overnight. They currently have two outlets. One in esplanade and one in high street. Do note though that the esplanade outlet does not cater for overnight rental. It really is a fuss free bicycle rental service. Definitely recommend it! I came down to try out all the bikes that they have and was provided with very helpful tips. Must try!
