Lovely coffee at a gem of a place. A few other cafes around here, but if its high quality coffee you really want duck into The Arcade at Collyer Quay and check this place out. We had a Magic and it certainly was.

Cosy cafe conveniently located by entrance of Arcade. Music is nice but a little loud for talking. Review is based off drinks, yet to try their food. Food quality: Drinks are freshly done and thick enough texture with great taste. Good coffee and hot chocolate! Oat / soy milk options available at +$1. Food portion / Price: Prices are steeper than elsewhere, but it’s in the middle of CBD where rent in probably higher. Service: Order, pay at counter and order will get delivered. Crowd: Always crowded even for takeaways especially around meal times. Have to find timing that avoid the crowd Eg some seats available after 10 and before lunch crowd. Payment: Cards, cash accepted.

Great iced latte here, friendly staff and speedy service. It's a small space so more for a takeaway option but there's a few seats if you are lucky. They also have non coffee drinks like sea salt caramel milk or green tea matcha milk in bottles, these I felt were slightly sweet. Will stick to coffee!

I must say, this is the best cappuccino that I had at Raffles Place, they had the time to make a very slightly crusty top that is slightly sweet that compliments extremely well with the rest of the drink. Truly a masterpiece 👌🏻✨

Strangers at Work Cafe is situated on the 1st floor of an arcade in a bustling alleyway. It's a great spot to people-watch or enjoy the indoor seating. I really enjoy their "Magic" coffee, a double ristretto with milk, which has a great taste. The cafe consistently serves good quality coffee, and I plan to be a regular visitor.

Speedy barista with good cup of coffee, about 1 min walk from Raffles Place MRT exit B (inside The Arcade building). Milk steamed was really smooth, makes the coffee have a very smooth creamy feeling

Coffee is pretty good. Nice that they are open early. Space is compact, with a few spaces to work. No internet though. And sandwiches not available till later.

Great coffee with a punch for people who like strong dark roast coffee. They also had yummy toasties.

Walked a couple times around the area to look for the source of the coffee smell. Had a piccolo latte and it worths the search. I'm glad that I looked for it. The toast or sandwich looks nice too. Will try to come to try it!

Magic was a tad overhyped and under-extracted. You’d get a more solid cuppa at Toby’s estate.

Its a small place in arcade and can get really crowded. But that's because they've got really good coffee! Staff are friendly and helpful too. Loved it will def be back for more great coffee in the area!

Service was warm, but I paid $5.30 (full price for a long black) for this volume of coffee which is criminal. I didn't even get a discount by using a reusable cup. Looks like Strangers doesn't really give a damn about the environment...

First of all, I love strangers coffee a lot and go get coffee almost every week. However, I may not go back because of one guy with tattoos working there. I have been through below all from this guy: 1. I once asked for 2 coffee, yet he charged me for 1 only (which I didn’t know). When I reminded him, he gave the very unhappy face and then rolled his eyes, like it’s my fault. 2. There was one time, the machine didn’t work when I tapped card on it. And he just very rudely pushed my card and my hand away to check it. 3. This morning I wanna spent my coins out, so I gave him 10 50cents for ice americano. Then he said it’s 6.50, fine maybe I remembered the wrong price. So I handed him 10 dollars paper money for the extra 1 dollar. He then gave me all coins( which he put in the cashier already), how thoughtful he is to give all the coins back to me. Clearly his face shows that he was unhappy with all the coins, but man you could just say it, I will not insist to give coins if you don’t feel happy about it. I still go to strangers after the first two experiences, cuz the rest workers there are really nice and coffee is great. But Todays experience really made me frustrated, I’m not spending money everyday to get me unfair experience from time to time.

Simply the BEST! Fantastic coffee, very bodied and high quality coffee! Small little quaint coffee shop tucked quietly on the ground level at the Arcade, not highly visible but so glad I found this gem!! 🤩 great coffee with awesome service, they make an effort to remember their regulars choices/preferences!!! The perfect wining formulae!

Excellent cosy little place for a quick and perfectly brewed cup of coffee. No need for a double shot just to achieve the ideal strength and balance. Offers non-dairy alternatives. I wish more readily available places in Singapore prepares coffee like they do. 👌
