👍 Good coffee. Uses Meiji milk. Default for the regular white is a single shot. This latest double shot regular white (Dark Matter blend) had raisin chocolate notes. From earlier visits: Double shot whites: Ethiopia Harfusa - floral, fruity, chocolate notes but the flavour was not so vibrant. Ethiopi... People often mention coffee, beans, good,

Nice space in the industrial area, enjoy the coffee in a quiet space, and just getting in the zone. Coffee is great, just be expected to have danishes only or even it been sold out. Overall love it but I might only just visit this space on a weekday(less crowded)

It's tucked away inside the Hong Leong Building, but is accessible from either Robinson Road or from Raffles Quay road (although it's only sign-posted on the Robinson side). There are plenty of competing coffee places around, but it's worth finding Alchemist if you're a coffee lover. It's all they make here. Clean white walls, open and spacious (but no seating), this is coffee and nothing else. But the coffee is done like science.

In the hood, just a short walk from tai seng mrt you'll find a cafe convert from the old biscuit factory. Amaze at how well they transform the space and area making it a cozy environment while able to roast their beans in house. Will definitely head back to this outlet more frequently

Had a stayca at oasis hotel and was recommended to this coffee place. Is very small area without sitting but the coffee is great. What makes this place even better is the customer service of the barista. She patiently explain the coffee beans and type to me and the attitude was great and welcoming even though she is alone. I really must applaud such excellent services! Thank you so much. I love the coffee with the chocolate taste, I think is called Dark matter. The one with the BBT taste is a little more milky, not to my liking but maybe some of you prefers. Honestly I personally feel the 1 star review DO NOT do any justice to this place. You guys are great!

Had an iced americano (afura/ arufa) and it’s really good, super fruity and refreshing. Worth a visit.

Alchemist is one of the better coffee places around the area and although there are multiple outlets they are able to keep the quality fairly consistent, good on them. As usual there’s the choice of two coffee beans, my fav has always been dark matter. Would also recommend hot coffee over hot, from what i hear as well it’s the better choice… In terms of location it’s in the middle of Hong leong building on the ground floor so, not obvious when you’re on street but easy to find once you come indoors.

By far the best coffee for me since I arrived Singapore. Lumos blend (Ethiopian) was fantastic - hi acidity, fruity with lovely aroma. My preference is double shot flat white with 6 oz (classic ratio). All credit to the barrista, he has quite a skill! Smooth texture, right temperature. Well done.

A bit hard to find from the street but worth the effort. Third wave coffee, both espresso and pour over options. The shop sells beans with tasting notes listed. The espresso (“fruit cake”) had good clarity and a mid-roast flavor. Recommended for people who like a modern espresso shop.

A proper strong single origin coffee. One for all the coffee lovers.

Small little coffeeshop. The coffee is pretty light, so an espresso will be the best way to enjoy it.

Been here a few times, it really depends on who makes the coffee. There's a tall guy who makes absolutely top notch coffee, and then there are two ladies who make ok-lah coffee. Investing in ongoing training for your staff would bring consistency.

One of the best coffee shops here, they change the beans often. Great customer service with lots of smile

If you love coffee, this is the place to go for good coffee. If your definition of coffee is to hang out and chill, this specific location may not be for you. Though, you might want to try thier Dark Matter Coffee, the blend is just amazing

Hidden inside the building lobby and behind Paris baguette. This place is for the snobs who know exactly what they want. The staff is helpful too to make a choice. Perfectly priced to pick up a nice strong coffee and get to work. Or sit around for a few minutes in the nice smelling coffee shop post lunch. Must try!

Over extracted and sour iced latte. It’s also just a kiosk with no dine in

The coffee here is always reliable! Sometimes it gets alittle crowded but the 2-staff team do their best to manage the lunch press. There were two nasty CBD workers who scolded the staff because they’d waited 15 minutes for their coffee (if I heard right), and threatened to complain to management. The staff handed it with calm, gave them their coffee, and took the next orders without reaction, in a very professional way.
