one of our go-to places to eat when we're in the area! there are a large variety of cuisines to feast on, including indian, chinese, japanese, korean and malay. the place is spacious and well ventilated, with both indoor and outdoor seating. although it can occasionally be slightly dirty and have some flies, the affordable and tasty food makes up for it! we would definitely recommend this place!

Brought my kids to explore another big city. I AM PROUD TO BE A MALAYSIAN. The F&B stall is using word to insult other citizen. I just want to remind fellow Singaporean, we r neighbours, we don't say your country this and that before customer orders something. We ordered Barley drink. First phrase from the boss is...we don't have cooked drink not like Malaysia.what moral is this...Singaporean never tried Barley before??

Rude drinks stall staff. Once an old uncle threw my change on the counter top for no reason. Another time an old aunty wanted to take order from the customer behind me (3rd customer in queue) and he leaned slightly forward towards me (I was the 2nd customer in queue waiting for my drink to be ready). In order to maintain a distance and also wanted to make it easy for him to move forward to pay the old aunty, I moved away from the queue to stand at another spot near the 1st customer who was also waiting for his drink to be ready. Upon seeing this the old aunty was unhappy and insisted that I move back to my original spot! Guess they have a lot to learn about basic courtesy and mutual respect.

The Muslim food stall sells one of the best nasi padang I have ever tasted in Singapore! This plate cost me $6.20 (1/2/2024)

A long time neighborhood coffer shop that's has been around decades. It has been upgraded several times over years. Price is reasonable and serves a variety of food, ranging from noodles, rice to Indian food and desserts. As this is a neighborhood place, some stalls are not open on Sunday. The place is air-conditioned but the place was slightly warm when I was there on a Sunday, probably due to saving electricity for a smaller crowd. A good place to visit to sample food that Singaporeans eat on a daily basis.

Bought dang gui duck at $4.50. Taste nice but comes with more bones. Coffee shop is quite old with pigeons walking around inside.

One of the more pocket friendly places to go for lunch in that area with aircon! It can get quite packed for lunch time so do be there early! The kway chup uncle was quite generous and gave quite a bit for 2 persons portion! Will come back for a convenient and pocket friendly meal.

The minced meat noodle stall is one of my favorites! I was attracted to the long queue initially. I joined the queue and was rewarded with a yummy dish of minced meat, fish ball & wanton noodles. ๐Ÿ˜Š

That's rare moment when you finally found nice Vietnamese place with affordable price list. I've tried pho ga. That's traditional soup, but with chicken.

For serious fans of mee pok, the stall here won't cut it by a long country mile. S$4 for the minced meat noodle in my photo isn't expensive relatively, but the taste is generic even by modest expectations. Fishballs had a hint of detergent taste which is a first for me. It'll fill you up if you have a small to moderate appetite, but next time I'm here I'll try the yong tau foo instead.

Oct 2022 ---------- Came to do some work... Simple roasted food... But since then.i came.. Now drinks up price to $1.90 Phrase 2 period. Nothing much to eat here. But the drinks are quite expensive , considered that it is just a coffeeshop. Coffee is $1.50. but due to phrase 2. They have a coffee and bread set for 1.50.... Means free bread. But bread is not that great toasted.. But the Can drinks are expensive for a food court like this . 1.80 a can of coke.

Poor air-conditioning. Subpar BBQ Pork rice set at the Korean stall. Poor service from the drinks stall with a very rude auntie manning it. And don't get me started with their drinks priced so high it's truly difficult justifying for it, or even from that drinks stall auntie serving it to us. I'd rather walk 10 minutes to another coffee shop opposite Bugis Junction just to buy a drink that is half a dollar cheaper. The entire coffeeshop has changed. I prefered its state better in the 2000s, from the food to the service.

First time trying the dang gui duck rice ($4.50) no dang gui taste or aroma at all but meat was soft and tender, not too chewy and it was nice for once that a chicken/duck rice stall actually gives decent size cucumber slices and also there is vegetable in the complimentary soup. Will return to try other dishes

Food not bad for an aircon food court. Had dry horfun at the zichar shop and it was amazingly good! Muslim food stall was ok, decent enough for the price. Will be back!

First time here, trying out the laksa yong tau fu, ingredients fresh, 80cents per piece. Not to my liking, as broth too bland, laksa not thick. White rice too soft. Kuay Chap not bad, cheap ,only $8 for 2 pax, Kuay smooth, yam rice (strong dried shrimp), good, cost $0.50 only.

The gingko pig stomach soup $6 is yummy and the price is a steal! Paid $6.30 total for huge bowl of soup + pumpkin rice. Stall gave 10% off for my $7 meal.

The store owner for malay food is rude. Hogged a half table for her food preparation, and then decided that I couldn't sit on the other half of table even though it was empty! It was lunch time and crowded with not many indoor seating. There were other seats around which she gestured to but they were outdoors and close to the door which is hot. She was also very loud and her tone was rude when she told me to not dine there. I do not understand how she can think it is fine to occupy a full table herself when there are so many people wanting to eat during and dine in during lunch hour. Please avoid her stall as there is no need to give business to rude people.

The food is expensive and the worst is the drink store is super slow and giving attitude to all customer every single time. Please change it if you want more customer! If I can give no stars Iโ€™ll.

Always come here to buy mixed vegetables rice / Korea food / Fish balls noodles / wanton noodles / chicken roasted pork char siew rice. The rest can give a skip either not delicious or staff with attitude problem.

Accessible coffeeshop with good variety of food to choose from: Korean and Japanese, zi char, yong tau fu, porridge and noodles, Muslim food, dessert and drinks. Typical food court prices, can get noisy during peak dining periods.

Affordable & tasty bibimbap with lots of ingredients topping! Food court is clean with air-con & non air-con seating area.

Beware the kuay chap stall. Unhygienic and cheat. Will charge extra if specify item in the kuay chap(e.g. don't want fish cake), but this charge is not stated anywhere. When questioned, the uncle will rudely shout "change food $1 more!).

In this Coffee Express 2000, i loved 2 things. 1 is the Minced Meat Noodles, that are very delicious in Dumplings!! You all. Should try it!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’– 2 is the Bandung Drink (usually called Bandung Drink, now they called "Rose Drink". They are the same taste, already drink again yesterday). If you see at my Photo, the glass with Pink drink is the Bandung Drink. Enjoyy ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ’– #letsGuide #diedieRecommended

A typical food court. Prices above average. The drinks tend to be a bit more expensive, for e.g., teh-c is $1.50. The pancake stall is good. Other okay ones are the Teochew minced meat noodles, and Yong Tau Foo.

Yesterday i just visited the yong tou fu store for lunch. i told the aunty that i wanted to eat dry ytf. After i bought my coffee and came back to collect my food, i saw she was standing there and chit chat with another customer until so happy, end up she made wrong (soup) for me, i just kept quiet and took my food away. It doesn't matter until i eat the fishcake, it was super disgusting, so sour and sticky. Aiyo, cant be like that. Ytf is from heathy food, becomes unfresh and unhealthy food already sis. About drinks, before ordering, u have to see the aunty's mood. If she has a bad mood face, you better don't order, it will be troublesome later. So rude de.

Bought coffee at this place around 15 minutes. Was served by this old uncle, I repeated my order thrice and shouted my order at the last and he wasn't so happy. The aunty explained he was semi deaf and this uncle commented "as if I'm so smart". come on, get a hearing aid if it affects your daily life, or change a job that requires lesser communication. I'm rushing and I got no time to stand there to quarrel. And I really detest such old people acting they are always right. The management should do something about this as another patron told me this is a common scene at this coffeeshop.
