Killiney is best option for local and western food with affordable price. Breakfast set option to complete best dining experience for customer. Using number token to collect your food when ready. Cashless payment accepted. Highly recommended!

Terrible staff that cannot be bothered. Been there a few times but won’t go again. Mediokre food at best. The cashier gives you attitude and so does the rest of staff. Despite messing up orders you’ll be lucky if they finally share their precious time in an empty store to actually take it. Spare yourself from the hustle to ask for anything extra like pepper or sauce for the eggs, they won’t bring it to you anyway. Checking sheets or personal phone seems more important than „annoying“ customers that want to buy stuff. Don’t work in service industry if you hate people or at least try to hide it guys. Not to mention that they are not even able to label the direction the door swings correct.

Coffee is a bit weak for local coffee standards. Nice ambience for a chill out, cheaper than getting a $5 coffee in nearby cafes. Tables and stools provided are a tad too small for comfort. But good enough if you are here for a quick lunch or short meeting. They have some good items for lunch too if you are keen

Imagine paying $6 for kaya toast and getting cold, thinly spreaded butter and kaya with hard boiled eggs.

Classic and cozy coffee shop in CBD area. I come here for breakfast almost everyday. love their fast and friendly service, and good food quality!

A good place to catch up with people! Love their ice lemon tea especially!

Update 18 July 2023: Outlet started filling up with people after I placed my order. Food and drink were ready a short while later. 30 May 2023 - Outlet already had people eating when arrived before 12 PM. Ordering was simple and easy. Food and drink came shortly after. Overall a good experience.

Location best as its near my office. Love their coffee and otah toast especially. Service is great too. After initial few visits every morning, the service team, Jane and Naid can remember my orders and have never go wrong. As the outlet is smaller as compared to others, they did their best in taking orders diligently so that the queue won't be long. Very hardworking and friendly team. Always in big smile and friendly tone despite how busy it is. Keep it up!!!

Recently renovated clean and cosy coffee shop. Origilan shop is located at Killiney road, founder of typical Singapore breakfast Kaya toast. I tried this traditional Kata toast and egg set. I felt that bread part is a bid dry but still delicions. Recommend for those who want to try traditional Singapore breakfast here.

Was gonna give it 2 stars for affordable mediocre food but saw a cockroach on the table. They charge for hot water even after u purchase a set meal. Overall distasteful. Will not return.

Visit at your own risk during weekdays lunch hour. Crowded, noisy and long waiting time depends on what you order. Collection point and tray returning area is right inside , need to brace through the long queue crowd. Management needs to relook into the logical ordering system. Food and drinks were mediocre and overpriced for the standards. Agreed with some of the earlier review, the staff clearly hates their job.

First visit here and have good experience here, the cashier girl is very nicely and good service. She was very helpful, when I get the wrong order, she was very nicely to help me change the food order. But I forget to get her name, just remember her was abit chubby. I will come again, hope next time still is the girl service me.

Overpriced drinks plus poor service. Empty tables around but dun allow customers to sit down for drinks. Last time I’m ever coming.

Long queue on lunch. Great food

Waited very long for hainanese pork chop. Asked the waitress and she informed that they are frying. When it finally came, it was cold and soggy - did not seem like it was even re-fried or re-cooked at all, it seemed like stale food left to be cold for a long time. Horrible experience. Tehpeng was tasteless as well, disappointing.

No dine in drinks unless you order food? Clientele includes people on diet who leave more than half their food uneaten.

Sambal prawns not only has zero sambal taste, it does not even have the sambal colour. Hainanese pork chop and its sauce was served cold although the kitchen took more than 20min to serve it during off peak. Tea was bland. Saw a few customers left without finishing their food. We too did not finish our food. In fact we gave up eating the pork chop. Bad lunch choice.

Getting worse in the duration of months. Food quality just got lousier. Cold half boiled eggs, cold toast. What’s wrong ?

Probably the worst service in Singapore. The woman behind the counter seems hell bent on ensuring what few customers they have left never come back. She clearly hates her job, and all the customers who make the mistake of going there. Why the master franchisor has not yet pulled them into line is beyond me. Very damaging to the Killiney brand. Will never ever go back.

I am very happy with the excellent customer service provided by Mr. Nesh and Ms. Jean. It's really an enjoyment to be able to drink nice coffee served by Mr. Nesh Well done, keep it up!!

Came at 1.30pm and there are 2 or 3 empty tables indoor. We wanted to order drinks only after lunch but was told we need to purchase at least 1 toast per table in order to sit inside. We offered to give up our table if there are people coming but was also rejected. Obviously we left and will never return - you can save your toast $$ and lose returning customers!

Staff are really friendly and quick with orders, Before i knew it i became a regular at this place and they always greet me with a smile and ask if i wanted my regular order . Amazing service 👍🏻

I came to order some takeaway food here for lunch. They gave me a rough waiting time for our food to be ready. When the time had passed, I went in to check only to be told the waiting time has magically extended without an apology. Granted the staff aren't overwhelmed or occupied with a queue or anything. At this point I had to rush back to office. When the buzzer finally rang and I grabbed the food in a rush. After about 30 minutes of waiting for the food prep, during lunch hour, the cherry on top, one of my order wasn't included in the bag of food.
