    Look for Brandon Lee for great service. He is very honest, patient, and willing to share his knowledge. Even though we were just browsing and not committing to make a purchase, he still took the time to give us tips on what to look for when buying diamonds, and why. Even when his regular customer arrived, he did not chase us away nor make it seem like he wants to end the conversation quickly. No judgement from him at all, and he was very humble. Outstanding service from him.

    Staffs were Super judgmental. I entered the store & nobody bother to serve me so I waited for 10 mins until someone finally approach me. He wasn’t friendly at all, not very helpful at all too. I want to make a purchase but I was so upset about their service & ended up going to another Tiffany and co at takashiyama instead. Staff there were super nice & helpful. In short, if you want a better service, go to Tiffany and co at taka instead of ion.

    Was hosted by Jamie and Emmie here at Tiffany Ion, and it was such a lovely jewelry shopping experience. Emmie was kind enough to show me the men's collection, which in full transparency wasn't a big one here at Ion, especially after the LVMH merger. Took out some bracelets, some bangles, some cuffs, and she wasn't stingy at all in showcasing what they had and offering her thoughts on the various styles. She also made sure to ask interesting questions to finding out my style and what I didn't like. Even when trying on diamond studs, we were discussing the sizes that fit my ear, and the team was especially helpful in finding the various cuts, sizes up and down from where we initially indexed on, for us to try. Thanks team, especially helpful!

    Located within Ion Orchard, travel on the red MRT line and alight a Orchard station. There is an exit which leads straight into Ion and you can use the elevator to travel to the second level, right beside TWG is an entrance into Tiffany & Co. The other entrance is at the ground level located outside of Ion Orchard. Tiffany & Co prides themselves with fine jewelry of superb quality and craftsmanship. They have top tier customer service too and on that note, do not try to attempt to haggle as prices are strictly fixed. I would like to commend HuiXi and Mina for their professionalism and friendliness. It was my first purchase and they offered me great advices with my decision. Kindly look for them if you need help.

    Great experience. Awesome customer service. Visited them 3 times on separate occasions, to take a look at rings. They very patiently showed me their collection on all occasions. I finally bought a ring on my 4th visit. They provide all information that you need to make a satisfactory purchase. I have visited and enquired about the products in so much detail that I would never second guess my purchase. Thanks to Tiffany service staff for their patience and sincerity. I couldn't be any more satisfied with my purchase. Will definitely be visiting them again. As for the quality of the product, there is definitely not much to be said, they are one of the best in the market. Also, they are the best place to go to for classic timeless designs.

    Very rude and judgemental staff here when we visited with my mother in law last year. Without speaking to her or knowing anything about her... The staff member said this is the area you can afford.

    So glad that I’ve entrusted such an important task to Madly. Wouldn’t change a thing about the team, the service, the gem and the final product. The journey with them was amazing (would have been without any hiccups if not for Covid) but nothing put the team’s spirit down! Want to give a special thank to our designer Renee for designing such a beautiful piece for us. We both love the ring so so so much, thank you!!

    I had a very disappointing experience with this Ion outlet. I bought a heart pendant on 25 February 2022 at around 2.50pm which I had reserved due to its limited quantity. The staff who I reserved the item with by the name of Ice was not in at that time so the staffs there gave me another SA by the name of Winni. She was impolite and unhelpful. She told me to check the pendant which I did and I had informed her that there was a scratch and I would like a newer piece. She then informed me that it was due to my fingers touching on the pendant and it was more of a fingerprint mark than a scratch. It was ironic how she can’t tell the difference between a scratch and a fingerprint mark with her jewellery expertise. Also, when I asked her questions regarding some of the Tiffany and Co products/collections, she doesn’t seem to be knowledgeable about the products. The staffs there were also quite judgmental and unapproachable when I entered the store, they seem to be more preoccupied with their conversations than with assisting customers. This is my first and last experience with this Ion outlet. I had never had this experience before with the other Tiffany and Co outlets whereby the staffs there were more approachable and knowledgeable with their products.

    The customer service at the Ion branch is non existent. When purchasing the ring Dorothy pushed me to collect weeks before my wedding but I was reluctant as there is only a 30 day period to return incorrect size and my wedding was 30+ days away. She was pushy and was continually messaging my partner to come collect even though I had told Dorothy that I did not even feel comfortable wearing the ring before the wedding. The ring did end up being too large and I returned to exchange for a slightly smaller ring. Dylan again showed no interest in wanting to help and said the ring had a mark. I had only had the ring on 48hours max and while I agree there is a slight mark, there was unwillingness to see if it would polish out. Only solution was to pay an extra $400 to resize, on top of $2k already spent on the ring. When paying a premium there is an expected level of customer service both from the personnel in the shop and the company policies. In my experience both the people and company just want your money/commission and do not give a hoot about you. Interestingly, I bought my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band from House of Hung across the street and customer service there was impeccable. Avoid Tiffany’s at Ion, it’s not worth the “brand.” Only giving one star as Google doesn’t allow me to give zero……👎🏻

    Had the best experience there w my gf. We walked in to look at some specific pieces, and the SA, Miss Kitty, who attended to us, was warm and friendly. She showed us what we wanted and answered questions enthusiastically, and I was really blown away by her attentiveness and her service. Will definitely look for her the next time I walk in to buy something.

    I had a wonderful experience purchasing a tiffany bag via WhatsApp through Client Advisor Ms Cake Lyn. It was a fuss free journey. She was patient and prompt in responding to my queries and assisted me in my purchase. It was my first purchase from Tiffany and definitely will not be the last. I received the bag well and in good order eventhough I was not present physically during purchase. I am grateful for this delightful experience.

    Cake delivered impeccable service during my first visit to this outlet, for I was there to do exchange of jewellery during the warranty period. She totally deserves a raise. However, before cake serviced me, one of her male colleagues attended to me and he seem like he didnt know how to do his job as he couldnt answer most of my question, it is fine if he is a newbie.But.. He tore one of the packaging seal and deal with my jewellery very sloppily, this gave me alot of fustration wondering if the warranty will be voided and if he knew what he is doing with his client products. Tiffany and Co really need to educate their new staff properly and learn how to delivery good service in a boutique store, please up your game.

    One of the worst, if not the worst Tiffany & Co I went to. My wife wanted to get Elsa Peretti Large Bone Cuff but turned out that the Singapore Tiffany & Co won't even bother to bring them into Singapore. It's Christmas time and what better time could you choose? Walked in and was looked at if I was at a jewelry discounter! Their shop definitely looked like a regular jewelry shop in a suburb mall. My wife used to buy every once in a while from Tiffany & Co. But this was the last time. As my wife prefers Cartier around the corner. Always greeted friendly and treated as a respected customer. No knowledge about their products, as simple as what material the jewelry is made from. Friendliness? Non-existent. Went to Cartier and bought a diamond nail bracelet for $17,000+. At least I get quality and knowledge there. And dear Tiffany & Co, no need to send me your ambassadors number. As I won't waste my time or money on Tiffany products anymore!

    I visited this tiffany store at February to buy proposal ring and few smaller jewelery. Gina Siew who assisted me was pretty professional and friendly. She organised super fast 1 day ring resize service which saved my day. Also she did perfect job with tax refund which i easily applied at the airport on the way back. I really reccomend this place to buy high quality jewelery even with high price all the service cost this for sure. Happy and appreciate!

    My go to place for jewellery. They have some of the best designs, very modern and classy. Quality is great! Go for the pure gold or rose gold. Never tried the silver, it’s much cheaper but i’ve heard so much about it tarnishing it easily. I have a rose gold tiff that i wear all the time, even when i shower or sleep, and it hasn’t tarnished! When it gets less shiny, just pop by any of the tiff and they will polish it ina jiffy. Perfect!

    I would like to thank and appreciate Andy Yeo from the ION Tiffany & Co. branch for his professional, warm and excellent service rendered to my family and I. He shared many valuable advice about the item I would like to purchase and the after care Dos and Don’ts so that I could make the best choice on which design of bracelet I would like to have. Andy also patiently helped to ensure that the bracelet I am purchasing has no defects which I, as a customer, am very grateful for.     Staff are very friendly and provided excellent service. They were very nice to me throughout the whole duration I was in the store(unlike some places where the staff are snobbish just because they are working in what they regard as a high end store). Despite not buying anything, they remained friendly and even suggested to me other shops I could visit. The staff even told me the location and how to go down.

    Hi Madly, Ed proposed and I'm still super mesmerised by the final product! I still fondly recall how Maddy reserved this special gem to be shown last, and she didn't even need to convince us why this peacock blue stone is special. While we didn't shop at too many places, we both knew this is the one that we wanted. I love how the gem turns from dark turquoise green to sapphire blue when it catches the light, and how the gem sparkle off its own. Just like moments in a relationship when there are tough and dark times, the gem reminded me to be giving and calm, like the deep ocean. And i truly echo the statement, make Madly your last stop! Much love from us! ;)

    I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and service of the Madly Gems staff. The gem selection process was very thorough, transparent and informative. I was shown a wide selection of gemstones within my price range and colour choice and also told about the origin of each stone and how they were priced according to clarity and rarity. I never felt pushed or rushed into any decision. After selecting my stone, we then launched into the design consultation process where my designer, Hae Min, paid close attention to what I was looking for and drew inspiration from a few pictures I had shown her. I made a few changes to the design along the way and I found the process incredibly fun, creative and consultative. I am delighted with the final product and can’t wait to find another excuse to go back to Madly again. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    I had a customised ring made at Madly Gems and I’m really happy with the results! Renee was my ring designer, and she was great to work with. She listened to my preferences and suggested a design which I fell in love with. After I collected and paid for my ring, I also got a message from Renee the next day telling me that they had mistakenly charged me $100 more than what they should have, and I received a refund right away. I was really impressed with her honesty because I wouldn’t have known any better, and I had already paid for it and was happy with the ring. Thank you for the wonderful service!

    I had an amazing experience with Madly! I'm based in the US, so I had a Zoom call to meet Maddy the founder, and she was so so sweet and easy to work with! After, I was shown a bunch of different gems as my "main" stone, and the designers were so flexible and speedy in showing me new designs. I could not have been more pleased with how my bespoke ring came out! I also love how they are flexible with so many budgets, but can also come up with the most incredible designs with amazing stones! <3

    When I first entertained the idea of bespoke jewellery I was afraid it might be very expensive and out of reach. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it can cater to your budget and with Madly, the gems you get regardless of price range. are still of high quality. The whole experience was comfortable and fun in creating the piece of jewellery. The whole process will take a few months and I must say the wait is worth it. Love my first bespoke earrings. ❤️

    Try making an appointment with them! The moment you stepped, it’s friendly and comfortable environment or atmosphere or whatever you call it. They will get to know about your budget, any particular design, colours, stone or whatever it’s in your mind. No Pressure Selling from them at all. If you managed to pick something that you like, congrats you are gonna have a pleasant journey with them till you collect the piece of art. They will update you with an email on the design, and will give you a follow up WhatsApp at a later time telling you an estimated timeframe the jewellery will be completed.

    Been a Madly fan ever since I can remember and had always ogled at their beautiful creations, thinking how nice it would be for me to bespoke my very own family ring one day. But feeling clueless about gems and designs, I hesitated to make a move. Boy was I wrong to have waited and wished I jumped on the Madly wagon sooner! After gaining the courage, I contacted them. From the very first touch point via Instagram, to the gem and design selection and up until the collection of my bespoke family ring, I have never felt more welcomed, loved and beyond amazed at the product and services they have provided! Believe them when they say that their selection of gems are best seen in person. With the wide selection of only the very best quality gems and the array of colours, you will be spoiled for choice and blinded by the shine of all their precious gems! But having said that, trust that the team at Madly would guide you every step of the way. While I am sure the entire team is superb, I have had the honour and luxury of working with Libby on the design of my ring and the end product was (to me) very intricately designed and out of this world. Did I mention that the price they offer is worth every penny too?? At the end of it all, I truly feel that they deliver what they always preach; “We at MADLY, always wanting to give you the best”.

    It was my first time making bespoke jewellery and I decided to go with Madly after browsing their many beautiful designs on Instagram. I didn’t have much idea except that I wanted a birthday gemstone in grey spinel. Gina & Pauline were very patient with me and went through the whole process of understanding my budget and style, and also shared with me the different types of gemstones. I’m glad I went to Madly for my first bespoke ring and even as my first stop for bespoke jewellery.     When I contacted Madly, I was told to make them my last stop in my quest to get a birthday ring for myself. It was a request I thought was strange, but I understood it after a while. While on my journey to get my ring (is this starting to sound a little LOTR), it was only at Madly did I finally find the gem I liked, and in the design I wanted, down to the last detail. A bespoke ring is not something you can get immediately, but good things come to those who wait. Excellent service, beautiful ring. Truly a 5 star experience! ♡

The Madly team provided great advice to me on the gem selection and ring design, keeping to the budget I had.     A wonderful first experience at Madly Gems . Renee was very patient and attentive during the design process. She made sure the design sat well with me and made me feel comfortable telling her what I liked/disliked about certain styles. She contacted me even after we had confirmed the design to give some advice on how the ring could look better if we tweaked it further. This shows that she had put in a lot of thought into the design and she was genuine in wanting to create the best result for me. On top of that, she also made sure to work within my budget for the ring I needed to reset. The end product was so priceless, I love the ring very much and will treasure it forever.     My family wanted to gift my mother something special and splurge on her for her 60th birthday and we instantly thought of Madly! Maddy and team were quick to propose some really thoughtful and exquisite designs and the whole process of design to production went so smoothly, all within our budget. Maddy was incredibly generous with her time and effort, and thought of my mum at every stage, I was amazed at how genuinely kind the entire team was! Even though our request was a last-minute one and the piece didn't arrive till after my mum's birthday, they went the extra mile with a special card and bouquet of flowers just for her on the actual day. Needless to say, my mum loved everything! We were all absolutely blown away by the care Maddy and her team have shown for my mother, and appreciate very much all the effort that went into this.     Time spent in the Madly space always involves laughter and wonderful camaraderie. I remember meeting Maddy for the first time in 2016 where she took the effort to keep her appointment with me amidst her busy schedule even though I was only exploring and since that day, I’ve not looked back!     First of all, it was my first time going to the store and the atmosphere at the physical store was amazing and my boyfriend and I felt very welcomed not to mention that the store was also taking COVID-19 measurements seriously. I would also like to commend Mina as she helped my boyfriend and I with our purchase. She has also given us recommendations on my first Tiffany & Co. purchase and she also wrapped up my purchase really nicely.     We had a very disappointing experience. My wife purchased a Paloma Picasso Olive Leaf pendant just prior to moving to Singapore. Once my wife removed it from the box, she immediately noted that the chain portion was not attached to the clasp. I brought it to the local Tiffany outlet in ION Orchard. The staff immediately told me they could repair the connection, and looked up my wife's name in the database, establishing she was a customer. Then they proceeded to quote me $95 to repair the item. Two things prevented me from doing that. One, the necklace had never been worn. Second, the necklace only cost $225, so I thought the chain could be replaced less expensively. For a new item, I expected more from Tiffany's. I did reach out to their customer care, and got a response stating they would assist me and respond, but after a month I chose another route. Eng Tai Jewelry in Singapore repaired the item for $25, and did an excellent job. Very professional. Tiffany's, on the other hand, left we completely underwhelmed.

    Beautiful duplex with a wide range of Tiffany jewelry from $1 million Schlumberger high jewelry to affordable silver pieces. I believe this is their flagship store in Singapore. I've shopped enough at Tiffany to know they have high expectations for their staff so expect consistently positive experiences. In particular, I recommend Su Yan, who has a very positive attitude.

    Bought wedding bands from T&Co in 2005 and was told that we will get free resizing for life. Went for a resize 10 years ago and they honor their commitment then. Went for a resizing for my wife last week (Apr 23). This time, I was told it will cost ard SGD 420. I reminded them about their promise of lifetime unlimited free sizing and was told by staff that they do not have such policy. When I told them it is definite not true because I had one done FOC 10 years ago, they started to why I could have been a recipient of an one-off goodwill service. Long story short, I wasn't impressed or happy. I left and went to a proper jeweller for the resizing. Not just because the price is cheaper, but also because I want my money to be an income to people with more integrity. Now that I am older, I find myself wondering why I paid x 5 the price of a wedding band with no design expecting a Brand name to honour a service arrangement. I should have paid more for Cartier for the Cartier logo or went to a jeweller and got a plain old ring at a cheaper price.

    We were there Monday 15th May 2023 late afternoon, was ushered by a Malay staff at the door and informed that all the sales assistants were engaged and will have to wait. We were kindly given Evian water and ushered to be seated while waiting. Unfortunately after waiting without reason for about 20minutes and a having couple of sales assistants walking passed us but none seem willing to help. I felt that it was long enough of a wait and had lost the mood to shop for some earrings for my wife. My wife also agreed to leave, at the door the Malay gentleman whom gave us Evian water earlier was confused that we were not attended to, I told him no mood to buy already, screw this service!… we also saw that some people that walk- in or that were queuing behind were attended first. We were utterly disappointed. I actually have a contact of a sales assistant from a previous purchase that we bought some bangles from, but didn’t want to trouble her. Hence I bear the err of my mistake of wanting to shop at this store unannounced. And I won’t be visiting this outlet for a long time to come.

Especially the client advisor served me is Ms.Kate She is very friendly and easy to communicate with customer. She knows the customer's needs and recommends me. I also found the diamond ring I want.
