Bar Lounge Travel lounge

👍 Have visited this lounge on many occasions & have always found it to be excellent. This visit was not up to the usual standard, but still good. Taken away one star as there was only one sparkling wine available & no vegetarian curries. They did however make me a fresh vegetarian stir fry. The staff... One of the larger Qantas lounges around. Food choice is average but mainly taste pretty good for lounge food. Had chicken laksa and that was well made. Drink options are good too. Had the Barley Water and it was refreshing. Coffee was avaerage. Service is not bad, however you do get some lovely staff who go above and beyond to serve you food that is normally only served at the dining area. Welcome staff were great and understanding. Kudos to these members. Do take note of the business hours changes, this lounge opens at 2.30pm while some other lounges only open at 5pm.

An amazing lounge and sanctuary as the world recovers from covid. The rest of the airport looks quite sad now and a lot of shops are just shut, nothing like it used to be. The showers were amazing and they have a larger room for those with kids. There were some ikea chairs and tables for little kids tucked in a corner but nothing really to keep them entertained, and business men who sit a couple of chairs away shouldn’t be so fussy when children dare to make noise. There were plenty of seats to pick from

Love this lounge. I arrived at about 3pm and was one of the very few people in there. I had a choice of any type of seat I liked. It did get a lot busier from 4.30pm onwards. The staff are friendly and attentive and I was greeted and offered a drink as soon as I entered. I’m not sure they’d be able to offer that level of service once it fills up. When getting food from the buffet I was told by a staff member that I really had to try the laksa and she offered to order one for me and bring it to me, she wasn’t lying, it was very very good! Their signature cocktail menu is also really tasty. The wifi speed was great too as I still had some work to do.

Spacious but limited food and drinks choices- it feels like a domestic lounge instead . No champagne but entry level wines.. There are shower faculties . Do note there are boarding announcements. Having been to the SQ lounge in the same terminal, i will fly SQ for the lounge alone. Ps - try the tiger beer, it’s surprising good

World class lounge, great facilities including clean bathrooms and plenty of showers well provisioned for the peak usage. Delicious food and assorted drinks are available too. Cocktail options are a little short, I was expecting Singapore Sling to be on the list (for a lounge in Singapore), but unfortunately not. Overall the lounge experience was really good.

Plenty of different seating and areas make this lounge a pleasure whether you’re wanting to dine, relax or pop in for a flying visit. There’s a good range of food, particularly healthy options, with a small section of plates cooked to order in the main dining area. Seating in the lounge area is comfortable with plenty of charging sockets, lots of TV screens and there’s a decent amount of reading material provided too. With a welcoming reception from the entrance staff it’s a good lounge and I wouldn’t avoid it next time.

I think the Qantas Business lounge has ensured a standard of excellence and maintained it. Nice and spacious with comfortable lounges. Large amount of space...and a decent selection of food. The bar is an obvious standout but personally the staff are the reason this place is so good. Friendly polite and attentive with being over bearing. The lounge was in impeccable condition. It's clear everything is cleaned frequently. Great representation of the standard of Qantas should be achieving everywhere.

We have 2 complimentary Qantas lounge passes and blessed to be able to visit the Singapore business lounge...it was mind-blowing good! Also been to the one in Hong Kong but the Singapore one is a little better...food was good and the ambience was exceptional...the staff members were friendly and helpful...we had an awesome time having dinner and took shower here...everything was awesome!!!

Nice business lounge with showers available for long haul passengers. Chicken laksa with tofu and noodles as well as cumin beef bao made to order by a chef, a service bar and pretty much all you would need.

Great lounge with impeccable staff. Without a doubt the best lounge I've been to in Changi. Should note though this is the Qantas Lounge not the first lounge which is nearby. The first lounge is still closed and would be a step up. Cocktails are great and the laksa is one of the best I've had. Certainly better than the third party lounges. As of recently it's back to full self-serve buffet and made to order specials like laksa

Our first time in business lounge and enjoyed every minute. It was nice and relaxing whilst waiting for our late flight. The service was great and the food was fantastic. We had a great selection of mains and desert plus a soup. Can't wait to return.

One of the best Qantas lounges I’ve been to! Great selection of food with lots of local Singapore flavours and especially good vegetarian options. We tried the chef looked seafood laksa and it was as good as any we had in Singapore! Friendly staff and very efficient with cleaning the tables. We also had a shower here and the facilities were clean with towels and toiletries readily available.

Probably the best OneWorld business class lounge at Changi widely open to the OW status holders. (Note: QR lounge access is currently limited to C/F class passengers.) Spatious guest area with generous food selections. Adequate # of shower rooms which you can jump in without queueing.

We could enjoy the lounge access travelling back to Brisbane. We loved the food and services. Truly enjoy it!

Once you have lounge access there is no going back, due to coved and a change of job my frequent flying came to a stop. I now only travel for leisure, I found I really missed lounge access... so I brought a lounge pass for the year and it's completely worth it especially when waiting for connecting flights

The team’s commitment to providing outstanding assistance consistently enhances our travel experience. The staff, under Hun-Li's leadership, are always willing to help, displaying kindness, care, and attentiveness. Thank you for contributing to such a fabulous year, Singapore Qantas lounge team. The nicest of the three lounges I visited. The shower room was very nice. Lots of food choices and the staff was fantastic.

Great food, wine and snacks, from Asian to indian and salads. The deserts were amazing! Full bar / barista service. The chairs in the relaxing areas are really comfortable and have tons of charging options. The food area has comfy tables and chairs, which can accommodate a large amount of people Beware the lounge only opened at 3pm, whereas other lounges were open much earlier. The toilets are clean. Very well worth it!! Enjoy

Very pleasant. Staff are all welcoming and friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. There are plenty of cooked food options as well as salads and cold desserts. The spring rolls were delicious. Wine selection - there are plenty of options to choose from, but the quality isn't that great. There are plenty of places to sit. If you need to plug in electronic devices, there are plugs in the lounge/bar side, not the food side.

Respite renovations and numerous glowing reviews which one would wonder about their authenticity I find the Qantas lounge more like a cheap cafe and the standard of food is very basic and certainly not up with business class standards. The way they display the fruit and a bit of salad is reasonable but the quality of the food is poor and their hot food is cheap rubbish and failed dismally as far as business class lounges at Changi are concerned. If I had to compare the Qantas business class lounge at Changi Singapore it would be one of the worst lounge is available to customers. It bales dismally and wouldn't even get a 0 out of 10 compared to lounges like the Qatar Airways lounge the British Airways lounge the Emirates Lounge and that the lounge provides a large number of seats but there's limited power outlets a lot of the seats are old and fairly and comfortable and I wouldn't give it more than 1 out of 10 I definitely would not waste your time in here because the other lounges I have mentioned far superior and the cost cutting in poor quality food and garbage in this lounge make it a very uninviting unimpressive substandard lounge

Great lounge with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Food was delicious with plenty of choices. We enjoyed our time here before our flight.

Been here a few times now, service always friendly and attentive. Love being able to have a shower before a flight. Decent food selection with healthy options. Can get busy during peak times but it is quite spacious so you don't feel cramped next to people.

Way better and bigger than Syd or Mel, excellent bar and authentic local food. Shower facility can be a little better, but Changi Qantas business lounge is well above average lounge.

Seriously Qantas... you need to start supporting Australian (and decent) gins rather than serving gordons or beefeater (both of which are very poor gins compared to what's out there these days).. I mean you can serve a decent Whisky but not a decent Gin??? That said the food was lovely and hit just the spot before getting on a red-eye.

Terrific lounge. There is ample seating, you will not be left standing, so much seating space. Service is extrememly attentive, with staff regularly passing by to ask for drink refills and to clean up plates and glasses. Their Sparkling wine was absolutely top notch (I was convinced it was champagne). Must visit if you have access. Greath selection of food too.

👍 This is a really big lounge with lots of food options and seating areas. There are showers as well. Our flight was at around 11pm and the lounge was packed. Lots of people finding seats and tables. Food options were great with a large section, self services mainly. Good drinks options too!

👍👍 Possibly the best lounge at Terminal 4. Way ahead of Blossom or Plaza Premium. At Cathay, we used to say the wanton mee can't go wrong. Here I beg to differ. Perhaps in Singapore only the Singaporean thing works. Best here is the Lor Mee and Laksa. Wanton Mee and Chicken rice both can give it a miss...
