I want to give it 5 stars, as it has one of the best system (especially the mics) in the market. But we were told that that keys of songs cannot be adjusted (eg., + 1 , - 1 key etc) in the big rooms (small rooms can adjust), and it defeats the purpose of going to karaoke. I will never patronize this place again with big crowds for big room until they fix it, which is the very basic of karaoke clubs.

This place is nice and all but my experience wasn't great. Was charged extra, late beer tower thus we were extended 30mins but the one that made me give this a 2 star rating was this: They cut the song as soon as the time is up. Of all the Karaoke places in Singapore, this shocked me as none of the Karaoke places in Singapore would cut you as your time is up. They(the rest of the karaoke) would allow your last song to be sung in full. This place just cuts....

Really loved the place so much so that it became one of my usual hangout place! The manager (Alan) and staffs there are all very polite and friendly and they also have good sound system and the newest song choices (one of the reason I frequent there). My friend also took on one of their birthday package and held her birthday party there a few months ago, the staffs there helped to decorate the room very nicely. 😍

Been to all their outlets and me and my friends really love their good quality sound systems and also return visit to sing! love also their design innovative rooms with different theme n moving walls designs! Best when ur singing infront some rooms have the MTV casted on the opposite wall! Not forgetting their service is amazing.. team of staff always efficient and friendly to sort out out request even is last minute changes l!

Sound system is good and the rooms are clean! Service there is excellent and they go the extra mile - I made a reservation for a friend’s birthday and checked if I could bring in a cake, little did I expect their manager Alan to take the initiative to decorate the room knowing that it was a birthday celebration. Definitely highly recommend!

Have different type of cute room theme. Ambiance and surrounding are insta-worthy~ They even provide free birthday decorations. Highly recommended especially for those that want to have an event hosted here or party celebration.

I am born an introvert with toad like warbles. Singing should be the very last unimaginable thing on my bucket list should anyone know me, until the day came when a hot and cool friend dated me out for a little drink n singalong catch up session. After just 2 glass of whiskey soda (i'm terrible with drinks!) and tons of encouragement, i decided to sing my first song. I walked over to the extremely tech savvy and easy to use console to get my song in queue. I wanted to sing something young and current to conceal my actual age and what really knocked the socks off me is that they DO have indeed a whole repertoire of new songs to choose from and i was spoilt for choice!!! My song came on shortly after and i gave it my all despite the sweaty palms from the intense nervousness. And lo and behold!! The incredible sound system and the superlative microphone made my voice sound like a nightingale which gave me the ultimate morale boost and an additional add on to how immensely impressive this KTV is. To further reiterate, the service here is impeccable. The staff were all friendly, efficient and delighted to serve. Should my memory not fail me, i would like to do a special mention to the branch's manager - Alan. His utmost professionalism and warm personality is the epitome of what true service is all about. All in all, im in awe of what this KTV has to offer and this first outing has definitely etched something beautiful in my memory. I WILL definitely be back. I'm sure.

My go to place with my kakis when we wanna sing. Their service is consistently gd regardless the outlets we go. Service staff are always friendly and helpful. Kudos to the effort in creating different themes for the rooms so it's always a surprise when u step into the room. Sound system is top class and song selection is easy to navigate. Suntec outlet even has a room where u can experience VR rides. For the bold, u can sing into the bigger than life mic at the entrance. Even if u don't sing w it, it makes a worthy IG shot ?

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Alan for the excellent service he provided me since more than a year. He is very professional and provides extra mile service to customers. He displayed a great customer service in a line of customer service philosophy. I enjoyed the singing with the good karaoke system at k star. Good place for fun gathering with friends and family. Went with my friends and have booked the Deluxe room. Room atmosphere and sound was good but the price wise is quite expensive for a 4 hours session. Staff needs to be trained properly in explaining about the packages as I asked what does $588++ comes with and how many liquor can we order. The staff said 任选。So to me and my friends we were oh. Can just order any bottles and it will be at the price of $588++ and the staff said yes. So we ordered a beer tower and a bottle of liquor first to kick start our gathering. We were actually having fun and 3 hours is too short so we extended an hour more and gotten another beer tower and a bottle of liquor. When the session ended, the bill amounted to $800+ which came to a shock for everybody.. We thought prolly will be $700ish with the additional hour room charge added on. The staff who gave the bill them explained that the receptionist prolly explained it wrongly and it was min spending of $588++, so liquor etc ordered is based on ala carte pricing, so well.. No choice just pay.. With this amount of spending, we thought maybe the staff might allow us to stay longer than usual but no the song cut off on time. Will reconsider again on whether to head back to sing in future. Will prolly prefer to spend this amount at a club.
