Very nice setup. We sat outdoor with a cloudy weather and 2 huge blow fan, it is really nice. Ann was really helpful and provide excellent recommendations. Ann also helped us to decide on the menu where we go with blind taste and but had the main change from fish to lamb. The cocktails are all very nice too. The portion are just right and not too heavy for 2 person, some as other review, price is on the high side but for a special occasion … worth it. Thank you again.

Very impressed with this venue. Great garden and farm setting, very tranquil and green so feels calming from the moment you arrive. Service was very attentive and friendly. We visited in a group so went with the waiter’s recommendations. We were fed a wide range of delicious, fresh and unique dishes. Standout dish was definitely the cauliflower which were crunchy, sweet and tangy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. Beautiful spot, would definitely recommend. I think best to visit in a small to medium size group as most dishes designed to share and means you can try more of the food!

This place is always booked out, so advanced reservations are highly recommended. It's a great weekend family brunch place with a sizable playground and sand pit for kids to have some outdoor fun. The compound is big with lots of areas for kids to explore. It's a nice space with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The service is on point with a very attentive and warm team of wait staff. However, the food is not as good as I'd hoped, especially for the prices they charge. Overall, lovely space, good service, very kid friendly, OK food, high prices.

The food served was simple and good. I can't say it was fantastic, but I can feel its freshness. The big size man was a little bit rude. Other female waitresses were very polite tho. I loved the surroundings and environment. All the greens around makes you feel good.

Very tasty food in a lovely setting. Portions were a little small, so make sure you order enough but the tastes were fabulous. A very cozy atmosphere that didn’t feel crowded. The service was very friendly and the advice was excellent.

Had a great dinner here, next time I’ll get here earlier so I can do the tasting menu. Love the farm to table concept, and the food was lovely and light and fresh. Great cocktails (I had the Blue Pea Gin drink), and then the cauliflower wings. Short rib was yummy, as were the potatoes and the pesto pasta. Refreshing coco is and mango dessert. Yum!

Our second visit at this charming restaurant as we wanted to try their December festive menu altogether with our own celebration. Food selections were great, fresh ingredients and everything except the corn was flavorful and beautifully presented. The salmon ikura appetiser and beef udon were memorable. Eggnog desert was a bit sweet but resembled the actual beverage. Well done :) The only minor downside is the staff miscalculated our food bill by +$50 but quickly corrected it after we pointed it out. Nonetheless the staffs were super friendly and kept checking if food was okay. Perhaps always double check the bill.

Best cocktail in Singapore, Australia and Borneo! Their small plates can vie for Michelin star and their desserts are amazing too! Service standards are also excellent in spite of a full house. I had an entirely vegetarian lunch from the set menu and I love it! Happy National Day!

Partner attended a wedding here and mentioned food was good. We visited recently and the weekend brunch was nothing to shout about. Service was also lacking. Made a reservation at 12.45pm but was only seated at 1ish with a long line of people waiting. After being seated, we also had to wait to get the server’s attention before we could order. Dinner menu looks better though.

I am sitting at Open Farm community and wondering why I never came here earlier! The food is great (barbecued Cauliflower, blood Orange dessert, corn on the grill, fish and chips for kids ) and the farm cocktails are refreshing. Service is super friendly, and the general vibe of this place is fun. Rooster/cat spotting comes free!

Visited in Jan 2024 for lunch/brunch Really good food and some very fine cocktails too. We decided to try the set lunch menu ($52 for 3 courses) and the portion sizes were big enough to be quite full by the end of the meal. Our favourite dishes were the the salmon sashimi among starters, and the pan roasted chicken leg among the mains. Align the cocktails, I loved the ‘Pandan’ and ‘Curry Leaf’ Service was decent. This place is a definite recommendation for all SG residents

A tranquil little oasis in the middle of the bustling island. I’ve been here on multiple occasions. I can find no flaws about this place. Same positive tone from most of my friends and colleagues I come here with too. Tried most of the stuff on the menu. I love the aesthetics of the menu book! And of course the organic array of food is mind-blowing. If this is what “clean, healthy eating” should be, then I can eat here every day (except maybe it won’t be too good for my wallet, LOL). Plus points: Yummy food, great ambiance, friendly service (especially the Venezuelan server). Not-so-positive points: Not all staff are equally friendly. The others must all learn customer service skill from the Venezuelan.

Nice cafe with greenery in the middle of concrete jungles. Very cozy and the ambience was perfect. There were not a lot of food options when we visited. Overall the food was with good quality and greens obviously were very fresh. Hot chocolate was too sweet. Staffs were not attentive. We always needed to call to clear the table and fill the water and etc

Overall, I like it but I wouldn't say I was wow-ed by it. Fish was too tough, chocolate cake too flat taste-wise. Thought the food preparation could've brought out the freshness of the ingredients better. Service was exceptional though!

The food quality here is top-notch. All our orders - Pesto pasta, fish and grilled chicken were delicious. This place is short walk away from Botanical Gardens. There is also play area for kids. It’s a must visit. ✅

Overall experience is good, but nothing to be wowed. Cauliflower tastes good. Fish portion is small. Beef rib ok. Food wise I prefer the French food we ate the day before at five. Environment wise I think Coastal Settlement is of more fun. But here also quite Cosy. Staff are friendly.

The restaurant needs a revamp/renovation because it looks very tired. Seems like nothing has changed for years. The brunch menu is pretty limited when you compare it to other places like Wild Honey. Portions are small for their prices. Wouldn’t come back.

We ordered the eggs in a basket and the carbonara. Of the two, the eggs in a basket was so much better. I loved the mushrooms on the sourdough bread. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and one of the nicest bread I’ve had anywhere. The pork in the carbonara was good though. The place has a nice atmosphere and there’s a farm area around the restaurant that’s nice to walk around.

Nice environment! Foods are on the high side. We spent an average of $55++ per pax for coffee and one main. Staff very attentive especially one of the big guy with tattoo. Not sure why this restaurant named Open Farm Community where I thought I’ll be surrounded by farm or so 😂...

Was here for a wedding a couple years back and been wanting to return— finally did! The atmosphere was great for a quiet and intimate dinner catch-up with friend. Dishes were great but rather small in portions; ordered 4 dishes + 2 desserts for sharing to have just filled the two of us up. Nonetheless, absolutely beautiful dishes! Hoping to be back soon for more!

First time visit, we were 2 adults and 2 kids. When we arrived, we were served with a smile from the front staff. Told to wait 5 minutes till they get the table ready. Joseph (manager) was really nice to manage us to get a standard table instead of a high table (where we placed earlier) Good menu for kids and adults. Ordered fish and chips for kids. They loved the fish, very light battered and crispy. We ordered the hanger steak, and steak can only be served as medium cook. Which is quite annoying when someone may prefer medium rare or other options. The steak portion is literally three pieces, not worth $42. Extensive drinks menu, ordered a lemongrass cocktail, which was very refreshing. Overall service, ambience is nice. Bit disappointed with the steak portion and pricing.

Outstanding for a combination of food, service & atmosphere! The surprise of each bite from the dishes we ordered brings pleasure to our palate! So glad we finally made it here! The sashimi starter was so pretty & refreshing! It was a good start to what the rest of the dishes might bring. Certainly kept us looking forward! The Barramundi and steak were good portions. Tasty & rich! Even the sides of roasted potatoes & salad was unique & not like other side dishes common in many restaurants!! The richness of the meal was kept in balance with the 3 types of Guava dessert! Sour but blended together made for a truly refreshing end! Appreciated the excellent service from Michelle who is a keeper!! She’s good at what she does & would love to be a PR here especially since this has been home for over a decade! An asset indeed! Finally, i love the humour on their notice board! Reading it brings a chuckle to me. After all, good work requires needed rest to be refreshed! Certainly this is a place worth repeating!! We look forward to trying other items on the menu!

This restaurant is truly out of the way but it’s really worth coming for the food & ambience!! Went on a Monday evening to celebrate a lovely friend’s birthday. Ambience was perfect - peaceful and quiet, with all the lovely nature vibes. Really good for catch ups and even to host a bigger group! All the food we had were full of flavoursss I can’t even choose a favourite here cos they were all so yums! Please try them all if you could~ For 2, we had Sourdough Focaccia, Spicy Grilled Corn, Hay Smoked Baby Potatoes with Kombu Cai Poh, Roasted Barramundi and Chocolate Sake Fondant. For cocktails we had Pandan and Marigold! Pandan is literally Bengawan Solo in your mouth haha but in a good way! There’s so much more I would love to try on the menu so I will be back for sure!

Back to this place for the second time to try their festive lunch menu. Their set lunch menu goes for $42++ for 2 courses and $52++ for 3 courses. We tried their pan roasted Hokkaido scallop with candied yolk ($8 add on) which tasted really good but we could not taste the yolk. For mains we tried their pan roasted chicken keg. The leg was so well cooked, as it was juicy and tender. We also had their braised oxtail udon ($6 add on). The udon was chewy and al dente. For dessert we had their Mont Blanc mille-feuille which is a miss. They have better desserts to order so pick another. This place has a great ambience. The surrounding garden is interesting. But the service could be a lot better. Overall, definitely worth a try.

Made a reservation for 12:45pm lunch. Was slightly late but they called to double check and kept our reservation. Was for a birthday celebration and it’s my second visit here. Their menu changes time to time and I have not tried their current menu before. Ordered 3 mains and all 3 mains are VERY good. Come and try for yourself. Staffs there are friendly and welcoming, one even joined for a birthday song for my friend. Overall, another good experience with Open Farm.

Firstly, the service was impeccable - the staff are very polite and have the most pleasant demeanour, they don’t interrupt or incessantly ask how the meal is but give you space to enjoy your meal with your company. Loved it. Secondly, the timing and speed of service is perfect - it’s not too slow that you’re left hungry and wondering when the next dish is coming, and it’s not too fast that you don’t have enough time to savour the dish and let it sink while enjoying your company and the ambience between dishes. Thirdly, the food is just, I mean, the pictures say a lot. It’s as much a burst of flavour in your mouth as it is colourful - which is a huge plus because it’s a feast for your eyes as well. You can tell that the ingredients they use are fresh and it just enhances every flavour and the overall experience. The portions are also perfect. My date and I each got the 3-course weekday lunch set for $43+ per pax - which comes with a glass of red or white or bubbly for $10. That way were able to share and try more dishes. Price wise, I would say it’s appropriate to the quality and quantity of the food and the service provided. 100% would recommend for special occasions or dates, because the ambience is also lovely.

Booked for 11am which had only brunch menu, hence this review on the food is confined to their brunch menu. Ordered beer battered sea bass - extremely small portion (equivalent of 3 fish bites) and waitress could recommend that it will not be filling. There was no carbs sort of sides to order like truffle fries to make it filling. Ordered flat white as a drink (normal milk) and had a really ugly coffee art. Coffee tasted odd as well. Admittedly they don’t specialize in coffee so if you want coffee I would recommend just going to the TB bakery beside after your meal. Worst part though - friends ordered the beef burger, one ordered normal beef one ordered impossible (I.e VG). They served 2 impossible instead and when we raised that it was supposed to be 1 normal beef, the waiter was extremely pushy to ‘give it a try as he had both and felt the impossible is way better’ although the body language of my friend would already show he wasn’t keen. The waiter only came back right at the end when he was clearing our plates to ask how was the burger which my friend felt he would have preferred a normal burger which would be more juicy. TLDR, good ambience, quality of food is as expected for the price but definitely wasn’t filling for me and not exceptional. Could do better with coffee and availability of sharing sides.

Restaurant is rather busy during weekend. Reservation is recommended if you plan to come on weekend. We love that surrounding of the restaurant is very green and lush. As for food, thumbs up for the quality and taste. But would have been nice if the portion of protein is larger. My friend ordered the barramundi and he finished the fish in 3 bites.

A fine dine cuisine experience in a farmhouse style restaurant. Great ambiance, surrounded with green. It does get a bit noisy since pets are allowed outside. The kitchen supplies are sourced locally hence the food tastes fresh including meat, poultry and fish. The chef has done a great job with the food presentation and the food tastes very good. The only disappointment was, my family was hungry after we got home :). After paying 30/40 dollars for each main, you would expect a fulfilling meal but the portions are extremely small, to an extent that my 8 years old was hungry after ordering an adult size main course. The chef should consider this, it can make things challenging for 1st timers to order here. The waiters should advise customers on the portions and help them to order adequately. A family of 4 with 2 kids, we ordered 3 mains, 1 side order, 1 child meal, 1 starter with few drinks costing us 175 dollars. The waitress serving us outside was extremely hospitable.

What I liked about this place: (1) great view and cute interior design; (2) all ingredients are locally sourced and they do taste SO FRESH; (3) they use steel straw (no plastic straws please)!!! What I did not like : (1) Very popular so it is hard to get a table, we got an appointment for 2pm lol which may not be a disadvantage for some people; (2) noise environment; (3) hard to get attention from the waiters (they are too busy); (4) my food was really yummy, but a bit greasy, which was also the complain of a friend about her food.

Great food, wine and had a nice meal here yesterday. Although one female member of staff was warm, friendly and hospitable, unfortunately the rest of the service staff were very slow to top up our wine, water or even check if everything was okay. The restaurant was half full or less so this was surprising. We had to put our hands up continuously and hold them up to wave in order to summon staff over multiple times. I also saw a table outside who were ignored for at least 10 minutes whilst they waited for service, which i spotted. So i flagged staff down to go and help them. They also did not ask or check if our table needed anything throughout which was very poor. Not sure what is going on with the service staff but this is the reason for 3 rather than 4 stars. The Salad starter with tomatoes and ricotta was delicious. The soup was also very well balanced with strong coconut flavours. I would recommend the Spring Chicken and Pesto Pasta mains. All of the desserts were good, however the 'Lime in the Coconut' was a clever reconstruction and beautifully presented using sea coconut and keffir lime. Light, sweet, a little tart and flavourful - The real star of the show! Definitely order this and give it a try.

Ordered the smoked chicken flatbread, and it seemed like a satirical take on murtarbak. Shredded chicken and cheese was inside, and it didn’t seem to align with the restaurant theme which was farm to table/fresh food. Cost me $26++. To be fair, my friend’s deep fried barramundi ($28++) was done well, and the batter was light and crisp without being oily.

My family and I had a very bad experience dining in Open Farm Community. Service did not match the food. They could not comprehend simple English and even senior staff was rather impatient to serve.Staff seemed not to be trained. Knowledge of the current menu was poor and the online menu was outdated. Hygiene was very poor from waiter as well. 3 attempts to get tea correct but soya milk curdled in the tea. Recommendation for food was extremely poor especially when you are visiting for the first time. Food was average and could have been better with proper recommendation. Operation director was not very helpful when we called to complain. There was an air of arrogance and he could not take constructive criticism. He did not seem to take too much concern with customer’s feedback nor was he showing interest in repeated business. Why go here when the price tag is almost the same as some where fars more exclusive. This restaurant was far too expensive for what what it was worth. It was a total ripoff. Food & service did not match the price tag. We will not be referring friends and family to this restaurant sadly.

To be honest we were very excited about this place when we have read about it on the internet but when we have arrived on the spot it was a restaurant like any other though pricier, the location is superb because it's huge for Singapore, the garden is beautiful and there is plenty of place to sit for a drink if you want to be away from the restaurant's noise. The food that you order is to share, it's not designed for individual portions and it's good but not something out of the ordinary and those rolled zucchini you can see in the picture were absolutely horrible, other than that the food was good. I gave it 3 stars because the food and the staff was not up to the venue's poch standard and price range they'd want to sell themselves.

The food tastes fresh and good(least you'd expect for the price) but there isnt much of an open farm feeling at all. The place is actually quite crammed and not suitable for easy, open and relaxed dining at all - as you'd expect from a place that calls themselves an open farm community.

Freshest salad I’ve ever had in Singapore. Main was decent but the starters were amazing. Especially the breaded okra tempura. The waiter said the okra was grown in their own garden. Personally, I think the thunder sounds inside the men’s toilet reminded me of Jurassic Park from 1993, and I almost fully expected a T-Rex to eat me whole. Made for a fantastic experience.

OFC has very lovely ambience at night with the fairy lights providing starry like lighting. Service was great and responsive. Food is great-somewhat of Asian fusion. There is vegetarian, gluten free options. Cauliflower wings(veg) is highly recommended and so is the Barramundi. Soft shell crab pasta is very tasty and portion is decent

A lovely, premuim restaurant that gives you the experience of eating while seated in nice, green surroundings. The restaurant is all about clean and green eating and the ambience does justice to the overall theme. But its not just all ambience. The food is marvelous - presentation, portion, taste; the staff was warm. Were helped in particular by Mr. Nino who was helpful. It's popular with the local crowd so do book a table before heading there. Highly recommended. A meal for 3 cost me 140$ (incl glass of wine, soup, 1 starter and 3 mains).

Love the ambience which has outdoor and indoor seating. Unfortunately we did not reserve so was seated outdoor during the day. It was rather humid so requested to be moved indoors if there was a space but the waitress did not do so later or totally forgot about it. Food was OK not super great. We did like the dessert of the set meal and appetiser plus side. Service was average.

V disappointing with the food served ! Main courses choices were very limited and not interesting so we went for a set of 5 course dinner, hoping to have better surprises on the set meal. Nevertheless, it was indeed disappointing with the all the 4 courses meal served except the last one on the dessert, it was merely just ok. Consider too costly for the 5 course meal served with local fusion food... 1st course Popish, 2nd - Crispy Potato,, 3rd - cold dish pork, 4th - fried mee goreng and 5th - orange taste dessert....Definitely not worth for the high price paid at nearly $100 per person for such 'local hawker food' served in a restaurant and the taste of the food was v poor!

I was there for lunch today. I had ordered the set lunch menu that had a very nice starter-Ceviche (For the Ceviche, it is 5 stars but other food 3 stars) However, my main was disappointing -Barramundi It was too salty, I sent it back but it still came back salty (but edible this time). However, I am now drinking Camomile tea to quench my thirst. Dessert was gooeyly sweet -The guava sorbet topped with coconut cream and some sickly sweet sea coconut (I think with gula melanca?) Service was good.

Tucked away in a corner off the main Dempsey stretch lies a true gem! Thoroughly enjoyed this culinary experience. OFC has easily some of the best farm-to-table food I’ve ever tried. It is healthy, fresh, and delicious. I really recommend the Ceviche and Cauliflower Wings. Servers were very attentive and knowledgeable. Paul, in particular, took the trouble to get us some really nice photos. There was a slight delay in getting our food, but the staff provided an explanation for it and also offered complimentary desert without prompting. Great place to be transported to a true urban farm with all the frills and with no fuss. Perfect for a date night!

Cozy little restaurant that is sitting in the middle of the woods, totally love the chillax ambience and atmosphere here. Staff were friendly and food was relatively interesting and freshly made, although portion size is alittle on the smaller end and waiting time takes a while. Items used are mostly environmentally friendly and sustainable. Damage for 4 pax is $230, but will definitely drop by once in while.

It was a dinner for 4. Ordered: 1. Chicken for 2 (portion is decent sized) 2. Fish (can’t recall the name but it’s quite fresh according to my wife) 3. Soft shell crab spaghetti (don’t really like laksa taste) 4. Watermelon-strawberry smoothie (healthy choice, no sugar 👍🏻) 5. 2 starters (love the duck paste with a dish of mustard, berries and zucchini pickles) 6. Chocolate cake - good for sharing for 2 Do check out the toilet - don’t know why but when you closes the door, you’ll hear thunder sound from their speaker within the toilet (special experience?) Wallet damage: $202 Food taste: 4/5 Service experience: 4/5 Toilet experience: 5/5 with Jurassic Park tour feel

I love the farm to table concept here for their food. It's also a very hidden gem. Feels like you're on a holiday when you get here. It doesn't even feel like Singapore. The food in general is good and better than most cafe places for brunch. Standouts to me were the desserts as I haven't had a lot of dragonfruit type desserts. For dinner, they have a tasting menu too with a very reasonable price. Overall, I recommend it as it's a nice atmosphere.

  • 3/5 Lau Belle L. 3 years ago on Google
Thoroughly enjoyed the barramundi... and their cauliflower“steak-wings”... tasted really lovely! However, am not too sure if it warrants that kind of pricing for the really small portion (fish felt like it was less than 100g). Also, all the staff were really friendly, except (and ironically), the male host who came across rather aloft hmmm....

Sustainable food with most local ingredients from Singapore. Love how they present the dish and the open kitchen concept, also food is great but little pricy. Their menu is concise but with good vegetarian option. Worth a try and you can book the outdoor seat in advance to enjoy the food in greenery :)

A beautiful enclave easily accessible from Dempsey Hill's entrance, harmoniously accompanied by the busy sounds of the crowd. Avocado Mango Shake was not too sweet - it's as if the thick milk was dancing with the shy mangoes in my mouth. Barramundi was above average. Will be back to try more dishes.

Everything tastes amazing. Ingredients were so fresh, the dishes are beautifully designed, plus a farm view like this, omg it’s just a great experience overall. Food potion might seems small, but actually it’s quite filling. Recommended to order little by little. The potato side dish is a surprise for us, it tastes so good that exceeded our expectations! Open farm community is now my favourite restaurant in town !!❤️

We had a really great dinner experience last night. Below are the dishes that I love the most. 1. Tomato salad was super refreshing and delicious, it was the ricotta cheese that took the dish to the next level. 2. The mushrooms tortellini was phenomenal. The portion is small but for me it was just right. The best mushroom pasta I’ve had in Singapore. 3. The corn chowder soup was great but nothing spectacular. I didn’t really like the eggplants as it was a bit too salty for me. The cauliflowers were amazing though. I would definitely come back to try other vegetarian dishes.

Visited here for Saturday morning brunch, without reservation around 12. Need to wait for 10-20mins for a seat. Recommend to make reservation before. Food tasted unexpectedly amazing. Flavorful and fresh. Definitely recommend the beef open sandwich. The free flow rosé Prosecco is quite fresh and nice. However I think the crew is quite busy in general and sometimes you need to wait a while for the service. Ambiance wise is perfect as you can walk around in the garden and enjoy some of the nature around (chicken, lizard, squirrels, dogs)

Don’t be mislead by the restaurant’s name. The food here is fine, well presented, tasty & delicious. They also have a good selection of wines to choose from. Surrounded by farm vegetables grown just outside the restaurant. Ambience inside is very relax & comfortable, especially at night. Service staff are friendly, attentive & accommodating.

Food is delicious and dining environment is comfortable. Prawns are fresh and cooked in rich sauce. Fried cauliflower wings are great appetizer. Not on the menu is beef short ribs, the meat is very soft and juicy, melt in the mouth.

First of all, I disagree with any review that states the food from this establishment is not fantastic. Second, you can beg to differ just because I had the lunch feast - and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Spoiler alert: some of the photos featured are part of this wonderfully crafted meal, curated for those who know and appreciate spices, herbs and natural ingredients. Even so, don't be fooled by its appearance. The textures and flavours might surprise you. The best way to enjoy the lunch feast is to anticipate, taste and appreciate how much time the chefs have spent to make it work. (Stop gossiping about others, savour your food and start complimenting the chef and staff!) Every bit of ingredient, garnish and spice lends familiarity and novelty at the same time - what a gastronomic paradox! Thank you Open Farm Community - for the food, refreshing Mango n Mint mocktail, recommendations and hospitality. I also took the opportunity to admire the rooster and the simple centrepiece greens on every table. I will return, with higher expectations.

Great restaurant! Food are overall delicious, signature cauliflower wing is really yummy. Duck confit is well seasoned and grilled with crispy skin. Salmon are roasted with a good twist. Octopus and ceviche are well loved by all. Desserts are good as well. Very friendly and attentive services. Easy with reservation with phone call. Recommend for large group dining, both indoor and outdoor settings have good atmosphere.

Not sure it was fortunate or unfortunate that they changed their menu. The only item that stood out with their corn (reminded me of Batam Bridge Corn) and the purple cocktail. Service staff needs to know how to recommend food and explain what the food is especially when you don't understand what's written on the menu.

We had an amazing farm tour for 10$ per person, staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and we got to taste various veggies and herbs directly from the garden, kids friendly activity to enlighten about where food comes from. Got to take some seeds and even a seedling home🧡🧡🧡 after that we ate at the restaurant where staff was also very kind, food was prepared fast, however it was difficult to choose what I wanted to eat- not impressed with menu options, we ended up having kid’s cheese pasta, eggs in basket and barramundi with 2 delicious and aesthetically looking coffees and fresh $10 orange juice! 🙈 overall paid $110 which was a bit too much for what we got in my opinion. However staff were amazing, surroundings nice and wild and shaded kid’s playground made it all worth it.👍

A small restaurant which only open from 6pm. I have ceviche which is nice and with a pop cracker. Also ordered the tortellini as it have the lionhead mushroom, however it’s too salty for me. My friends have the salmon and duck leg mains which is nicely done. The focaccia we think it’s kinda disappointing. For drinks, I have the mango soda and my friend have the house garden tea. Feedback from my friend the house garden tea is fragrant but bland like plain water. They have a kids menu and their menu do change from time to time. One thing I love they use the ingredients from their garden which is super fresh. Great place to visit, away from the city. Close to Dempsey too. Highly recommend the fried cauliflower.

Easy to get a reservation one week out. Value for money if you go for the set course. Otherwise, it is a little pricey for what it is. They do get busy during lunch so expect a long wait time for the food to arrive (we waited half an hour for our appetiser). Their menu gets updated regularly. Ok taste and the portion was a little small. A big plus, it's right next to Tiong Bahru Bakery so you can stop by for some pastries later. There is some parking up front but quite limited space. You can find additional free parking up the hill, a small walk away.

Came to try the new menu and was pleasantly surprised! It’s a much wider range of menu with varieties achieving the absolute balance of flavours. Particularly fancy the ceviche and the ‘upgraded’ version of coconut sugar panna cotta! Great place for communal dining and wonderful selection of cocktails too. Service crew was welcoming and will definitely be coming back for more!

I recently visited Open Farm Community in Dempsey Hill, Singapore, for a Sunday lunch, and I had a delightful experience. Firstly, it's worth mentioning that parking outside the restaurant is free, although the slots are limited, so it's wise to plan accordingly. Upon arrival, I noticed that the place got crowded quite quickly, which is a testament to its popularity. For starters, I tried the focaccia bread with butter, and it was a treat. The combination of olive oil, salt, and flavored butter created a fantastic flavor profile. It was a promising start to the meal. The Kaya latte was another highlight. It had a lovely hint of sweetness from the coconut jam (kaya), and the presentation was visually pleasing. It's clear that they pay attention to the details. For my main course, I opted for the OFC classic burger, and it did not disappoint. The burger was juicy, and the accompanying fries were flavorful. The plating was also well-executed, adding to the overall dining experience. Due to the crowd, I had to be seated outdoors since the indoor seats were reserved. However, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise because the outdoor seating provided ample natural light for food photography, which I appreciated. The crew at Open Farm Community was efficient and friendly, contributing to the positive atmosphere. Considering the location and quality of food, I found the prices to be reasonable. Open Farm Community in Dempsey Hill offers a wonderful dining experience. Be sure to reserve a table, especially during Sunday lunch hours, to secure your spot. Whether you're a food enthusiast or simply looking for a nice meal, this place is definitely worth a visit.

A perfect lunch with my family after a visit to the Botanic Gardens. My kids loved their pasta from the kids menu, and devoured their roasted 1/4 chicken. Super juicy—I tested it. I enjoyed my 2 course menu of salmon sashimi followed by udon cacio e Pepe. The farmers selection cocktail was delicious as well. Love the concept!

Super dreamy interior. Very Berkeley-farm to table-slow food vibes. I’d imagine that it’s lovely to tour during the daytime for brunch hour, too. Food is also complexly layered in flavor and presented creatively. But as with any of these types of small plates restaurants, you’ll need to order a lot more than you think to be full. My group of three ordered at least six items and probably could’ve kept going. Food comes out fast, though, so don’t feel rushed to order everything at once.

A very cosy and charming brunch place in SG and it was a refreshing experience. The outdoor sitting overlooking the garden is a nice touch and makes you feel at home. Menu had interesting choices. Dietary restrictive choices like gluten/dairy free was limited but the staff was accommodating and willing to take requests. The gluten free pasta was delicious and portion size was good too.
