This is a reasonable indoor children's play area. With lots of activities for all ages. Be warned that even on weekdays, the 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. slot gets sold out by lunch time. It is highly recommended to buy the tickets in advance. Also, if you intend to use the skating rink, then you need to wear laced up shoes as sandals will not suffice as per their regulation. This location also has a very convenient locker service that is free, in case you need to store shoes and other valuables. I am talking one star because they need an adult ticket even for reasonably older kids as a chaperone.

So glad it managed to comeback after covid! Its one the best indoor sports play for under 12. Space is well kept clean and tidy, queues can be quite long on weekends so best to purchase on line before. Will be even better that staff can put on wrist tags while waiting at door to start session. The float slides need to be revamped a little for smooth gliding. Street Soccer also needs to be manned with timer so that groups are aware for next in queue. Birthday rooms and crowds get too tight at main entrance so would be good to look into that, for bigger and comfortable celebrations.

it was our first time at such an indoor adventure playground and boy, did we have a ball of a time! there’s much to do for both the kiddos and the older folks, and there was never a dull moment. we went on a sunday afternoon, and we didn’t wait too long for our turn at the various stations. grateful that people in the park were very considerate and willing to take turns to allow others a chance to play. would certainly be back again!

Good time to enjoy in family or with friends. Many activities for children and also grown up people. My favorites are the baseball, the archery and the basketball. At my surprise I managed to hit the ball several times at the baseball. My daughter's favorites are the slide area, the car/bike riding, the ninja parkour and the trampoline. My wife's favorites and the trampoline and the luge. Rather packed during the week end so need to queue at each activity.

Brought my 4 1/2 years old daughter here on a weekday. Less crowded, but the activities for smaller kids are limited, though my daughter enjoyed keep doing the same activities over and over again. We were there for 3 hrs, and it's a good place to let your little one play and be active.

Great place for BOTH adults and kids! 2 floors filled with activities. Be careful however, on weekends it’s extremely packed. Weekdays tend to be a bit slower. Amazing thing is you and your kids can participate in most activities together and still have fun! Great family bonding experience.

The entrance is on the second floor. There are two floors of play ground. The top floor has a cycle maze and on the bottom is a lot of different types of play areas. On a weekday it is best to come because it's not crowded. I like the fact that it is very spacious with lots of different activities for children to young adults. The only issue is with some of the older kids running around and I felt they were being a little bit unsafe. So you definitely need parental supervision for the younger ones. There's vending machine on the ground floor to buy drinks. They are also lockers that you can rent to lock up your stuff in small cubicles. Be sure to bring your own socks with traction or be prepared to buy socks from them for $3.50. without socks you cannot enter. Entry is via wristbands

I entered using a corporate pass and felt it would not be worth the money (for an adult) to pay the full price. The place is quite small and crowded with kids. There isn’t an employee at every station so the same kid goes on the ride over and over again, and as an adult, I can’t just tell the kid to stop and let me have my turn after 10 min 😂 I feel so bad asking them to get off haha There is also no toilet/changing area inside so you will have to walk out of the area which can be quite inconvenient since you’re in your grip socks. Overall, I wouldn’t go back again, but I can see how kids will enjoy this place with their friends.

A very fun and physical place! Came on a Monday noon and it was quiet so we had plenty of time to try the different stations. Love the 2-player video trampoline. Super fun! Place is very clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly. Will definitely be back again. Thumbs up!!

This particular staff, (sahira?) is simply the best asset to superpark! She played with my girl, taught her how to build houses with bricks, and how to bring the zip line back for another round. She even sang my girl a birthday song when my girl told her it's her birthday today 💞😆 it's so nice to have staff who obviously loves kids, and enjoys her job 👍👍👍👍 she really made our day

Visited Super Park as a full grown adult, and was quick to realise that this place is designed predominately for children. Booked a 2 hour slot over a weekend and completed almost every activity within an hour. The place is severely under-staffed and many activities are without any staff stationed. Since the place is full of children, it is really chaotic. Many of them are running without their parents’ supervision. They even snatched my rolling balls at one of the activities I was playing, saying that they will help me with scoring (they only disrupted and made me lose the game). While I still had fun here, I would not visit again in the near future.

Great place for kids under 10 and for birthdays. Please go to the park and plan your birthday. The timing given for big groups for room usage can improve.

  • 2/5 K W. 9 months ago on Google
Lots of activities under maintenance. Did not try to accommodate while disappointing children. Kid is missing 0.3mm to play trampoline (while Universal Studio qualified him days ago at 122cm), and refused to let him experience it. Perhaps their trampoline is so scientific that anyone missing an even 0.3mm will create a more hazardous environment Overpriced locker There were a few friendly staff, but there were also couple one that could be more helpful and not intended to provide a fun environment for patrons.

Bought my ticket from klook for a 2 hours experience. Ticket is valid for 90 days. Super park’s socks are compulsory at $3.50 per pair. Before entry, they will give you a wrist band. You scan the wrist band to unlock locker to store your bags. Scan to enter and exit. I spend below one hour to finish all possible stations for me. Several stations are the younger ones. Others are more for teenagers. Of course adults can go there to unleash your younger you! Good place for a family outing with young kids.

This indoor playground really has a lot of fun. It is suitable from toddlers to teenagers. The uniqueness of this playground is that they have games which you can have teams games e.g basketballs, street soccers. There are also some “arcade” like games like throwing balls to the baskets to earn scores. The cycling park while a little small but could be fun if you ride real fast. One of the best slide is the tube slides, but the queue and waiting time was long. The two hours play time is not enough for you to complete the whole park due to the queuing and waiting time. There are also some games using digital boards and AI motion but we didn’t get the chance to play. The kids really have great time here and they will certainly come again. I just hope that they should allow any grip socks instead of mandating people to purchase their grip socks. It will save the world and be environmental friendly.

Really packed during school holiday, but each station only need to wait for 1-2 groups so it’s not too bad. Kids manage to complete most stations within 2 hours, except for climbing and skating that require covered shoes (didn’t know beforehand). The digital interactive wall for ball hitting gives too many rounds for each group, perhaps just 2 games per group is sufficient so others can play.

A family friendly place. Came here with my partner and we didn't expect to have as much fun as we did. There were many activities to do but wish that it was even bigger because we completed all the activities within an hour (we booked the 3 hours slot at 10.30am). There were so many kids inside already during opening. Love that they had vending machines that had snacks and drinks to quench your thirst as well as lockers to store your items ($4 for about 2 hours). The staff was super friendly and welcoming and it really made the whole experience memorable. Definitely recommend checking out

Nice place to hang out big kids. But not suitable for small kids. Can try rock climbing as well.

My kid loved it. It's good to have a place for 6-10 years old. Archery , zip line etc were fun. Do come on time though because as the slot time ends you have to leave. It's as per slot not as per time duration. Overall a great experience

First time visiting. Didn't have to queue much as it was a weekday. The park was really fun with activities catering to all age groups and staff were very kind plus helpful. Note: Certain attractions necessitate staff support; however, they are graciously accommodating when approached for aid.

Staff very friendly during check in and payment process. Explained to me how I could utilized the free ticket and redeem for free socks. Because I am the last session. They allow me to have some extra time to finish our cake. Very pleasant experience.

Boys had fun playing over at the skate Scoot World. Staff Amiron notice that one of the knee guard the boy use did not fit properly, he immediately assist to get a right size and change it. He is friendly and approachable.

Brought four kids here. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Slightly pricey, but it was a good 2 hours. By the end of the session, everyone was tired anyway. Would come back again on the school holidays

Highly recommend it for families, friends and even couples! It is suitable for kids and adults. The place is huge and the activities are more than sufficient for everyone! I certainly had the most fun at the baseball section and the one next to the skating venue. You surely need to bring someone who is competitive to feel the heat! 10/10 for anyone that loves competition and fun.

Good fun indoor games here for all age groups. Can easily spend couple hours here with family. Liked the augmented reality game with running and yoga postures and even a space shooter all in one which you have to play by your own hand and feet gestures. Good fun. Liked it.

A great place for my kids to enjoy & release their stress! They love the place so much that 2hrs is not enough as there's lots of fun activities! We will definitely be back again to enjoy the park to the fullest! Thank you to the staff for all their friendliness especially Nazif for the fast efficient service at the counter & Hakim for looking after the kids safety at the rock climbing arena.

Visiting for first time and great experience for the young ones as it is spacious with different areas that cater to varying age groups. Their crews are a friendly and polite bunch as they take the extra effort to explain certain policy or arrangement to us in a kind manner. For example there was a crew who allow a kid with special needs to go an extra round of the pedal car and took the effort to let us know to make sure we are OK with that. Summing up, everyone there seems to be having great fun at something.

We came as a group of 2 adults and 4 children aged 10-15 yrs on 8 December 2023. Many preschool and student care children were brought by their schools on this day. Most of the stations had no staff to monitor behaviours of the patrons. There were small children barging in during our timed games. Children did not queue to play the games. Parents acted ignorant of their grown up children's ungracious behaviours of hoarding certain stations. Parents, who despite barging in to our timed games with very young children, were acting aggressive inside the game areas. We ended up policing in order to have a decent playtime. Why were the stations not adequately staffed? Why did we even have to 'work' for Super Park to do what we had paid for??? If you are considering coming to this place, you are better off spending the money at a games arcade such as TIMEZONE where you experience fun, not disappointment and frustration. This will be our last trip to Super Park.

Excellent indoor park for all ages. We spent great time together as a family and our 5 years old daughter. The downside of it is that you have to pay a little extra for their purple color socks but other than that, it's a great fun experience!

Amazing experience with my family … love the wide variety of games and sports what cater to the diverse interest of my big family! The rock climbing station is especially fun and thanks for Afiq R for the great service to ensure our safety while having fun!

Awesome place for the whole family! There are lockers for you to keep your belongings while you play. Friendly staff everywhere. However, parents should keep an eye on their kids as some were very rowdy and ignoring instructions at the individual games area.

  • 3/5 Muhammad S. 2 years ago on Google
Too crowded for a 2 hours booking slot. Half of the time is spend on queuing. Some activities closed for maintenance. Certain equipment looks old and need proper care. Overall a nice place to burn energy for the kids. Only come if you willing to pay high price. Will not return next time ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Not worth the risk. First things first, if one child had Covid-19, I bet this would be the next big cluster. Secondly, you would need to buy their socks. Like what???

Booked the party package for my son’s birthday! It was a breeze checking in, we got the Racing design room with all the goodie bags and items placed in the room. Staff also came in to help with the checking in of guests. Kids had a great time!

Forgot to take photos cuz were too busy having fun, definitely worth a visit. Suitable activities for different age groups, kids to adults, one large playpen for infants. Probably best value for bringing kids about ages 5-14.

  • 5/5 Kelvin L. 10 months ago on Google
Nice place to enjoy the activities! They have a range of activities to do and it is best if you for non-peak periods so that you maximise your experience without the need to queue for each activity!

  • 4/5 Najmuddin M. 11 months ago on Google
The superpark was really fun for the children. The batting aka baseball was fun for the teenagers and trampoline and skaters for the little ones. The time given to play was also perfect for enjoyment. There were also tons of games like basketball, football, dodgeball etc.

  • 5/5 Jovin E. 2 years ago on Google
Systematic planning of the play park with the time limit for most games to ensure players don't hog onto them. However, 2 hours really is a little short during weekends as some of the play queues are quite long and unable to fully enjoy them. Will definitely try again during weekdays to maximize the play...

  • 4/5 Ricardo W. 11 months ago on Google
Joined here with a group of adult friends. A very entertaining experience just be prepared to give the slots to children and parents who do not know the concept of taking turns and queueing up. Other that that the games are really fun to be playing as a group.

My niece, 8, and nephew, 10, absolutely love SuperPark. They enjoy the challenge that are pitched at a level that pushes them but does not demoralise them. I love that it is something I get to do with them because many of the activities are geared for both adults and kids! I also love that it takes them away from screens, keeps them engaged and gets them sweaty. It helps that it is indoors so the weather is not a factor in having fun. I totally recommend this being a family activity. Getting the family paired up or pitting against one another for good fun. It's not cheap though so it will be a special outing for some.

  • 4/5 Coco O. 10 months ago on Google
Fun place for the kids, ideal to go in a small group. On weekends, highly recommend to purchase tickets in advance. It's very packed. Every ticket gives access for 2 hour time slots. They only allow their own Sprprk socks, no other socks allowed -- so you need to buy these too.

  • 4/5 Quynhduong N. 2 months ago on Google • 1 review New
While the park offers a variety of fun activities, there are a couple of issues that left me less than satisfied. Firstly, I was taken aback by the high cost of the tickets. $34 for 2 hours for each adult and kid who is over 100cm. I believe that more reasonable pricing would make Super Park more accessible and enjoyable for a broader range of visitors. Another puzzling aspect of my visit was the mandate that guests must use the socks provided by Super Park. This rule seemed arbitrary and unnecessary. I believe guests should be allowed to wear their own socks given that the socks are clean, cover full feet and maybe with the adhesive bottom if needed. The staff didn’t believe me when I said I have the super park socks. She asked me to show her the socks and while I was getting the socks she went ahead and charge for a new pair of socks. Later, they did proceed with a refund and apologized for the confusion. It may sound like I've dwelled too much on the socks, and I can't help but laugh at it now, but honestly, it was not a good experience for me. Edit: we returned today on 18 Feb and the only-SP socks-are-allowed policy is no longer applied. Any socks with full grip are acceptable. Thanks for paying attention to feedbacks.
