Always a fun trip with family. Kids love Marine cove play area. With such a big playground, there's always something for everyone. The coffee shops and restaurants make it a complete deal however. Spend a few hours playing, walking or cycling in the area and come here to get some great food options. Coffee bean, briyani house, McDonald's and the East commune (new addition) take your pick πŸ˜„

A great stop to grab food quickly when I am at the beach. Ranging from fast food to gourmet coffee. Also local Indian Prata. Well not a wide selection but enough to get a quick bite.

A nice place to hear the waves and relax. Though the day view of ships anchoring at a distance is a slight put off. But the night time is quite relaxing. However, there are times when the humming of the boat engine can be heard from far... How I wish the ships to anchor some other place. There is a nice play ground for the kids nearby. Good to release some pent up energy. With food shops nearby and public toilets. All well(too well, too perfect) planned beach to go for a little family R&R. Coming from an island state in Malaysia. A little natural setup would be nice.

Wow. Best and biggest playground in Singapore maybe! Great for kids. There are dedicated areas for toddlers as well as school age kids. But do keep me mind that big kids also go in the toddler section so need to watch out if you have a young toddler. rather crowded but still lots of space for everyone. Beach is just across so can play out in the sand too. Washrooms with showers adjacent too. Bring water to keep hydrated and cool down, there is little breeze even though it is right next to ocean which I found surprising and was quite hot even though I visited in the late afternoon. McDonald's and other food places adjacent too for a quick snack.

Great place for kids to play and exhaust them out at zero cost so parents can have quite time to themselves. Haha. The playground is kid safe. Bring them to the beach after play or have a meal few eataries just beside the playground. Slide is big enough for adults, you may have the urge to try ( when is the last time you play a slide, you miss that feeling don't you? πŸ˜‰but the kids will do the carebear stare at you. Ha-ha

East coast park is always a lovely place to go for be it a date, family picnic This time we had beautiful weather, the water was warm, we saw beautiful fishes in the water! It's a little sad that there's more plastic abouts in the water - can do more to make the place cleaner! Overall still wonderful place to visit =D

It’s a great place to spend some time with family and friends. If you are alone and health conscious you will enjoy the company around you. (My call) it’s a long walk so it would be a good idea to rent a cycle and enjoy the coastline

This coast area would be fun to walk/ride/run if it's not raining. Due to the condition we have our rain-seeing while having mcd. Funny seeing one folded bicycle standing next to a sign saying "no bicycle allowed". :)

With the sun lining the horizon in the far distance, the sounds of sparrows echoing from the treetops, the view sing of Marine Cove. There's sparsely found crowds adorning the fringes of the eateries and Starbucks by the sides. Good for a couple's walk after dinner and there's no lack of activities if you're out with a group.

If your kid/s still have energy to spare after getting all wet and dirty on the beach, let them unleash it at this play area. It has a rope bridge, big slides, swings and dozens of other kid-related energy-draining spots. After that, chill out at the near buy cafes that offer various cuisines. Overall, East Coast is a great family gateway for all occasions. I always enjoy it.

Not our favourite drop off when it comes to East Coast Park, but not the worst. What you get, Cafe Coffee Bean and Tea Leaves (under construction as of Aug 2022), McDonalds,/ McCafe, an Indian restaurant, a play area, and a turkish place. Found that the parking near Starbucks is actually better.

Great choices of food. But do be selective. Some are not as good as others. Some mee goreng food stall can be cold /. Rude staff. Do visit and take a look

Marine Cove is my go-to spot for a laid-back seaside experience. Sometimes, I find myself at the 24-hour Coffee Bean outlet, enjoying a late-night coffee with the sound of the waves as my backdrop. It's a simple pleasure, but there's something soothing about it. The playground is a hit with my family. The kids love the slides and play areas, and I get to relax as they burn off some energy – a win-win. The beach is a great place for a leisurely stroll. The soft sand, the sound of waves, and the fresh sea air create a nice atmosphere. It's nothing fancy, just a chill way to unwind. When it comes to food, Marine Cove has some decent options. Whether it's grabbing pastries from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf or trying out different restaurants, it's a casual culinary adventure. Marine Cove, with its coffee, playground, and beach, offers a mix of things to do. It's a versatile spot that fits different moods without any fuss. So, whenever I want a low-key outing – be it a coffee break, family playtime, or just a quiet stroll by the sea – Marine Cove is where I head. Tips for a Relaxed Visit: - Getting There: Easily accessible by bus, making it convenient but I visited most times in car/taxi - Beach Basics: Public restrooms and showers near the beach for practical needs and also in coffee bean and McDonald when you visit them It's nothing extravagant, just my take on why Marine Cove is a nice, easygoing spot for anyone looking to unwind by the sea.

It's open to public free. Besides beautiful seaside youay enjoy F/B here, such as coffee and drinks, malay and Indian foods as well as a western food too, and your kids also can enjoy a big playground next to it.

Great restaurants at marine cove however pathways towards marine cove are slippery after raining. Especially dangerous at night where the pathway cools down.

Our kid was always happy to play here. After lunch, many kids play here. When they get hungry, they just run to the McDonald's beside it.

My kid had fun playing at the playground area. Got a variety to choose from, so my kid loved it Got Toilet and shower beside the playground, but the ladies toilet had mosquitoes flying around in the cubicle. Toilet is fairly clean and with tissue paper! There's nearby McDonalds, Coffee Bean, and another 2 places to eat around this area. Nice place to hangout when you have kids.

Great place to bring your children to have a ball of a time. They have converted the space and transformed it into a gigantic slide. There is also a water play area for children to engage in. It's all free and available to all. There are bathrooms available so no worries. Lastly, there are many F&B outlets as well so parents are well covered when your little ones are hungry. Overall, a great place to hangout with the family.

This place has become a repetitive visiting place for my kids.. they enjoy lot till drain out. It may be crowded, sometimes overcrowded too but kids will enjoy most definitely. It's a must place to visit if u have kids. It's in right location besides beach and many restaurants which becomes more convenient to relax in beach first then kids play and have dinner. All in one place to plan a relaxing n playful day.

Relatively well maintained for a high traffic location. Kids had a blast playing there. Within walking distance to eateries and the beach. Our favourite place to go in ECP!

Beautiful large raintrees loom along the entire boardwalk. Peaceful and nice albeit the nearby cafes and restaurants. The nearby newly renovated children's playground is also quite lovely and the gazebos are nice to sit under and relax. Bbq pits nearby the gazebos can be rented for a nominal fee and it's a great way to spend time and enjoy with family and friends.

A nice place to go with friends or family for an outdoor outing along the east coast beach, One feels charged after breathing the fresh sea air n getting some good sun for that skin. Children feel free to play n run around at the playground. Do a family picnic at the beach or park. The property project planner should insert more popular local food stalls here so visitors can get a taste of our fave dishes. Go rest n relax lah, don't just work, work work.
