Aug 2023: Nasi lemak burger was okay but can add more sauce in it would be nicer. Fries not hot enough. Burger ok. Chicken cmi. Fast service with the self order app.

New, big, clean and quiet place to chill out; overlooking the greens in the park. There's also alfresco dining areas, playground and a party room too. Even has USB charging points at the long bar tables. Surprisingly, the Cleanest Toilet i've ever seen in Mac (*Cos most toilets in Macs are not. Oops 😛). Maybe cos' its new and not all the time packed with patrons here. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will be 1 of my most favourite 'Macdonalds in a Park' to go to 😊.

It's a great McDonald's, in all fairness. It's new, there's an al fresco setup, and everything is pretty well run and clean. It doesn't feel like a grimmy McDonald's in any way possible. That said, not sure if it's me or it has always been the case, but I clearly remember their burgers being bigger. I was unpleasantly surprised when I took out my Sausage McMuffin with Egg, and saw how small the sandwich was, sadly.

Service is absolutely damn bad!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Order from Grab food, and was got delayed and when I received my order this is what I saw, my upsize fries was less than half of it. They delayed my order and I contacted the driver. He shared with me he was waiting at there for more than 20 mins, the macdonald was very busy and no one can assist him, finally he managed to get one of the staff to checked my order. The macdonald lady staff listened to my call and I asked her, may I know how many more orders infront of me? And she replied me, "still preparing" . I was like huh?! You are not answering my question?! Then she returned the phone back to the driver and last what I heard was the lady said, cancel order la!!! I was like yes! I want to cancel the order but cannot cause the status still under preparing! I am hungry, my order got delayed and end up that's what I have received. My advise is not to order from this outlet.

Terrible Nasi lemak burger. More than 70% is flour and not chicken meat!!! Is it because is a deal and purpose cut down chicken meat ? This is cheating to customers 😒. Beside the fake chicken meat, taste also no good. $8.30 per burger is not worth and not recommended!

Well it’s a McDonald’s brand after all, but this particular outlet gives extra perks through its designated play area for kids, party corner for birthday celebrations, and also the drive-thru. What’s special is also the blend of alfresco garden-like dining area in the middle of the park, and the nicely furnished indoor area with very comfortable seatings to accommodate for groups of all sizes. It’s spacious and easy to navigate. Parking is available as well nearby - chargeable of course. Drive-thru seems efficient but have not personally experienced it. Its’s an overall great chill out spot for supper during the night time or to catch live football action over a burger or drink!

1 star from me isn’t gonna affect Mac’s overall rating because majority gave high ratings. Firstly is this outlet under staffs ? 1. Rubbish chute full but no staff initiate to clear. 2. Many leftovers on tables. 3. Those after me received their meal before me. 4. Staffs not working at fast pace despite so called fast food chain.

Can find seats, good space for a relax meal. Only slight lack of service in cleaning table. Noticed a crew not meticulous in clearing and cleaning table that's all. Staff is kind to offer help and top up hot water for tea.

Always a fav place, especially being a 24 hr drive through place with its own play area for the kids and if that is crowded, the Ang Mo Kio park playground is near too. The place is modelled out an old villa, so that's unique too.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Atmosphere makes you feel relaxed as you enjoy your meal. Staff are also very efficient and conscientious in keeping the place in order. Officially my favourite McDonald’s branch!

This place is amazing. The atmosphere here is great. As well as the food. However it lacks in service, I waited for over 50 minutes just for two cream cones. Overall great place is you have patience.
