Simply the best McDonald's branch in the world! Located near a beach park, it is very accessible by car, by foot (while jogging in the park), or by bike. There are many bike parking spaces next to this McDonald's and you don't even need to worry about locking your bike up as thieves are very rare in Singapore. It is very family friendly, and there are no drunkards or druggies here at all (encounters with these kinds in a McDonald's may happen in other parts of the world unfortunately). Service is also very quick unlike some other busier McDonald's in the city centre. You can also choose to sit indoors or outdoors depending on your mood. Food is also very fresh as there are many diners.

we decided to come here for dessert after a nice stroll along the park. although there was a long queue and there were only two staff members, the line moved very quickly! we had the new coconut mcflurry, strawberry sundae and hot fudge sundae. the coconut ice cream had a nice fresh coconut taste, and there were generous chunks of oreo. both sundaes were delicious, however, the hot fudge sundae had too little fudge and the strawberry one had a slight overode of strawberry. (it was still delicious nonetheless) a special shout-out to the staff who were very prompt, as well as very polite and nice although they were working under stressed conditions. we would definitely come back for more goodies!

This iconic Macdonalds has turned into a disastrous haunt with bad service, dirty ambience and definitely, no cleanliness at all. The managers do not care. They do not bother to serve customers. They make an already very small group - wait for a really long time. And they were really rude to all customers.

The dessert counter staff that served me during my recent visit was really friendly. He persuaded me to try their latest Hershey’s Ice Cream flavour which turned out to be pretty good. My hubby & I try to avoid going to McD on weekends as it’s very crowded, and the waiting time is long. I prefer dining at the Al fresco area rather than inside the AC (I don’t really like bright lights ☺️). The Al fresco area can get a bit messy at times; when diners do not clear their trays, and the staff probably didn’t have time to clear the tables, especially on weekends. What can I say?! It’s McD! I’ll definitely visit it now & then 🍟🍔

This macdonalds is located besides a stretch of about 4-5 eateries, hence, it’s a rather bustling place filled with hungry cyclists and tired families wanting to chow down quickly. However, something’s gotta be done in the name of efficiency because the queue that day was unbearable. That good ol American mass production assembling line seemed to be rather inefficient as not enough staff were packing orders, leaving a lot of disgruntled diners standing around waiting for food. And hey- no excuses since a lot of maccas deal with a lot of people but they get on just fine. They didn’t even have enough people to operate the mccafe kiosk, and I reckon to get a simple sundae you would need to wait 15-20 minutes. No amount of ice cream can cool the fire and fiery you’ll have at that point. Here’s my tip: come here for breakfast and make sure you’re early. Parents and children would be delighted by the projector shadow play thing. I saw a few toddlers having fun there! Don’t bother coming in peak hour (dinner) for weekends- way too crowded to enjoy a burger in peace.

it was fairly crowded on a weekday at 1045am. thankfully, there were still some seats left. one of the service staff assisted my elderly grandparents with the ordering machine and conversed with us. she was really kind and patient. truly service with a smile and human touch.

This place is great on weekdays but they struggle to keep up on weekends. Did a Birthday party at this branch and orders were wrong despite providing the orders prior. The server could have also checked the child's name before serving the food too, instead of blindly serving the tables. They rectified it after we pointed out that some orders were wrong (hence u need to check it). Games were simple but the kids had great fun too!

Food was the not bad, typical McD style. Manager was good. Her young staff not so, need to be a bit more service orientated. For some reason, the ordering / queue screen was not working so well that day.
