Add on special order and pay for the money but end up never gave me for the xtra item! staffs never done their job properly even tho they're not busy or crowd at all. Disappointed.

See how thin d chicken patty is. How did it pass d QC checks? Didn't d staff who assembles d McChicken spot anything? Why still pack into d bun to serve?? Let me describe its taste - v hard n dry; I can't tell if it's cooked. 3* coz I was offered a change immediately. Can't imagine if d burger is served to a kid n he just ate everything up 🤢🤢 One pt to note: there's a staff (male) who's v swift n prompt in clearing table HOWEVER he enjoys dragging d chairs - d sounds d chairs make... terribly irritating. Possible to improve on this? it's also spotted he's wiping d tables n trays with a rag. Then he spotted some stains in d trash bin so he wiped d stains. Then he continued to wipe d tables n trays with d same rag. Can also improve on this? 1* for service, just in case 0 = forgot to rate.

Tried ordering at the counter (as I only wanted ice cream), but was directed to the self order kiosk. First ever such encounter at McDonald's, was told that their counter is only for payment, not for ordering. Upon receiving my oreo mcflurry (quantity- 2), was presented with just a set of napkins. Got snubbed for requesting for another set, the service was so atrocious that we scurried our way out to the neighboring food centre instead, to have our ice cream.

Alique was the manager today and he was extremely professional and helpful. We arrived early and he noticed us waiting - even allowed us in 5 min early! Later, he brought us our order within a few minutes and even served us complimentary water which we did not ask for, but us definitely appreciated. An unexpected 5 star service :) Thanks!

crispy chicken very good but service too slow

Temperature a bit too cold but maybe it's the morning. Also, hate to say this, a large number of "campers" - folks (some look pretty strange.....) who don't buy or eat but sit there all day to enjoy aircon and free wifi to view movies and play games.

It’s like gathering inside the restaurant, you will not find enough space to sit. Otherwise the overall food quality and taste is average!

This place was open at the perfect time. After just arriving into Singapore at 6am and 26°C. The McDonalds had air conditioning which was great for tourists not dressed for the humidity. This was also the first time I tried iced Milo and it was great.

Female assistant manager is very helpful and patient in guiding us through the ordering kiosk. We appreciate her greatly.

Great atmosphere but chips were stale and dry. Grateful for the free WiFi, abundance of sauce and ice cold drinks.

Been purchasing from this store. However the frappe that I had purchase on Wednesday night wad horrendous. It tasted extremely sour. Money wasted because its too sour to be consumed. I suspect they were using spoiled milk or caramel sauce. Bad experience this time. It was a takeaway order so there was nothing I could do.

Bought take away french fries only (nothing else) and how can they not even give Chilli or Ketchup and before I took from counter, I asked to make sure and the guy (looked like indian/malay) looked lost and when I reach office found without any chilli or ketchup. Annoying.

It is clear that the management does not have any concept on hygiene. One male staff who looks very rushed is sweeping the floor next to customers who are eating. Whether the dirt flies to customer’s tray was probably not a concern. Same guy then slapped a bunch of trash bags on the table next to where I was dining. He then started clearing the trash, mopping the floor, and next moment, I see him delivering food to other tables, while leaving the bin opened in a place full of dining customers. Didn’t seem like between the mopping, trash bin and delivering food, this poor guy who was rushing around had cleaned his hands. Perhaps the management can have a basic concept on hygiene? Seeing how this guy worked made me end my meal early. Not looking forward to dine in this place anymore.

Good place to have Dinner or Supper. Not sure grey colour Uniform is it Manager here but his service is good and the thing I request for it have been handed to me with a smile! Definitely coming back again soon.
