I fall in love with this jogging /cycling area! Sight views were stunning

It is peaceful place, if you are less crowdy person and want to spend your morning or afternoon in peace then you should reach this beach it has no crowd in the morning & afternoon, you will find a bench to sit there. It has shops & food available at the beach mostly opens in the evening. You can reach there by bus and then 10 to 15 minutes walk by using google maps. There is separate water pound near beach where you can book a surfing.

The place is beautiful however due to scan entry to go in, it has become not easily accessible. It has blockages everywhere without clear indicator for the nearest entry to the beach. It is still quite pack daily with people exercising and camping at the beach.

Fave spot in the country

First time here, I wanted to run 10k close to my hotel. This was the perfect location. I loved the wide paths, for flat surface, lots of trees and flowers, plenty of green grass and places to sit. The toilets were clean and I could not see a speck of trash at any point during my run, Well done Singapore. There was a wonderful underpass to get to the park from my hotel. You guys do a great job.

Friend and I have not been to East Coast for 20 and 40 years respectively. The sand, sea, beach built up is so lovely but a pity it was a last min trip. No mats/no picnic. Plus it was starting to rain. All the way for a 5 mins view. For popular beach stretches, it is good to have more rain / sun shelter and some more foot / body washes stand.

We walked for 1 hour from Kembangan MRT Station to the beach. It was lovely to see a different side in Singapore, walking along the jogging track and enjoy the beach. U can't see the sunset at the beach here, but u can relax a bit from the busyness of SG. ☺🍃

Nice place to jog and ride a bike. There are bike rental place and quite a number of restaurants to eat. You can do picnics and bbq as well. Nice to enjoy sunset.

Hawker centre will lot of yummy foods. You even have a Thai restaurant near by. Play ground and skating ground for kids. It’s more enjoyable and fun filled place.

Through years, we have enjoyed the east coast beach. It has been a great place to enjoy the sea breeze during covid lock down. When I recently brought family there, my two little girls asked me why is the beach filled with rubbish eg loads of plastic bottles etc. and it’s like a rubbish dump… it’s a sad sight. We returned on Singapore National Day with two other young families armed with rubbish picking tools, rolls of trash packs and gloves. Our efforts even if it’s small and could seem futile hopes to remind the rest who enjoys east coast environment to also join in. Start by not throwing your own trash, and if you have extra time pick up the trash around you. Everyone chipping in will get the East Coast Beach healthy pink again !!! Thanks.

It is a great place to hang out... The beach is so long and it is usually filled with people... Great trees and grass, which makes it a perfect spot for a picnic... It is a great choice to come out during the weekends and get refreshed... Loads of sandcastles are built here... There are restaurants nearby here that offers great and tasty foods of different variety... Definitely should visit...

Great place for a stroll or jog. May cafes and restaurants nearby. You can also rent bicycles and family ones that sits 4 to 6. Great place to spend your weekend.

My family’s favourite outdoor exercise place over the many years. As a runner this place is especially perfect given how long a stretch continuously it is from the green overhead bridge to SAFRA NSRCC. Love the ample toilets and shade here too. Will be back again soon for a run!

My fav beach in SG. On hot days, you are very likely to catch a spectacular sunset. Lotsa F&B eateries along the entire stretch of the beach too. There are public toilets along the entire stretch of the beach with simple shower facilities. However, they can get quite dirty, smelly or run out of toilet paper on weekends & public holidays - super peak period for the beach. Wear a mask (if you can’t stand foul smell like me) to use the public toilets. On weekdays, the public toilets are fine. Safe to use 😂😂 It’s very breezy during the evenings and nights. Thus, it’s wonderful to take a stroll, run or cycle at the beach.

Beautiful beach park, stretching from Gardens by the Bay, East all the way to Changi Airport.

The ECP beach castle play area is always a fun place for kids! Plus the proximity to the food court is a benefit when you have little kids with you! Always a great way to spend your weekend!

This beach is very long but not suitable for diving or casual swimming at majority of the places due to the floating trash, however you have bbq pits and camp tents you can also bring your bike or rent a bike here or there is a very good jogging track and a play area for kids and importantly it has nice views you can spend some quality time with friends or family.

What can be better than a lazy evening stroll along East Coast Beach... watch the sun set... get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life... and enjoy the soothing sounds of waves crashing and maybe catch a war machine during of the rehearsals for National Day Parade.

There's never a boring time under the sun. You can go biking, skating or just plain walking . You can enjoy the sea breeze and go people-watching or do a takeout/take away (that's what they call it here) and sit in the grass or on the benches with tables for who knows how long until you've had your fill of vitamin sea. 😉
