Took
my
7
year
old
to
specially
see
the
Animal
Shows.
Arrived
at
8.30am
Zoo
opening
time,
went
straight
to
the
Show
area
to
scan
the
QR
code
for
the
10.30am
show,
no
one
around,
waited
till
8.50am,
8.55am,
8.59am
and
exactly
9am
(90
minutes
before
show,
open
for
booking)
scanned
the
QR
code
to
book
the
seats
and
voila...
FULL
HOUSE
already!
Due
to
Safe
Management
Measures,
restricted
to
50
pax...
But
there
was
NO
ONE
ahead
of
me
or
behind....
a
parent
came
after
and
got
the
same
response...
How
could
you
get
a
full
house
when
you
are
the
first
in
line.....???
...
Thoroughly
upset
for
the
SECOND
time
since
the
last
trip
was
also
a
disappointment...
after
making
ALL
the
extra
efforts
to
make
the
trip
and
realign
the
visit
itinerary..
10.30am
went
to
the
show
entrance
and
told
the
person
in
charge
my
experience..
and
he
was
cordial
but
firm
that
it
was
FULL
HOUSE
-
never
explain
or
try
to
see
if
there
were
really
50
pax
in
the
show
area
already...
other
parents
and
children
walked
away
disappointed
-
could
tell.....
Rang
the
Zoo
enquiry
line
later,
was
told
by
the
customer
service
person
that
the
Zoo
was
definitely
operating
alright
-
no
funny
business
here..
and
then
TOLD
THAT
BOOKING
runs
out
in
the
first
30
seconds
due
to
50
pax
constraint
...
why
didn't
you
tell
me
so
about
the
30
second
thingee
-
I
wouldn't
have
bothered
to
try
and
waste
my
time
(and
anguish)
and
instead
just
plan
a
leisurely
trip
with
my
party
in
tow....
OBVIOUSLY
the
QR
booking
system
is
NOT
working
for
some
time
now
as
the
staff
were
quite
smooth
in
handling
my
angst...
but
NO
SOLUTION
offered...
suggest
the
QR
booking
be
scrapped
as
obviously
you
could
shortcut
the
system
somehow...
and
just
let
the
crowd
Q
at
the
show
entrance
or
give
the
tickets
at
the
Zoo
entrance
to
the
first
50
pax
who
come
etc...
instead
of
raising
false
hopes
and
..
It's
a
long
way
to
come
to
the
Zoo
each
time,
told
myself
never
again...
but
with
a
young
kiddie,
who
am
I
kidding???
So,
my
take
away
for
you...
DON'T
PLAN/EXPECT
to
watch
the
shows
unless
you
know
what
I
don't
know....
Another
solution
is
to
put
up
remote
video
broadcasts
of
the
live
event
around
the
zoo
premises....
why
not....
the
shows
are
the
highlights
of
every
visit...
