Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. The wildlife reserve has various parks: 1. Birds Paradise 2. Night Safari 3. River Wonders 4. Singapore Zoo Each park has different activities and I loved the boat ride in river wonders, you should book ticket in advance to skip the queue. Shuttle service is available from nearest MRT station.

World class people works here, they are very professional and contribute to the well being of the reserves in Singapore. First class wildlifes can be observed roaming about and playing in their naturally created environment. Well done and be proud

Its a forest reserve and you and your kids would surely like it. It takes atleast 3-4 hours to complete the Zoo visit. You would find majorly all animals here including Giraffes, Kangaroos, Rhinoceros. Best way to keep yourself hydrated is Orange juice vending machines but do take care of monkey menace as they snatch food items.

During our visit from USA, night safari came very highly recommended, so we booked it. The park felt too crowded for its small size and the animal enclosures seemed too small for the animals. The crowds of people were loud and the trolleys running around are very cheesy and also loud. Since it is called a “wildlife preserve” I thought it would be large and open spaces. Unfortunately, this is just a general zoo. I would not recommend this activity to others visiting from the USA since we have plenty of zoos. However this does seem nice for the local people of Singapore.

Post Covid , Singapore has already opened up, but WRS is still living in covid time. I’m holding a WRS membership and paid over $400 for my family, and I have yet to be able to reserve a slot to visit any zoo or parks for past 6 months, is always fully booked. This never happen before covid when we have WRS membership.

my kids loved it. i rented the wagon for them, pulling them around the park, seeing different animals. good fun! would be nicer if they have an umbrella stand for the wagon, luckily its just drizzle today. plan your return trip carefully as its very difficult to call a cab back to city around 5-6 when everyone and those construction workers are leaving. ps. prebook your animal feeding session if you are bringing kids!!!! would be an unforgettable experience for them!

Took my 7 year old to specially see the Animal Shows. Arrived at 8.30am Zoo opening time, went straight to the Show area to scan the QR code for the 10.30am show, no one around, waited till 8.50am, 8.55am, 8.59am and exactly 9am (90 minutes before show, open for booking) scanned the QR code to book the seats and voila... FULL HOUSE already! Due to Safe Management Measures, restricted to 50 pax... But there was NO ONE ahead of me or behind.... a parent came after and got the same response... How could you get a full house when you are the first in line.....??? ... Thoroughly upset for the SECOND time since the last trip was also a disappointment... after making ALL the extra efforts to make the trip and realign the visit itinerary.. 10.30am went to the show entrance and told the person in charge my experience.. and he was cordial but firm that it was FULL HOUSE - never explain or try to see if there were really 50 pax in the show area already... other parents and children walked away disappointed - could tell..... Rang the Zoo enquiry line later, was told by the customer service person that the Zoo was definitely operating alright - no funny business here.. and then TOLD THAT BOOKING runs out in the first 30 seconds due to 50 pax constraint ... why didn't you tell me so about the 30 second thingee - I wouldn't have bothered to try and waste my time (and anguish) and instead just plan a leisurely trip with my party in tow.... OBVIOUSLY the QR booking system is NOT working for some time now as the staff were quite smooth in handling my angst... but NO SOLUTION offered... suggest the QR booking be scrapped as obviously you could shortcut the system somehow... and just let the crowd Q at the show entrance or give the tickets at the Zoo entrance to the first 50 pax who come etc... instead of raising false hopes and .. It's a long way to come to the Zoo each time, told myself never again... but with a young kiddie, who am I kidding??? So, my take away for you... DON'T PLAN/EXPECT to watch the shows unless you know what I don't know.... Another solution is to put up remote video broadcasts of the live event around the zoo premises.... why not.... the shows are the highlights of every visit...

Buy all you need ONLINE like tram rides before coming. There is no map. Help yourself from Wildlife Reserve Website. Be early for the shows. I got lost because everything is like a mess and the signboards didn't really help and was rejected at the entrance because the show started and the next show is a 3 hour gap. If your intention is to waste time and get some walking done, by all means come. Weather for now is frequent ocassion rain. Make things even worse because alot of exhibits you see nothing. Customer service is mediocre. Food wise, eat KFC, at least they are more consistent.

Limited to no engagement & response via email, but calling via the customer hotline was an equally atrocious waste of time. Thrice my call was connected, and it dropped the next second. What a way to engage your customers.

I had a great experience with Zoo, River Wonders & Night Safari but I did had a good experience with Jurong bird Park. Ratings; Zoo - 10 / 10 River Wonders - 8 / 10 (place are more like exhibition than a park. ^^',) Night safari - 10 / 10 Jurong Bird Park - 6 / 10 (place are not taken care off properly feels like you go back in time. Lol) Thing to take note; - Do note that food and drink triple the price. (In all 4 parks) - carpark for cars start from $3 for hour & subsequent $2 per hr - motobike carpark in free Thing to improve; Jurong bird park keepers should not ask visitor if they want to feed the birds but when visitors said yes, all keepers will say "oh sorry the slot are full". Like what?!

Great zoo. Animals are well taken care of. Vending machines in every corner selling wide variety of snacks, drinks and ice creams. Great place to explore and learn. Very friendly and learned staff. Staff answers to every questions politely and are very friendly.

I bought digital photos through the vendor, DEI global, when I visited on 4 Nov. The digital photos were in an unsupported jpg format. I've tried winrar and winzip but I am not able to view the photos. Emailed them on 5 Nov and today is 7 Nov, yet there is no reply from them. Buy the digital photos at your own risk.

Really outstanding enclosures. The animals can seemingly interact with visitors. They seem happier in their homes than other zoos I have visited. Take a picnic though, as the food was terrible!

The wild life discount and booking of tickets are so confusing, instead of paying $60 for 6 pax; I actually paid full price of $200 over!!! Then when I double check, my discount was actually not entered, that’s why being charged at full price…

Very sad experience for my son, at 1st we didnt know the boat ride was inside river safari, bought 3x tix(2 adult, 1kid), thought of bringing my 5 yr old to go for budget outings to get boat ride since its unlimited. But when we reached there only we know it was inside river safari. So we need to top up additional ticket fees for ourselves to get inside to enjoy the boat ride. My 5 yr old is not interested in fishes or water animals at all, so we decided to go straight to the boat ride. Ended up, there's height limit. He cant go in due to not enough high :') so he's disappointed, and we wasted 2x adult tix as well coz we still have a newborn to look after to. So for us, its a super waste trip. What we intended to do did not turn out and we wanted a budget outing ended up spending more. The only thing which add points is just the panda. He seems enjoying seeing the panda.

Slow in replying emails, 'rewarding' loyal customers with price hikes on year-round admission passes (to include Bird Paradise), depriving customers with 3 parks instead of 4 parks from Jan - Apr without providing any form of compensation, not to mention the members' preview & the 50% off admission prices to Bird Paradise for members that are ONLY available on weekdays. Need I say more?

Totally enjoyed the trip. The experience started from the walk to the entrance. We were greeted by beautiful landscape and children playground. Great for nice pics. The bird shows are worth the price of the ticket. Applaud to the team and the birds for the great entertainment. We were there at 9.30am and left around 2.30pm. What a great day !

A place that no so friendly for family without own vehicles and baby. Very hard to get Taxi at evening leaving time. Comfort Taxi and Grab are both not come in to the carpark. The flag down cab is long quee. Person who have children have to quee under hot carpark. Extremely not a good place to visit. Not worth to travel to such place. Will never come again

It is a nice place but all restaurants are closed at 11:00 when i went there and i couldn’t find water. I was very thirsty and they didn’t have both vending machine and restaurants for selling water. Although the park is open till 12:00am but all restaurants can not sell even water at 11:00pm!!! I hated it because of that. The workers have told me that i can buy water from vending machine outside the park and there was no machine that sells water!!!

Here where you can get the tickets for the 4 wild life reserve attractions (zoo, night safari, river safari and jurong bird park). Admire the job they are doing. Having Jurong bird park away from the other 3 makes it a bit difficult for tourists..

Never seen a zoo like this before...feel like free animals in real forest... Needs 2 days to cover. Best thing is to buy a ticket which includes zoo, river safari, night safari and jurong bird park.. visit zoo and river safari on one day. Remaing two on second day. Hire a stroller if you are going with small kids. Use trams to avoid getting tired whenever needed.

Disappointing, bought 6 tickets before the announcement back to phases 2. Tried to request to postpone the trip, but was deny. I'm just asking to postpone not refund I do not understand why this is not possible. Still ask me to split to 2 group which I already told them I need extra helping hand with my twins. If I can split to 2 group I would not ask to postpone the trip. Update: finally they allow me to postpone to later date... ✌️✌️✌️(with the effort of emailsss exchange, the phone number on website is not working 🙄)
