Interesting mall with 3 fitness studio, f45, trium fitness and boulder+. Not a crowded mall but hope they introduce more shops inside.

One of my favourite mall, with sufficient amenities like Cold Storage, McDonalds, Yat Kun, Starbucks. And the food court is quite good, especially the dessert stall. Usually not too crowded with ample parking!

Personal comment, a very strategic mall coz u go for what u desire. That's the Thai Supermarket. Saying this coz there aren't many shops there. Don't expect the Golden Mile standards. Supermarket is much smaller & there's only 2 restaurants selling Thai food. Of which, 1 is 24hr but it does not show price on it's menu. The ueue for the famous fried Thai banana is super long. Wkends brazzie with used clothing selling @ $1 to $2 attracts many plp but mostly forgien domestic workers.

very good location and well maintained. There are many good restaurants and cafes. Starbucks and Spinelli coffee both are awesome. they have got food court at second floor as well. also cold storage is 24 hours. I have seen many people come here for lunch from all surrounding area. they have clinic as well, but most of the time it will be crowded. For vegetarian Nature restaurant is good option. boulder + climbing is also available. please help me give like if review is useful. Thanks a lot!

Rather small mall. Anchor is probably the Thai Supermarket which is not very big. While you can find many sauces and condiments, the fresh produce offered is very limited. There's also a small Korean supermarket on the same floor. There was a second hand clothes sale called the Luggage market. Pretty messy and crowded. The clothes are just in luggages and not displayed properly so it's really difficult to choose. Don't think I would come again.

Spacious place filled with small eateries, cafes and restaurants like Tim Ho Wan, Blanco Court Beef noodles, McDonald's Na Na's Thai food, Ya Kun Toast, Folks Collective, etc. There is a Cold Storage that is well-stocked and a new Thai Supermarket which has relocated from Golden Mile Complex. Spacious mall to hang out at, but not great for anything other than a meal and a snack/drink.

I thought the Aperia Mall was touted to be the next Little Thailand after the closure of Golden Mile Complex but there was only one Thai supermarket, maybe one or two Thai restaurants and a second hand clothes market on Sundays. The mall consisted primarily of eateries and not much of other stuff.

This mall has many eateries, restaurants, retail shops, offices, and even a supermarket specially selling Thai products. Eateries and restaurants take up a large proportion of units, out of which Thai eateries appear to be the most ubiquitous. The mall is a popular lunch venue for nearby office workers

It's another unremarkable and forgettable mall. I think the mall is very dependent on the office tenants to patronise it. Pre covid, during weekends, the mall is super quiet. At the moment, while Wfh is the default mode, the mall is very quiet even on a weekday. I only come here to visit a clinic to get my regulars meds.

Aperia Mall is great after they introduced brands like Thai Supermarket, Folks Collective, Taladthai Banana, Nana and Im-Em. It has the potential to be the heir of Golden Mile Complex and be the only Thai-specialty mall in Singapore. Would greatly recommend Thai Supermarket before buying Taladthai snacks, and Folks Collective for dinner. The parking is usually packed at level 2 but drivers can also park at level 1.5 or level 1! it's usually very empty.

Most shops here close at around 5-6pm. Not many amenities or F&B outlets here but you can get what you need. There’s cold storage, macdonalds, starbucks, yakun, bakeries, dim sum, etc. so the basic is still covered. Some clinics and fitness studios also to cater to the residents around this area. Quite a nice and quiet spot for simple catchups or appointments. Sometimes parking here is also free depending on the time of the day so keep a lookout for that. Otherwise, it is only a 7mins walk from Lavender MRT.

A quiet mall in town. Long term tenants are Tim Ho Wan, Cold Storage, and McDonald's. I love to come since it is walking distance from Lavender MRT which is near city area. It used to house a very good Chinese restaurant.

This was a dead-loss plc before but suddenly came to life! B'cos parking is now free for weekends & weekdays after 6.30pm! I like the huge food court Food Master on the 2nd fl., just above Timhowan, wh is spacious with big long tables all suitable to hold meetings, events, for naughty children reminds me of Changi prison & Safra huge assembly Messes! Good to even take a 100mtrs sprint end to end! Certain food r quite cheap here, & Seyaria Italian food on 3rd fl., Is recommended - inexpensive as a coffee house! Can tailor yr own buffet!

Noticed home helpers or the maid selling the used clothes by bringing them in luggage bags. First time I am seeing as most of the time we give away clothes to Salvation Army .

Housing 3 fitness studio, a supermarket, fast food and dimsum restaurant. It’s convenient for my grocery and fitness stop. It is not crowded due to the location it’s at serving mostly weekday office crowd from its office towers and nearby. Great for drivers as it’s easy to park, plenty of lots and free parking on weekends and evenings. Very clean too !

I came to this mall for dinner on a weekend evening. Not many shops were open and it looks like lots of renovations and constructions are ongoing. In spite of that, there was a sizeable crowd in this mall. There was a flea market in the concourse when I visited the mall. And perhaps many people are attracted to this mall by the free parking.

Many will remember this mall with the big dim sum restaurant logo. Was told some of the now closed Golden mile shopping centre Thai restaurant shifted over here. There quite many restaurants within the building and a Thai theme Supermarket. Crowded when we were there during weekday lunch. Worth dropping for a meal.

Aperia Mall is more happening now with the entry of a famous Thai Supermarket and few nice Thai restaurant. Also there are Luckin Coffee, starbuck, The Alley Milk Tea, and Macdonalds. Often visited the food court at the 2nd level, i will strongly recommended western food and Korean Food here. Both are affordable price and the tasty. This place is fully packed with people and office ladies during weekday lunch time... at the weekend this is more quiet.

There is absolutely no reason to visit unless you work or live in the vicinity. The mall is generally sparse, or “spacious” if you’re an optimist. Stores are generally large and void of customers. There are quite a number of eateries but are mostly empty or half full on Friday and weekend evenings. Apart from the 3 hours free evening parking and bouldering centre that opens till late, I can’t quite identify the appeal this mall should have. What’s worth noting are the toilets - clean, spacious and with abundant cubicles. If you are in the vicinity and find yourself in need of a restroom, then maybe you have a reason to visit after all?

One of the hidden great places to relax and enjoy. Not many locals know this place. It is not just an office area but comes with great restaurant and food too. Do check out the Nasi Padang being sold there. Nice.

Following the renovation, there are more options for food court and restaurant meals. The level 1 near Starbucks is now more spacious for meals. In addition, the Cold Storage supermarket is well stocked, with a varied range of dairy and other groceries products, albeit the items do not appear to be as fast moving as perhaps other stores that cater to the middle/upper class clientele base.

The 'open air' seating in front of some food and coffee outlets are spacious and follow safe-distancing guidelines. There is a Cold Storage outlet for your grocery needs, and a Challenger outlet if you need IT hardware to better support your work from home.

Aperia Mall is pretty small and quiet. A significant amount of shops are food establishments of various types. In terms of food variety alone, Aperia offering is competitive with other regular malls. The MacDonald closes much earlier than other branches. It is usually quieter and less crowded compared to other centrally located shopping malls. This makes it's ideal for small meals gathering. The supermarket is pretty big and Hugh. There is a few interesting cafes in the area as you walk along Crawford Street towards Serangoon Road.

  • 5/5 John a. 3 years ago on Google
The mall looks a bit vacant, while some of that is shops being closed, it's also a slightly odd design that gives up a lot of potential commercial space with nothing there. Lots of interesting shops, good food options, including several vegetarian, and a cool indoor rock climbing center on the top floor.

Went to pick up food. Security from Triple S took a notepad noting down all vehicles parking on pick up and drop off point. Don't understand. If the mall dont welcome shoppers. Please indicate in your website. It also doesn't quite make sense to park and walk a big round to pick up the food. Feedback to the management. They commented that the security was doing their job. So shoppers who are there to pick up food must park at loading and unloading bay. This is also the rule imposed on all grab or foodpanda riders. I find this management very weird and unacceptable. I was there to pick up and go. Not there for a shopping spree. No other shopping malls had given me this kind of problem except for aperia mall. Really a strange way of management. Well best to avoid this place otherwise you may get summoned... By security. For no good reasons it spoilt the day! Good luck!

Managed to enjoy FREE PARKING for the past few times I was here! It's a pretty quiet mall with some notable restaurants here and there. Other than that, think it's mostly crowded during the weekday lunch crowd due to its close vicinity to nearby office buldings.

MacDonald and Starbucks are closed, not sure if they will exit this mall, and some F&B outlets here are always closed when I visited on weekends evening. Not much crowd here and parking is free, so I felt it is a peaceful place to have a meal of your liking here, together with your companion.

I love this mall as it gives free parking after 630pm on weekday. My son loves to eat the kao western in the mall and scoot inside the mall (as it's big n wide and no much crowd)

In this mall, @ the second floor, there is a very clean and pleasant foodcourt. Immediately after the entrance, you must try the prawn noodle soup. Tasting is believing.

A neighbourhood mall with a pretty large Cold Storage. Very kid friendly with a nice outdoor playground and numerous indoor kiddy rides. There's the usual Starbucks and McDs and local favourites like Ya Kun and LiHo tea. Overall it's a pretty decent mall with all the things you need under one roof.

Management have transformed this originally quiet mall into a bustling one. Amazing work. Many food choices and free parking on evenings and weekends.

This is a very small mall but it has quite a number of food options. You’d find this place abit more crowded during weekday lunch time as many of the office workers from nearby industrial parks coming here for their lunch. There is also a Cold Storage supermarket and a Thai supermarket here. Small but quite a functional mall.
