It's a shopping mall worth visiting. Gotta love the food here and the night lights. You might want to try shopping here too. =) It might turn very crowded though. Regardless, it is one of the places that I'd frequent when I'm in Orchard Road. You should check it out. =)

Was heading from the underpass from Lido Shaw towards Four Seasons hotel at 1110pm on 25 Aug when I encounter an incredibly rude security guard at Wheelock who thinks her only job is to block the natural passageway of people trying to exit the mall from the basement 1 escalator. There were no proper signages around the barricaded escalators, so it was only natural that I had to ask the guard if there is any other way out of the mall, but her response could not be more rude, as if I had interrupted her from her important business on her phone - she first pointed generically in the direction of ION while refusing to say a word, then shouted at me that she is ‘not obliged to help me with directions’ when I tried to clarify further. Firstly, I don’t understand why there is a need to block this natural passageway in the first place other than the clear message that if the shops are close and they can’t make any money off you, don’t be expected to be granted passage out through the mall. Even if it is absolutely necessary to block the way out, at least provide clear directions on alternative ways and not hire someone so disgruntled and unhelpful who just sits there like a lame duck creating unnecessary hurdles for people who just want to get on with their way. Very disappointed with the mall management for employing such subpar security labor severely lacking in professionalism and basic decency.

Wheelock Place linked via the Ion linkway and the mall itself does not have much footfall as most of the shop are closed during COVID-19 period. The main attraction is the Japanese restaurant at level 2 and Marks and Spencer on level 1.

Long standing shopping mall in Orchard Road shopping enclave, famous for its glass-cone structure. Place has undergone many renovations. Currently most of the F&Bs populate B2-L2 while some retail shops are scattered from basement to L3. Most of the higher levels are crowded with clinics and beauty spa/saloons. Connected to Orchard MRT station via underground passage

It’s an ok mall to go to for 2 or 3 specialty restaurants there. They have a huge Marks & Spencers there which is great. 2 underground links to ION or Shaw Center. Other than that there is really not much going on.

I love shopping here as it's also connected with ION Orchard. There's a good crowd but it never feels pack. They have a variety of services, clinics, boutiques that is pretty good. The cafes are nice and spacious. The M&S here is amazing...

Wheelock Place is a nice Shopping Mall with many choices of shops and eateries. The best thing about this mall is that it has got tunnels that link to Orchard MRT, ION and Shaw Centre.

My visit to Wheelock Place was quite an experience, and I'm excited to share it with you. This place is known for its unique design and a mix of stores and services that offer something for everyone. First and foremost, let's talk about the design. Wheelock Place has an iconic architectural style that immediately catches your eye. It's a modern and stylish building that adds to the charm of Orchard Road. When I arrived, I couldn't help but admire the aesthetics of the place. Now, onto the stores and services. You'll find a diverse range of shops and services here, catering to various interests and needs. Whether you're into fashion, electronics, or dining, Wheelock Place has got you covered. I particularly enjoyed browsing through the selection of unique boutiques and specialty stores. In terms of services, the staff were friendly and attentive, making my visit pleasant. However, there's always room for improvement. One suggestion would be to enhance signage and wayfinding within the mall to make it easier for visitors to navigate. For those planning to visit, here are some tips. Consider coming in the afternoon to avoid the crowds. Check the weather forecast as Singapore's climate can be unpredictable. And when it comes to budgeting, there are options for various spending preferences, so plan accordingly. In conclusion, Wheelock Place is a must-visit destination along Orchard Road. Its striking design, diverse offerings, and central location make it an appealing spot for both locals and tourists. With a few adjustments to enhance the visitor experience, it could become an even more remarkable destination. So, if you find yourself in the area, take some time to explore and enjoy what Wheelock Place has to offer.

Usually go there for the Marks and Spencer store as this branch has a wide variety of goods. Also my favorite Japanese restaurant, Sun with Moon, is located here.

I have been doing thermal lift at wheel lock outlet with therapist, Fiona for quite a while. She is very skilful and patient during the treatment session. Highly recommended. And the reception team, Maria, Eryqah and Mavis are very friendly and helpful. Their manager, Queenie is also very professional and always willing to provide advise.

Marks & Spencer is quite big w men's, women's, kids' fashions plus a food mart w freshly baked pastries. It has a cafe there too. Some upper class eateries on the higher floor. The basement links to ion orchard and isetan Scotts and the orchard and Thomson east coast line MRT.

Great place to stop by for shops, treatments and restaurants. Reservation is ideal. For those who have their workplaces in this building, it's great as well. In the middle of orchard, all connected with multiple malls, MRTs and areas.

I am at the cafe this afternoon about 4-5pm, sitting there half an hour without service. The waitress are very hard working but the boy is very lazy, I have given the feedback to your supervisor for your attention. Thank you. Mr. Wong

Enjoyable staycation. Staff at Check in counter knew their roles well which made the longer waiting time (abt 45mins) to check in bearable. Only one person does the Check in registration while the rest were ushered to a dedicated waiting room. Food at Dine in room service - skip; eg. Mango pudding (too sweet) appears store bought rather than prepared in house. Nasi goreng rather flat taste wise.

Part of the Retail 4 Square at the greatest intersection in Singapore. I still don't understand why these places do sales at Christmas. But take them while you can.

Wheelock place has so many good memories. We always used it as a meeting place. It was Borders before, a book shop. We could chill and listen to the most recent records or read the latest books. The layout is unique with 2 interestingly long escalators. Borders had a cafe as well with nice mushroom soup and pizza.

Still a classic hangout for the weekends. Good food, good drinks, right next to an open carpark. Checks all the right boxes. No complains. Would be awesome if there is a Karaoke business running in the building.

Magical. It’s a bit slower here but still distinctly unique. There’s a charm here that is difficult to find. Always has this air of classiness and feel about it. Feels like when we were back in UK but yet with that exotic Asian feel that is sublime and makes the air crisp with that tinge of freshness. Sit down and have a cup of coffee, or browse around, this place always calms me down.

Wheelock Place (Chinese: 会德丰广场), (Tamil வீல்லாக் ப்லேஸ்) is a 21-floor office tower and shopping mall on Singapore's Orchard Road. The building was designed by Kisho Kurokawa and completed in 1994 as Lane Crawford Place (Chinese: 达卡佛坊). It is now owned by Wharf Estates Singapore, formerly "Wheelock Properties (Singapore)", a division of Hong Kong's Wheelock and Co. The mall has an underpass to Shaw House and ION Orchard. It was the site of Borders' flagship Singapore store until its closure in 2011. Following which, Marks & Spencer became Wheelock Place's main tenant. A new book shop, Zall Bookstore, opened in 2021.

Another good place to hang out. Used to love to visit the bookstore “Borders” and bought quite a few books from there. Used to be a apple store there as well. A travel store that you could enter in via the linkway. Spacious and airy and you can find different cafes and restaurants, shops and amenities here. Also, links underground to the other malls and MRT in the area.
